WWE SmackDown Review: KO Knocks Out Cody Rhodes, Stratton vs Michin vs Green in US Title Tournament

<v Speaker 2>As always, it's an absolute pleasure to have you listening along.
<v Speaker 2>So we are one day before the return of Saturday
<v Speaker 2>Night's main event, and the room is that there's a
<v Speaker 2>big title switch on the cards. So these are my
<v Speaker 2>thoughts on the card and the possible results. So we've
<v Speaker 2>got Cody versus Ko. I don't think that this is
<v Speaker 2>the big title switch, surely not. I think we get
<v Speaker 2>a brutal match, but Cody wins. I also think that
<v Speaker 2>Randy gets involved somehow to help Cody and to beat
<v Speaker 2>down Ko. What lives versus EO and I think this
<v Speaker 2>could be it, This could be the switch. I think
<v Speaker 2>we get a decent match, possible interference from from rear
<v Speaker 2>leading to an EO win, and there I say the
<v Speaker 2>cash in from Tiffany. We've then got Gunter versus Damien
<v Speaker 2>versus Finn Bala. This could also be it see me
<v Speaker 2>Hedge in muvettes. We could get Damian winning. Don't think
<v Speaker 2>Finn has a chance, So that doesn't seem to match
<v Speaker 2>the sort of current trajectory of the Judgment Day, but
<v Speaker 2>it might be might be way out there. We've got
<v Speaker 2>Sammy versus Drew. I think they probably going to be
<v Speaker 2>some Shenanigan's affoot here. I don't think we're going to
<v Speaker 2>get a cut and dry match. I think there'll be
<v Speaker 2>some input from somebody somewhere, maybe the Odi bloodline. Possibly
<v Speaker 2>we could see the Rock or more likely I think
<v Speaker 2>he's been kept on ice until the new Netflix era
<v Speaker 2>in January. But I definitely think that one's not cut
<v Speaker 2>and dry. And obviously there'll be one more match, which
<v Speaker 2>is the US title match, which we don't know who
<v Speaker 2>the competitors will be in that yet, so I'll do
<v Speaker 2>that as we go. I'm really loving the retro ness,
<v Speaker 2>if that's a word of Saturday Night's main event. I'm
<v Speaker 2>really looking forward to watching it and for everyone in
<v Speaker 2>the UK and I assume the whole of Europe. It's
<v Speaker 2>been confirmed now that it will be available on WWE's
<v Speaker 2>YouTube channel for us to watch, which is fantastic news.
<v Speaker 2>So let's get to our main event and the reason
<v Speaker 2>you're here, which is to review the episode of SmackDown
<v Speaker 2>that came to us tonight from Hartford, Connecticut. So first up,
<v Speaker 2>we see the semi finalists for the US Women's title
<v Speaker 2>arriving and the new bloodline, which gives us the match
<v Speaker 2>tonight between La Knight and Solo. We see Cody and
<v Speaker 2>Cole tells us that he will moderate the final word
<v Speaker 2>between him and Ko later on this evening our first
<v Speaker 2>live action tonight, we get Jimmy USO's music hit. He
<v Speaker 2>comes out complete with a crutch. We get a reminder
<v Speaker 2>of Jimmy's injury from Survivor series, which, as I said
<v Speaker 2>at the time when it got reported in slow mo,
<v Speaker 2>looks like it really hurt. The crowd are yeating and
<v Speaker 2>Jimmy says that's the wrong twin by the way, he's
<v Speaker 2>joking obviously. He says that War Games was lit. It
<v Speaker 2>didn't get Big Jim, but it did get his big toe.
<v Speaker 2>He says. To him, war Games meant everything because it's
<v Speaker 2>family and although they may fight not like each other
<v Speaker 2>a lot, they won and he says, what's next now
<v Speaker 2>that they've won, and he says since he was tiny,
<v Speaker 2>he's seen his family entertain the fans for years. He
<v Speaker 2>said he's proud of Roman, He's proud of Jay. He
<v Speaker 2>says he's even proud of Solo, and he says he
<v Speaker 2>doesn't like what he's doing, but he's proud of him.
