<v Speaker 1>Welcome on and everybody to the Tender Podcast. It's to <v Speaker 1>me and Mario. How does Black Mary? Sir looking normals, <v Speaker 1>we'll introduce yourself. <v Speaker 2>Hello, this is the laziest Black Mary costume you're ever <v Speaker 2>going to see because I literally had all of this <v Speaker 2>on already. That's a lazy it is because I didn't have. <v Speaker 1>To buy any Yeah, at one point you bought the stuff. <v Speaker 2>Yeah, at some point I did buy the stuff. That's true. <v Speaker 1>Happy Halloween, everybody. It's to me Mario or is it done? <v Speaker 2>Done? <v Speaker 1>You dumb fools? It's to me? Can you can? <v Speaker 2>You? <v Speaker 1>Can you the back? Bobby? I appreciate it, thank you. <v Speaker 1>It's not Mario. It's a me a spider Man. Cool <v Speaker 1>all right? <v Speaker 2>That was worth it? <v Speaker 1>Yeah, sorry about that. Sorry about that. I thought that <v Speaker 1>would be fun. While go on and everybody. We got <v Speaker 1>a lot of things to talk about today. It's just <v Speaker 1>Kim and I. We have no Hams on a. <v Speaker 2>Hands on a handbrake on it. <v Speaker 1>It sounds like he's just eating hand ham Is on <v Speaker 1>a handbrake on. He's on a bit of a mental <v Speaker 1>health break from the Internet in general. So it's just <v Speaker 1>me and Kim. So if there's anything that goes wrong. <v Speaker 1>It's my fault today and I can only really be <v Speaker 1>bad made myself. Yeah, it's a beautiful day, eighty degrees <v Speaker 1>out today. We considered washing dollar because she needs it, <v Speaker 1>but we didn't really have the time. And it is Halloween, <v Speaker 1>so if you're joining us on this joyous of occasions, <v Speaker 1>I don't think it's a public holiday. You said that today, <v Speaker 1>you were like, are they going to come take the trash? <v Speaker 2>I was wondering about it because I don't know how <v Speaker 2>the trash man works. I don't know if he doesn't <v Speaker 2>come on every holiday or if it's just like certain ones. <v Speaker 1>No, I think that's the the trash man's treat. <v Speaker 2>I didn't see him today, so I don't know if <v Speaker 2>he did come. <v Speaker 1>Well, no, the recycling came. <v Speaker 2>The recycling. <v Speaker 1>Recycling people get no day. <v Speaker 2>They don't, they don't care. <v Speaker 1>But I also made sure to get candy for the day. <v Speaker 1>And then I'm not realizing that's going to be really <v Speaker 1>hard for me to smash through this mesh mask. <v Speaker 2>Yeah, but say that again, because that was fun. <v Speaker 1>Smashed through this mesh mask. <v Speaker 2>Yeah, that's like a tongue twister. <v Speaker 1>It's a little fun. Say it five times fast. We <v Speaker 1>got a lot of things to talk about to start with. Uh, <v Speaker 1>it's gonna be really hard for me to manage everything <v Speaker 1>for this episode and be in gloves. <v Speaker 2>Can you are the gloves separate? No, They're all part <v Speaker 2>of it. <v Speaker 1>I don't want to give away any of my identity. <v Speaker 1>Would Peter would Peter. <v Speaker 2>The poker realized Peter like the organization. <v Speaker 1>I just realized we messed up because I'm novel in <v Speaker 1>your DC. <v Speaker 2>I know. I told I was talking to somebody earlier <v Speaker 2>and I was like, yeah, I messed up. I stually <v Speaker 2>have a black cat. <v Speaker 1>I know how you look fine. <v Speaker 2>I just I needed the look good. <v Speaker 1>I like it. We're we're an equal opportunity household DC <v Speaker 1>marbl heck, I'll even throw in some iron iron. What's <v Speaker 1>the other one? Iron horse? Is that dark horse? Thank you? <v Speaker 1>Thank you for I don't know what I'm doing here, <v Speaker 1>invincible all right? So last week Nintendo struck us down <v Speaker 1>with the mighty Hammer of Justice. Uh, which, to be fair, <v Speaker 1>I can just figured I was poking the bag. <v Speaker 2>It would be insane if it didn't happen. <v Speaker 1>I literally titled the episode watch this before Nintendo takes <v Speaker 1>a day. <v Speaker 2>I think that might have alerted them to the situation <v Speaker 2>a bit. <v Speaker 1>Yeap, so I have let me show you. I have <v Speaker 1>the It was actually kind of a shame because and <v Speaker 1>ended up being one of our best performing episodes. <v Speaker 2>I know you were telling me it had so many views. <v Speaker 1>I was I was just watching the views come in. <v Speaker 1>I was like, oh, this is awesome. Ye to be fair, <v Speaker 1>it was like the only way that people could see, Yeah, <v Speaker 1>could see the new game that they're working on. Still <v Speaker 1>they're still taking down all the content around it. But yeah, <v Speaker 1>blocked ineligible. It almost hit twenty thousand views in like <v Speaker 1>six hours, which is great for the podcast. It's not <v Speaker 1>bad for my main channel, to be honest. Yeah. Then <v Speaker 1>I then I I got hit with that while I <v Speaker 1>was streaming on Twitch. So I quickly threw up an <v Speaker 1>edited version where I blocked out everything so you couldn't <v Speaker 1>see anything, which is kind of just a shame because <v Speaker 1>the first time I uploaded it too, I was trying <v Speaker 1>to get it up so quick, and then I realized <v Speaker 1>I uploaded it with that audio, so I had to <v Speaker 1>take that down, and then I was up till midnight. <v Speaker 1>By the time I finally got it up again, it <v Speaker 1>was midnight, and then the first comment was the re <v Speaker 1>re upload, which has the most likes, of course, so <v Speaker 1>sorry about that. Yeah. Also, if you watch that episode now, <v Speaker 1>it's just kind of us talking with a black, black, <v Speaker 1>blacked out screen the whole time. It's kind of not <v Speaker 1>great content. But even that ended up getting another twenty <v Speaker 1>thousand views of people trying to watch the re re upload. <v Speaker 2>So there you go. <v Speaker 1>Uh yeah, and it was I mean that's why I <v Speaker 1>wanted to do it, because I figured it would do well. <v Speaker 1>And if Nintendo did take it down, I mean they <v Speaker 1>I knew that they were taking it down. They were <v Speaker 1>taking all that content down, so I knew there was <v Speaker 1>a chance they were going to do it. I was <v Speaker 1>just hoping maybe they would just give up. They'd be like, <v Speaker 1>what do we got? What are we gonna do? <v Speaker 2>They have like a guy for that, a job for <v Speaker 2>the day is to just take down stuff. <v Speaker 1>It's just at some point it's like people have seen it. <v Speaker 2>Yeah, but like it's his whole job. Yeah, so he's <v Speaker 2>got to do it. <v Speaker 1>It is his job. <v Speaker 2>It's a tough job. <v Speaker 1>Otherwise you know he's gonna get fired. <v Speaker 2>Exactly. <v Speaker 1>I don't want to I don't want to get a <v Speaker 1>guy fight. I don't get a Nintendo guy fired. <v Speaker 2>Yeah. <v Speaker 1>Now, so yeah, I wasn't upset. It was I'm not upset. <v Speaker 1>Wasn't upset. Also, they did it in the nicest way possible. Yeah, <v Speaker 1>I mean they just blocked it. They didn't give me <v Speaker 1>a copyright strike. Oh okay, nothing. I mean they could <v Speaker 1>have if they wanted, they could have. Yeah, for sure. <v Speaker 1>So yeah, I mean, thank you Nintendo. Honestly, you did <v Speaker 1>it in the nicest way possible. And I know I <v Speaker 1>was I was being a little naughty. But at the <v Speaker 1>same time, like as I said, I didn't sign nothing. <v Speaker 2>No, you weren't on the list. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, so it it is almost a little silly. And <v Speaker 1>in a way I could get up at the and <v Speaker 1>be like, I didn't sign anything, Like I'm like, where <v Speaker 1>you're taking my video down? Yeah, but I don't. It's fine. <v Speaker 1>It's their footage and it's their right to do what <v Speaker 1>they want with it. That said, I am mad at <v Speaker 1>them now, Oh I am pissed again. Actually I hate them. <v Speaker 1>Oh they stole from me, Kim. <v Speaker 2>Oh what did they steal from you? <v Speaker 1>They stole my I don't know if I can even <v Speaker 1>say it. <v Speaker 3>It might actually be easier if I showed you. You're <v Speaker 3>not going to believe this. I might, so Nintendo have <v Speaker 3>uh ignore this, Ignore that. <v Speaker 1>For a second, then. <v Speaker 2>Don't look at it. <v Speaker 1>Look at this. So Nintendo have released a new music app. <v Speaker 1>Have you heard about this? <v Speaker 2>No? <v Speaker 1>So it's an app on your phone that you and <v Speaker 1>download and if you're a member of Nintendo switch online. <v Speaker 1>So it's like a paid subscription thing. You can listen <v Speaker 1>to a bunch of Nintendo music. Okay, which sounds cute <v Speaker 1>until you find out the nefarious fact behind it, all <v Speaker 1>of where they got their logo from. Now, Kim, if <v Speaker 1>we come over here to suspense music, no copyright suspense music. <v Speaker 1>I'm just going to hit play on this. <v Speaker 2>I know you can't hear it, but but I imagine <v Speaker 2>it's suspenseful. <v Speaker 1>It's very suspenseful, and it's very necessary because if you'll <v Speaker 1>keep your eyes glued to that screen right there, I <v Speaker 1>want to show you this. That's their logo. Now hold <v Speaker 1>on a second, as I reveal Kimberly tune. We got him, <v Speaker 1>We got him, We got him, Kim on they took <v Speaker 1>our way form. <v Speaker 2>Oh dear, that doesn't look like way. <v Speaker 1>What did you say? <v Speaker 2>Sounds like some cadburry fingers. That's what that looks like. <v Speaker 1>Kimberly, Okay, Kimberly. They took it. <v Speaker 2>Oh, they stole it up. <v Speaker 1>I'm sick of first it was r G T eighty five, <v Speaker 1>that swine. He's your friend barely after what he did. <v Speaker 1>He's as bad as then tender. Actually he read Hold <v Speaker 1>on a second, this situated it. Sorry, I'm all over <v Speaker 1>the place. So this got my attention because someone tweeted <v Speaker 1>it at me. I think they were being goofy, which <v Speaker 1>I'm not. I'm I'm pissed. <v Speaker 2>You're super cereal right now. <v Speaker 1>I couldn't be more. Hold on a second. I'm sorry. <v Speaker 2>He's not an organized man. You'll have to give him <v Speaker 2>a minute. <v Speaker 1>I actually am very organized. It might not feel or <v Speaker 1>look like it, or appear to sense it. I can't <v Speaker 1>see anything. That's my issue. <v Speaker 2>You've got I can see your eyes from here. I <v Speaker 2>know you can see. <v Speaker 1>Well, then can you help me? Please? <v Speaker 2>What do you want? <v Speaker 1>I'm looking for the there's like a screenshot in here somewhere. <v Speaker 2>Shot maybe keep scrolling? Is that it? <v Speaker 1>That's it? Thank you? See I couldn't see that. I'm <v Speaker 1>not even kidding. I couldn't see that. So this this <v Speaker 1>came to my attention because a fan of the show, <v Speaker 1>a friend of the show, aal a glorious member of <v Speaker 1>the community. Sorry about that. That's my proof again. U <v Speaker 1>called to my attention that this is happening. Did they <v Speaker 1>just rip the Nintendo logo? Do the Uno flip card <v Speaker 1>dmc A on them now? Because anybody with eyes can <v Speaker 1>see that they have stolen my whole thing here, yeah, <v Speaker 1>your whole thing. Wait till Bob finds out about this. <v Speaker 1>He's going to be livid, just livid. Look at the <v Speaker 1>top left corner of this image. Kim Oh, tell me <v Speaker 1>what that says right there? Read that for the audio viewers. <v Speaker 2>RGT eighty five repost. <v Speaker 1>Now, why would he retweet something like that? <v Speaker 2>Please tell me? He added his own. <v Speaker 1>He didn't say anything. He didn't say any He didn't <v Speaker 1>say a word. This has nothing to do with him. <v Speaker 1>This is between me and Nintendo going to war over <v Speaker 1>their theft of my logo. <v Speaker 2>I was calling attention to it as your friend as <v Speaker 2>support you think yes of the thief. He didn't write <v Speaker 2>ha ha. <v Speaker 1>I feel like it's a haha. He would have written <v Speaker 1>ha ha, I feel like he knows he stole my <v Speaker 1>logo and now he's trying to justify it with wood <v Speaker 1>doesn't own a way form, when clearly I do. <v Speaker 2>He could have said that if he meant that, I <v Speaker 2>feel like he would have said that. <v Speaker 1>I feel like that tweetings. I feel like that tweet <v Speaker 1>speaks volumes of where our friendship stands. <v Speaker 2>I think he was being supportive in my opinion, it's Halloween. <v Speaker 1>Being goofy. All right, let's actually get into some comment. Actually, <v Speaker 1>let's not get into some conversation I messed up. Let's <v Speaker 1>let's talk about today's sponsor. Actually, episode of the Nontendo <v Speaker 1>Podcast is brought to you by surf Shark because for <v Speaker 1>this Halloween dress, your IP address adoper. The VPN creates <v Speaker 1>a digital connection between your computer and a private server, <v Speaker 1>essentially creating an encrypted tunnel around your network that protects <v Speaker 1>your IP address and lets you sidestep firewalls and blocked <v Speaker 1>content on the Internet. Because how often have you gone <v Speaker 1>to try and watch a YouTube video and you find <v Speaker 1>that it's blocked outside of your country. That happens outside <v Speaker 1>of America a lot. I still get it happened to <v Speaker 1>me in the United States, but I remember when I <v Speaker 1>lived in Australia, half the music videos. I wanted to <v Speaker 1>watch random content was always just blocked and I couldn't <v Speaker 1>watch it. But there's so many other use cases and <v Speaker 1>nice things that come along with it. If you do <v Speaker 1>travel for work or with a laptop, all you go <v Speaker 1>to public wifis those are all unprotected networks, and using <v Speaker 