Speaker 1: Their time is up.

00:00:02
Speaker 2: Teresa already says she's never talking to them again, and that makes me even sad to repeat that because I have nine siblings and I know how much family means to me. But I have to admit if I was in Teresa's shoes, and if I saw my sibling use the show to start drama, allegedly to get a buck, I won't talk to them either. Stay tuned, we'll be right back after these quick ads. Welcome to Reality with the King. It's me Carlos King, the King of Reality TV and one of the most sought after executive producers in reality televisions with over ten years a production experience.

00:00:56
Speaker 1: Once a week on Reality with the King, we'll sit.

00:00:59
Speaker 2: Down with my friends across the entertainment industry, recap our favorite reality shows, and revisit unforgettable moments that we are still talking and tweeting about. On this episode of Reality with the King, I would get my thoughts on whether or not it's time for the Gorgas.

00:01:16
Speaker 1: To leave the Real Housewives of New Jersey.

00:01:20
Speaker 2: I know, I know, child if that's a scandalous question, but I really can't wait for you all to hear my thoughts has their time on the showrunner's course.

00:01:29
Speaker 1: Hmmm, let's discuss.

00:01:32
Speaker 2: But before we get into all of that, Child, I talked to one of my favorite couples.

00:01:37
Speaker 1: On reality television.

00:01:39
Speaker 2: No, I'm not talking about doctor Wendy and her fine husband Eddie. Hey, happy Eddie. Yes, I talked to one of my other favorite couples. Love After lock Up starts Monique and Derek. Yes, Child, we are getting into love at the lock Up on the podcast, I spoke to them about the relationship, family issues with Derek's sisters, and more. Let's get into an excerpt from my interview with Monique and Derek. Okay, Ray drops, Yeah, look, I ask.

00:02:18
Speaker 1: Bully and received. I tweeted that after watching Love After lock.

00:02:23
Speaker 2: Up, which is my newest obsession, I said, I must talk to Monique and Derek.

00:02:28
Speaker 1: I love the cast. I'm biased.

00:02:30
Speaker 2: I love Monique and Derek the most.

00:02:34
Speaker 1: I'm invested. I'm into it.

00:02:36
Speaker 2: I'm happy to report that Carlos King is talking to the stars not only of Love After lock Up, but also life after lock Up. I'm talking about the breakout stars.

00:02:48
Speaker 1: Monique and Derek. How y'all doing. I'm good. You look as beautiful as ever. Monique, thank you, Derek. You look all right too.

00:02:59
Speaker 2: I told people, I said, look, Derek's very handsome, He's easy on the eyes.

00:03:04
Speaker 1: And Derek, I think you know that, don't you.

00:03:06
Speaker 3: I appreciate everything, thank everybody for the compliments, but it's all only couple of matter.

00:03:12
Speaker 4: It's hers.

00:03:14
Speaker 2: How does it feel to be celebrities? Is that something that the two of you are getting used to?

00:03:20
Speaker 5: It's definitely taking some time to get used to because I'm a pretty quiet, reserved person.

00:03:26
Speaker 2: So I don't know if I would call you quiet and reserve money bag Monique.

00:03:33
Speaker 6: No, I really am, though.

00:03:34
Speaker 5: So it's like when people approach me on the space, it's kind of like I have social anxiety.

00:03:38
Speaker 7: It's like, what do you know?

00:03:42
Speaker 6: Everybody call me cousin sister, but it's all of.

00:03:46
Speaker 2: No even with me, Like, look, I have been producing reality TV for over fifteen years. I feel like you to our family because you two are so authentic when it comes to living your life on the show. So, first of all, Monique made you go on Facebook and hit the tab of a pin pal penitentiary program.

00:04:09
Speaker 1: To find love.

00:04:10
Speaker 7: I actually was not searching for a pen pal.

00:04:14
Speaker 5: I actually was just uglate and not on Facebook just scrolling, you know how, like you just be nosy, just scrolling on everybody page or like a news peak. So I had came across like this little pin pal thing or whatever, so I clicked on it and the first thing I saw was Derek's picture, and I was more and so attracted to what he wrote and what he said rather than his pictures. And it said he was getting out in like three months because he was still serving his fed time.