<v Speaker 2>He asks himself what is next to him, and he
<v Speaker 2>says he doesn't know, but he wants the fans to
<v Speaker 2>ride with Big jim. He might win the Rumble or
<v Speaker 2>the US title, or why not even the undisputed title.
<v Speaker 2>He says it's going to be a big year for
<v Speaker 2>him and as he does a yeat and as he's
<v Speaker 2>about to leave the ring, Drew shows up and he
<v Speaker 2>claim wars him and then continues to beat Jimmy down.
<v Speaker 2>We get officials and Nick Ordust come out to the
<v Speaker 2>ring and break things up, and as Drew walks away,
<v Speaker 2>Nick is giving him what for and Drew is just
<v Speaker 2>smiling like a nutter. So I guess that maybe answers
<v Speaker 2>Jimmy's question of what's next, and once he's medically cleared,
<v Speaker 2>maybe we'll get Jimmy Drew feud, which is fine. I guess,
<v Speaker 2>but I don't think the new bloodline are done with
<v Speaker 2>the og bloodline, so Jimmy might well get pulled back
<v Speaker 2>into all that before he can properly move on. An
<v Speaker 2>interesting opening segment with some different people and definitely something
<v Speaker 2>different to kick off the show tonight, which was very enjoyable.
<v Speaker 2>So we now go backstage and we see Tiffany warming up.
<v Speaker 2>We get nine out and Candice there Nia says she's
<v Speaker 2>got every face that Tiffy will win tonight and then
<v Speaker 2>go to main event and become the first ever women's
<v Speaker 2>US title holder. She says that then she won't need
<v Speaker 2>the briefcase at all, and she won't need to revert
<v Speaker 2>to cheap tactics to win the title. This Tiffy looks
<v Speaker 2>far from certain, and Nick Naya tells her that they
<v Speaker 2>will be watching tonight, So I'm thinking this is fodder
<v Speaker 2>for the setup for the cash in, reminding us again
<v Speaker 2>that Tiffany has the briefcase. Like I said in my
<v Speaker 2>predictions before, I am thinking that this happens soon, and
<v Speaker 2>the signs seemed to be pointed in that direction. Nick
<v Speaker 2>is still giving Drew a telling off, Andrew doesn't seem
<v Speaker 2>to be listening at all. As he's doing this, he
<v Speaker 2>bumps into Bianca and Naomi, who want an update on
<v Speaker 2>the situation with Jade. Nick says he doesn't know anything yet,
<v Speaker 2>but the investigation is ongoing. He tells Bianca that with
<v Speaker 2>Jay's injury in mind, he thinks she may need to
<v Speaker 2>relinquish the tag team titles. Naomi says, no way, and
<v Speaker 2>she could step in to tag with Bianca. Nick says
<v Speaker 2>he will go and run it up the flagpole, which
<v Speaker 2>is literally the most yucky and corporate thing I've ever
<v Speaker 2>heard him say, and he tells them that if they
<v Speaker 2>do do this, they need to be fighting champions and
<v Speaker 2>they need to be ready to defend the titles next week. Okay,
<v Speaker 2>so guys, I'm thinking that Naomi was very quick to
<v Speaker 2>offer herself up and basically be awarded a championship just
<v Speaker 2>like that. Do we think there's any chance that it
<v Speaker 2>was her that attacked Jade to orchestrate this situation? Well,
<v Speaker 2>I honestly didn't think she had it in her but
<v Speaker 2>maybe or maybe she is just being a good friend
<v Speaker 2>and wants to help out. But no one is that
<v Speaker 2>selfless in WWE world, are they? I think this puts
<v Speaker 2>Naomi as the number one suspect right now, which is
<v Speaker 2>pretty cool and if it is her, it will give
<v Speaker 2>her one hell of a boost. So we now go
<v Speaker 2>to the first inning action of the night and it's
<v Speaker 2>the first of the semi finals for the women's US title,
<v Speaker 2>which is Tiffy versus Meeching. Tiffy, as always, gets an
<v Speaker 2>amazing pop. She's pretty well over for a heel and
<v Speaker 2>Meeching again. Her pop seems to be building every week,
