Speaker 1: Welcome back to Bachelor Happy Hours, Golden Hour. Thanks so much for joining us today. We're so excited to be back at what's going on?

00:00:16
Speaker 2: You know you are in Saint Martin. Am I right about that? Okay? So I just want to tell you it is eighty something degrees here in Austin, Texas and the only thing I don't have is the ocean and the tan. Other than that, I'm living your life, but I haven't fun. I haven't fun. Season.

00:00:37
Speaker 1: Yes, absolutely, yes? Good and next.

00:00:41
Speaker 2: Really sailor to the ocean formulae. Okay, okay, well you're swimming with the fish today. We have a very very special guest today. I'm so happy to see from Joey's season, Daisy Kent. Daisy, welcome back to Batchlan Happy Hour. We're so happy to have you.

00:00:59
Speaker 3: Thank you guys for having me. I always have the best time with you do.

00:01:02
Speaker 1: I would love you. You know that.

00:01:04
Speaker 3: I wish we were doing this person.

00:01:06
Speaker 1: I know the last time we did it, you went and got engaged right after we left you.

00:01:15
Speaker 2: And we just had told her to put on a ring. What's that about, Daisy? What are you doing?

00:01:19
Speaker 1: She was skiing? Cat?

00:01:21
Speaker 2: I know?

00:01:22
Speaker 3: Tell us who when I'm skiing, but I didn't today for some reason.

00:01:29
Speaker 1: Did you ski to that?

00:01:30
Speaker 2: Yeah?

00:01:30
Speaker 3: I ski I was skiing right before this. Oh my god, so much snow.

00:01:35
Speaker 1: You gotta love it. You got.

00:01:37
Speaker 2: I am so envious. I wish I were there with you.

00:01:40
Speaker 3: I wish you were here too.

00:01:41
Speaker 2: It's so I want to meet.

00:01:45
Speaker 1: The biggest question of all did you ever think in your wildest dreams that you guys would reconnect?

00:01:52
Speaker 3: I I don't know. I think if you would have asked me that, like like maybe like after college, like a few years after college, I probably would have said yes. But then I think after that it felt like so far long gone. I was kind of like, no, I don't think so. But we've always been such good friends, so it makes sense that it happened.

00:02:15
Speaker 2: So wait, Daisy, did you stay friends with thora after college you broke up whatever? Did you continue to have a relationship with him? A friendship? A friend? Yeah?

00:02:26
Speaker 3: I mean I would like me and him like not like we wouldn't like talk all the time and stuff. But we have the same friend group from college, and so say everyone was like getting together for Halloween or we were having like a Christmas party or a friends giving that we would both always be there. But I think since we were friends before we dated for like a while, then we were able to go back to that because nothing bad really happened. We were just like, we're better off as friends at that time in our life. I think we were both just so young.

00:02:55
Speaker 1: And when you did reconnect, did you ask if he watched the show?

00:03:00
Speaker 3: Yeah, he didn't, he did it.

00:03:02
Speaker 2: Has he watched it yet? Has he still not watched it?

00:03:05
Speaker 3: No, he hasn't watched it.

00:03:06
Speaker 1: I don't think I love that.

00:03:08
Speaker 2: Okay, So when you guys went back to dating, Yeah, how did you know he was? You said yourself you thought you were better as friends. So when you started redating reconnecting, when did you know he was the one?

00:03:21
Speaker 3: I think, honestly, like I mean, since I met him, I always knew like he would be probably like literally the best person ever to marry. He's just so kind and so much fun and I don't know, he just makes me really happy and he's always been that way. But I think we were just like young, you know what I mean, when you're in college, because we only dated for like a little under a year in college, and it's just like college is such a weird time in your life and I think you're still figuring out who you are, and so I think it just was honestly, like like right person, but like wrong time.

00:03:56
Speaker 1: Did you, like, how did the breakup happen if college or how did you end the relationship? Were you heartbroken or was he?

00:04:04
Speaker 2: Or Yeah?

00:04:05
Speaker 3: We definitely like both were. I think it was just when.

00:04:08
Speaker 1: You're but you still did it.