00:04:43
Speaker 7: So it took me like actually a couple of days to like reach out to him.

00:04:47
Speaker 6: So text him.

00:04:49
Speaker 2: So, Derek, you are allowed to have a phone in prison, because she just said she texts you.

00:04:55
Speaker 3: No, not allowed to have a phone, but we have our ways to text, Like it's a third party service that you might be able to like get to forward pictures. You taket a picture and they nailed the pictures to you.

00:05:07
Speaker 5: He didn't have a sebhone in prison. It was just how the prison system work. They had a number where you can.

00:05:12
Speaker 2: So what was it that he wrote that made you say, let me give this guy an opportunity to get to know me and each other better.

00:05:20
Speaker 6: Basically you just.

00:05:21
Speaker 5: Seemed like a really smart intelligent person. He basically was looking for a friend. He didn't seem like the typical like jail dude, Like he was basically looking for a friend like and I was just intrigued by it.

00:05:35
Speaker 6: And like, plus he was getting.

00:05:37
Speaker 7: Out in a couple of months, so.

00:05:39
Speaker 6: I was like, we can to see the word go.

00:05:41
Speaker 4: You know, I ain't had to say much.

00:05:43
Speaker 3: It ain't take much, didn't take much, but I said said all.

00:05:47
Speaker 4: The right things.

00:05:48
Speaker 5: He basically you said all the right things, and I felt like, you know, we would have had a good connection.

00:05:54
Speaker 6: So I didn't go into it.

00:05:55
Speaker 5: Like this, this is just going to be my man or whatever. I'm just like, oh, he's seemed like a pretty cool person.

00:06:02
Speaker 4: Because she was she was still playing the field.

00:06:04
Speaker 5: Yeah, I was still saying another man, you know what I'm saying. But I wasn't getting that.

00:06:08
Speaker 4: Emotional connection connection with and she'd get for me. And I gave her.

00:06:13
Speaker 3: I gave her everything that they wasn't giving it. I was getting it to her from jail from prison.

00:06:18
Speaker 5: So it's like when I first reached out to him, it was like we was bonded and connected.

00:06:23
Speaker 4: We know each other, didn't know each other as a friend first, so it was more so it was like the word she used it I love so much, was she said no pressure.

00:06:33
Speaker 3: So it was like, that's how I'm open minded. So when she was saying no pressure, so it wasn't like I'm forcing a relationship or friendship or anything. It was just like organically informed by I was just talking to each other, getting to know each other, what she liked, what I like, and it was just coming all together like that.

00:06:50
Speaker 4: We were just laying the foundation to what you see today.

00:06:53
Speaker 2: Was Monique the first woman to hit you up as a pen pal that was not in prison, not at all.

00:07:01
Speaker 3: It's plenty of other women women two And I told her that that's the good thing about it.

00:07:05
Speaker 4: I was honest about that, and she knew that.

00:07:07
Speaker 3: I'm like, you ain't the only one, and yeah, you probably gonna ask when did we make it official? And that's when I stopped that because it was I was getting a lot of motions. I have motion, and she I told her that I have motions, not just not just bbw's either, not just I had another flavors too, shape, the sizes, I had, all the other colors real hard because it was the others, you know. Quote unquote, my preference was they was hitting me up too. So I'm just saying I gotta put out there. I gotta let my baby know it wasn't just everybody think it was just hurt that restout.

00:07:47
Speaker 4: Oh, it wasn't just hurt there.

00:07:48
Speaker 6: We know it wasn't just me.

00:07:49
Speaker 4: We know, but they don't know.

00:07:51
Speaker 6: The definitely knows.

00:07:53
Speaker 1: Well.

00:07:57
Speaker 2: One of the things that we want to know, Derek, is the fact that your sisters made comments that Monique was not the stereotypical type of woman that you were accustomed to, and they questioned your attraction to her. So when you talk about these other women who signed on the pen pal penitentiary program on Facebook, what were some of the type of women that you were dating, what they look like prior.

00:08:24
Speaker 4: To me being incarcerated or the ones that was reaching out to me?

