00:00:33
Speaker 3: I had to.

00:00:34
Speaker 4: I had to stop at Walmart yesterday to pick up something, and I was.

00:00:38

00:01:10
Speaker 5: Good luck to Dylan, by the way, who's gonna be Dylan? Billy Seaton's big shoes.

00:01:15
Speaker 4: And they'll be in Pittsburgh next week for the draft, so that should be fun for the DP audience as we get ready for the NFL. In fact, we're gonna talk NFL Draft in a sea. He'll be there, Fernando Mendoza won't be. Rich still crying about it.

00:01:25
Speaker 2: I think it's the worst move ever.

00:01:27
Speaker 4: Those should be there anyway.

00:01:31
Speaker 2: Thank you guys for hanging out with us.

00:01:32
Speaker 4: If you want to see what you hear at Covino and Rich FSR on YouTube, Brett Schaefer's there, Colin and Canada, Scott for Mayor West and Idaho.

00:01:42
Speaker 5: You need to be tuned in for the Brainwave game.

00:01:44
Speaker 4: Dominic cotone is that you say a lot of people chiming in and talking smack and Danny G's right. We play a game this hour called Brainwave. It's very it's very newlywed game and you need to see our answers and it's very interactive and we want to be part of it. We're giving away prizes packs and if you're one of those tailgating guys, we got koozies for you and mini football also, yes, so you know what it's It's interesting. It is almost like a tailgating pack. It's a football in Jerseys, Danny Nba. In a second, but you just said we talked about Mendoza and cannot strikes a chord every time he says this, because I love what Mendoza is all about. I love the dynamic and his family. You know, his mother's story is heartwarming. In fact, he's your number one Mendoza right now, especially as a Mets fan. Right if Carlos Mendoza. Here's the thing about Carlo Mendoza as the Mets manager. They you know they're going for history this weekend, right, why'd you have to bring up that they've lost eight in a row. If they lose today, that'll be nine. They haven't lost nine games in a row since four Who is manager art? How like we're talking like twenty one years ago, twenty two years ago. So Mets playing the Cubbies tonight and I'm telling you, I know things could change quick in baseball, Danny I'm sure if you go through Dodger's history and Covino, if you go through Yankees history, sometimes you start out so hot and then the team fizzles. And then there's times where your team starts out like ass and then you get good.

00:03:08
Speaker 2: The grimmest year when the Mets lost your Dodgers.

00:03:11
Speaker 5: Lots of ebbs and flows a long season.

00:03:14
Speaker 4: Remember that was the year the Mets were trash until the All Star break and then just became the hottest team last year up until the summer.

00:03:21
Speaker 5: Huck to slid, you guys into the finish line.

00:03:23
Speaker 4: Remember last year, if you remember, the Mets missed the playoffs with a meager eighty three wins. They were the best team in baseball until the All Star break. So things changed quick in baseball. And I don't think Lindor and Boba Shadda are going about one eighty all year. So as the kidders say, the Mets are buns.

00:03:38
Speaker 5: See how hard it is though to get Rich still interested in the NBA. It was supposed to be NBA to start.

00:03:43
Speaker 2: Well, no, you just stole a little words out there.

00:03:45
Speaker 4: Rich rolls with him, But Dodgers, Dodger, dude, Doyer, Dogs, bro right, Oh.

00:03:50
Speaker 5: Chr hot Dog. It is all about LaMelo ball tonight and Steph Curry. I mean those are the other side.

00:03:55
Speaker 4: Listen, if you want excitement going into the eight seeds facing the ones winner go home, Like you know how sometimes we always talk about matchups, even if you know it's going to be a blowout.

00:04:06
Speaker 2: You want some excitement on the losing side. LaMelo and Steph.

00:04:10
Speaker 4: If they move on to the real playoffs, that's better for the league.

00:04:14
Speaker 2: It's better for us as viewers.

00:04:16
Speaker 4: I don't think that's even are I think the NBA needs it right like right now. No offense of the Suns and all our great friends and affiliate and Phoenix they're hosting tonight, But I think the world would love to see, Well, if OKAC is going to step all over.

00:04:30
Speaker 2: Someone in the first round, let's see if they could do it to Steph.

00:04:33
Speaker 4: Maybe Steph has a little magic, Maybe Draymond's up for the series. Maybe maybe, maybe, just maybe they could steal a couple from Okac and make it make it some fun.