<v Speaker 2>so she gets a decent response to Cole and Corey
<v Speaker 2>are talking up the women's division while we wait for
<v Speaker 2>the start, and we kick off the match with a
<v Speaker 2>massive Tiffy time chant. Tiffy has the upper hand at first,
<v Speaker 2>but takes too much time bragging and playing up to
<v Speaker 2>the crowd and meet him manages to get into the
<v Speaker 2>match with some offense, checking Tiffy out of the ring,
<v Speaker 2>follows up with a kick through the ropes, but Tiffy
<v Speaker 2>blocks and delivers an almighty kick to Meeching on the
<v Speaker 2>aprint as we go for a break. As we get back,
<v Speaker 2>we have Tiffy still in charge, but Meeching manages to
<v Speaker 2>roll out of the way, causing Tiffy to kick the
<v Speaker 2>apron Meeching then hits two different ddts on Tiffany, forcing
<v Speaker 2>her to kick out of a pretty close two countl
<v Speaker 2>and Meeching goes to the second mope and attempts to
<v Speaker 2>missile drop kick, but missus. Tiffany hits the Alabama slam
<v Speaker 2>and again gets the two count. Meeching kicks out, goes
<v Speaker 2>for a sleeper hole, but it's broken up in the corner. Tiffany,
<v Speaker 2>with Meeching on her shoulders, gets a rolling sent on
<v Speaker 2>with in mind of setting Meeching up for the prettiest
<v Speaker 2>moon salt, which Tiffany hits but not fully, and then
<v Speaker 2>as you'd expect, Meaching then gets up hits eat the feet,
<v Speaker 2>gets a cover for the three count and the win.
<v Speaker 2>So actually that was quite a quick short match, and
<v Speaker 2>I certainly didn't see that come in. The crowd was
<v Speaker 2>certainly firmly behind Tiffany. It was a good match, So
<v Speaker 2>we'll have to see who Meechim will face. My guess
<v Speaker 2>at this point is with Chelsea Green, and I think
<v Speaker 2>this is more groundwork for the cash in too. It's
<v Speaker 2>definitely Tiffery time. The crowd are absolutely gagging for it,
<v Speaker 2>so I just think it's it's only a matter of
<v Speaker 2>time before this happens, which would be brilliant. We now
<v Speaker 2>get a reminder or what went down last week with
<v Speaker 2>the Street Profits, Motortation, machine Guns and DIY with the
<v Speaker 2>surprise title change, and that leads straight into a v
<v Speaker 2>and nyette from they who have clearly gone full heel
<v Speaker 2>before they even speak, as the vignette is in black
<v Speaker 2>and white and we've got Johnny talking to the camera,
<v Speaker 2>Champer pacing around in the background, and Johnny says this
<v Speaker 2>goes back to when they were screwed in his home city.
<v Speaker 2>He says he told the world that he would right
<v Speaker 2>the wrong and then he says they were screwed by
<v Speaker 2>the Motor City machine Guns jumping the line for the
<v Speaker 2>title picture and champions. While everyone else was looking left,
<v Speaker 2>they went right. Now they are the champions. So as
<v Speaker 2>if there was any doubt, it definitely looks like the
<v Speaker 2>whole thing and who knows how many weeks they were
<v Speaker 2>working on this fore, but it was like the whole
<v Speaker 2>thing was premeditated, which is actually genius, and so I
<v Speaker 2>think this title run should be a lot of fun
<v Speaker 2>with dry as heel champions and the tag team divisions
<v Speaker 2>have certainly had a boost since the arrival of the
<v Speaker 2>MotorCity machine Gun, so this picture is now pretty exciting.
<v Speaker 2>We then get another reminder, this time of last week
<v Speaker 2>and the new bloodline just generally being in a really
<v Speaker 2>bad mood, beating everyone up. And then what Solo said
<v Speaker 2>about him still being the tribal chief and having the
<v Speaker 2>La falla. And now we get to hear Roman's response.
<v Speaker 2>So this is pre taped. He's with Hayman and he
<v Speaker 2>says that it has been it's been a rough year.