00:04:10
Speaker 3: But yeah, you just like we both had so much going on in our life, and I think it was hard to like focus on a person and we weren't like I think we both just really needed to focus on ourselves and so it was like really hard. I was definitely like heartbroken. That's definitely the most heartbroken I've been. And him too, I believe.

00:04:29
Speaker 1: So how many times did you think about him while on the Joey's season?

00:04:34
Speaker 3: Honest because you I was like, you're in such a bubble and stuff, and we me and him hadn't talked in a while, and so I think I was just kind of I was like, whatever happens happens and is meant to be. I'm like very strong in my faith and like everything happens for a reason. So I think I was just kind of focused on like what I was doing.

00:04:53
Speaker 1: So just one what last thing? Ketcha. You should be so proud of yourself. We have said that since we watched the season. Yeah, you were the best person. You really were. I mean, we're so proud of you.

00:05:07
Speaker 2: Yeah, you are an amazing woman. But I'm I'm just curious the love that you felt for Thor back in college. Then you go on the Bachelor and clearly it's a bubble and it's a different journey. Yeah, did it feel differently the quest if you will for love on the Bachelor versus what you found outside of the Bachelor. You know, when you were when you were dating Joey, How is that different? Obviously you're in love with Thor, but your vision of love has to look different in those two circumstances.

00:05:38
Speaker 3: Oh definitely. And I think for me, the like whole like reason why I was like I was so okay after I did the show is because like the second I left, it felt like a huge weight it lifted off of me and like I was okay, And so right then I knew, okay, like this isn't the right person for me, This wasn't like the right place, and like it just wasn't for me, and it was honestly, afterwards, it was very easy for me to like move on with my life and be okay. Yeah, So I think it definitely is different versus when like me and Thor broke up. I was like, not okay and like devastating.

00:06:14
Speaker 2: I mean I personally wouldn't know. You know, bachelor, I've been on it twice. Still no guy coming for me from college yet, but I'm still waiting.

00:06:24
Speaker 1: How did you guys reunite me?

00:06:27
Speaker 3: He reached out to me my friends like after the show, because like we're in the same like college friend group and like a lot of my close girlfriends are friends with him. One of my best friends was like, have you talked to Thor? And I was like no, why would I have talked to him? I just did this crazy thing. And she was like, like losing his mind And I was like.

00:06:45
Speaker 1: You me, he almost lost you. That's why I could have lost you.

00:06:51
Speaker 2: Okay, So we know. I you know, Daisy, I follow you. I love seeing you uh, and I love when we get together. But I've been I saw your incredible hat uh that you just got for It's You're getting married in Utah December nineteenth. Yeah, that's where you are. Now, what is there? Is there a reason for utah? Tell me about? Tell me about I want to hear about all things wedding basically.

00:07:13
Speaker 3: Yeah, So it's kind of Thor's been coming here since he was like really little, and like his whole family has always come up here. But right when we like started reconnecting, me and him would come up here and like ski and just like hang out. And he was obviously he was living in Vegas. I was living in California, and so we would just like meet up here and it was really fun because it was just like the two of us and like doing our own thing and yeah, of college. Yeah, so it just like became really special for us. And I also really wanted to get married in Minnesota at like when we started planning and stuff, but like all the venues were booked up and we knew we wanted to do it in the winter months because we wanted Thor's cousin to be here. He races NASCAR, so there's like limited months he.

00:07:59
Speaker 1: Could it either.

00:08:01
Speaker 3: And so then we came up here and started looking and we just like fell in love with a few venues and so yeah, we decided to here.

00:08:09
Speaker 2: So is it a Western theme? Yeah, a Western theme.

00:08:12
Speaker 3: I mean it's not really not like the wedding part, but I think we might have like a little touch of that and like the welcome dinner or like we're going to do an after like party on Sunday.

00:08:24
Speaker 2: So well, I think you should get married skiing down the mountain together.

00:08:28
Speaker 1: And I think Kathy and I should be there.

00:08:32
Speaker 2: Oh I crashed this wedding. Yes, I should be there.

00:08:36
Speaker 1: How about your dress? Can you tell us anything?

00:08:39
Speaker 3: So my dress? I went shopping like a few weekends ago. I found a couple that, like, I really loved, and then I'm going in like two weekends to California too with some girlfriends, so to look again, do you.

