<v Speaker 4>kind of toy that meant something to me when I
<v Speaker 4>was a kid, I gotta I gotta get it back.
<v Speaker 4>If I still don't have it, and I either have
<v Speaker 4>to have it I can't have it.
<v Speaker 1>Just what do we call it opened. I needed to
<v Speaker 1>have it in the box.
<v Speaker 4>I need it fresh, I need the entire experience as
<v Speaker 4>I remembered it as a kid. And I have gotten
<v Speaker 4>most of the stuff back, but my hunt continues right now.
<v Speaker 3>I've never talked to you about this at all. What's
<v Speaker 3>the story with like the displaying? You have a room.
<v Speaker 4>So no, I don't have a displayed place yet. I'm
<v Speaker 4>currently looking into buying a home and hopefully I don't
<v Speaker 4>think this particular one will have the space for it,
<v Speaker 4>but the dream home down the line. I want a
<v Speaker 4>room where I will have everything displayed. And I will
<v Speaker 4>figure that out when the time comes. But right now,
<v Speaker 4>everything is in my closet at my parents'.

<v Speaker 4>want to open it. But then I'm so into like
<v Speaker 4>box condition, and I don't want to like take the
<v Speaker 4>tape off and rip anything, so very OCD about that.
<v Speaker 4>But then I also want the piece itself, so I
<v Speaker 4>don't I don't know what to do. I'm very fickled
<v Speaker 4>when it comes to it. Sometimes I'll open it and
<v Speaker 4>be like, Wow, this is cool, but then I'll put
<v Speaker 4>it right back in the box and I'll put it
<v Speaker 4>back in the closet.
<v Speaker 1>So it just depends.
<v Speaker 3>I think that's every collector's dilemma with every piece. Really
<v Speaker 3>you get it. You kind of love the packaging, especially
<v Speaker 3>if it's retro, so you admire it, but then you
<v Speaker 3>just rip through it. It's a tough thing, even if
<v Speaker 3>you're I'm mostly a loose collector, and even I have
<v Speaker 3>a problem opening thing sometimes because they just look so
<v Speaker 3>great in the package, but you don't really have the
<v Speaker 3>space to display the volume of the boxes.

<v Speaker 4>I do remember one of my biggest uh whatever you
<v Speaker 4>call it, I was torn was I always I had
<v Speaker 4>just about every Jack's figure that there was for a
<v Speaker 4>probably ninety.
<v Speaker 1>End of ninety seven on up.
<v Speaker 4>So I kind of missed the first two Superstar series,
<v Speaker 4>I guess Superstar one and two, and then I think.
<v Speaker 1>I picked up on might've been around four with the
<v Speaker 1>Bad Boys.
<v Speaker 3>Yep, that's exactly what I came into. But they just
<v Speaker 3>basically really still those guys anyway, Sure, Sean Michaels and
<v Speaker 3>the bread Harden.
<v Speaker 1>But that Ultimate Warrior, which I think was series one one, Yeah, yeah, yeah.
<v Speaker 4>I always had I couldn't find it, and then it
<v Speaker 4>would always be like ridiculous, that's hard to find.
<v Speaker 1>And then I took it in two. I went to.
<v Speaker 4>On vacation in Los Angeles and I went to a
<v Speaker 4>place called Big Lose Toys and Collectibles, and I found
<v Speaker 4>it for twelve bucks.
<v Speaker 3>Damn, that's a good deal.
<v Speaker 1>Twelve dollars.
<v Speaker 4>I don't think the guy knew what he had because
<v Speaker 4>it was going for a couple hundred on eBay at
<v Speaker 4>the time.
<v Speaker 3>Still goes for a hundred somewhere up.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah, And I was like, my dad saw it and he
<v Speaker 4>knew as we scooped it up real quick, and I
<v Speaker 4>just I refused to open it. And then as my
<v Speaker 4>figure fed grew and I needed some new debuts, I
<v Speaker 4>just kept looking over at this Ultimate Warrior figure, and
<v Speaker 4>then all of a sudden I had to rip it open.
<v Speaker 1>I opened it, and I don't regret it because it
<v Speaker 1>was a good figure. I still have it. Who cares.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah, I mean, you know that you're ruining the value
<v Speaker 3>of most of these things as you open it.
<v Speaker 4>But the one I did not to cut you off.
<v Speaker 4>The one I did keep in the box was the
<v Speaker 4>Glow in the Dark Taker. I don't remember what series
<v Speaker 4>that was, but it's, yes, the Purple Taker, but it's
<v Speaker 4>got the Glow in the Dark face saying that one
<v Speaker 4>I never opened for some reason.
<v Speaker 1>That was my only Undertaker, the Glow in the Dark one.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, I was.
<v Speaker 3>A kid who I wanted more guys. So like, you know,
<v Speaker 3>you go to the store, you got eight bucks, you
<v Speaker 3>can only buy one figure.

<v Speaker 3>Undertaker when I could have hardcore holly right.