<v Speaker 2>Who remembers that not long ago they ran everything and
<v Speaker 2>then it all fell apart. He lost his title, he
<v Speaker 2>lost his wise man, and he lost the bloodline, but
<v Speaker 2>most important, he lost his Lla. He says that four
<v Speaker 2>years ago Solo wasn't even here and Roman didn't take
<v Speaker 2>the Ula Fala, he was crowned by the elders, so
<v Speaker 2>his dad and uncle, etc. And we get a reminder
<v Speaker 2>shot of that, and then he says all that that
<v Speaker 2>is all that matters to him. He says, the sixth
<v Speaker 2>of January isn't about Netflix, It's about tribal conflict. And
<v Speaker 2>he asks Solo, let's leave the tribes on the sidelines.
<v Speaker 2>And on January the sixth takes back his bloodline, his ulafalla,
<v Speaker 2>and his respect, and the whole world will acknowledge him.
<v Speaker 2>I really love this. I hope it happens solo versus
<v Speaker 2>Roman on the first Raw on Netflix for the Tribal Chiefdom. Yes, please,
<v Speaker 2>what a match that could be. And I guess we'll
<v Speaker 2>have to watch this space for it to be made official.
<v Speaker 2>Will the tribes stay on the sidelines? That seems unlikely
<v Speaker 2>and very out of character to be honest, both blood lines.
<v Speaker 2>How will the cmpunk favor play into this? Can we
<v Speaker 2>trust Hayman? Interesting? So I'm really pleased that that is
<v Speaker 2>where this is going and I'm sure that will be
<v Speaker 2>I'm sure that will be confirmed in no time. So
<v Speaker 2>we then go backstage and nicoled Us haven't said it
<v Speaker 2>this week or obliving in the Gladiator as we know him.
<v Speaker 2>He is getting his istued off by Santa telling him
<v Speaker 2>he has figured out figured him out, and he now
<v Speaker 2>knows that he likes to play favorites. He said, Nick
<v Speaker 2>needs to sort it out. So many people are getting
<v Speaker 2>attacked backstage. Maybe they're better off without Nick and they
<v Speaker 2>should call At and Pierce to go to Raw. So
<v Speaker 2>I think we are really working this transfer window angle,
<v Speaker 2>and that's fine. I think, to be fair, it could
<v Speaker 2>be quite interesting to have the rosters really shook up,
<v Speaker 2>and I'm sure that's what Netflix have asked for to
<v Speaker 2>ensure that. Obviously they're getting their money's worth from this
<v Speaker 2>absolutely humorous contract that's been signed. I mean, imagine if
<v Speaker 2>Cody switched brands, for example, Gunfer came over, or maybe
<v Speaker 2>Judgment Day. The possibilities are really really fun. So I
<v Speaker 2>think the next few weeks should be really interesting. And
<v Speaker 2>do you know what, it certainly keeps December more fun
<v Speaker 2>because typically December is quite a balow period with WWE,
<v Speaker 2>we don't really have much happening. So I think with
<v Speaker 2>this actually United's main event, plus this transfer window stuff,
<v Speaker 2>they've really really souped up the product for December. Kamelo
<v Speaker 2>hayes and walks past, saying all this hype with him
<v Speaker 2>having a mystery opponent just for Mellow to beat whoever
<v Speaker 2>it is is really easy. Nick says, Okay, let's see
<v Speaker 2>no idea who this is, but the match is up next.
<v Speaker 2>So we get Camelo making his entrance to plenty of
<v Speaker 2>booze as usual, and then we get the music of
<v Speaker 2>the opponent hit and it's Braunz Stroman. Mellow literally poops himself.
<v Speaker 2>He does not look happy with that opponent opponent, and
<v Speaker 2>let's be honest, why would he. Cole tells us that
<v Speaker 2>Stroman is the first confirm transfer in the transfer window,
<v Speaker 2>so now he's officially on SmackDown. As this match gets started, Comelo,
<v Speaker 2>to his credit, is trying to make an impact, but
<v Speaker 2>Stroman is in charge until Melow gets some nice moves
<v Speaker 2>in taking Strowman down, trying to take his legs out.
<v Speaker 2>But as Mellow goes up top to hit a move,
<v Speaker 2>he is caught in the middle of the air by Stroman,
<v Speaker 2>who hits a run in power slam and it's all
<v Speaker 2>over as Stroman gets the wind pretty quickly. So that
<v Speaker 2>was short and sweet. Mellow beaten very convincingly and quickly.