00:04:43
Speaker 5: Obviously, we expect Steph, right, We expect Steph to come up big in the biggest moments. Usually, Yeah, he usually does the early game, Hornets and Magic, and like you said, Warriors and Sons after that, and you know, you're right, Rich, you do have to go up against the number one seed if you advance. But a lot of people were not high on the play in games, you know, before the week began. But then what did we get? The best playing game probably in the history. So yeah, and then that performance from Steph and Horford and Draymond with the two steals at the end of that game. So we've gotten some great NBA action here, and that's what we were hoping for, Coovino, because there are a lot of people still down on the NBA.

00:05:28
Speaker 4: The Warriors are dogs tonight man three and a half point underdogs, Charlotte's favored on the road in Orlando. But I think, like we all said, you want Ball moving forward, you want Steph moving forward, just for the star power, even if they're an eight seed and lose early on. But it's winner going home, which is right, tune in. But I also think it's win and go home. And that's why it's like, yeah, whatever, because I think whoever wins probably goes home. Right after that, I probably will Hornets and Magic. Whoever wins plays the Pistons, Warriors and Sons. Whoever wins there plays the thunder. So when you are you really winning, when you're pretty much not gonna make it.

00:06:06
Speaker 5: Sent to a wood chipper. But but there's been crazier things that have happened.

00:06:10
Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, anything possible. I have a question for you, guys. I I heard uh Rich Eiesen. I think it's great. I'm a fan of him and DP and all the guys. We grew up listening and watching when we were kids.

00:06:23
Speaker 3: Right.

00:06:24
Speaker 2: I heard Rich Eiesen not knowing George Michael sports machine guy, how was a wonder Wolf plays of the week?

00:06:31
Speaker 4: Fella, do you guys, if I said the phrase gentleman sweep, do you know what that is?

00:06:37
Speaker 2: He didn't, and he knows more about sports than all of us.

00:06:39
Speaker 5: Probably, Yeah. You you let them have one game?

00:06:41
Speaker 2: Did you know that? Com We don't know?

00:06:43
Speaker 4: Oh, I think that's the haircut you ask for, sweep. That's the richest nice way of saying comb over? Please?

00:06:51
Speaker 2: Is that? But is that a Is that a common phrase?

00:06:54
Speaker 4: I thought it was And I was like Rich Eisen, who's one of the more knowledgeable dudes in all the world of sports, was like.

00:06:58
Speaker 5: I've never heard of them. Sometimes we just missed things.

00:07:01
Speaker 2: Listen, we all missed things along the way.

00:07:02
Speaker 4: But yeah, gentlemen's sweep is probably what ok C will We'll deliver to the Warriors, you know, if they if the Warriors do advance or the Suns. I'd imagine for one, sweeps are hard to do four to Oh, it's tricky to win four games in a row.

00:07:17
Speaker 2: Against the team. But hey, NBA heating up now.

00:07:20
Speaker 5: Yeah, a lot of game ones over the weekend. I'll get to that on weekend, hob Nobin.

00:07:24
Speaker 2: Could I can of ask you this is it? Great?

00:07:28
Speaker 1: Well?

00:07:28
Speaker 4: Obviously the big rivalry in the NBA were we're seeing before our very eyes Oklahoma City and San Antonio. That's the that's the growing little rivalry where it seems like San Antonio has their number, but you know, they're the defending champs and I think all eyes are on we need that as the Western Conference finals. That's like, that is what the NBA wants.

00:07:48
Speaker 5: That's the fan say that I'm a Lakers fan.

00:07:50
Speaker 2: I'm sorry, Danny, You're right. You know, Lebron's gonna do it.

00:07:53
Speaker 5: What's hard? I mean, Lakers went on that great nine game win streak, and they looked like probably the best half court offense in the NBA. A little slower because of some of the age on the team, So the transition game, there was something to be desired there. But Luca was playing at an MVP level.

00:08:10
Speaker 2: What's his health update? His status?

00:08:12
Speaker 5: Well, that's the thing is that he's better off than Reeves is Reeves. It's going to take him longer to heal. If this series went deep against the Rockets, we maybe would see Luca. It's a long shot. More so in the second round. If you advanced, can you get to round two without reasons? Doesn't? It doesn't seem that way. But does Lebron have one last flex in him the way Curry has been showing us? And can Lebron do that in enough of these playoff games to get the Lakers pass well the Rockets? Because he's pretty much by himself. The Lakers do not have a deep bench.

00:08:46
Speaker 4: But let me give you an analogy that makes sense to me as a forty nine Ers fan over in the NFL. Remember how the forty nine Ers were playing with the mindset, if they get to a certain point, Fred Warner and certain guys were gonna make like a miraculous comeback, and you just get to that, get to that. I think the sentiment for Lakers fans out here in LA is like, Yo, Lebron, deliver us a magical series in round one. Get us to the point where Luca and Reeves and some of these guys could possibly come back and join the party. Because you don't want a first round exit, Danny, I know you could always believe it on well health and bedtiming, but Lakers are not a team that we can't have a first round exit from the Lakers, right.

