And then I found myself on the Blue Jays who looked at me like I had all the answers for one that was coming from LA who has all the answers, but too, I was one of the more veteran guys on that team and now here you are kind of in a similar situation with you know, a few seasons under your belt and the really young squad over there looking to make some noise. Like how are these kids looking up to you? And do you feel like you're ready to take on that role, because I'm not sure that I was.

Speaker 2: I guess like Presidence clubhouse wise, you know, obviously, like you said, in La, you got pretty much everyone there feels like it's like ten years already in and I think just kind of being around and I've gone through a lot of ups and downs and injuries and been through a lot kind of ringer wise, so I think just kind of being able to just talk to guys, you know, like and obviously trying to win, like play winning baseball and whatever it takes to do to win the game that day, situational hitting, playing clean defense, right on the bases, right, all that stuff. But I think just day to day in the clubhouse, just you got a little more responsibility on your hands to you know, this is the right way to do things, this is the right way to play the game.

I just wonder, like when you went from LA to Cincinnati, I went from LA to Toronto, and you know, it just it ended up being such a good thing for me that I got new eyes on me, even though I feel like the Dodgers had set me up for success and had really unlocked a lot of things in me, I'd kind of gotten stale in what I was doing over there, and you get over to like new coaching, new ideas and new things like and and I kind of I kind of took off to another level. Why have you noticed that with with changing to a new organization, new coaches, have they unlocked anything in you that maybe you weren't thinking about a few years ago?

And but yeah, like you said, just sometimes it's refreshing getting around new people, new voices, and just trying to to hear what guys thought or or had to say.