<v Speaker 2>I guess this is Nick Orders trying to put him
<v Speaker 2>in firmly in his place. I doubt it's worked. Mellow's
<v Speaker 2>ego is absolutely huge, so I'm thinking maybe this is
<v Speaker 2>the start of a program between these two, because I'm
<v Speaker 2>sure Mellow will complain that he didn't know who was
<v Speaker 2>coming blah blah blah blah blah. So let's see how
<v Speaker 2>that works out. I don't mind. I think that'll be
<v Speaker 2>quite a nice program. Now backstage with La Knight, Byron
<v Speaker 2>asks him how concerned he is to face so low.
<v Speaker 2>La Knight says that he will make sure he handles
<v Speaker 2>his business. He says that he has always only handled
<v Speaker 2>his business and doesn't care about Solo or Roman or
<v Speaker 2>the Uli fella. He only wants the title, and tonight
<v Speaker 2>he will kick Solo's fat ass. It's brilliant, really good.
<v Speaker 2>Got a love La Knight's confidence. That match is up next.
<v Speaker 2>First out, we have a Solo with his massively depleted bloodline.
<v Speaker 2>As normal, they are quite heavily booed, especially when they
<v Speaker 2>get to the ring and put the ones up. Cole
<v Speaker 2>and Corey continue talking about the and how Solo took
<v Speaker 2>it and it wasn't awarded to him as it was
<v Speaker 2>to Roman. Solo has the mic and tells Hartford to
<v Speaker 2>acknowledge him, but as usual, he just gets booed as
<v Speaker 2>the crowd chance for the oct otc. He then goes
<v Speaker 2>to talk to Roman, presumably to answer his challenge from earlier,
<v Speaker 2>but is interrupted by Ella Knight coming to the ring.
<v Speaker 2>We get underway, the guys start trading blows in the
<v Speaker 2>middle of the ring, but Solo quickly takes over, delivering
<v Speaker 2>several head bucks. Tonight Night hangs up Solo on middle
<v Speaker 2>rope and then checks him over the top, following him
<v Speaker 2>to the outside, where Solo takes back over, slamon Knight's
<v Speaker 2>head off the announced desk. More headbuts from Solo one
<v Speaker 2>Night as they continue outside to Night with the counter
<v Speaker 2>drives Solo into the steps as he beats down down
<v Speaker 2>on him, tossing him back into the ring again. A
<v Speaker 2>reversal from Solo as he hits a samo and drop
<v Speaker 2>and Solo is back on top. Night manages to rally
<v Speaker 2>and once again Solo is sent outside, which is questionable
<v Speaker 2>why Solo keept getting sent outside considering he had these
<v Speaker 2>two lackeys on the outside to help him, but anyway,
<v Speaker 2>and Solo hits, spinning Solo onto the announced table as
<v Speaker 2>we go for a break, and as we come back,
<v Speaker 2>Solo is taking the mick out of Roman, trying to
<v Speaker 2>go for a Superman punch, but that's counted into a
<v Speaker 2>supix from Night. Now back to the middle of the ring,
<v Speaker 2>trading blows, Night takes out Solo with a flying clothesline
<v Speaker 2>and has Solo in the corner hitting a running knee.
<v Speaker 2>Night tries for the BFT, but Solo rolls out the ring.
<v Speaker 2>Night takes out the other members of the Bloodline as
<v Speaker 2>Fatu tries to attack the Solo gets back to the ring,
<v Speaker 2>Knight hits side effect and an elbow off the top,
<v Speaker 2>covering Solo for a two count. At that point, I
<v Speaker 2>thought that was nearly It really had me believing that
<v Speaker 2>the match was almost over them. From nowhere behind behind Night,
<v Speaker 2>we get Fatu resurrected like horror movie bad guy type
<v Speaker 2>resurrection as he comes up and he grabs Night from behind.