1>a VPN just make sure that you're protected and no <v Speaker 1>one can steal your information or credit card details or <v Speaker 1>whatever while you're surfing the web in a coffee shop. <v Speaker 1>And what makes surf Shark the best VPN there's so <v Speaker 1>many things. You can use it on unlimited devices with <v Speaker 1>one account. They don't log anything, there's twenty four to <v Speaker 1>seven customer support. You have things like surf sharks antivirus, <v Speaker 1>which is baked into the app and I use it <v Speaker 1>all the time. It saved me from being hacked once <v Speaker 1>and every now and then I just run the full <v Speaker 1>scan to make sure that I'm still clean. And best <v Speaker 1>part is you get a thirty day money back guarantee. <v Speaker 1>So if you want to help support the channel and <v Speaker 1>don't have a VPN yet, try out surf Shark. You <v Speaker 1>can find a link down below or go to surf <v Speaker 1>shark dot com. Forward slash nontendo use code nontendo to <v Speaker 1>get an extra four months. Oh my god. Okay, it's <v Speaker 1>like a joke at this point that the start of <v Speaker 1>every episode there's going to be at least a mitua <v Speaker 1>of no audio. <v Speaker 2>Yeah. <v Speaker 1>To fix the double audio in the sponsor, I had <v Speaker 1>to turn off the other audio, and then when we <v Speaker 1>came back, we had no audio, and then I tried <v Speaker 1>to turn it back on, and with these gloves, I can't. <v Speaker 1>I can't do anything. <v Speaker 2>So there we go. <v Speaker 1>Oh oh, so the reason why I already explained this <v Speaker 1>but you couldn't hear. The reason why I I did <v Speaker 1>the ad read separately out of this costume is because <v Speaker 1>I bought this costume for a sponsor that for Marble <v Speaker 1>Snap that I did a couple months ago, and I <v Speaker 1>sent it to them and I was like, I'll be <v Speaker 1>Spider Man. That'd be great. And then Disney was like, <v Speaker 1>take that off. You can't wear that in our sponsor spot. <v Speaker 1>So then I had to reshoot the whole thing outside <v Speaker 1>of not in costume, and then I just had a <v Speaker 1>Spider Man outfit. So now it's Halloween. Are you doing <v Speaker 1>it on purpose? I swear to god, I'm not. I <v Speaker 1>wish I wish I was. <v Speaker 2>I wish it was the joke. <v Speaker 1>I wish I was, because then I wouldn't be so frustrated. <v Speaker 1>All Right, we have a big episode of a lot <v Speaker 1>of things to talk about, actual things to talk about. <v Speaker 1>Thanks for being here, Thanks for joining us. Let's dive <v Speaker 1>in to arguably the biggest news of the last week, <v Speaker 1>actually the last couple of days. Zeno Blade Chronicles X <v Speaker 1>Definitive Edition has been revealed for the Switch, releasing at <v Speaker 1>a brisk sixty dollars. It will be I believe, the <v Speaker 1>the every every zingle Blade will now be on Switch. <v Speaker 1>I believe. Yeah, I'm pretty sure I could be wrong, <v Speaker 1>unless there's some weird spinoff I don't know about. This <v Speaker 1>was a WEU game, Kimberly. Yeah, it is arguably the <v Speaker 1>last really good WEU game that isn't on Switch. I <v Speaker 1>don't know if you know this. You might, but you <v Speaker 1>know how the way you flopped. Yeah, but it had <v Speaker 1>an incredible library of games, like from the Nintendo. The <v Speaker 1>games were so good. Yeah, and they can still hear me, right, yeah, <v Speaker 1>because now I'm just paranoid that you guys can. <v Speaker 2>I'm checking the chat. I've got it on my phone, <v Speaker 2>so Can I get it? <v Speaker 1>Can I get just a just a holler in chat <v Speaker 1>if you can hear me? <v Speaker 2>Yeah, sixty for an old game does seem a bit. <v Speaker 1>Well, it's definitive, so we can look at some screenshot <v Speaker 1>comparison updated things, but it does look a lot nicer, <v Speaker 1>and sometimes they add in extra content. I don't know <v Speaker 1>if we're going to get that here. Maybe they're saying anything, Yeah, <v Speaker 1>you're good, okay, good. Yeah, So arguably the last great <v Speaker 1>WEIU game. At this point, every WEU game has come <v Speaker 1>to the switch. There's only a few holdouts, and it's <v Speaker 1>like Yoshi's Wooly World or something, which I think we <v Speaker 1>played and I don't know that can that can stay there? <v Speaker 1>There's there's another Yoshi on the switch already. There's also <v Speaker 1>like a Kirby Kirby Cursed game or something on we you. <v Speaker 2>Epicyn on the switch. <v Speaker 1>Uh, what's that Yoshi Kirby Kirby epic Yon. That was <v Speaker 1>a WU game, maybe a really good one whatever, whatever <v Speaker 1>the Kirby game is on WIU that's like cursed or <v Speaker 1>something that hasn't come of it. But there's like seventeen <v Speaker 1>Kirby games on the switch. So that's fine, yeah, I <v Speaker 1>mean this is the last one that's kind of just <v Speaker 1>it's been living on the WIU. A lot of people <v Speaker 1>haven't played it. I think most people in chat will <v Speaker 1>say they haven't played it just because it kind of <v Speaker 1>lived in until now it was dying on the WIU. <v Speaker 1>So here's the trailer for it, and you can see <v Speaker 1>how much better like. <v Speaker 2>The second to last game that came out or something <v Speaker 2>on the WIU. <v Speaker 1>I don't know. I honestly don't remember when it came out. <v Speaker 2>Because I remember when I worked at game Stop we <v Speaker 2>had it and it was like still fairly expensive considering. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, I'm not sure this is a nice little kiddy though. <v Speaker 1>There's a screenshot comparison of the Yeah, I have that <v Speaker 1>in my dock. Actually, So this inter played game is <v Speaker 1>unlike all the other ones, and a lot of people <v Speaker 1>have been asking my opinion on it now that it's <v Speaker 1>coming to switch, and A. It's not a strong opinion. <v Speaker 1>It's not an opinion that's going to upset anyone, I <v Speaker 1>don't think. But hmm, you hope, I hope. I mean, <v Speaker 1>you never know. When this released on the WI you <v Speaker 1>at that point, I think i'd only played the first <v Speaker 1>Xeno Blade on Wii and not much of it. So <v Speaker 1>I was like, Okay, I'm going to play this Xeno <v Speaker 1>Blade X game. And I knew very little about it, <v Speaker 1>and I started it, and I remember getting a few <v Speaker 1>hours in and just getting bored. It's not that I <v Speaker 1>hated it, It's not that I didn't like it. It <v Speaker 1>was just like, I don't know, you always have a <v Speaker 1>lot of things to play, and this wasn't something I <v Speaker 1>was willing to invest a ton of time into. So <v Speaker 1>I just put it down and stop playing it. But <v Speaker 1>I've always wanted to go back to it since replaying <v Speaker 1>the first one, finishing it and actually really loving it, <v Speaker 1>picking up the third one and having it