00:09:25
Speaker 5: And what makes it harder to stomach is that the Lakers match up or matched up against the Rockets before the injuries, really really well. And so this was this was going to be maybe a gentleman suite the other way with the Lakers, you know, dominating the Rockets, and it's not looking that way with your two of your best three players out.

00:09:43
Speaker 4: If you're if you're talking about things to look out for, then round one, could Lebron be the Lebron of oldens single handedly put a team on his back, like like he did with Cleveland for years where it was like Lebron and people you didn't know what year was that. I know, Yeah, that was some found That was when you had a Nokia flip phone exactly. But I didn't want to say what it be for the NBA because I think it would be miraculous. And you talk about how a lot of times in the NFL and baseball other sports the growing pains involved Danny where it's like, you know, baseball you need you think an elphick.

00:10:18
Speaker 2: Aren't show me that smile again, you.

00:10:21
Speaker 4: Can't say growing pains and not expecting me to think of see your room, Ben, Mike, Carol, Maggie. See now I can't say growing pains around you. There's growing pains where even with Mendoza and Bowers and gent Y and even if they draft good, Danny, you're realist and you know they would take a couple of years to really be what you want as a Raiders fan.

00:10:44
Speaker 5: Right, Yeah, although we've seen some young quarterbacks like Jade and Daniels come in and have an instant impact, so j Strautus, Yeah exactly. It just just depends on the situation. Yeah, normally, yeah, it takes at least two seasons for everything to come together.

00:10:58
Speaker 4: But talk about the turner in San Antonio, Like when are we ahead of schedule with Wemby, Like they could win the NBA Finals this year and that's like, what is he?

00:11:06
Speaker 2: Twenty two?

00:11:07
Speaker 5: The small question mark with the Spurs is they have a really young squad and they're not battle tested. They don't have playoff experience. So will that come into play or are they just so good and talented that that's not really gonna matter. And Wemby, they don't play him a lot of minutes. He plays something like thirty minutes a game. Well, playoffs, he's gonna have to play more. He's gonna have to get some endurance going to the playoffs. But you know what, interestingly enough, though twenty two years old, that he's so effective though rich, in the small amount of minutes he does play.

00:11:34
Speaker 4: I want to see you do Wemby math. When it comes to how many minutes he's playing his math skills, he was dropping I did. He was talking about the eligibility for awards at accolades and he's like, well, if you play, and he's doing like he was doing some serious calculation.

00:11:49
Speaker 2: I had to break out my t I eighty two off the dome. He was doing. He was showing off a little bit he was flexing his.

00:11:55
Speaker 5: And then really quick guys, just so we're not too Western heavy in the East, all eyes on the Nick and Celtics, and you know, of course the Pistons great defense. The Knicks, they're kind of like the Lakers of the East, where they seem to be one piece short, trying continually to get over that hump.

00:12:13
Speaker 4: We're from New Jersey, I'm from New York. Corvino's from Jersey. We grew up around Knicks fans, and the Knicks are like they're just always so close that, oh, you're right.

00:12:23
Speaker 2: It feels like they're always just some really fun teams throughout the year.

00:12:27
Speaker 4: One they're always like one piece away or just like there's someone always in their way, whether it was you know, Michael at one point, and then when they got to the finals, they they you know, they played some Rockets teams and Spurs teams that were just better, like they just always Reggie Miller, who's a big part of the show years.

00:12:45
Speaker 2: So yeah, NBA playoffs, Danny's.

00:12:49
Speaker 5: And Celtics have a lot of momentum going into the playoffs.

00:12:52
Speaker 2: And the Celtics are always there, you know, Danny.

00:12:54
Speaker 4: Interestingly enough, you always make fun of me because I keep saying, oh guy, this is what I'll really zone in.

00:12:58
Speaker 5: I think a few days before the first playing game, Rich said, this is when I'm gonna start watching.

00:13:03
Speaker 2: He keeps pushing it. I keep pussing.

00:13:04
Speaker 4: But you know what, when it really is your sixteen NBA playoff teams for real, for real, you gotta be locked in.

00:13:13
Speaker 2: That's when the getting's good.

00:13:15
Speaker 4: So NBA Playoffs, Danny will give you more of what to watch and weekend hob nobbin later. But let me move over to the NFL for a second, because, like I said, Dan Patrick's gonna be there with the dan Nets Pittsburgh next week. Mendoz is gonna be on the couch. He better be doing some Fernando karaoke with his family or something.