00:08:27
Speaker 2: Well, well, the one your sisters said they're used to you being we so before you were incarcerated.

00:08:31
Speaker 3: My sister's speaking on like the preference I was with prior to me being incarcerated, that more looked like five to five to like probably five a taller women, light skinned, long hair, light oss with you know, nobody slim thick.

00:08:44
Speaker 4: That's what they called them slimtik. Now that was prior to incarceration.

00:08:47
Speaker 3: Now the ones that was reaching out to me was different shapes and size, of different nationalities because they've seen different things in me, just like Monique.

00:08:55
Speaker 4: It wasn't really so much my look Monique went.

00:08:58
Speaker 3: You know, they attracted her. It was what I said versus another female. She might have been attracted by my looks and it probably been.

00:09:05
Speaker 4: Like I would say, my preference at a time.

00:09:09
Speaker 3: We kind of you know, you have sexual attraction, physical attraction that you have emotional attraction too that spiritual attractions too, so it'd be different when it came to the you know the pinpol thing.

00:09:20
Speaker 1: Are you sexual attracted to Monique?

00:09:22
Speaker 4: Yes, I am. We have good sex every night.

00:09:24
Speaker 3: You know it's good like she bring She balanced me and I balance her because sometimes she can be reserved. I gotta make her smile happy and people don't understand that. And it's like Monique laugh and she having a good time. She bent over like a little twerking and feel me. That's me Monique. No, she's not really liked it, but I can bring that out her because I can bring her sexty nays out of you know, it's just you know it would work for us. That's what worked for us. We compliment each other.

00:09:46
Speaker 2: Monique, one of the questions I had was questioning whether or not you had any insecurities. Right, A lot of people feel like, Monique, there's some insecurity is going on with you, which is why you decided to meet the man that you love of who was in prison.

00:10:02
Speaker 1: What do you have to say for people who believe that.

00:10:05
Speaker 2: Because you are a beautiful woman, and I believe that you can obviously GeTe the man you want to that you set your heart out to, why do you feel the need to be with the man at the time that was in prison versus men that you were able to physically see.

00:10:19
Speaker 5: Well, I never understood the whole insecurity concept that people were saying about me on the show because before I met Derek, and when I met Derek, I was dating people. I was dating other man, I was going out having fun, living my life. I didn't feel the need to go online and search for a men in prison because that never was my intention. I just so having came across him or whatever the case may be. Derek will tell you when me and him first met, I didn't take him serious until maybe like the first year, and like he knew, I was still done on my ex at the time. I was still dating, going out, having fun, you know what I'm saying. So it wasn't like I was hard.

00:10:58
Speaker 6: Up for a man. The only thing that I was.

00:11:01
Speaker 5: I wouldn't even say that I was insecure about. I knew Derek haven't dated any BBWs other than me, But he reassured me all the time, like he loves me.

00:11:10
Speaker 7: He doesn't really care.

00:11:11
Speaker 6: About my size, you know.

00:11:13
Speaker 7: So I wasn't secured about that at all.

00:11:16
Speaker 4: I'm gonna touch on a little bit too beautiful.

00:11:19
Speaker 3: I turned out of a time. Any woman wants confirmation, affirmation, I give it to her. And a lot of times I didn't even know I had a type until my brother, my brothers and sisters we went down the list of my priors and it dawned on me I did have a type.

00:11:35
Speaker 4: But they knew then that was the type.

00:11:37
Speaker 7: Back then it was nineteen tween, nineteen years old.

00:11:41
Speaker 4: Now they didn't they It's gone almost a decade.

00:11:43
Speaker 3: So I grew up as a man and now I have different criteria and Monique's that criteria.

00:11:54
Speaker 4: Talk about that too. We can talk about that.

00:11:56
Speaker 2: And we will, and we will a lot of people, including myself, we question whether or not you really want to be with Monique because Monique appears that she pays for everything. And one of the things that I wanted to address is are you attracted to Monique physically or are you attracted to Monique's wallet, her bank account, her savings, her her her money market, and her CDs.

00:12:22
Speaker 3: The emotional connection was first. The physical connection came after, and then everything else that came with Monique came after that.