<v Speaker 2>This causes the DQ calls for the bell. Fatu has
<v Speaker 2>Night outside the ring and continues the beat down, and
<v Speaker 2>now the new blood Line are in the ring. They're
<v Speaker 2>all beating down on Night. An outcome Apollo and Andrade
<v Speaker 2>to make the save, but they're actually pretty useless and
<v Speaker 2>the blood Line take them out pretty quick, and now
<v Speaker 2>we've got the Bloodline standing victorious in the ring. Cole
<v Speaker 2>saying that it looks like Solo is ready for tribal combat,
<v Speaker 2>but can he do it without his blood Line? That
<v Speaker 2>was me saying that, not cold well away I'm not
<v Speaker 2>sure he can. This was great further into the bloodline
<v Speaker 2>Tribal Chief feud. I hope that they haven't taken Nights
<v Speaker 2>title away though, just to make him a pawn in
<v Speaker 2>all this. That would be such a waste, as he
<v Speaker 2>remains absolutely on fire with the crowd. I had hoped
<v Speaker 2>that he was going to be moving up to fight
<v Speaker 2>for one of the main titles, so I really hope
<v Speaker 2>he doesn't get too bogged down with this. And I
<v Speaker 2>think it's safe to say that the Tribal Chief war
<v Speaker 2>is on for the sixth of January, so that's cool.
<v Speaker 2>And they also think that wwe have given the game
<v Speaker 2>away a bit, as the advertising they're using for the
<v Speaker 2>first light on Netflix features The Rock, so I think
<v Speaker 2>it's pretty safe to say that The Rock will have
<v Speaker 2>something to do with whatever happens in this match, unless
<v Speaker 2>we've been sold a pup again. We now have Braun backstage.
<v Speaker 2>He walks past Pretty Deadly here we haven't seen for ages,
<v Speaker 2>and they say they want Braun to be the monster
<v Speaker 2>in Pretty Deadly the musical. He throws the script back
<v Speaker 2>at them, which is a Despite me absolutely loving Pretty Deadly,
<v Speaker 2>I don't think I want to see Braun in any
<v Speaker 2>kind of comedy or gimmick role here. I think just
<v Speaker 2>him as you know, Big sob etc. Is a good
<v Speaker 2>role for him rather than any of the comedy roles
<v Speaker 2>he's you know, maybe held in the past. He's saying
<v Speaker 2>welcome back to SmackDown by Byron, but he's interrupted by
<v Speaker 2>atown down under Grace and Waller asks Braun to be
<v Speaker 2>on the Grays and Waller Effect next week, and Strongman
<v Speaker 2>says he will see them next week. Doesn't say he
<v Speaker 2>will be on it, he just says he will see them.
<v Speaker 2>So could this be another set up for the next
<v Speaker 2>feud that's the normal purpose of the Grayson Waller Show.
<v Speaker 2>If that's the case, where does Mellow fit in. I'm
<v Speaker 2>guessing that Mellow will put in an appearance at some
<v Speaker 2>time during the show next week and continue building that feud.
<v Speaker 2>We now get Bab making our way to the ring
<v Speaker 2>for the next semi final of the women's US title match.
<v Speaker 2>When Chelsea comes out with Piper Chelsea. I noticed, and
<v Speaker 2>I wouldn't normally comment on what they're wearing, but it
<v Speaker 2>looks like she's wearing half of wedding dress, which is
<v Speaker 2>a bit weird. As we get started, Bailey is straight
<v Speaker 2>into a cover, gets a two counter. Chelsea returns the
<v Speaker 2>favor and we get a series of quick cover attempts
<v Speaker 2>from both ladies. Chelsea chops it off and whips Bailey
<v Speaker 2>into the corner, who moves out of the way and
<v Speaker 2>hits a couple of arm drags, followed by a cover
<v Speaker 2>for another two count. Piper making her presence felt and
<v Speaker 2>getting involved, getting involved on the outside, helping helping Chelsea
<v Speaker 2>get ahead with another close cover as we go for
<v Speaker 2>the break. This match didn't really get started yet. It's
<v Speaker 2>just been a bit of back and forth and feeling
<v Speaker 2>each other out. As we come to it. Chelsea is
<v Speaker 2>in charge and the crowd are a bit quiet. We
<v Speaker 2>get Splits Green with a trailer for the new Lion
<v Speaker 2>King movie, which takes away from it a bit and
<v Speaker 2>I think it's a bit rude. On the other side,
<v Speaker 2>we've got Chelsea with Bailey in a headlock. She fights
<v Speaker 2>out as they trade blows on the apron. Bailey now
<v Speaker 2>has Chelsea outside and delivers the soup lex onto the floor.