00:13:31
Speaker 2: They gotta be. They're gonna be party. There's gonna be some anthwer. You're gonna come back taking taking back everything you said. I hope so, I hope so.

00:13:38
Speaker 4: Because we're gonna get great footage and heart tugging footage of him and his family.

00:13:42
Speaker 2: Definitely, well we shall see.

00:13:43
Speaker 4: That's a first an NFL hypothetical, an NFL draft hypothetical. I guess you know a lot of NFL players have a team, right, I mean remember when we not the name drop, when we first met Joe Montana and he was telling me how much he loved the steel as a kid. I'm like, but Joe, and I'm like, he is a Pennsylvania kid, so of course he liked the Steelers. And then you know, Tom Brady grew up love in Montana. Aaron Rodgers grew up in the Bay wanting to be a Niner and always felt like, why did that not happen when they went with Alex Smith. Everyone's got a childhood team, and then once you're in the league, in any league for that matter, you put those feelings aside obviously, right. I mean it's like you are now in the league, so your fandom is like a thing of your childhood. I forget who it was, so forgive me. I'm trying to forget the series against the Angels. But there was a player on the Angels, you know, Mike Trout had a series. Yes, so I tried to avoid this whole thing. Five home runs, four games in four games. The dude played his ass off. But there's a young dude on the Angels who grew up a Yankees fan, and he actually had footage of this kid at the Yankee game catching a home run. And it's wild because he was there now at Yankee Stadium playing against the Yankees, but they had footage of him catching a home run in the stands.

00:15:02
Speaker 2: But that's just how it is.

00:15:03
Speaker 4: Yeah, we forget that these athletes didn't necessarily I mean some do, but most don't play for the team they grew up. That's why it's magical when a David Wrights right, what a David Right plays for the Mets, or a David Freeze place for the Cardinals, or an Anthony Volpi place for the Yankees. When it when when there's pictures of the kid wearing that uniform when they're a little boy.

00:15:25
Speaker 2: Yeah, it's come on, it's magical. No better was not even fairs. Wow, dreams do come true.

00:15:31
Speaker 4: So here's my question being that the NFL Draft is less than a week away. In a typical dumb Rich Davis hypothetical, if you have a son, I have a little boy, I'm gonna name him Gaston. I feel like that's a strong name. What do you think.

00:15:46
Speaker 2: Gaston could be? If you ever have a son? Guest strong?

00:15:49
Speaker 5: Right?

00:15:50
Speaker 4: If you have a son and he was a star athlete. Let's just say the NFL or NBA. Okay, and it's draft night. You think me half Italian Mexican gonna have a kid in the NBA.

00:16:02
Speaker 2: Thank you. Let's be realistic. I mean it's possible.

00:16:07
Speaker 4: If there was a baseball I'd say you'd have a shot.

00:16:11
Speaker 2: If there was a draft for jockeys.

00:16:13
Speaker 4: Okay, No, So if there's a draft and your son's a star athlete, would you rather your kid be drafted number one overall for a bunk team like the Browns or the Jets, or like the Cardinals or you know, the Raiders are different because they have a cool legacy. But if it was like a Jets or a Browns or some bunk ass team, right, or your kids drafted mid first round, but for the team your family's always rooted for, you said, or like Howard Finkel, by the way, I don't know if we're in a wrestling zone because it's WrestleMania weekend. You did so, okay, I got you. So NFL draft on Thursday, let's say let's say a draft high for no not Draft high one.

00:17:04
Speaker 2: I know it's the Raiders.

00:17:05
Speaker 4: I'm saying in a in a imaginary scenario, it's a lay mass team, sorry Cleveland. So you're you're the first round draft first pick for the Jets of the Browns or some weak gass team or a lower flight so Co team he actually.

00:17:17
Speaker 5: Rooted for so Co would be number one, rich but by the Jets.

00:17:21
Speaker 4: Yeah, let's say in a different scenario, Danny, your son co O was drafted number one by the Jets of the Browns, number one overall, but the Raiders in that year happen to have pick number twenty seven. Yeah, do you rather your son dropping the draft? But he's on the team the family loves.

00:17:36
Speaker 5: That's a tough one.

00:17:38
Speaker 4: It's a great hypothetical. I mean, it's your kids. So you're rooting for either one.

00:17:42
Speaker 5: That's great. Number one that would mean greatness.

00:17:46
Speaker 4: One means like your kid's the best, like he is the high hunt. But the salary out the gate and your kid playing for the team your family roots for it. That's also like that's the ultimate right And then you could flip it even say the enemy like by the way, how far how far down the first round? That's still okay, okay, all right, But like so in the twenties.