00:12:30
Speaker 2: Why is Monique spending all her money on the relationship and it appears that you don't meet her halfway?

00:12:37
Speaker 4: I do. That's why we still together because I do Monique.

00:12:42
Speaker 6: Of course he does.

00:12:43
Speaker 2: Then why did you go to the grocery store that by Monique's plastic flowers?

00:12:47
Speaker 3: Then, Derek, I really didn't think Monique was going to come after all the things that we've been through come back, So it's like.

00:12:52
Speaker 4: Spirit a moment. I got her something the count. I can't get that the count, and I got her some other things too. I made so she was happy and put a small on her face too.

00:13:02
Speaker 1: Where do you get your money from? Derek?

00:13:04
Speaker 4: I say, that.

00:13:05
Speaker 3: Did you watch the episode when I came home with some money that went to the bank with and then I had I had some investment I had before I got locked up to I had some support.

00:13:12
Speaker 4: I have my family who supported me.

00:13:14
Speaker 3: Not my sisters, you know, I had some grandparents things like that that helped me invest my money, and some lawyers too.

00:13:21
Speaker 6: Like there, it came home with.

00:13:23
Speaker 3: Money exactly, But you know the way the it kind of played like a little snippet when I was in the bank and deposit that was my money. It was a snippet one thing about me. I saved my money and I spend my money on me and her.

00:13:36
Speaker 4: That's it. So that's why we're both happy as a partnership. And that's that's that's us.

00:13:42
Speaker 1: Monique. Where did you get your money from?

00:13:44
Speaker 6: I work?

00:13:45
Speaker 2: I say, according to the show, it says you are a receptionist at an animal hospital.

00:13:51
Speaker 1: Is that still the case? Mm hmm.

00:13:53
Speaker 6: Yeah.

00:13:54
Speaker 2: When we see the show, Monique, we see moments of you tapping Derek's phone. You go through his phone when he was out to dinner once you FaceTime him and you wanted to see the circumference of the room. And that's also the other reasons why a lot of people think you are insecure, because those appear to be behavior of an insecure woman.

00:14:20
Speaker 1: So explain to us why.

00:14:21
Speaker 2: You feel the need to monitor Derek in the ways that you do well.

00:14:26
Speaker 6: Prior to there.

00:14:27
Speaker 5: Getting out, we had the issue before where he wasn't honest about a woman he.

00:14:33
Speaker 2: Was dealing with, a woman he was dealing with while he was in prison.

00:14:37
Speaker 1: Okay, So when.

00:14:38
Speaker 5: I got the phone, I was just like, Okay, this should be able, you know, to help me kee teps on who he's calling, who he's.

00:14:44
Speaker 6: Texting, and I mean, the only thing I said on.

00:14:46
Speaker 5: The phone was like, share his location with me, Like couples do that all the time.

00:14:50
Speaker 3: But you forgot about this though. And it's come from a good place too. She wanted to make sure I'm out in trouble though, So I like that too. It's like a motherly instinct one has, and she's very protective and I understand that why she did that. You want to know where I'm at, what I'm doing, so I can.

00:15:04
Speaker 4: Stay out of prison, they out of trouble. So it's kind of twofold.

00:15:07
Speaker 5: Plus I was in Ohio, well, I was in Cleveland. He was just getting out, like he really didn't know his way around or whatever. If he gets lost to be able to find him.

00:15:19
Speaker 1: Are you trying to like me?

00:15:21
Speaker 2: Listen, big, let's let's let let's keep it all the right brill okay, because I am a fan of Derek and Monique and I want to see y'all together as long as it's healthy and y'all happy.

00:15:32
Speaker 1: So look, I have shared my.

00:15:34
Speaker 2: Own personal experience when I was in a relationship and I went through my guy's phone, so we all do it now. Look, I call bullshit on well, you know, I wanted to make sure he was safe, man like like like for it's you die, it's you gonna die, So let's call it what it is.

00:15:54
Speaker 1: Right.

00:15:54
Speaker 2: Obviously, Derek has a history of being flirtatious.

00:16:01
Speaker 1: And lying to you.