00:08:54
Speaker 2: Know what styles are?

00:08:55
Speaker 3: Yeah?

00:08:56
Speaker 2: You know what look?

00:08:57
Speaker 3: I don't know. Honestly, I have out of style in my mind that I thought I wanted. But then when I went and I tried on dresses, I was like loving things that were completely different and talking me. I'm like, wait, what.

00:09:10
Speaker 2: Have you like? All the when I went wedding to dress shop with my daughter, I learned all these terms like fit and flare and mermaid mermaid, and I can't remember with all them, you know, but it's like crazy.

00:09:24
Speaker 3: There's like so many words. They're like, what.

00:09:27
Speaker 2: Are you gonna wear a veil? Are you gonna wear a half a train? Do you know? Yeah?

00:09:31
Speaker 3: I think I've always wanted a veil. I think that's the one thing for sure, Like I know that I want to veil.

00:09:37
Speaker 1: Like the one that comes down over your face that will pick up think.

00:09:41
Speaker 3: So I think it'll be fun to like have.

00:09:42
Speaker 1: Yeah, it's gorgeous.

00:09:47
Speaker 2: Yeah, drama, make him wait for that kiss Daisy, Mom and dad.

00:09:52
Speaker 3: Oh yes, they're so excited. And so it's been really fun and it's been fun to E've been going back to Minnesota a lot. I feel like we've got to like kind of celebrate everything. And then my whole family is actually coming out to Vegas for Easter and good siblings and everyone and my little nieces and so then we're gonna do a little engagement party for me and Thorgeous with like my immediate family and his immediate family.

00:10:18
Speaker 2: Are you going to do a wedding party? Days? Because I know right now the cool d thing is to not have believe or not not have a wedding party. Are you going to have a wedding party. Are you going to do the bachelorette the whole traditional thing? What are you thinking?

00:10:31
Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm definitely going to do a bachelorette party for sure, and we want to have the bride tea too, But I don't think we're gonna have anyone like stand up with us. Like people will walk down the aisle, but just me and him will stand.

00:10:45
Speaker 2: Are you gonna I can't. I'm telling you, I love What are you gonna do it? Are you gonna let him look?

00:10:49
Speaker 1: Yeah?

00:10:50
Speaker 2: Are you do first look?

00:10:51
Speaker 3: Okay, that's what I can't decide. And we've talked about it too, because the only reason we want to do a first look is to get the photos out of the way. Yeah, out of the ceremony, we can go that hang out with people. But also I think it would be really special just to have like that moment where like I walk down the aisle and he sees me for the first time and cries him from Yeah.

00:11:12
Speaker 2: So wait, daisy, you you know there's gonna be pictures even even yes, you can get the pictures of YouTube out of the way, but all the family all that's.

00:11:23
Speaker 1: Just half the battle because the pictures before they do take a long time, but you can still surprise him and he can still cry when you walk to him or the first look. True, very true, it's gonna be.

00:11:36
Speaker 2: You're going to be a stunning bride. Hair up, hair down? Do you know yet?

00:11:40
Speaker 3: I have no idea. It probably depends on what dress I get with the bail up maybe, but you don't want it in the way, then I don't have to worry about it, you know, Yeah?

00:11:51
Speaker 2: You like, yes, Okay, we want to know, Susan, what you want to know? We have to say it again, besides.

00:12:04
Speaker 1: Us, besides invited.

00:12:07
Speaker 2: What other Bachelor alum? Who else is coming that you know right now?

00:12:12
Speaker 3: As of right now, Well, we haven't sent out invites yet, but I have a few of the girls that I was like really close with that are going to be there for sure.

00:12:21
Speaker 2: From Joey season.

00:12:22
Speaker 1: Yeah, yes, I could imagine. What part of the whole thing are you most looking forward to?

00:12:34
Speaker 3: I think just having like everybody that we love like the most in one spot, you know what I mean? Because I feel like it's like very rare that that happened.

00:12:45
Speaker 1: Happens so well Easter, it's going to happen on Easter.

00:12:49
Speaker 3: But yeah, yeah, true, but yeah, I think it'll just be really fun in travel of like our grandparents and cousins and everyone here too, and all of our It will be really fun because, like I said, we have the same college friend group, so it'll be kind of like a little reunion to for all of our college friends, which will be fun.

