- Don't try to do everything at once. Delegate it out.
- Surround yourself with rockstars and allow them to shine.
- Value yourself high, no one else will.
- Keep evolving. You will never "get there". You need to stay hungry and open to new opportunities by learning about the new trends and practices of your industry.