00:16:03
Speaker 2: And for me, as somebody that has common sense, it appears that those are contributing to you wanting to keep tabs on him because you're not the first woman to do it, and I don't think you should be embarrassed about anything.

00:16:19
Speaker 1: You're not the first and you want to be the last.

00:16:21
Speaker 2: I even admitted Monique, as secure as I am in other areas, I also used to do those things, so there's nothing wrong with it. But my question for you is when you were doing that, were you hoping that you would not catch him cheating? And that was the intention of making sure you also kept taps on him.

00:16:44
Speaker 5: Honestly, I did want to keep tags on him, and also because I was looking to uproot my life to move to Cleveland, so I just wanted to make sure I wasn't like wasting my time. I wanted to make sure, you know what I'm saying, like I'm the only woman that he's dealing with, and that was it.

00:17:01
Speaker 4: She wanted all to herself, which I want her all to myself, so I don't blame her.

00:17:06
Speaker 2: Well, at one point you did not want her all to yourself. You want to tend other women to be with you, because what we saw on the show, Derek is you cheated on Monique with several women. What made you leave prison. You're on parole. You're trying to do right. This woman, they committed to you. She put her own life on hold to make sure that you had.

00:17:31
Speaker 1: Something to come home to.

00:17:32
Speaker 6: Right.

00:17:33
Speaker 2: This woman made sure financially, at least in the beginning, that you had all of your needs met right. So for you to disrespect her in that magnitude, what was going through your mind?

00:17:46
Speaker 3: We was having like ups and downs, and I'll use that as an excuse, you know, two step off, which was wrong. She told me that was wrong. Even if we had like an argument of disagreement, I shouldn't used that as excuse and be like, you know, I can go entertained son, because I was like, I was like basically giving that the field of like because we have an argument, we have a falling out, and we just basically I was mad at each other. I use that like I can go, I can go play, and she telling me, all that ain't how you do it, ain't how you go about doing that.

00:18:17
Speaker 4: We can we can handle this.

00:18:19
Speaker 3: Before it gets to that point where it could be over, and it just I really didn't understand that part.

00:18:24
Speaker 4: That's why we're still growing.

00:18:26
Speaker 3: I'm still growing that in that aspect because before I don't have any baby mothers.

00:18:31
Speaker 4: I've never really been a serious adult relationship.

00:18:34
Speaker 3: Where commitment means even if we have like a bad moment, we still got to be faithful.

00:18:42
Speaker 4: I didn't know that. I'm just honest enough to say I didn't know that part.

00:18:45
Speaker 1: How many women. Have you slept with a Monique?

00:18:47
Speaker 4: It's been it's been more than one.

00:18:50
Speaker 1: Is it more than five?

00:18:51
Speaker 4: It's been yeah, somewhere around there.

00:18:54
Speaker 1: Is it more than ten?

00:18:56
Speaker 3: No?

00:18:56
Speaker 2: Still bad though, And Monique, how did you find out he was cheating on you with more than five women?

00:19:02
Speaker 5: Well, the whole ten women thing last night was the first time hearing that, So I always knew he cheated.

00:19:09
Speaker 6: I just didn't know how many.

00:19:11
Speaker 1: When you found that out, How did that make you feel?

00:19:15
Speaker 6: I was hurt.

00:19:16
Speaker 5: I was embarrassed too, because I felt like it's one thing for us to go through things like in private, but for him to admit that on TV, like it was kind of hurtful, you know, even though like that show it was taped like months ago, Like even though we we we're growing, we're learning to get over things and forgive.

00:19:36
Speaker 6: I don't know, it just kind of like opened up the one again kind of cause it was just like, Wow, at.

00:19:42
Speaker 5: Least ten, I already knew you cheated, but I didn't know you know what I'm saying to that magnitude, So it was definitely hurtful.

00:19:50
Speaker 4: Sure, this was just.

00:19:53
Speaker 2: A taste of my interview with Monick and Derek but listen here rain Drops.

00:19:58
Speaker 1: Head over to my YouTube Channe I Know at YouTube.

00:20:01
Speaker 2: Dot com slash at b Carlos King underscore to hear more of my full interview with Bonique and Derek.

00:20:11
Speaker 1: After the break, we'll get to my commentary on whether.