00:13:07
Speaker 1: It's gonna be a party.

00:13:09
Speaker 2: I have to give you those the advice stacy that I give every bride. I told my children when they got married the day. I don't know what it is about your own wedding, but you tend to forget and say it's a blur. Obviously you'll I'm assuming you'll have a videographer there as well as a photographer, but just try to literally live in the moment and experience it, because you know, things always go wrong on a wedding day. But you know who's gonna notice, absolutely no one.

00:13:41
Speaker 1: It's so funny you're saying that I am going to send you something that you could give to your pastor or minister, whoever's marrying you. It's something I say right before after you repeat your vows, right before the end, and it just take a few minutes, just pause, look into each other's eyes, think about the happiness you get, your feeling in this moment, in this place, and then what are you doing in twenty years. It's a great little thing. I say, I'm going to send it to you if you want.

00:14:11
Speaker 3: Yeah, I would love you to send it to me.

00:14:13
Speaker 1: But Taty is exactly right, because you get so caught up a distant and go white, the flowers are wrong or whatever when the day, when the time comes.

00:14:23
Speaker 2: Just enjoy kind of focused on every minute. Do you guys have honeymoon plans? Do you know where you're going?

00:14:28
Speaker 3: So we don't know or we think we're going to do like the Bahamas and like be like beach fems like we just come the same art. Yes, oh my gosh, we should.

00:14:38
Speaker 2: But you will need you will. That'll be a well deserved vacation. Yeah, for that's what.

00:14:43
Speaker 3: We kind of feel like, you're just like relaxing on the beach and like snort clean and like going. We kind of want to go like hopping, So that's why we think that would be really fun fun And yeah, because we just went to Italy this like last year and like traveling and so and we're going to like France this summer and so we're kind of like it'd be fun to just do like an island thing and just chill.

00:15:08
Speaker 1: Yeah, right, as long as I.

00:15:12
Speaker 2: First of all, you're going to be an exquisitely beautiful bride because you are beautiful inside out. But it makes me just want to run out and go skiing and find a guy on a chairlift and say will you marry me?

00:15:23
Speaker 1: Yeah? I mean there's a cere amount, right, I see them all the time. So the difference, the difference when dating and the difference being engaged is a whole, Like it's night and day, am I.

00:15:41
Speaker 2: Right.

00:15:43
Speaker 1: When you're engaged, you're making plans, yeah, and you expect everything to fall into place. When you're dating, you can't really make those kind of places.

00:15:54
Speaker 3: You never know. I feel like written together, that's when we like kind of knew we'll like we knew we were going to be together forever and so but yeah, it was fun after we got engaged, because then it's like and you and everyone gets so excited and you're.

00:16:10
Speaker 2: Have there been any surprises for you, Daisy since you've been engaged, feelings you know, just the way you live that you weren't expecting.

00:16:17
Speaker 3: No, I don't think so I think honestly, because people are always like when you move in with someone like that's when you like realize your like differences and things like. Yeah, I think because me and Thor were so close in college and he literally was like my next door neighbor in the dorm room. So I feel like we are he knows about each other.

00:16:37
Speaker 2: Okay, so just yes or no fast fast answers here. Does he pick up his socks?

00:16:42
Speaker 3: Yes?

00:16:43
Speaker 2: Does he help you cook?

00:16:45
Speaker 3: Yes?

00:16:46
Speaker 2: Does he clean the house help you yes? Okay, so does he bring the grocery like clean?

00:16:50
Speaker 3: Like? He's very around the room. It's all my stuff all over.

00:16:58
Speaker 2: And do you remember when we were together? You don't remember where we.

00:17:02
Speaker 1: Were about her best friends with.

00:17:04
Speaker 2: Your with your best friend, your your your guy's room looked like a tornado had bog off of it. It was sterile. But he passes my quick little you know, four question quiz. Yeah, he sounds like a total I mean, who wouldn't want this guy exactly?

00:17:23
Speaker 1: And you know us we talk about red and green flags a lot on our podcast. What's a dating green flag in men that you didn't appreciate until later in life till now?