00:18:06
Speaker 2: Like Danny.

00:18:07
Speaker 4: Let's say like I would take that, then I would take that. Let's say that's by far the answer. Let's say buy the team by the time your son is a young man, you know, fifteen twenty years from now. Let's say the Chiefs are sort of lame, but they have still the Raiders. Let's say he gets drafted by the Chiefs at number one or the Raiders later in the draft, like all of a sudden, Danny's have to trade all the silver and black firm.

00:18:27
Speaker 5: Yeah, red not happen, Kansas City closet. Yeah, Casey, I love you for listening to the DP show. But if CoA had to put on Chiefs gear, I yeah, it would be tough. But again you're you're more invested in your family and what's going on with your kid.

00:18:44
Speaker 4: Then it's a double doozy of negative. I'll tell you why, because now you have to buy all Chiefs gear, right, and you know you only Rock Raiders gear. And think of the pressures that come with being that number one pick.

00:18:57
Speaker 5: Could I get a Chief jersey with his number? But in so over in black?

00:19:01
Speaker 4: Hard to live up to those expectations though, And then on the flip side, it's win win. They're playing for your team and there's lower expectations, lower pressure, and you know a better chance of him succeeding in that spot and on your dream team. I just think that's so clearly the answer here. That is part of the fun of Draft night because there are guys that will be drafted by the team they rooted for, and that's pretty freaking cool. And then those guys that have no clue. Am I going to end up in Miami? Am I going to end up in Wisconsin? Am I going to end up in Chicago? Southern California? It's a you know who knows? So with the draft coming up, you know it's a hypotheticals that John kenyonez, what would you do or what do you prefer? A high draft for a team you don't care about number one number one yeah, or lower draft of the team you always dreamt about and rooted for your whole life. If your kid makes it to the league, that's a dream come true to begin with. So your thoughts on that. Plus, we'll play brain Wave if you want in eight seven, seven, nine to nine on Fox. It's our fun game where we give away some prizes. You just gotta match our answers. Brainwave is next here on Covino retch in for the Great Dan Patrick.

00:21:54
Speaker 2: On the count of three, reveal Brainwave.

00:21:58
Speaker 5: O one two, three, Yeah, yeah.

00:22:02
Speaker 1: Yeah, you're on the same way.

00:22:04
Speaker 5: Blink right now, all right, Happy Friday. The questions in this game are all subjective. You just need to try and match the brain of CNR and the crew. All right, We're gonna get our contestant on the studio lines. Then I'll give you the rules for the game. And in Phoenix, Arizona was the first three.

00:22:21
Speaker 4: Good morning everyone, Hey, good morning, hey, and how are you doing well?

00:22:26
Speaker 5: What do you do for a living there in Phoenix?

00:22:29
Speaker 7: I'm a mother.

00:22:30
Speaker 5: Oh hardest job of them all. All right, So you're ready for the game here and by the way, sitting in the studio to play with us. So we have six big mic over there. Welcome Mikey.

00:22:40
Speaker 2: What's up? Everybody else said, Mom's the hardest job. Yeah, you got pretty hard on that.

00:22:45
Speaker 3: No.

00:22:46
Speaker 4: I saw a comedian, you know, Jeff Die. He does a funny bit. I think it's him where it's like, yeah, it's a hard job, but like, no, it's Bill Bird. Bill Burd does this whole thing where he's like, you're tell me like a military pilot or some weldersome guy hanging from a bridge or somebody. He's like, mom's hard, but let's let's let's relax. Like I don't know, man, I would love to talk to Maria.

00:23:03
Speaker 5: And yeah, I was gonna say, your mom had to deal with your adds, I said, And Bursch is sitting in over here. Thank you. All right, So I have five rounds ready to go here. A contestant needs to win two of them to be the champ and walk away with a CNR prize pack. I'm gonna ask a question and give three debatable answers to choose from the six of us in studio, are going to write down our answers on these dry erase boards for our YouTube channel, and then on the count of three, the caller shouts out her answer. She's got a match with four out of the six to win the round or no matter her answer if all six of us happen to match, automatic round for her.

00:23:34
Speaker 4: All right, so are we all on the same brainwave.

00:23:37
Speaker 5: Let's go go round one. Get your dry erase boards ready there? All right, let's start with the public relations category. Let's say all three of these jobs pay the same. Who would you rather be the PR director for right now? Mike Rabel, Diana Russini or Guy Fiedi would you rather be the PR director of Florida?