00:20:14
Speaker 2: The Gorgas should lead the Real Housewives of New Jersey. We'll be right back after this quick break.

00:20:29
Speaker 1: This is reality with the King and I'm Carlos King.

00:20:32
Speaker 2: Now let's get into the Gorgas of it all. I have a confession to make and I'm just being honest and listen, sometimes my honesty may offend people who I love. It is never my intention, so it's just me saying my opinion. I have a podcast and look unlike other podcasts who have hosts that are friends with reality stars. I'm always gonna be honest. And if you're mad in my honesty, then you'll be mad for the day, because child, you'll get over it tomorrow.

00:21:13
Speaker 1: Okay.

00:21:14
Speaker 2: The reason why I haven't recapped the season is because I feel like it's the same old, same old. Real Housewives of New Jersey needs a refresh. I love the cast. I've said that before. I think this cast is one of the best. Last season of the Real Housewives of New Jersey was an excellent season, an excellent reunion.

00:21:37
Speaker 1: I love everybody on the show.

00:21:40
Speaker 2: What I've been watching so far is just not grabbing me because I feel like, even with two new ladies, and I think Danielle and is it Rachel. Yeah, I think they're great additions.

00:21:52
Speaker 1: I do.

00:21:53
Speaker 2: They could be, you know, the future of the franchise. But the unfortunate part is there's too much inventory on the old beef obviously, Teresa versus Melissa, and Jennifer.

00:22:09
Speaker 1: Aiden versus Margaret Josephs. We've seen it.

00:22:13
Speaker 2: We've seen it for so many seasons that I think this season.

00:22:18
Speaker 1: I'm tired of it.

00:22:20
Speaker 2: I'm not as invested as I was before in it.

00:22:25
Speaker 1: I think it's time for the Gorgas.

00:22:29
Speaker 2: To go and hear me out. I've said this once, I'll say it again. I am not in all caps, n O T. I am not a Melissa Gorga hater.

00:22:44
Speaker 1: I'm not.

00:22:46
Speaker 2: I've said it before again. I think Melissa is beautiful. I thought she was great for the show at one point. I've even used to tell Teresa my girl, like, yeah, I know, y'all get along.

00:22:59
Speaker 1: But Teresa.

00:23:00
Speaker 2: That's a producer. She's great for the show. She's interesting, and I like, I like what she brings to the show. Like I was always honest with Teresa, which is why listen up some of you housewives and reality stars. Teresa and Chary are good examples, and Kenya are good examples of when I state my opinion, they don't get mad. Teresa was like, I disagree with you, but whatever, Carlos, Let's go have dinner like that. And that's why I love being Teresa Judais. She she doesn't like people to kiss her ass, despite what you guys may think.

00:23:35
Speaker 1: She doesn't like that.

00:23:36
Speaker 2: Teresa thrives on someone who's honest with her and because she knows that I'm somebody who's truly her friend, I will tell Teresa when she's right or wrong.

00:23:47
Speaker 1: I told Teresa I think Melissa's great for the show. Baby, I just do. But Child, that was years ago, and.

00:23:55
Speaker 2: Based on what's been happening on the show this season, I am sick and tired of this Teresa versus Joe and Melissa Child, we have exhausted at bar readsing Go aspect of that relationship and the moment you thought like Okay, they'll get along to get along, you know what I'm saying, Like, at some point you have to just say, okay, fine, let's move on from it. And I thought I saw a point, maybe a couple of seasons ago, where I thought, Okay, Teresa Melissa bury the hatchet and they're going to like get along. Boy was I wrong. And what I have realized is that and look, this is my opinion. I think Joe and Melissa know that without Teresa, they just don't have a storyline. I never once believed for a second that Melissa wanted to have another baby. Melissa gives me no vacation that she wants to risk her body altering again for a baby. That's my opinion. I don't see Melissa being that person. Melissa thinks she's Jennifer Lopez, and I didn't buy that storyline. I thought it was weak and lazy, like, oh my gosh, not the stereotypical I want to have a baby and then you never have one. Okay, I'm over that. And then one of Melissa's storylines was Okay, well I'm looking for my father, which could have been very interesting, and I really enjoyed watching that dynamic with her sisters.