<v Speaker 3>new guy rather than a second Undertaker, And I'll just
<v Speaker 3>use my imagination when it's like, you know, when these
<v Speaker 3>guys change. I'm pretty sure I used Justin Hawk Bradshaw

<v Speaker 4>I used to do that too, and some were just
<v Speaker 4>not even close because before the I think it was
<v Speaker 4>x pox came out in series seven, I needed an
<v Speaker 4>x poc and there was nothing close to him. So
<v Speaker 4>do you remember the Slammer's Mankind that, Yes, yes, he
<v Speaker 4>was the only one capable of grabbing the person's head
<v Speaker 4>for a perfect X factor because his arms are loose.
<v Speaker 4>So that Slammer's Mankind was my XPOC.

<v Speaker 1>I will only buy the people that I wrestle currently.

<v Speaker 3>of it off. But why, I was just getting like
<v Speaker 3>I kind of did like anybody I worked with, you know,
<v Speaker 3>so he was just getting really big.
<v Speaker 1>And it's like, what am I doing here? M storage reason? Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, okay,

<v Speaker 4>But for older like as a kid, I everything was
<v Speaker 4>just it went from straight from Power Rangers to wrestling.
<v Speaker 1>It was everything. And I was an only child. The
<v Speaker 1>nineties were a booming economy.
<v Speaker 4>Wrestlers were about four ninety nine or something, so I
<v Speaker 4>would my dad would bring me to toys r us
<v Speaker 4>Here's twenty bucks.
<v Speaker 1>I'd walk out with five wrestlers, four.
<v Speaker 4>Wrestlers every single time.

<v Speaker 4>Room was just absolutely stacked with wrestling figures and I
<v Speaker 4>had wrestling my wrestling Federation where I had, Wow, this
<v Speaker 4>is bringing back good memories at custom stages for everything.
<v Speaker 1>Really, I had a yearly planner.
<v Speaker 4>Where I would write out the federation schedule. I think
<v Speaker 4>my wrestling media was blood, Sweat and Tears. That was
<v Speaker 4>the big That was the big mania for my figure fed.
<v Speaker 3>Wow, I didn't see that bro all the time that
<v Speaker 3>we spent together, all the toyonts.
<v Speaker 1>I never knew that you had fig feds.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah, yeah, yeah, I was huge into it. I had
<v Speaker 4>the specially my room, my mom's room was the main arena.
<v Speaker 4>If I was a pay per view, it would be
<v Speaker 4>in my room. And then sometimes if my my grandma
<v Speaker 4>was in a good mood, I would go down to
<v Speaker 4>the special on the kitchen table. For whenever SmackDown was
<v Speaker 4>on for some reason, I'd go to the kitchen table
<v Speaker 4>and that would be like my SmackDown arena. So I
<v Speaker 4>would like to have different arenas from the kitchen excuse me, who.

<v Speaker 4>I used to really get excited for the custom entrances
<v Speaker 4>like I bought do you remember, of course you do?
<v Speaker 4>But the Nitro arena with the trust off the best
<v Speaker 4>ye I that used to be on like Markdown at
<v Speaker 4>this place called zone for toys by my house, so
<v Speaker 4>I bought like three of them. So I had so
<v Speaker 4>many of those metal trusses, so I had ay every.
<v Speaker 1>Pay per view was a special interest constructed.
<v Speaker 4>And then eventually, eventually, when I had a fan in
<v Speaker 4>my room and it had like rungs around it, I
<v Speaker 4>bought some chicken wire and I constructed the trust that
<v Speaker 4>would hang.
<v Speaker 1>Over the ring. And then eventually I had my laptop
<v Speaker 1>so I could play music.
<v Speaker 3>Oh my god, perfect, Wow, that is way more. You know,
<v Speaker 3>I did similar things, but but you you went above
<v Speaker 3>and beyond. I think even Matt. I mean Matt lit
<v Speaker 3>his toys on fire for legit, but that.

<v Speaker 3>But we have a thing. We have a spinoff podcast

<v Speaker 3>Matt drafted bone crunching action figures and then booked weekly
<v Speaker 3>shows and presented them audibly in the podcast. Okay, so winners, losers,
<v Speaker 3>what's happening whatever. So basically they rebooked their fig feds
<v Speaker 3>and then took figure photography and it was a big hit,
<v Speaker 3>but it was so much work, like the prep for it,
<v Speaker 3>the pictures for it. We sort of had to retire
<v Speaker 3>it because we all got busy. But during COVID everyone
<v Speaker 3>had played. But I think I think you would be
<v Speaker 3>a great candidate someday when you maybe when you retire,
<v Speaker 3>we'll bring back f WF. You can you can go

<v Speaker 4>I would love to do something like that because that
<v Speaker 4>was such a big part of my I would not
<v Speaker 4>think about anything else at school other than getting home,

<v Speaker 4>night and just having everything set up my arena, oh
<v Speaker 4>my god. Then the one of the stages that I did,
<v Speaker 4>my uncle drilled holes into like I think it was

<v Speaker 1>The plastic ramp. Yep. He drilled holes into it all

<v Speaker 1>we rigged Christmas lights into it, so it was like
<v Speaker 1>a whole lit up stage. I think that was my

<v Speaker 3>Guys, he is one of us more than one of
<v Speaker 3>us and funny the King of Us, funny enough at
<v Speaker 3>one point for a good run.
<v Speaker 4>Daddy Ass was my champion the signature your series too
<v Speaker 4>with the Blue Trust my favorite Billy Gun figure and

<v Speaker 4>the Titan Tron figures. It might have been two thousand