be one <v Speaker 1>of my favorite games that I played on Switch. It's <v Speaker 1>made me want to go back and gives in a <v Speaker 1>Blade Chronicles another chance. When this game came out, I <v Speaker 1>wasn't as versatile in my gaming choices. Yeah, you know, <v Speaker 1>there was a lot of I liked some smaller experiences, <v Speaker 1>and I like some weird, wacky games here or there. <v Speaker 1>I like some random three sixty offshoot games that no <v Speaker 1>one else liked, like Wet and Vanquished and stuff like that. <v Speaker 1>But for the most part, I always stuck to the <v Speaker 1>more Tripoli experiences. I always got excited for the next <v Speaker 1>Assassin's Creed game and stuff like that, you know, just <v Speaker 1>kind of back in this era of like PlayStation three <v Speaker 1>WU and stuff like the Uncharteds. Well, like I lived <v Speaker 1>for those, So this was just a little too out <v Speaker 1>there for me at the time, and it didn't immediately <v Speaker 1>hit The combats a little weird, and I was just like, <v Speaker 1>I don't know, it's not for me. <v Speaker 2>But you also weren't really a Final Fantasy person at <v Speaker 2>the time either. <v Speaker 1>I liked one Final Fantasy. <v Speaker 2>Yeah, these are very like you have to really like <v Speaker 2>those kinds of games. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, I mean, very mystical, very long glory. But the combat, <v Speaker 1>the I don't even I think the combat's a little <v Speaker 1>different in this game than the other ones. I can't <v Speaker 1>honestly can't remember, but I think it's a lot of <v Speaker 1>like auto attacking type stuff. And yeah, I just wasn't <v Speaker 1>in the mindset. But since then, I've fallen in love <v Speaker 1>with all kinds of games and indies and my my <v Speaker 1>gaming love has gone all over the place, and I <v Speaker 1>love the series now, so I actually am looking forward <v Speaker 1>to trying it again. But having said that, the I think, <v Speaker 1>and I don't want to speak out of turn here, <v Speaker 1>but I think the Xino Blade fan base can be <v Speaker 1>a little split on this one because it is so <v Speaker 1>different to the to the core three like numbered titles. <v Speaker 1>There are people that actually like X and don't like <v Speaker 1>the other three main ones, and then there are people <v Speaker 1>that like the three main ones and then don't like <v Speaker 1>X because of how different it is, and then of <v Speaker 1>course there's people that like. <v Speaker 2>All of them. <v Speaker 1>So I don't know where I'm going to fall. I'm <v Speaker 1>going to give it a honest college try. You're gonna <v Speaker 1>try it. <v Speaker 2>It looks I always like the character designs, but then <v Speaker 2>I just never end up playing those games because they <v Speaker 2>take so long. <v Speaker 1>Yeah. I don't think it's the same. <v Speaker 2>With me for Final Fantasy. Like I like watching you <v Speaker 2>play them, and I think the stories are cool, but <v Speaker 2>oh my god, it's just so long. Yeah. <v Speaker 1>I mean, if you wanted to try it, i'd encourage it, <v Speaker 1>but I do not think you would like it. I <v Speaker 1>don't think it's your kind of game. There's a million <v Speaker 1>games I want you to play and I want you <v Speaker 1>to try, and that is not one of them, to <v Speaker 1>be honest. Yeah, we have that cat comparison of the <v Speaker 1>high at Tea. <v Speaker 2>They beefed him up a little beefed him up. Look, <v Speaker 2>he's a little chunkier than he was. <v Speaker 1>Well, I think you're seeing that because of the higher clarity, <v Speaker 1>because really the biggest thing here is you're hoping it's <v Speaker 1>at least seven to twenty p if not ten ADP <v Speaker 1>and better lighting and just stuff like that. They haven't <v Speaker 1>actually changed anything. It's just going to perform and look <v Speaker 1>better on the switch, just like uh, and I could <v Speaker 1>be wrong on that, but I'm pretty sure it's just <v Speaker 1>like Senna Blade one, where it just was a visual <v Speaker 1>grade that's still good. Yeah, no, it's good. It's definitely good. <v Speaker 1>We will say I think I hold on. I want <v Speaker 1>to show something. I retweeted Kim, how's your David? It's <v Speaker 1>been a right, Yeah, what you been up to? <v Speaker 2>I went to work. <v Speaker 1>We did go to work for a little bit. We <v Speaker 1>went for a walk, yeah, I went for It was hot. <v Speaker 1>It was unusually hot. <v Speaker 2>Oh. Darla was so mad. <v Speaker 1>She ran back in the. <v Speaker 2>House like, please, why are you walking me? It's hot. <v Speaker 1>I wanted to show this. I retweeted this. This is <v Speaker 1>from Victor U's at I'm not going to read all that. <v Speaker 1>Someone on Twitter zena Blake chronicles ex Weu twenty fifteen <v Speaker 1>compared to Pokemon, Scarlet and Violet and then Tender Switched <v Speaker 1>twenty twenty two. I retweeted this with the caption of <v Speaker 1>just imagine if game Freak asked for help. <v Speaker 2>Yeah, that is It's so bad, dude, every time. <v Speaker 1>I'm sorry, I made a whole an hour video about <v Speaker 1>Scarlet and Violet. You guys know how I feel about <v Speaker 1>the way that game looks. Every time I look at it. <v Speaker 1>I am blown away by how bad it is. It's like, <v Speaker 1>it's unbelievably bad. Every time I look at it. <v Speaker 2>It's always the environments. The environments are always like the <v Speaker 2>last thing they care about, and the textures just look <v Speaker 2>like shit. <v Speaker 1>I go on and on about this. I say it <v Speaker 1>so many times, and there's so many different ways to <v Speaker 1>look at it. But game Freak, they just don't know <v Speaker 1>how to develop games at this stage anymore. They made <v Speaker 1>little cute pixel sprite games on game Boy. They did <v Speaker 1>a pretty decent job on three DS. I'm not gonna lie. <v Speaker 1>They managed to keep up with the times, and that <v Speaker 1>kind of like like red and blue visual style just <v Speaker 1>bumped up into three D. For the three DS, it worked, <v Speaker 1>It was charming, it was cute. But now the point <v Speaker 1>where at now where you're trying to do open world games. Yeah, <v Speaker 1>and you have other games like this on the Switch <v Speaker 1>and even on the Wii. You it doesn't fly like <v Speaker 1>it used to. <v Speaker 2>When you have a console can show you the clarity <v Speaker 2>of an image in such a way that that is obvious. <v Speaker 2>Maybe don't. <v Speaker 1>I can't handle it like that. <v Speaker 2>I don't know. <v Speaker 1>And again, so many avenues ask for help. That was <v Speaker 1>my tweet. There's so many companies working for Nintendo that <v Speaker 1>could share knowledge or even actually help them develop it, <v Speaker 1>like game Freak as a company, a mega multi billion <v Speaker 1>I'm probably rich. I hate how much I say this, <v Speaker 1>but world's