00:25:45
Speaker 1: And her mom.

00:25:49
Speaker 2: But outside of those two things, and listen, rain Drops, tell me if I'm wrong. Melissa ain't got much going on child unless she gets into it with Teresa. And I know what you guys are thinking. Okay, Carlos, you are team Teresa. Look, Teresa's a friend, y'all. Listen to my podcast. I love Jazebe Bryant. I tell you Zebe Bryant when I think she's wrong. So no, that has nothing to do with it. It has everything to do with I am a viewer watching the show and I'm sick and tired and exhausted of this Teresa versus Melissa. And because Melissa and Joe don't have much going on, that's the reason why I think it's time for them to exist stage left. This show is not going to survive with Joe Melissa on another season.

00:26:38
Speaker 1: It's just not. It's not they listen, I listen.

00:26:44
Speaker 2: I will compliment Joe and Melissa for bringing some very interesting family storylines to the show. Joe and Melissa brought another breath of fresh air to the show when they first gone on. I think Joe Gorga is a great reality star. Well, I thought that until I Child with this episode three of this season, when Joe was facing off with Louis at a restaurant with all the guys and Joe Gorga gave you a good old al Pacino performance. He was like at the head of the table, like he's the Beyonce of the group, and he was looking across the table at Louis, and I felt that Joe was just trying Joe again, You're a great reality star, but baby, you are a bad actor. That was something the worst acting I've seen since Batwoman.

00:27:39
Speaker 1: It was not good. And I love Halle Berry and that's no shake to Halle Berry.

00:27:44
Speaker 2: She won a Razzie Award for that performance, Child and accepted it with her Oscar work.

00:27:48
Speaker 1: Halle.

00:27:49
Speaker 2: I think that was the day I was like, I can't watch this shit no more, like to witness Joe Gorga give an al Pacino stop performance where.

00:28:02
Speaker 1: He's I didn't get it.

00:28:04
Speaker 2: And you could tell Lloyd was like, what are you doing? And I even think Lloyd kept asking him like, bro, what are you doing. Even Frank Catana, who you know is a show pony, he was even like, Joe, you're doing the most.

00:28:20
Speaker 1: I don't know if Mark.

00:28:22
Speaker 2: Wahlberg is waiting to hand you a script or you know again, it's Tyler Perry behind the scenes, give me.

00:28:30
Speaker 1: You a wig to come on.

00:28:32
Speaker 2: Joe Gorga gave a performance of a performance of a performance.

00:28:36
Speaker 1: And I was exhausted.

00:28:39
Speaker 2: I think Melissa and Joe understand that without Teresa drama, they just are expendable, which is why they got on the show in the first place. Again, my opinion, allegedly, one of the things that we talked about this podcast is how Melissa got on the show. Now, look, I'm not going to do another deep dive into that. Listen to my podcast episode with Teresa Judais. I even told Bargaart Joseph the story, and then listen to me and Jacqueline LaRita talk about it. My story has never changed, neither has anybody else's.

00:29:15
Speaker 1: Melissa.

00:29:16
Speaker 2: Again, this is no shade towards you because I don't know you personally, and once again, I think.

00:29:20
Speaker 1: You are a beautiful girl.

00:29:22
Speaker 2: The issue that I think we're all are having is the fact that I just don't think you're telling the truth. And I think if you did, it would be fine. The truth sell set you free.

00:29:35
Speaker 1: Baby.

00:29:36
Speaker 2: I think if you said look, did I want to get on the show.

00:29:39
Speaker 1: Yes? Did I Facebook friend Carlos King? Yes?

00:29:45
Speaker 2: Did I talk to the like, I think it's okay to say it. I think if you said it, people will be like, okay, because at this point you've been off for ten years, so congratulations. But I think you being upset about not acknowledging that, Melissa, you did get on the show behind Teresa's back, allegedly whether or not you told her you were interviewing like Melissa my story, Teresa's story, Danielle Stoves story, Jacquelin Larita's story.

00:30:18
Speaker 1: No one's story has changed, Melissa.