00:24:05
Speaker 4: I'm locked in, Danny j answers down, meaning like, which would be the least pain in the ass? Right?

00:24:13
Speaker 2: Yeah, correct, Okay, I'm good.

00:24:15
Speaker 5: Okay, everybody's locked in, and we need your on the counter of three, one.

00:24:19
Speaker 1: Two, three, Guy Fieri.

00:24:22
Speaker 5: She says, Fietti, Guy Fiertti. All right, we start with Steve Covino.

00:24:25
Speaker 4: Easy, breezy, beautiful, Guy Fiertti, What do you do you expect.

00:24:29
Speaker 3: Him to know?

00:24:30
Speaker 4: Like?

00:24:30
Speaker 3: Online influencers.

00:24:31
Speaker 2: Is Guy Fiertti part of the man.

00:24:33
Speaker 5: He's getting a lot of beef though, I no, No.

00:24:35
Speaker 4: He's getting a lot of beef. But I think it's it's easy to get him out of his tea, you know what I mean. Like he's Guy Fiertti, He's above all this.

00:24:42
Speaker 5: Yeah, all right, Rich Davis.

00:24:43
Speaker 4: I mean I gotta agree with you one hundred percent, Guy Fiertti.

00:24:46
Speaker 2: I'll tell you.

00:24:47
Speaker 4: Why because, uh him bro hugging the Tate brothers.

00:24:51
Speaker 2: When you're a Guy Fiertti. I've hung with this guy, not the name drop.

00:24:54
Speaker 4: Everyone wants a picture, Everyone wants to hug him and shake his hands, So he doesn't even know who's probably saying, Hi.

00:25:00
Speaker 5: Do you have big Mike.

00:25:03
Speaker 3: Everybody loves Guy.

00:25:05
Speaker 7: I mean that's why that's why I pick out, because everybody loves easy to spin it.

00:25:09
Speaker 3: Hey, what minute? I don't know these guys alone.

00:25:12
Speaker 5: Man, I saw so much online hate. I didn't think this would be a sweep birsch.

00:25:17
Speaker 8: Uh it's not, I said Mike Vrabel. Hey, we're focused on football, We're focused on the draft. Let's keep it moving, right. That story doesn't affect his Yeah, fine.

00:25:29
Speaker 4: As as some people have said, you know, Dana Orsini, there's different layers per Vabel, like there's less he done, possibly wrong.

00:25:36
Speaker 3: Right.

00:25:37
Speaker 5: Well, and I saw a report yesterday saying that Diana has already had offers from other outlets. So I said Russini, because yeah, it feels like attention's kind of gone over to Rabel right now. Okay, Sam, it comes down to you, all right.

00:25:51
Speaker 2: So we got one, two, three, three point three.

00:25:54
Speaker 9: She needs one more. And if I say Guy Fieri, she gets the point. Well, guess what I said, Guy Fier. You know, he's just you know, listen, this will blow over for him. But this is this is pretty cut and dry. By the way, there's stuff, not so much that lame build up. If you didn't say Guy, I would have punched him.

00:26:11
Speaker 7: Well, that comes down to me, all right, Frankly, we should probably punch Sam every once in a while.

00:26:17
Speaker 5: So it wakes me up, thank you, and is halfway to see an our prize. Peck. We go to round two. Let's go to medical. What is the harder pain to handle? Rich Davis not getting the harder pain to deal with a bad toothache, a bad kidney stone, or a bad back problem. Bad toothache, bad kidney stone, or a bad back problem. All right, we're all writing our answers down. Everybody locked in, locked in, Rocky Doodle Dandy, Yes, all right, and we need your answer on the counter of three, one two three toothache. She says, we go in reverse order this time. Iowa, Samuel, will we start with you.

00:27:07
Speaker 9: I've had back aches, I've had toothaches, but I have to imagine that having a kidney stone would be the worst. I've heard really bad stories, you know, terrible stories about the pain.

00:27:17
Speaker 5: So I said, kidney stone. They say it could be worse than child labor. Then not child labor, but then labor giving birth to a actual child. I said, kidney stones. I imagine child labors horrible from what I heard. Burch, thank you for my nikes, though, what did you say? Yeah, same reasons here, I put kidney stone. Okay, so we're three and oh though on kidney stone, back door cover. So if we get them all on kidney stone, then she gets a point. All right, big Mike.

00:27:54
Speaker 7: I went with the stone after watching John Ramos get carted out of here with a kidney stone one night, and I had him to the er.

00:28:03
Speaker 3: You know, oh it was rough.

00:28:04
Speaker 9: He's my main example for like, guys, something from life you can actually pull from.

00:28:07
Speaker 5: Oh, guys, I rich is going to ruin this.