largest franchise people three times bigger, two times <v Speaker 1>two times bigger than Disney, two times bigger than Disney. <v Speaker 1>But look how much Disney's doing with movies and TV <v Speaker 1>shows and the high quality CGI that they have and <v Speaker 1>the groundbreaking like advancements they make in technology all the time. <v Speaker 1>Then you have Pokemon who can't seem to hire anybody <v Speaker 1>that knows how to work with unroll engine or like <v Speaker 1>just anything like get help. It's okay, to get help. <v Speaker 1>I don't know why they they are so determined to <v Speaker 1>do it on their own. <v Speaker 2>I don't know. <v Speaker 1>You can product, you can project lead, you can have <v Speaker 1>full creative control, you can plan the game, plan, the <v Speaker 1>Pokemon plan everything. Just have somebody else create it, please, <v Speaker 1>I beg of you. <v Speaker 2>Your buddy Scooty has entered the chat. <v Speaker 1>Yeah what do you say? It's oh he's barking well, <v Speaker 1>swarf king, I've I've been texting you all morning. I <v Speaker 1>miss you, buddy. It's al much friends Giving. <v Speaker 2>I know. I'm excited. <v Speaker 1>We have everybody over for Friendsgiving and it's almost time. <v Speaker 1>We're in the tomorrow will be in the month. <v Speaker 2>I know. We gotta get all this stuff. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, sorry about that. Tangent dinno play games look phenomenal. <v Speaker 1>I have to say, for the Switch, what Monolist Studios <v Speaker 1>do with that console and that hardware is honestly majestic, <v Speaker 1>and it's one thing I will not fault them on. <v Speaker 1>Even Zenobly two a game that I love so well, <v Speaker 1>and I love trolling so well. Absolutely beautiful game on <v Speaker 1>on the Switch. Like, I don't know what they're doing <v Speaker 1>over there, but keep it up. Crazy yeah, crazy, honestly <v Speaker 1>like I think they rival. I mean, i'd want to <v Speaker 1>see screenshots before I say this out loud, but I'm <v Speaker 1>pretty sure just based on playing them, I think even <v Speaker 1>they rival like Zelda like Tears of the Kingdom, I <v Speaker 1>think I think Monolith does a better job. I mean, <v Speaker 1>manoif they do employ a lot of the the downscaling tricks, <v Speaker 1>where like their games look so good that they have. <v Speaker 1>Part of how the game works to make it run <v Speaker 1>on the switch without blowing up. Is when game, when <v Speaker 1>it does start looking that good, it downscales the resolution <v Speaker 1>to like three sixty P, which makes the game look <v Speaker 1>very blurry. And you rarely have times where it looks <v Speaker 1>like that and it's really like crisp, but it still <v Speaker 1>comes together in a way where it looks way better then. <v Speaker 1>And I'm sorry this this could be ten eighty P <v Speaker 1>all day. I'll play, I'll play, I'll play this one <v Speaker 1>in three sixty please, Yeah, Jesus, sorry about that. <v Speaker 2>Yeah, we have a lot of feelings about how the <v Speaker 2>Pokemon games look. <v Speaker 1>Did you did you end up playing Scarlan and Violet? <v Speaker 1>I don't think you ever did. <v Speaker 2>Did you I played Archeus? <v Speaker 1>You played Archeus? That one didn't look it still looked rough, <v Speaker 1>but didn't look. <v Speaker 2>As the trees were cloned. <v Speaker 1>Oh yeah, we don't talk about the trees. <v Speaker 2>I do. <v Speaker 1>I still remember when Sword and Shield was revealed and <v Speaker 1>my first reaction video on YouTube. This is like five <v Speaker 1>years ago now. I was laughing at the trees. Yeah, <v Speaker 1>and all the Pokemon game freak fans in the comment <v Speaker 1>came after me so hot. They were like, dudes obsessed <v Speaker 1>with the trees in a Pokemon game. <v Speaker 2>Because they look like shit. I'm sorry, buy them all <v Speaker 2>the time. <v Speaker 1>I know that they're not like the Pokemon I know <v Speaker 1>it's not you're not playing the game for the trees, but. <v Speaker 2>The environment. <v Speaker 1>I'm sorry. This was This was two years after that. <v Speaker 2>Yeah, they've been off for quiet recently. <v Speaker 1>I feel they still I mean, I love them, I <v Speaker 1>love the game freak hearts. But they still defend it that. <v Speaker 1>They still say like because to them, and this is <v Speaker 1>what they say is that the graphics don't matter because <v Speaker 1>it's about the gameplayer. It's about the gameplays matter. <v Speaker 2>When they're charging as much as. <v Speaker 1>They do, I agree. I agree with you, Kim, we don't. <v Speaker 1>You don't have to fight me on that. I agree <v Speaker 1>with you. Like graphics to some point do matter. I mean, like, <v Speaker 1>we're at the point where Pokemon games are essentially my <v Speaker 1>childhood dream situation, right, like an open world Pokemon game. <v Speaker 1>We had Archeus, which gave me the catching mechanics I've <v Speaker 1>always wanted. We had Scarlet and Violet, which gave me <v Speaker 1>just a Pokemon It didn't have the catching mechanics, but <v Speaker 1>had everything else. But like in my dreams when I was, <v Speaker 1>when I was a fifteen year old boy or whatever, <v Speaker 1>picturing what my perfect Pokemon game would be, it was <v Speaker 1>close to this, other than it didn't look like crap, right, <v Speaker 1>it was close to this other than it looked like <v Speaker 1>the Witcher three. You know what I mean. It was <v Speaker 1>close to this, except it looked like that. That's what <v Speaker 1>I dreamed, That's what I dreamed, And we're so close. <v Speaker 1>I gotta, I gotta, I gotta move on. I gotta <v Speaker 1>get out of that. I will rant about that too <v Speaker 1>till the spidery cows come home. All right, we have <v Speaker 1>a couple more fun things before we get to this <v Speaker 1>sound app which also I saw some drama around the <v Speaker 1>sound There's just like one guy's tweet, but I think <v Speaker 1>he had a point. He tweeted at me, and I <v Speaker 1>think he had a point, and I love when people <v Speaker 1>have points. I often don't. I thought this was interesting. <v Speaker 1>So the Alamo has already been hacked by this user. However, <v Speaker 1>apparently it's not as hard to hack as you would <v Speaker 1>think it in you literally plug it into a PC <v Speaker 1>and then you can move files to it. Yes, essentially, well, <v Speaker 1>just like that, he put a picture of his cat <v Speaker 1>on it. It was cute, isn't it. Okay, that's excuse <v Speaker 1>the pond alarmingly easy. It's just so unlike Nintendo to <v Speaker 1>essentially ship a product that's just a us B. <v Speaker 2>Yeah, because at that point you could just download whatever <v Speaker 2>songs you wanted and just use this. <v Speaker 1>Yeah. I mean I don't know how the songs work. <v Speaker 1>I mean this example just has putting a picture on <v Speaker 1>the screen. It would be interesting to know if you <v Speaker 