00:17:37
Speaker 3: A green flag in men, I think, okay when they like want to spend time with people that are important to you, like for example, like my best girlfriends or like my family, like when they put an effort to do that, because I feel like when you're younger kind of just like running around having running it sometimes can be awkward to like bring your person around your family or like you know what I mean.

00:18:00
Speaker 2: But I think you know what that green flag means, Daisy, what you just said. We've had other people say that on our podcast. That means that you guys are going to integrate into each other's lives. Yeah, seamlessly, and that perfect. It's perfect.

00:18:14
Speaker 1: And for you to acknowledge it, that you see the difference that you you wish you could have appreciated it then, but you were in it then Yeah, that's okay.

00:18:24
Speaker 2: So you know, we love you. You know I love you. I think you're the best. But I want to know do you think because I'm going through it right now on the with social media, are there any misconceptions that fans have about you?

00:18:39
Speaker 3: I honestly I don't think so. I feel like I'm like pretty on my social media and I like share what I want to share, but like don't. I think. Actually, I think one thing is that sometimes people forget like what I went through to get where what I'm at, And so I want to start talking about that more because I feel like right now I'm like so happy and I'm in such like a positive season in my life, but there was a time where it was zach opposite of that, and like even I tend to like sometimes forget about it and then I'll be reminded and I'm like whoa, Like, yeah, that was a crazy point in my life. So I think sometimes people forget that, and I think I do too. I don't know if that's me kind of like wanting to forget about it, but I don't. Yeah, but you know what I mean, like subconscious I do.

00:19:25
Speaker 2: But I think you epitomize I mean, truly, you're a beautiful woman and you know that. But I think you epitomize someone who has done the work, who has been in a dark place, who has grown and you're now celebrating all your hard work and you found love with thor I'm sharing and sharing about people what you went through.

00:19:47
Speaker 1: You helped so many people. Yeah, a lot of people didn't know they could do that, you know, yeah, thank you. Yeah, I admire you, you know I do.

00:19:57
Speaker 3: I mean coming from you, guys, I look up to you so much.

00:20:00
Speaker 1: Because we love you. You are baby girl. Okay, okay, what's a lesson you've learned from life? Okay in the public guy that you continue to apply in your life.

00:20:13
Speaker 3: Daily from the public eye. I think, like, just be yourself. How important it is to be yourself because I remember when even when I did the show, and the producer is telling me, if you don't show people who you are, then like you're not going to connect with anyone. And I think that translates over so well into life and just being open and being somebody that other people can talk to and relate to.

00:20:36
Speaker 2: And that's everyone's gonna right, Not everyone's going to relate to you or understand you, but yourself. Yeah, the people that feel it, it's like a bull syde target and it's I I think that's very wise. I think that's right.

00:20:50
Speaker 1: We got coming up.

00:20:53
Speaker 2: You know what's coming. We want to know are you going to watch Are you going to watch Taylor season of the Bachelor?

00:21:00
Speaker 3: Yes, I definitely am. I am like obsessed with watching the Mormon Wives. So I think it's gonna be great because I think the Mormon Wives airs and then I think Bachelor.

00:21:09
Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, Okay, So what is she gonna What do you think? Is there going to be an engagement? What are you hoping to see on this season? Because I will tell you I cannot wait for the season. I think it's going to be something Bachelor's never seen.

00:21:23
Speaker 3: I would love for her to get engaged, but I feel like I don't think.

00:21:27
Speaker 2: I think she is.

00:21:30
Speaker 1: Just a feeling, just the gun feeling, and I.

00:21:32
Speaker 2: Just you don't think she's going to get engaged.

00:21:34
Speaker 3: I don't think she's gonna Oh.

00:21:37
Speaker 1: I think she's gonna give them a hell of a ride.

00:21:39
Speaker 3: I think.

00:21:41
Speaker 2: I think she Okay, let's do it right here with Daisy Susan. Is she gonna get engaged or not?

00:21:47
Speaker 1: I think she's gonna leave with somebody.

00:21:49
Speaker 2: Susan, stop stop being Switzerland. Stopping stopping Pollyanna here, take a stand.

00:21:56
Speaker 1: But no, I don't want she's going.

00:21:58
Speaker 2: To be engaged.

00:21:59
Speaker 1: I am uncertain about it.