00:28:13
Speaker 4: I wish a kidney stone upon no one. I know, I hear it's awful. Thank God, knock what I don't. I've never had one. But what I have had is an emergency root canal. And there was nothing worse. I said toothache.

00:28:24
Speaker 5: I mean, well, I ruined it mathematically. She's out of course, but coo, what'd you say?

00:28:29
Speaker 4: Well, Richard, he ruined it, so it doesn't matter. But yeah, I went toothache as well. The toothpaint is missed opbels. And I never had a kidney stone thing thing. I think you could, like, you could lay in bed in a certain way and alleviate the pain, even if it's for minutes.

00:28:42
Speaker 2: A toothache is constant. I'm sure kidney stones.

00:28:45
Speaker 5: Got to go to work. Rich Just lay in bed. All right, let's go to round three. It's the live hot mic category. Okay, what's the quickest way to get canceled in twenty twenty six? Saying something that's racist, saying something that's homophobic, or saying something that confesses to a crime. Quickest way to get canceled this year saying something racist, saying something homophobic on a live mice, or saying something that confesses to a crime.

00:29:15
Speaker 2: Okay, gotcha. I'm in, locked in, loaded, locked, locked.

00:29:21
Speaker 5: Locked, everybody locked in? All right, and in Arizona. We need your answer on the count of three, one, two, three, I'm setting to a crime. What's a crime? She says, all right, we start with Steve Covino.

00:29:34
Speaker 4: Oh man, we're not on the same brain weave man. I said racist, racist, Yes, I mean because who wants who wants that?

00:29:41
Speaker 1: Now?

00:29:42
Speaker 5: Rich Davis, what say you?

00:29:44
Speaker 2: Listen?

00:29:44
Speaker 4: I rationalized all three and said you could say something homophobic and somehow maybe hide behind like your.

00:29:50
Speaker 2: These are my values or morals even though it's wrong. Crime. Got a good lawyer.

00:29:55
Speaker 4: You say something racist, You're doneiss racist.

00:30:00
Speaker 5: Big Mike, let's say you.

00:30:02
Speaker 7: Yeah, as far as crime goes, I mean, you can be convicted of multiple felonies and still be the president of the United States.

00:30:11
Speaker 5: Michael, Yeah, it's the third rail.

00:30:14
Speaker 3: I'm gonna go with the racist.

00:30:17
Speaker 5: All right, three for three, so far in the wrong direction, though, birsh what's say you?

00:30:21
Speaker 8: I see where our caller is coming from because I think there are various crimes that would get you canceled, for sure. There are also some that aren't racist, definitely will though I put racist.

00:30:34
Speaker 5: Might be a backdoor cover. I also said that's got to be racist.

00:30:38
Speaker 2: It comes down to you. What was you know? What was yours?

00:30:45
Speaker 1: Man?

00:30:46
Speaker 5: You know?

00:30:46
Speaker 9: I went with self incriminated in crimes? All right, you blew, you blew one of these backs covers?

00:31:00
Speaker 5: All right? Round four. Let's go to the sports category.

00:31:02
Speaker 2: I got sports. Oh, that's side of sports.

00:31:04
Speaker 5: Shall Let's yes, which of these crazy stats is the most wild? Rory has won two Masters since the last Jets interception. Bobby Witch Junior started the season by reaching base thirty times and was left stranded twenty nine times. Or Lebron James has played against over thirty five percent of all players in NBA history.

00:31:25
Speaker 2: Oh, three crazy stats?

00:31:27
Speaker 5: Which one is the most wild? I'll repeat them? Yeah, Rory one time. Rory has won two Masters since the last Jets interception. Bobby Witch Junior started the season by reaching base thirty times and was left stranded twenty nine times. Or Lebron has played against over thirty five percent of all players in NBA history. They were all writing our answers.

00:31:47
Speaker 4: Yeah, this was a tough one. It's between two of them. For me, I'm locked in, though, locked.

00:31:55
Speaker 5: In, everybody locked Let's go all right and your answer one, two, three, Rory, She says, Rory, all right, Steve Covino, let's say you No, I don't know reverse order.

00:32:09
Speaker 9: Yeah, ayah, reverse it good because I'm not on the same brain way brainwave here. I said Lebron's thirty five percent, it's a big Yeah, that's impressive, but.

00:32:18
Speaker 5: I did match Sam. I also said Lebron.

00:32:21
Speaker 8: Sterrshey Jelly Birsch that Lebron's stat is crazy. But the Jets hired the defensive coordinator as their head coach and couldn't get a single interception.