00:30:21
Speaker 2: I think it's okay to just admit it, and I think you will win so many people over.

00:30:25
Speaker 1: If you did.

00:30:27
Speaker 2: I think a lot of people are having trouble with you because you just won't admit it. And then my friends Tamra and Teddy on their podcast, you know, they did a video recently and said when they had Jacqueline Loarreta on, Melissa text Tamra and said, I'm mad and that's not true and Jacqueline was lying. Listen, Jaquelin LaRita and I almost stand ten toes down on this one.

00:30:52
Speaker 1: And please quote me.

00:30:57
Speaker 2: Jacqueline Loarita is a lot of things. She is not a liar. She doesn't lie. She doesn't Jack would get in trouble with her family members because she refused to lie just because we're family.

00:31:16
Speaker 1: You got on the show.

00:31:17
Speaker 2: It's like, Melissa, it's cool, like it's fine, No one cares. I think maybe some of the tree huggers will care, but they don't like you anyway, so just don't. You would never win off the tree huggers. They don't like you. And guess what, that's fine, It's okay. What's not okay is the way this season is shaping out to be.

00:31:38
Speaker 1: I've lost interest.

00:31:40
Speaker 2: I'm not invested in the New Girls because I feel like I'm so bombarded by the same old story in the same old conflict.

00:31:48
Speaker 1: And I really do believe.

00:31:50
Speaker 2: If you remove Melissa and Joe from the equation, the show won't have a chance of succeeding. Because look, I've said this once and I said it again, and I'm somebody who loves, loves loves, and they love me too. I love Jacqueline, Dina, Caroline, Danielle. Danielle was on my podcast too. I love all those girls, and I think all of them will even say to you, like, look, at this point, it's Teresa's show. Teresa gives so much to the show, so much to it. Teresa, she said to herself, she had a baby on the show. She got divorced on the show. She is getting married remarried on the show. She buried her parents on the show, like she had to suffer through going to jail on this show and then coming home. Teresa has given every single piece of her life to that show. That's why it's her show. And that doesn't dismiss Margaret and Jennifer and Dolores. It truly doesn't. It does not. They're all great, and I love all of those girls. Girls too. I even think they'll say, like, look, it's fine. Teresa is the marquee. When you think of New Jersey Housewives, you think of Teresa. She flipped the table, and guess what, that's fine. It's fine, it's fine. What isn't fine is Melissa and Joe continuously not having anything else going on but starting this beef with Teresa. And I'm not saying that Teresa is always innocent, but I also think at some point, guys, you gotta move on from it and say, what else do we have. Teresa has eight years a more story to tell. The Gorga's got eight minutes left a story to tell, and that is no shade.

00:33:47
Speaker 1: Baby, It's no shade.

00:33:49
Speaker 2: In order for the Real Housewives of New Jersey to continue, the Gorgas must leave their.

00:33:55
Speaker 1: Time is up.

00:33:57
Speaker 2: Teresa already says she's never talking to them again, and that makes me even sad to repeat that, because I have nine siblings and I know how much family means to me. But I have to admit if I was in Teresa's shoes, and if I saw my sibling use the show to start drama, allegedly to get a buck, I won't talk to them either. So if Teresa isn't talking to you guys anymore, and I believe she's not, I don't want to see Melissa having dinner with Margaret. I'm bored. Margaret is great television. Margaret could have dinner with the New Girls and gets a new drama going. Jennifer Aiden can get some drama started. Jennifer Aiden is a fantastic reality star. I love Margaret and Jennifer Aiden, and Dolores is great for the show too.

00:34:52
Speaker 1: You have two new bees that to me could have been.

00:34:55
Speaker 2: Like how Portia and Kenya gone all Season five of Atlanta Housewives and they I'm gonna handily change.

00:35:01
Speaker 1: The temperature of the show. That's what this show needs.

00:35:06
Speaker 2: It needs a temperature change, and that temperature is on zero degrees with the Gorgas.

00:35:14
Speaker 1: It's time to go.

00:35:15
Speaker 2: It's time to leave, and maybe, just maybe, you guys could be able to do other things with a network. You guys have a podcast, but I think you all need to join Kathy.

00:35:30
