On this episode, Courtney and I pulled back the glitz to reveal the full saga of everything, from her a strange husband Aaron, filing for divorce on July six seventh, claiming and reconcilable differences to Denise's immediate restraining order and allegations of abuse and explosive claims that Aaron stole her laptop and sent nude photos to the media. As the Bravo docuseries Denise Riches and her Wild Things faded, their reality became allegedly, violent, invasive, and very very real. This story is not just about a broken marriage. She has this restraining order, she's kind of violating then her own restraining order that she has in place for her protection. But when it comes to her pet being put down, our pets are like our babies. I'm showing up too. I'm popping up over there.

The Sheriff's department said when they arrived, they did not find any evidence of criminal activity. Denise Richard's attorney said that Denise did not violate her restraining order because she made the visit after confirming that Aaron was not present in her home home. He additionally claims that after retrieving some of her dogs, Denise learned that Aaron have put down one of her other dogs without her knowledge or permission, which Aaron's team there's his source says that is one hundred percent falls. So this divorce is getting messy because the thing is this, Denise Richard is a wild thing, punt intended, and Aaron, based on his behavior on the Housewives of Beverley Hills, Courtney, he had some wild things going on. And I don't mean the monster between his legs. I mean exactly what he was doing.

So I think it's it's interesting to kind of go back words like this is the icing on the cake, and a lot of people aren't aware of the timeline of all the all the uh, you know, the original offences some people. I'm a huge fan of Denise Richards back from the Wild Things Days. Uh loved her. She was a nineties and two thousands icon. We all were with her when she was married to Charlie Sheen and that tumosualous uh divorce. So she's you know, she's no stranger to this drama, this kind of levels of chaos. She's just a beautiful bombshell all pun intended, a beautiful bombshell who creates a bombshell of chaos everywhere she goes, and.

But I digress, I digress. We should probably go through their relationship and now this alleged crime timeline as we all have.

Aaron files for divorce, okay, citing and reconcilable differences, and that's when the tsuonamy of allegation started to come out, where Denise Richards filed for the temporary restraining order. She has alleged physical abuse, pushing, slapping, choking. She has alleged that he's been tracking her. She has alleged that he stole her personal laptop with new photos and private messages, and she has alleged that he distributed them to private the private content to the media. On the seventeenth of July, the court does grant her temporary restraining order and schedules are hearing for permanent protections. So that's the latest in terms of what's been happening. And what we just found out recently is the fact that she did go over to the house that saying her name where he's living there with his entire family child.

Speaker 3: Here here's the thing. It's always interesting when the man files first. I need not to be said. And again I'm not basing this off of anything other than I pay attention to who files first. I would say the same thing with respect to I would say the same thing with respect to child support. When a man files first, there's always something to be said or stated. Now, whether it was preemptive because he knew what she was going to trigger this restraining order, but I'm wondering, is it a reaction to him filing for divorce or does it really have merit to him doing all of these things You typically playing devil's advocate here. You typically cannot get You have to show some kind of proof right of the things you're alleging in order to be granted this restraining order. But it's just a restraining order, it's not a protective order. So we're I'm paying attention to what was filed, what was submitted that it was granted. Did she just use her celebrity status.

And she may have not filed for a protective order because they're living in her house. Protective orders are a lot more difficult to get around versus a restraining order. She still has rights to her own property. They may have had to leave her property if she got a protective order. So you know, there's a number of reasons why she did a temporary restraining order versus a protective order. Because the domestic abuse didn't just start. She's citing that it had happened a variety of times through out their marriage, So she could have just gotten to a place where enough is enough. He could have just been prompted to, oh my gosh, this is about to come out. Let me beat her to the punch. There is a lot of variables of factors leading into why the decisions were made. But again, we should watch this closely because it seems like Denise is spiraling a bit or he's just being vindictive. He could just be being vindictive of I'm going to keep my name on all the bloggers' mouth I want to if he if they're no longer a part of the Real house Wives franchise, he still has clients and his business of healing to consider, so he might be trying to paint her as she was painted before with her divorce from Charlie Sheen. She's not the victim, She's the villain. Like, this is not the first time she's been painted as the villain in any situation. She's been pegged as a mean girl, that pretty ain't always pretty. Now again, I think hit Dogs Do Holler and Denise showed us a different side on rouse Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. But the persona of what we think she is and who we believe she is is very different from her being a good mom, fantastic actress, just trying to navigate her life in here in Hollywood.

Because we wouldn't be doing ourselves justice on a true crime even a reality a true crime podcast if we didn't stir the pot and throw out the unpopular opinions. They just lost Giselle Garcel, Garcel Barcel and so hey, Denise made it happen for the franchise.

The thing that and that you know her and her attorneys in the divorce, is it grounds for he's citing irreception, irrecog. When you start adding these grounds right, these criminal grounds for her, I'm wondering if she protecting her assets. The fastest way to get through a divorce like this is if you can prove, Hey, listen, this man was abusive to me. He was violent towards me. He stole from me, He cost me my livelihood, so that she doesn't have to inevitably pay anything, or that she's entitled to his whatever he's got going on monetarily, So we don't know what she's seeking. She got enormous amount of payout when she divorced Charlie Sheen. She also had two children by him. She doesn't have any children, does she have two or three children by Charlie Sheen.

With these new private photos, it takes me back to the to the Tommy Lee and the other Yes when there they as a couple, though alleged that this happened their sex tape. Uh scandal happened, and it really did. Someone stole it. We saw it in the documentary. We saw it also in the made for TV series. We saw how that all unfolded. But in this case, if it's your husband that took your private properties to put it out there for whatever gain, whatever payoff, that's all going to come to light too. And if he did do something like that, did he make money off of it? Is he just trying to do it to embarrass her? Are these accusations real founded? And what does that mean?