00:22:00
Speaker 2: So you don't think she's going to be engaged.

00:22:03
Speaker 1: I think she's going to be with somebody.

00:22:05
Speaker 2: Okay, I'm gonna go on. I think she's going to get engaged Daisy, What do you think yes or no?

00:22:10
Speaker 3: I think she'll like leave with someone, but I don't think she'll get engaged.

00:22:13
Speaker 2: Really, I hope she does.

00:22:15
Speaker 1: That seems like the new trend these days, doesn't it.

00:22:18
Speaker 2: Yeah, you know what if it works? Honestly, the producers didn't ask my opinion. But you know, Peg and Mel did not leave engage. It's fine. I don't think you have to get engaged. I mean, i'd give my teeth have a ring on my hand like yours Daisy.

00:22:36
Speaker 1: But does he have good taste? Let's talk about that ring? Were away?

00:22:43
Speaker 2: Yeah?

00:22:43
Speaker 1: Did what were you blown away?

00:22:46
Speaker 2: Yeah?

00:22:46
Speaker 1: You saw it?

00:22:48
Speaker 2: Did you click it out?

00:22:49
Speaker 1: No?

00:22:50
Speaker 3: So my my like two best friends and then my mom and my two sisters like helped him with it.

00:22:56
Speaker 1: Oh my god, that you showed us. I was dying. It was like cat imagine being her age and having that.

00:23:07
Speaker 2: I'm going to be very honest here. I never looked like Daisy. I never had Daisy's opportunities. I never had a ring. But you know what, I've had my own good life too. But we know you deserve all the best.

00:23:23
Speaker 1: What is your best friend going through right now? That she set a date.

00:23:26
Speaker 3: As well, oh, so Gracie who was with me on the trip. Yes, yeah, she got married.

00:23:33
Speaker 2: She was married.

00:23:34
Speaker 1: When she was married, she was already I thought she was engaged.

00:23:38
Speaker 2: Now I know she's been married.

00:23:40
Speaker 1: Okay, you say hello.

00:23:42
Speaker 2: I follow each other on social media. She's another beautiful lady, another one.

00:23:46
Speaker 3: I say hi, Oh my god.

00:23:49
Speaker 1: So what are your happy thoughts right now?

00:23:51
Speaker 3: I'm just excited. I love talking to you guys. Always good inside.

00:24:01
Speaker 2: We have some advice questions and we want you to kind of help us with some advice questions. Give us your wives answer. So what do you say? Are you ready? Yep? All right? For the single ladies out there, what would you tell your past single self when dating got discouraging and let's just be direct, what would you tell me?

00:24:25
Speaker 3: I would say, keep going on dates and don't give up My dad Also, he's like, you never know he's going to come walking down the street.

00:24:36
Speaker 1: Susan, I would something similar, or take a break, walk away for a while. Just do you regain your composure and then you go back to it. I mean, it doesn't it's not always a win win, yeah, right.

00:24:52
Speaker 2: Don't you think? Don't you think when you're young, especially going out and doing activities to meet guys in the wild, Like, don't just sit home, go out well app you know no like meaning not on a dating appals I r L in real. I'm saying, if you get out and you do activities, I think that's a good way to not feel discouraged, to just get out and do stuff. Yeah, when we go to California, I'm just gonna be telling you when we're together, Uh, you will see me. I'm going to hang out at the grocery store in the vegetable aisle and hang on the golf course. You will not be seeing me. I'm gonna be doing my thing.

00:25:38
Speaker 1: Tell you what I think it has to be like a Sunday night or something that's when they go Okay, what would you tell someone who is going on the Bachelor for the very first time?

00:25:51
Speaker 3: Just I would say, give it all you have and be very open and be yourself.

00:25:58
Speaker 1: Be yourself and not get yeah, and not get caught up in drama.

00:26:03
Speaker 2: You know what's so interesting, Daisy? Every I would I don't know, Susan, you can correct me if I'm wrong. I think every person that comes on, every female we asked the same question to and every single person I think includes what you just said, be yourself, and I obviously it's it works, but it's just so interesting that everyone says.

00:26:28
Speaker 3: That I can imagine to you, like learn so much like about yourself when it's tearing too.

00:26:35
Speaker 2: Yes.

