Intergenerational Healing Through Astrology

In episode 377 astrologer Aerin Fogel joins the podcast to discuss using astrology as a tool for healing intergenerational traumas. We dealt with some kind of heavy topics in this episode, since the focus was talking about healing trauma, but it ended up being an extremely fascinating and wide ranging discussion. Much of our focus was on the emerging field of epigenetics, and the notion that major traumas can be passed down through generations, and how this might have parallels with astrology through specific astrological signatures. We talked about Aerin's personal connection to this topic because she comes from a family of Holocaust survivors, and later talked about the history and some of the signatures associated with that, as well as with the field of epigenetic research in general. We also spent a lot of time talking about myths and how they connect to astrology, and contain deeper archetypal truths that can sometimes describe family dynamics and traumas, as well as how they can be helpful in the process of healing some of these traumas.