00:32:29
Speaker 2: I said, Rory, oh, there.

00:32:30
Speaker 5: Go gets I picked Mike.

00:32:33
Speaker 7: Yeah, I'm I'm with the Jets and Rory yeah, wow, all right, I'm.

00:32:38
Speaker 2: Gonna let you down again.

00:32:39
Speaker 4: The fact that Bobby wit Junior has been standing on the back just there thirty times, and twenty nine of them he was less stranded Bobby wit Junior, Yeah, maybe me and rich are on the same brain wave because or he's copying off of me.

00:32:55
Speaker 2: I agree with rich like sitting there. That's insane.

00:32:58
Speaker 4: Thirty times you're stranded twenty nine, that's miserable.

00:33:01
Speaker 3: He got on base.

00:33:03
Speaker 4: Someone else didn't do their job the baseballs that got harder for me.

00:33:07
Speaker 2: That's crazy.

00:33:08
Speaker 3: Alright, I do I'm sorry. Do you have one side question?

00:33:12
Speaker 5: Okay?

00:33:12
Speaker 10: Why?

00:33:12
Speaker 3: Why do you have to count to three before you get the listeners respond?

00:33:15
Speaker 5: Because that's how the premise of this game began. Dan Byer asked us all to answer something on the count.

00:33:21
Speaker 2: It's it's like a dramatics.

00:33:23
Speaker 5: Yeah, it's a tradition. Okay, have Yeah, it comes down to the last round. All right, all right, we're going to finish by going to the relationship category. You're single and dating. What would bother you more? A woman who slept with fifty different guys, A woman who says you'll have to wait until marriage, or a woman who has previously slept with a good friend of yours, which would bother you more? Okay, a woman who slept with fifty different guys, a woman who says you'll have to wait until marriage, or a woman's previously slept with a good friend of yours. You're all gonna write our answers.

00:34:03
Speaker 2: Down it's a good friend, you said, right, A good friend of you?

00:34:07
Speaker 5: All right?

00:34:08
Speaker 2: Fifty different guys? Yeah, that's the wait. Okay, all right, locked in.

00:34:12
Speaker 5: Now we start with Steve Covino on this after we get Anne's the answer in Arizona.

00:34:16
Speaker 2: Count the three mic, Mike you one two three?

00:34:21
Speaker 7: Yeah?

00:34:22
Speaker 1: Not when I speak with my friend.

00:34:23
Speaker 5: Nope, friends friend, all right, Steve Covino, this is a tough one.

00:34:28
Speaker 4: I was going between the fifty guys. Fifty guys or good friends?

00:34:34
Speaker 5: Not all I want though, no one friend.

00:34:36
Speaker 4: Is worse because I put myself in this situation and like, imagine I found the love of my life. I marry her and I find out Rich had relations with her. That'd be a nightmare that you could never live down.

00:34:45
Speaker 2: Good friend.

00:34:46
Speaker 4: Yeah, fifty listen, women are you know could own their sexuality?

00:34:49
Speaker 2: I'm a judging because I can't tell you what I've done on my wife. What was the other one?

00:34:53
Speaker 3: You lost?

00:34:53
Speaker 5: Count?

00:34:54
Speaker 2: Didn't you? Rich? Shut up? Sam? What was the other two? Danny was?

00:34:56
Speaker 5: Fifty different guys? Wait until marriage or previously slept with the marriage.

00:35:00
Speaker 4: I feel like for the right woman, you would do anything, really true. I think visualizing your best buddy going at it, good friend.

00:35:07
Speaker 2: I'm going good friend, can't deal with two two?

00:35:09
Speaker 7: Yeah, big Mike, I gotta tell you, I honestly believe that you should not judge a woman based on her past sexual history of any kind. I'm a little freaky dieky. I need to I need to find out what I'm getting into. I would not wait until marriage. Oh what woman would want to wait with you?

00:35:30
Speaker 3: Anyway? Mane, That's what I'm talking about.

00:35:32
Speaker 5: All right?

00:35:33
Speaker 3: Would you wait?

00:35:33
Speaker 5: Comes down to Bursh and the rest of us. What'd you say, Bursch?

00:35:36
Speaker 8: Well, uh, the fifty different guys or waiting till marriage? That has nothing to do with me. Those are your personal decisions. That's fine, my friend, though, that's where things are gonna get weird.

00:35:46
Speaker 3: Friend.

00:35:47
Speaker 5: Yeah, was it office space where he keeps picturing Berg? Yeah, that's what I thought of. So I said, good friend, she's a winner. That's four yeah. Yeah, at the very end of the fourth quarter, and you win. Congratulations and congratsy.
