Saving Women’s Sports: The Fight to Protect Our Daughters Isn’t Over

The Isabel Brown Show

Today is a big day in Washington, D.C. — because the Supreme Court is hearing two major cases out of West Virginia and Idaho that could determine whether states can keep biological males out of women’s sports.

The ACLU is pushing a radical argument that would effectively rewrite what “sex” means under the law, and Title IX is at the center of it all. So I went straight to the steps of the Supreme Court with my daughter Isla to stand with the athletes, moms, and advocates fighting to protect women’s spaces.

In this episode, I sit down with XX-XY Athletics founder Jennifer Sey to break down what these cases mean, why an executive order isn’t enough, what happens next no matter how the Court rules, and why this fight is still far from over in states like my home of Colorado and beyond.

We will never stop fighting for our daughters. Period.
