<v Speaker 1>What is going on everybody, and welcome to this week's <v Speaker 1>episode of the Main Event Review. Thank you very much <v Speaker 1>for tuning into this week's episode. We've got three matches <v Speaker 1>to go and analyze today. Only those three matches, I <v Speaker 1>guess I will speak also about Saturday night's main event <v Speaker 1>and you know, the matches that have been announced and <v Speaker 1>previewing that for you guys too while we're here. But otherwise, <v Speaker 1>in terms of just laterust WW news, there hasn't been <v Speaker 1>too much going on in terms of just stuff outside <v Speaker 1>the main shows, which you know you are well covered <v Speaker 1>across this podcast and also other episodes too. So let's <v Speaker 1>get started with the first match, and that is going <v Speaker 1>to be Thraxim taking on OTM, and you know, both <v Speaker 1>teams have had history in then. XT OTM has been <v Speaker 1>on the on the Main Event show a few times now, <v Speaker 1>so we're starting to know a little bit more about them. <v Speaker 1>But obviously you catch them on the n XT, it's <v Speaker 1>where they mainly are. Again, I don't really have time <v Speaker 1>to watch NXT, so haven't really been following them there, but. <v Speaker 2>Just seeing them on the Main Event, they look like <v Speaker 2>they can go. <v Speaker 1>They have a lot of power, a lot of athleticism, <v Speaker 1>and I think they'll be a really good heel tag <v Speaker 1>team in the future, so I wouldn't be surprised to <v Speaker 1>see them on the main roster. <v Speaker 2>But the way the match. <v Speaker 1>Ended was with Thraxium getting the victory there, so the <v Speaker 1>main sort of card Superstars getting the victory as normal. <v Speaker 1>Will they be chasing WW tag team gold, I'm not <v Speaker 1>sure because I think right now they're struggling to really <v Speaker 1>make that step, and they've had a lot of title opportunities, <v Speaker 1>but they haven't been awarded with the tag titles. So <v Speaker 1>the division is obviously quite competitive. It's also stuck with <v Speaker 1>some different factions that come up and they win the <v Speaker 1>tag team titles. So it's really it's really tough to <v Speaker 1>be a tag team that's new an upcoming and be <v Speaker 1>a tag team champion for long because it doesn't really <v Speaker 1>relate to many storylines that people tune into, unfortunately. But <v Speaker 1>you know, they're really good and maybe in the future <v Speaker 1>these two will become solo stars, which I think is <v Speaker 1>what will happen eventually, but right now, keeping them how <v Speaker 1>they are not the worst thing. And then we go <v Speaker 1>to the second match of the night, and that was <v Speaker 1>Ivy and Ile taking on Maxine Duprix. These guys have <v Speaker 1>versed each other a lot of times. They're obviously really <v Speaker 1>good friends. You know, the feud with Ivory Ile turning <v Speaker 1>Hill and you know, turning on Maxine Deprix or sort <v Speaker 1>of what kicked off Maxine d Prix's real single run <v Speaker 1>to her winning it into Continental Women's title. But unfortunately <v Speaker 1>she gets the loss here, which was a massive surprise, <v Speaker 1>ivy Oyl hitting her finish out to get the victory. <v Speaker 1>Will this do anything for Ivory Ole? I don't think so, <v Speaker 1>But it's interesting that they've given Maxine the victory. And <v Speaker 1>we're going to talk about Maxine because obviously we saw <v Speaker 1>on the last episode of Raw Maxine Duprix being in <v Speaker 1>the car with the vision. Is that a step and <v Speaker 1>a sign to suggest that Maxinum depris is going to turnhill? <v Speaker 1>I don't know, it looks as though that's the case, <v Speaker 1>but they've definitely teased that because I think a heel <v Speaker 1>turned for Maxine Dupris could be something very refreshing and <v Speaker 1>could definitely help her career here. But I would have <v Speaker 1>thought that they would have given her the victory in <v Speaker 1>this battle because obviously Maxine has. <v Speaker 2>Been doing sort of more more things, which is which <v Speaker 2>is crazy. <v Speaker 1>But yeah, that's been sort of what the match was <v Speaker 1>between those two and how that finished off. Surprised that <v Speaker 1>Ivan I've got the victory maxin depris. We'll just have <v Speaker 1>to look out on the main show to see if <v Speaker 1>she ends up turning heel as well. <v Speaker 2>And then we get the final match of the night. <v Speaker 1>We had the Culling, another sort of NXT group taking <v Speaker 1>on the Alpha Academy. I know nothing about the Cunning guys. <v Speaker 1>I assume they're a pretty solid tag team as well, <v Speaker 1>but they get an opportunity to showcase, you know, what <v Speaker 1>they can do on main event, and you know, they <v Speaker 1>did a pretty decent job. They acted really much like <v Speaker 1>the heel tag teams. They looked the par as well. <v Speaker 1>They had also one of the nxtdvers also managing them, <v Speaker 1>so that was also you know different. Obviously caused some <v Speaker 1>distractions on the side. Maxine Duprix wasn't out there, she <v Speaker 1>just finished the match. But that's also probably another thing <v Speaker 1>that could tease potentially her turning heel and leaving the <v Speaker 1>ALFA Academy and maybe creating a feud between Otis and <v Speaker 1>a curate Azawa to go for those titles. You never know, <v Speaker 1>that could be something good for them because they do <v Speaker 1>get the victory here and it was