<v Speaker 2>into the corner and manages to get another two count.
<v Speaker 2>Bailey looks for Bailey to barey but is counted. Green
<v Speaker 2>hits rough Rider and for another two count cover. Bailey
<v Speaker 2>now going up top, but Piper drags Green out of
<v Speaker 2>the way and they end up on the outside. Chelsea
<v Speaker 2>chucks Bailey over the barricade as the official is counting.
<v Speaker 2>It looks like we might get close to ten, but
<v Speaker 2>Bailey makes it back only to be met with a
<v Speaker 2>kick followed buy an unpretty fire, getting Chelsea the victory.
<v Speaker 2>And so we have Chelsea versus meeching for the US
<v Speaker 2>title at main event. So this would be the final
<v Speaker 2>prediction for tomorrow night. It's difficult if there are strong
<v Speaker 2>arguments on both sides for either of these women to
<v Speaker 2>be the inaugural US champ, and I think both would
<v Speaker 2>certainly deserve it. I think it'll be a great match
<v Speaker 2>whatever happens, but I do think Chelsea is going to
<v Speaker 2>squeak it. But honestly, it could go either way. As
<v Speaker 2>for the Bailey Chelsea match, we just saw, despite it
<v Speaker 2>taking what I felt like forever to get going, in
<v Speaker 2>the end, it was a good match. These two were
<v Speaker 2>well together. Piper on the outside is always a fun
<v Speaker 2>extra element. Question is now I guess what next for Bailey?
<v Speaker 2>Could she be headed to Raw for some new competition possibly.
<v Speaker 2>We then get a reply to DIY in the form
<v Speaker 2>of a promo from the Most Machine Guns saying that
<v Speaker 2>they knew them coming in and winning the titles would
<v Speaker 2>rub people up the wrong way, but they are shocked
<v Speaker 2>that Johnny turned on them one superkick and eighteen years
<v Speaker 2>of friendship is gone. They say that next week they
<v Speaker 2>will fight and Johnny will know who the teacher and
<v Speaker 2>who the student is. So again, nice fun build, keeping
<v Speaker 2>the tag team division nice and strong, and let's see
<v Speaker 2>what the outcome of that match is next week. We
<v Speaker 2>haven't been told whether it's going to be singles as
<v Speaker 2>in teammate against teammate or if it is going to
<v Speaker 2>be for the tag team titles. I shouldn't think so
<v Speaker 2>we don't him to do that immediate rematching anymore, but
<v Speaker 2>still definitely fun program to keep watching. So after sign watch,
<v Speaker 2>which I'm finding just the biggest snows fest in the world,
<v Speaker 2>and you know, watching the women's shower, I can look
<v Speaker 2>for the signs of myself. I don't need them to
<v Speaker 2>be pointed out by the Commons team. But that's probably
<v Speaker 2>just me being a grumpy old lady. So after sign watch,
<v Speaker 2>we have a promo from Shinskayakamora, again very dark. I
<v Speaker 2>don't know about you, guys, but I thought he definitely
<v Speaker 2>was channeling his inner Freddy Krueger tonight, That's certainly what
<v Speaker 2>it reminded me of. He says that the time for
<v Speaker 2>the week and Feeble is past, and the la Night
<v Speaker 2>was just to beginning. I'm still loving this new version
<v Speaker 2>of him, really dark and so much more interest in
<v Speaker 2>some of the past versions we've had. I'm looking forward
<v Speaker 2>to seeing what next year holds for Shinskea. It's backstage.
<v Speaker 2>We see Tiffany looking very sorry for herself and she
<v Speaker 2>is approached by Nya, who tells her not to worry.
