How can you make drills more game-like, competitive, and fun? Turn them into games! But how, exactly?

Today on The VolleyPod, Tod and Davis discuss why and how to turn boring drills into exciting, effective games, and they provide examples!

Then, they explore some ways that can actually serve your team in a positive way, when you are losing games and matches. Davis has a lot of experience with this scenario, so he discusses some ways to think about how to handle this unfortunate, but very common (50% of the time to be exact), part of the game

They also share a narrative that explores some of the most common ways teams can get "off track" and what they can do to get back on track and become a more successful team.

In addition, they share 3 drills from The Art of Coaching Volleyball's cornucopia of useful videos, that are all great examples of taking what could be a dull drill, and turning it into a more useful, enjoyable game.