the cent on <v Speaker 1>that gave. <v Speaker 2>Otis the victory. <v Speaker 1>And you know, with Maxine Dupre turning Heel, we could <v Speaker 1>see or potentially turning Heill, we could definitely see an <v Speaker 1>opportunity for you know, like I mentioned a Curates and <v Speaker 1>Otis gone for the World Tag Team titles and having <v Speaker 1>a feud with the Vision because of the fact that <v Speaker 1>Maxine Depris is sort of centered around that, so look <v Speaker 1>out for that. That could be very interesting. They did <v Speaker 1>get the win here, and they're always going to beat <v Speaker 1>sort of the uppercoming NXT stars. But yeah, Otis with <v Speaker 1>the kiss was quite funny. That's what caused like the <v Speaker 1>description the distraction and the ability for a Kiro Tazala <v Speaker 1>to win, as you know they were aiming for the punch. <v Speaker 1>But yeah, it was a pretty good match to end off, <v Speaker 1>and that pretty much sort of wraps up main event <v Speaker 1>again without the sort of reviews, it's just three matches <v Speaker 1>to sort of review, and the fact that we have <v Speaker 1>a lot of EDXT stars in this one, there's not <v Speaker 1>really much to talk about when it comes to main roster. <v Speaker 2>But we do have the. <v Speaker 1>Upcoming Saturday Night's main event with yeah, a few cards <v Speaker 1>and matches announced. I assume that maybe RAW will announce <v Speaker 1>one or two more matches, so we'll review. I guess <v Speaker 1>the matches that are gonna be occurring that I have <v Speaker 1>been confirmed, and I think there is three confirmed. <v Speaker 2>We have the match. <v Speaker 1>Between the Street Profits and the Vision, where again, I <v Speaker 1>do expect the Vision to get the victory here. I <v Speaker 1>don't know how or what will happen here, but in <v Speaker 1>mind mean that we could potentially, you know, have Maxine <v Speaker 1>de pre get involved and turn heel. Here be a <v Speaker 1>good sort of stage to do it and sort of <v Speaker 1>help out the Street Profits, I mean help out the Vision, <v Speaker 1>but we will wait for that. I just don't see <v Speaker 1>the Street Profits getting a victory here. It's good that <v Speaker 1>they're back into the fold, and you know, angel Montusford <v Speaker 1>has done a really good job in losing weight, and <v Speaker 1>Angela Dawkins look pretty good in the ring, and they've <v Speaker 1>sort of they look a bit rejuvenated, but I just <v Speaker 1>don't think it will be enough for them to justify <v Speaker 1>winning the tag team or will tag team titles. So <v Speaker 1>I think the Vision maintain and retain and keep the titles. <v Speaker 1>And then we've also got Penter taking on Ethan Page again. <v Speaker 1>I think Penta gets the victory here. I don't think <v Speaker 1>Ethan Page can come in and just automatically, you know, <v Speaker 1>get the title since he's only been here for less <v Speaker 1>than a month. <v Speaker 2>But it's a good opportunity for him. <v Speaker 1>To obviously be here and be exposed, so that's awesome <v Speaker 1>in itself. But yeah, Ethan Page I expect to lose. <v Speaker 1>I expect Pentin to win this one with Ease as well. <v Speaker 1>And then we've got a six women tag team match <v Speaker 1>with re Ripley, Charlotte Flair, Lex Oblist taking on Jake Cargo, <v Speaker 1>Meechin and b Fab. I think the trio of Jake, Cargo, Michin, <v Speaker 1>and Beefab will win this one, given that I think <v Speaker 1>rear Ripley and Charlotte Flair will be feuding and something <v Speaker 1>will happen with those two guys, because yeah, I just <v Speaker 1>don't really see how they would make Jade lose, especially <v Speaker 1>given the fact that she still needs to sort of <v Speaker 1>be around that World Women's Championship and the fact that <v Speaker 1>she hasn't rematched rear Ripley. It wouldn't make sense for <v Speaker 1>them to lose it and that they would get her <v Speaker 1>basically out of that. So I'm leaning towards them to <v Speaker 1>win it. And I think we're going to see eventually <v Speaker 1>either re Ripley and Charlotte Flair against each other or <v Speaker 1>Jay Cargo involved in a triple threat with these three. <v Speaker 1>I think that's something that obviously Jake Cargo and Charlotte <v Speaker 1>Flair have been teasing for a long time. Ripley and <v Speaker 1>Charla Flair also have history as well. I think it's <v Speaker 1>time that they get real Ripley an opportunity to actually <v Speaker 1>feud with Charlotte Flair and give Charlotte Flair finally the <v Speaker 1>chance to become a single star again, because I think <v Speaker 1>people are keen for that now. But to be honest, <v Speaker 1>I don't know what would happened with for Lexi Bliss. <v Speaker 1>That's the thing that is sort of captivating at the moment. <v Speaker 1>Will Alexa Bliss actually be involved in any of these <v Speaker 1>feuds or she, you know, supports Charlotte Flair. Who knows, <v Speaker 1>But we'll have to wait and see there what will happen. <v Speaker 2>But yeah, that's pretty much like those three matches. <v Speaker 1>I suspect would Randy order and Jacob Fat do you <v Speaker 1>take on each other at sort of main event. I <v Speaker 1>don't know that might be a clashing Italy thing, but <v Speaker 1>I guess rule will tell us that. But yeah, it's <v Speaker 1>been another episode of the main of Reterview again a <v Speaker 1>short one today, but thank you very much for tuning <v Speaker 1>in again and I'll catch you guys next week. <v Speaker 2>Cheers. <v Speaker 3>Thanks for listening to the WWE podcast.