<v Speaker 2>That these things happen and that not everyone is meant
<v Speaker 2>to be a singles champ like her. Ouch, that was
<v Speaker 2>a massive dig and possibly another clue for an imminent
<v Speaker 2>cashing cand This appears then, telling telling them both that
<v Speaker 2>she has got her and Naya a title match for
<v Speaker 2>the tag titles next week, and as Nya leaves, Candice
<v Speaker 2>tells Tiffany maybe singles wrestling isn't your thing. We are
<v Speaker 2>left with a shot of Tiffy stirring down at the
<v Speaker 2>money in the bank briefcase. Seriously, I don't know how
<v Speaker 2>many more signposts, flags and messages we can get. This
<v Speaker 2>must be happening soon. I really think that we are
<v Speaker 2>going to get Tiffy cash in tomorrow night on the
<v Speaker 2>winner of Live EO. I think it'll be successful, potentially,
<v Speaker 2>and then we're going to get obviously probably Tiffy moving brands,
<v Speaker 2>I guess, or maybe there'll be some kind of transfer
<v Speaker 2>windows Shenanigans or on the other hand, And here's a thought,
<v Speaker 2>does Tiffy cash in tomorrow night and it's not successful,
<v Speaker 2>leaving her to go back again to Candice and Naya
<v Speaker 2>with her tail between her legs, furthering the resentment between Naya,
<v Speaker 2>Tiffy and the Candace. And then once the briefcase is
<v Speaker 2>out of the picture, obviously Tiffy has no real reason
<v Speaker 2>to hang around with Naya anymore. And will we start
<v Speaker 2>a hewed between Naya and Tiffy and does she win
<v Speaker 2>the title that way just the thought. Next up, we
<v Speaker 2>have the final word on the Ko and Cody match,
<v Speaker 2>and Cole is in the ring and brings out Cody
<v Speaker 2>first of all, looking very serious. Then Cole goes to
<v Speaker 2>bring out Ko. He gets massive booze, but he doesn't appear.
<v Speaker 2>Cody says that Ko isn't here, but the wonderful crowd is.
<v Speaker 2>Cole jokes that at least now they don't need to
<v Speaker 2>go back to the car park and do the interview.
<v Speaker 2>Cole says that Triple H's presented Cody with something he
<v Speaker 2>can use the main event tomorrow. We're just about to
<v Speaker 2>find out what that all means when he's interrupted by Ko,
<v Speaker 2>who once again is in his car, and he says,
<v Speaker 2>why doesn't Cole ask Cody why he is okay using
<v Speaker 2>all his friends to finish his stupid story and then
<v Speaker 2>stab them all in the back by teaming with Roman.
<v Speaker 2>He says, he's not only a bad friend, but he's
<v Speaker 2>also a bad son and a brother and the truth
<v Speaker 2>is that he is much more interesting as Star Dust
<v Speaker 2>and Koh. He's wearing a Stardust T shirt, which again
<v Speaker 2>is just a beautiful touch, really funny. Cody says he
<v Speaker 2>won't wait for more Ko one liners, and instead he's
<v Speaker 2>going to go out and find him. So as he
<v Speaker 2>walks through the backstage area, he is blindsided by Ko
<v Speaker 2>and they start to fight, and it ends up back
<v Speaker 2>in the ring where again, for like the second or
<v Speaker 2>third time to night, all the officials and security people
<v Speaker 2>come out pull them apart, and as we go off air,
<v Speaker 2>they've got Ko being dragged away having hit Cody in
<v Speaker 2>the face with the belt. So the laws of wrestling
<v Speaker 2>tell us that obviously Ko has got the upper hand
<v Speaker 2>on the go home show, so massively unlikely that he
<v Speaker 2>gets any kind of positive result tomorrow at main event,
<v Speaker 2>and hoping we'll see at least Randy tomorrow night during
<v Speaker 2>this match, that would be great. So, girls, I thought
<v Speaker 2>this was a much better show this week, So let's
<v Speaker 2>just put I didn't like last week's show, as I said,
<v Speaker 2>but it may well have just been me. This show
<v Speaker 2>was much better, plenty of setup for main events, but
<v Speaker 2>not only that, going forward to next week's show and
<v Speaker 2>the next flick and the Netflix launch, I thought it
<v Speaker 2>was all really enjoyable and really really good storytelling, really
<v Speaker 2>good wrestling. So once again top work from WWE. So
<v Speaker 2>we shall watch with interest. Saturday. Nice main event. I'm
<v Speaker 2>sure we'll have a lot to say about that throughout
<v Speaker 2>the week via match shows and also mail bag. We
<v Speaker 2>can all have our say there. So that just about