00:26:36
Speaker 1: Yes, I was stronger coming off the show than I was going on.

00:26:40
Speaker 2: Which is frightening to think of you stronger than what you already are. All right, Wait, I have another question, Daisy. What advice and this is again directed at me, I'm kidding, not really, what advice do you have to anyone that wants to rekindle a past relationship?

00:26:58
Speaker 3: I would say it, just reach out, and don't I love to reach out. I think you have to give it one hundred and ten percent if you're going to do that, to know if it's going to work out or not.

00:27:09
Speaker 1: You were fortunately that he was reaching out, right.

00:27:13
Speaker 2: Would you reach out? Sorry, Susan and I reach each other's minds. Would you have what have I?

00:27:21
Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't know.

00:27:24
Speaker 3: It's hard to say.

00:27:27
Speaker 2: It's hard, I keep Susan, I talk about this. I is out going as I am. I have a really hard time reaching out to men or even liking him on a dating app.

00:27:40
Speaker 1: I just Beeve that was her good friend and somebody that way.

00:27:45
Speaker 3: I think I would have had probably a really hard time doing that too.

00:27:48
Speaker 2: Yeah, but a past probably said so maybe, Susan, maybe what I need to do is reach out to some of the guys I went to high school with, because you know, I went to.

00:27:57
Speaker 1: All girls' school. I have all right, now, we want to know what do you want to know from us? Do you have anything you want to ask?

00:28:06
Speaker 3: What's going on with you? Guys?

00:28:10
Speaker 1: Jessie travel travel travel your man?

00:28:15
Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, she is. I'm traveling out. I met a guy when I was in California last week. Such he and I locked eyes. It was a great smile.

00:28:27
Speaker 1: Can I say something before you? I was so excited for the next day, she gets off the plane. There is no guy. I was like, what what happened?

00:28:37
Speaker 2: Because we are let's just say the numbers, the numbers. He's just too young. I mean, age is a number, but you know there's numbers. Now there's numbers. I would say probably sixteen years.

00:28:55
Speaker 1: That's not Yeah, that's not good at all that I'm.

00:28:59
Speaker 2: Doing ten years. I don't exactly know how old he is, but but I'm telling you, I walked into this event, and he and I locked eyes and smiling, and then we had this great conversation. And then the Frends he was with they asked me for my number, said he was very interested, but then he he you know, he found out how old I was. So now I'm just gonna have to go and I don't know, do something else.

00:29:23
Speaker 1: I don't know, but just just as you're saying that it can happen, yeah, it does happen.

00:29:28
Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean I did. I also met another guy. I'm someone gave us advice, Susan. I don't know who it was, but someone gave us the advice to like put yourself out there and just go up to It. Was part of my New Year's resolution too, that I was going to sort of make myself force my approachable, approachable, and then I would go. And so I did it in California. It didn't work out, but you know, I did it, so you never know.

00:29:55
Speaker 1: Not just once. It's just a new way to be.

00:29:57
Speaker 2: No, I did it. Once, I'm done.

00:29:59
Speaker 1: So tell me something about Thor. I'm going back to him. What is his personality? Is he funny? Would he get us, would he laugh? Would he be like, oh my god, they're annoying.

00:30:09
Speaker 3: Now, he would love you guys and laughing and joking with you, chatting with Thor, chatter with him quite a bit, I like, yeah.

00:30:21
Speaker 2: Make you very happy.

00:30:22

Speaker 2: I'm so endous. I wish I were there skiing next time.

00:30:37
Speaker 1: I want to see them. So how about we have both of you back on after the wedding. Yes, and he could be a part of this and we could quiz him. Yes, that's not good.

00:30:48
Speaker 3: That would be great.

00:30:51
Speaker 2: We're going to find out all your future. But we already have your beautiful home, right. I know.

00:30:57
Speaker 1: How do you like living in Vegas?

00:30:58
Speaker 3: I really like it. It's super fun being close to his family too, because my friend he's in Minnesota, and I've been in California since I was like eighteen nineteen, so I was kind of missing that like family aspect, So it's really nice being around his family.

00:31:12
Speaker 2: Do you miss the water, Yeah?

00:31:15
Speaker 3: I do miss the water some Yeah.

00:31:18