1>could put songs on there. I mean, this guy wrote <v Speaker 1>a whole blog and we could read it. We could <v Speaker 1>read it. <v Speaker 2>Oh, he's like taking it apart. <v Speaker 1>But we don't have to know. The thing is he <v Speaker 1>doesn't well yeah he did, he did, he did, You're right, <v Speaker 1>he did. But his whole thing is you can mod <v Speaker 1>it without opening it is what he realized because he <v Speaker 1>did open it, but that it has nothing to do <v Speaker 1>with how easy it was. I don't know if in <v Speaker 1>here he wrote anything about putting sounds on it, but <v Speaker 1>that would be cool. Yeah, up to your own sounds. <v Speaker 2>Like a regular alarm clock one hundred anyway, you know, <v Speaker 2>like the clock radios that you could buy in the eighties. <v Speaker 1>Like those. I just realized how dumb I am. <v Speaker 2>Ye you were so. <v Speaker 1>Excited, like finally, Yeah, no, I don't want to I <v Speaker 1>think I want to move. I think I want to <v Speaker 1>get out of that. I literally just said out loud, <v Speaker 1>it would be really nice to put my own songs <v Speaker 1>on my alarm alarm clock, to wake up to my <v Speaker 1>own music. What's wrong with me? <v Speaker 2>You're just thinking I already have this alarm clock. <v Speaker 1>Let me see if I can recently get dropped on <v Speaker 1>my head? Have I always been like this? <v Speaker 2>I think you took a fall the other day. <v Speaker 1>I wish I wasn't in the Spider Man mask so <v Speaker 1>you could see my reaction. Yeah, yeah, sorry, I'm getting out. <v Speaker 1>I'm getting out of that one too. And then before <v Speaker 1>we get to the sound app that I do want <v Speaker 1>to look at, just two little tidbits as this is <v Speaker 1>a Nintendo the Official Nintendo Themed podcast, we have some <v Speaker 1>more games that came to the Nintendo Switch Online just <v Speaker 1>in time for October. We have a tu Roku or two, <v Speaker 1>I can't remember which one it was, which was a <v Speaker 1>great multiplayer game, kind of like what am I thinking of? <v Speaker 1>Double O seven? And then shadow Man, which is one <v Speaker 1>of those games for the N sixty four that and <v Speaker 1>I know there'll be people in chatting comments. I don't <v Speaker 1>like I played it that I feel like nobody played, <v Speaker 1>but everybody knew of Like if you were around the <v Speaker 1>N sixty four era and you were ever buying games, <v Speaker 1>or you were at a friend's house, or you were <v Speaker 1>at a Blockbuster, you always saw this one and sixty <v Speaker 1>four game of this creepy looking guy holding a skull <v Speaker 1>towards like the front of the picture. That game was everywhere. <v Speaker 1>Shadow Man. Let me see if I can find a <v Speaker 1>picture before you. Yeah, and I never played it. I <v Speaker 1>never had even though it technically looked pretty cool. Never <v Speaker 1>had a single interest in playing it. <v Speaker 2>And I don't know what it was about. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, but when you're when you're that age, you usually <v Speaker 1>just don't care, Like a box off for something is <v Speaker 1>all you needed to sell you at the time. <v Speaker 2>But if it looked that cool, why It's just one <v Speaker 2>of them things. <v Speaker 1>It's like a win Back was another one. I think <v Speaker 1>you saw that. You saw win Back everywhere, But I <v Speaker 1>swear nobody ever actually played it, and there'll be people <v Speaker 1>that are like I played it. I played it, I know, <v Speaker 1>and maybe it's just my experience with it. But yeah, <v Speaker 1>I know nothing about this game. Can't picture a single <v Speaker 1>screen of the gameplay. <v Speaker 2>Honestly, it kind of looks like the Rock from back <v Speaker 2>when they were making the you could see that games. <v Speaker 1>It looks like a wrestling game. <v Speaker 2>Now it does look like a wrestling game. That's what <v Speaker 2>I would assume it was, just based on the picture. <v Speaker 1>Well, ain't it's not h We can probably find some <v Speaker 1>gameplay here of it. I don't even I don't even honestly, <v Speaker 1>it's been so long. I don't know what shadow Man <v Speaker 1>and what's to. <v Speaker 2>Rock that looks like? <v Speaker 1>Does it? Because there's something Yeah, I think it's shadow Man, dude, <v Speaker 1>I I mean this. <v Speaker 2>Sorry, it looks like shame freak made that. <v Speaker 1>I was about to do that. No, you're fine, that's funny. <v Speaker 1>I don't even know where that tweet went. I deleted. <v Speaker 2>Take a little clamation, guys. <v Speaker 1>I was going to pull up the tweet and be like, <v Speaker 1>you know what this reminds. <v Speaker 2>Me of environments? Certainly look like it. <v Speaker 1>Literally, I've got to do it. I've got to find <v Speaker 1>the tweet. I'm sorry, I don't have it saved, so <v Speaker 1>I have to go back to my Twitter and like <v Speaker 1>search up beat him ups and find it again. But <v Speaker 1>it's going to be so worth that. I know it is. <v Speaker 1>Let me go down this rabbit hole. There it is, there, <v Speaker 1>it is. There's the guy boy. Oh boy, So here <v Speaker 1>we have to rock. We have to on the N <v Speaker 1>sixty four, and then we have wait. <v Speaker 4>That's shadow Man, buddy, Wait yet it that's the shadow Man, <v Speaker 4>a shadow Man. Okay, this is shadow Man on the <v Speaker 4>N sixty four. And then this is shadow Wait, where's <v Speaker 4>where's the clip of Pokemon? This is a shadow Man again. <v Speaker 4>This is an N sixty four game. <v Speaker 2>That's Pokemon. <v Speaker 1>Wait, why do shadow Man look better? <v Speaker 2>Oh? I see what you. <v Speaker 1>Took you a minute? This that's game freak for you. <v Speaker 1>I actually think shadow Man looks better. I'm going to <v Speaker 1>come out and say it. And that looked horrible. I <v Speaker 1>the reason why my brain went there is. For a second, <v Speaker 1>I was going to say, man, we've come so far <v Speaker 1>from N sixty four, haven't we? And then I remembered this. <v Speaker 2>Sques look it. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, but honestly, other than that, other than Pokemon, Scarland Violet, <v Speaker 1>we have come so far from N sixty four. It <v Speaker 1>is insane. Like I remember playing in sixty four when <v Speaker 1>I was younger and thinking that it was revolutionary. I've <v Speaker 1>told this story a lot, but when I grew up. <v Speaker 1>When I grew up, I loved video games, but I <v Speaker 1>only had uh. I had like a DOS computer or something, <v Speaker 1>and then an NES And the first console I got <v Speaker 1>outside of that wasn't N sixty four. I just bought <v Speaker 1>it with my I think I I got a job <v Speaker 1>at thirteen. Maybe I bought it with that. <v Speaker 2>Most yet, I don't remember Nintendo and the Super Nintendo completely. <v Speaker 2>That's insane. <v Speaker 1>I skipped Super Nintendo. I skipped sixteen big graphics essentially, <v Speaker 1>and I went straight to O Karina a time. That <v Speaker 1>was the first game. That's why I hold it was <v Speaker 1>such high regard in my heart because it was like <v Speaker 1>it was like VR at the time. Yeah, like I <v Speaker 1>stepped into a whole new world and I my mind <v Speaker 1>was blown and it's crazy to look back at these <v Speaker 1>games now, which at the time was these were real <v Speaker 1>life to me. Yeah, it's it's funny too because I <v Speaker 1>think about there's this clip that I'm not going to <v Speaker 1>be what a find of this kid talking about Sunday <v Speaker 1>Funday or Menace Beach, this old NES game. It's like <v Speaker 1>an old like news interview of something of people talking <v Speaker 1>about the NES at the time, and they were like, <v Speaker 1>what do you think of the NES? And this kid's look. Yeah, <v Speaker 1>I was playing Men's Beach. It's like real life. The <v Speaker 1>graphics look so real. I can't even tell the difference. <v Speaker 1>It's just cute. It's weird because at the time it's <v Speaker 1>I know how it's silly to think of it now, <v Speaker 1>even for the NES, but at the time it's like, <v Speaker 1>this is real. This is this looks so good. It's real. <v Speaker 2>Yeah. <v Speaker 1>That's why I kind of hate where we are now <v Speaker 1>with video games too, because games are so realistic now, <v Speaker 1>but nothing's ever good enough anymore. <v Speaker 2>Yeah, but people are never happy with anything. No, this <v Speaker 2>has to be on to the next thing because the <v Speaker 2>attention span is so freaking short these days. You remember <v Speaker 2>when like a couple games would come out a year yep, <v Speaker 2>and be so excited and then you know you weren't <v Speaker 2>critical of the game. <v Speaker 1>I think about that all the time. I think about <v Speaker 1>it was like the Wii U era. That era, the <v Speaker 1>PlayStation three and all that was like the last era <v Speaker 1>I think, where games came out like once or twice <v Speaker 1>a year. It felt like you would get a big one. <v Speaker 2>Yeah. I remember they used to have like advertisements for <v Speaker 2>them everywhere, and you'd get like it was you probably didn't, <v Speaker 2>but I would get like an Archie comic and in <v Speaker 2>the Archie comic there would be an ad for a <v Speaker 2>new game. You're like, holy shit, I didn't know that <v Speaker 2>was coming out. Yeah. <v Speaker 1>My my finding I never got anything like that. My <v Speaker 1>finding out of games was I would just go to <v Speaker 1>the store and I would just see what's in. <v Speaker 2>Yeah, that too, But like I remember the old ads <v Speaker 2>and stuff. I remember when the N sixty four was <v Speaker 2>coming out and it was like an ad in the <v Speaker 2>Archie comics. <v Speaker 1>Oh my god. <v Speaker 2>Yeah, it was pretty cool. <v Speaker 1>I don't yeah, I don't know. I don't think I <v Speaker 1>really got comics. Oh yeah. I was thinking about it <v Speaker 1>actually this week. But I think a big issue that <v Speaker 1>we have now is that so many games do come <v Speaker 1>out now and people are like, why aren't games the <v Speaker 1>way they used to be? Why the game suck now? <v Speaker 2>I don't because there's too many of them. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, that's it, though I don't. I don't think it <v Speaker 1>necessarily is they sucked because think about it, like this year, <v Speaker 1>we've had some awesome games. I'm going to forget some, <v Speaker 1>but we had fun and Fantasy seven or Rebirth, which <v Speaker 1>I swear is one of the best games ever made. <v Speaker 1>I'll die on that hill. Wu Kong was incredible. <v Speaker 2>You love that. <v Speaker 1>I did not think I would care about that game, <v Speaker 1>and then I one hundred percent of it. I beat <v Speaker 1>every boss and I want to do new game. Plus <v Speaker 1>it was sick Alan Alan Wake I think was last year. <v Speaker 1>But yeah, that was awesome. Yeah, Timela, great game. I mean, <v Speaker 1>we had the new z Outa that was pretty cute, <v Speaker 1>but I would say that's up there with like one <v Speaker 1>of the great games of the year, Persona three reloaded <v Speaker 1>Metaphors got really good reviews. We get great games. It's <v Speaker 1>just there is such a slew of new games coming <v Speaker 1>out every week. They can't all be good, and there's <v Speaker 1>more there's more average to bad than there is good. <v Speaker 1>So as a whole. We look at it and we <v Speaker 1>keep seeing these games fail and fluff. We keep seeing <v Speaker 1>Concord happen and Star Wars Outlaws happen and stuff like that, <v Speaker 1>and we're like, man, games suck. Now. Games aren't what <v Speaker 1>they used to be. I don't think so. I think <v Speaker 1>it's just we have so many any good ones, but <v Speaker 1>there's so many in general that some have to suck. <v Speaker 1>It's like movies, you know, movies get there's a new <v Speaker 1>movie every week. Most of them suck. But once or <v Speaker 1>twice or three times a year, if you're lucky, you <v Speaker 1>go to the cinema. You see a great movie. <v Speaker 2>Yeah, and that didn't used to be a thing either. <v Speaker 2>Used to be like three movies a year, that's all <v Speaker 2>you get. <v Speaker 1>Movies used to be so much better, though. You remember <v Speaker 1>when you would go I was thinking, I watched Terminal <v Speaker 1>The Terminal the other day with Tom Hanks, and I <v Speaker 1>loved it, And that's the second time I've seen it. <v Speaker 1>I was just watching on Netflix. The whole time I'm <v Speaker 1>watching it, I was I couldn't help but think to myself, Man, <v Speaker 1>this was movies back in the day, like nineties and <v Speaker 1>two thousands. You would go to the movies to watch <v Speaker 1>Tom Hanks get stuck in an airport for two hours, <v Speaker 1>and it would be great cinema. That was the kind <v Speaker 1>of movie that top A list celebrities would take. Like <v Speaker 1>Tom Hanks, top of his career, gets a script handed <v Speaker 1>to him, here's a movie where you get stuck in <v Speaker 1>an airport for two hours, and he's like, banger, you know, <v Speaker 1>and everyone goes out to the cinema to watch that. Now, <v Speaker 1>you can't do that now, So what someone gets stuck <v Speaker 1>in a Walmart for for for two hours? Who's gonna <v Speaker 1>go watch that movie? No one's gonna go watch that movie. <v Speaker 2>Now. <v Speaker 1>It has to be freaking Spider Man and Black Cat <v Speaker 1>take take on Crane, not that take on Thanos in <v Speaker 1>a big collaboration of d C and Marvel, and everyone's <v Speaker 1>gonna go. And the movie technically sucks, but it's fun <v Speaker 1>a black Cat's marble. I meant to say sorry about that. <v Speaker 2>It's fine. I knew where you were going. <v Speaker 1>Me offend you. <v Speaker 2>No, No, I'm fine. <v Speaker 1>Are you sure? <v Speaker 2>I am one fluffy collar away from being the other one? <v Speaker 2>It's fine. <v Speaker 1>As long as you're okay, you can call me. Who's <v Speaker 1>d C's Spider Man. Do they even have one. I <v Speaker 1>feel like there's a DC equivalent for every Marvel hero <v Speaker 1>except Spider Man. I name a Marvel hero, I'll give <v Speaker 1>you a DC equivalent for Chat helped me out here. <v Speaker 1>Actually don't know DC that well. It could be Green Latin. No, <v Speaker 1>the guy from space that lives on Earth that there's <v Speaker 1>like a whole race of space people and he has <v Speaker 1>he can make a hammer. <v Speaker 2>No, he can be good a ring. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, it's similar. I think Green Latin is the equivalent. <v Speaker 1>I could be wrong. <v Speaker 2>Aquaman. <v Speaker 1>Someone said Aquaman is no more not nomal in Marble. <v Speaker 2>I thought you were saying he died and like a <v Speaker 2>really weird accident. <v Speaker 1>No more, Like what's wrong with I swear there's always <v Speaker 1>an equivalent. I just might not know. <v Speaker 2>Blue Beetle yeah, Blue Beetles, Yeah, okay, what is he is? <v Speaker 1>He? Though he's spider Man, iron Man is Batman? <v Speaker 2>I agree, Blue Beetle is the spider Man. <v Speaker 1>I forgot iron Man is Batman if you didn't know. <v Speaker 2>Oh yeah, because they're just rich. <v Speaker 1>There's like a millionaire guy that like creates. <v Speaker 2>That somebody actually makes his own ship. Bruce doesn't do anything. <v Speaker 2>He doesn't all his stuff. It makes a lot of things. <v Speaker 2>I think, Yeah, I mean, it's just him and Alfred <v Speaker 2>in the cave. What else they're doing. He's ordering it <v Speaker 2>on any Bay. <v Speaker 1>He's not who's making Batman stuff and not ratting him <v Speaker 1>out with the shipping address. <v Speaker 2>I don't know. The more I think about it, the <v Speaker 2>more ridiculous it is. <v Speaker 1>I'm trying to think of more. I don't know. I'm <v Speaker 1>at a stun locked, but I swear it's a thing. <v Speaker 1>I promise it's a thing. And I think Marvel was <v Speaker 1>always first. And I think DC's like, we'll have that, Yeah, <v Speaker 1>we'll have that one please. Yeah? Sorry? Back to uh <v Speaker 1>this we also got? I think I just missed this. <v Speaker 1>I didn't talk about. This was thirteen days ago. But Banjo, uh, <v Speaker 1>Kazooi or that game? I haven't played it. Okay, Kazui, <v Speaker 1>I haven't played. I think this is Kazoui and they <v Speaker 1>like together. Oh no, it's Benjo TUEI wait, wasn't it <v Speaker 1>wasn't Wait wasn't Banjo Tue already on Switch? I thought <v Speaker 1>that was like last year. <v Speaker 2>Now Banjo and Kazu was on this week, I think, <v Speaker 2>and he. <v Speaker 1>Got oh sorry, my brain flipped him, Oh yeah, yeah, banjo. <v Speaker 1>I thought it was the second banjo that just came <v Speaker 1>to the switch, And for some reason, my brain just <v Speaker 1>wasn't banjo TOOI yeah too, oh see ye well two. <v Speaker 1>For some reason my head I was like, no, Banjo, <v Speaker 1>Kazui is the second one. I don't know. I don't <v Speaker 1>know what my brain did. Sorry, yeah, I'm actually I <v Speaker 1>have never played that one, so there's definitely a chance <v Speaker 1>for me to check it out. I have played Kazui, <v Speaker 1>I haven't finished it. I don't know when I played it. <v Speaker 1>It wasn't on Switch. I played fairly recently. I played <v Speaker 1>it on N sixty four. <v Speaker 2>I never had an N sixty four. I played my cousins, <v Speaker 2>so I played the Pokemon Safari thing. <v Speaker 1>I had an N sixty four, and I was just <v Speaker 1>obsessed with like RPGs because my first one was our Karina. <v Speaker 1>So I got I wanted Majora's Mask, and then I <v Speaker 1>got Quest sixty four, which I loved at the time. People, <v Speaker 1>but I loved it. I loved Smash, but I was <v Speaker 1>never big on platformists. I still aren't big on platformist <v Speaker 1>to this day. Never played Mario sixty four. Back in <v Speaker 1>the day, I had to play that later. <v Speaker 2>Yeah, that's my way, you don't like it. <v Speaker 1>Also, I want to stress that, like I was just <v Speaker 1>a kid who didn't have magazines, didn't have the Internet, <v Speaker 1>and would just go to the store and pick things up. <v Speaker 1>I don't know if I even and this is going <v Speaker 1>to sound insane, and I need to know why I'm Also, <v Speaker 1>I was a sheltered child and I was barely allowed <v Speaker 1>to like watch TV or go outside. I don't know <v Speaker 1>if I even knew there was a Mario sixty four <v Speaker 1>until like many years later, and then I was like, Okay, cool, <v Speaker 1>what about it. I think I just missed it. Yeah, <v Speaker 1>I mean I didn't know what Zelder was until I <v Speaker 1>got a sixty four because we didn't have the NYS one. <v Speaker 1>It's just my I got a sixty four, and then <v Speaker 1>I remember my mom went to like the game store <v Speaker 1>and she asked the guy, like, what game would my <v Speaker 1>son like? And he was like, you should give him Zelder. <v Speaker 1>And I've said this before. <v Speaker 2>But I would recommendation. <v Speaker 1>Whoever that guy is is the butterfly effect of the <v Speaker 1>reason why I'm sat here in a Spider Man outfit <v Speaker 1>with my wife right now. He's the reason I met you. Theoretically, <v Speaker 1>theoretically butterfly effect. I will never started the channel. I <v Speaker 1>would never have come to America. I never want to <v Speaker 1>met you. Yeah, think about it? Are you thinking about it? <v Speaker 1>Are you putting sounds on your alarm clock? <v Speaker 2>No? <v Speaker 1>No, me either. A right, let's get to the alarm clock. Sorry, <v Speaker 1>let's get to the sound app. Nintendo's doing a lot <v Speaker 1>of sounds recently. <v Speaker 2>I wonder why that is. <v Speaker 1>They're obsessed with sounds. So Nintendo Music announced a music <v Speaker 1>centric smartphone app exclusively for Switch online members, available later today. <v Speaker 1>So it's already available. There's a trailer. You won't see <v Speaker 1>the trailer. I want to actually talk about this trailer <v Speaker 1>for a reason. I'll let you listen to it because <v Speaker 1>I've already heard it. It's just Nintendo music. <v Speaker 2>Okay. <v Speaker 1>By the way, if I ever saw someone in the <v Speaker 1>grocery store dancing like this, I'm walking away, I'm going <v Speaker 1>down another aisle. I'm getting I'm getting out of town. <v Speaker 1>What Why are you laughing? Enjoying endogame music? That's it? <v Speaker 1>Why'd you giggle? <v Speaker 2>Because she's just singing the intro song to Animal Crossing. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, Money. <v Speaker 2>Pumpkins got a life of his own. Apparently no offense. <v Speaker 2>But I can just go on YouTube. I know, why <v Speaker 2>do you need an app? <v Speaker 1>I know that was one of my first first thoughts too, <v Speaker 1>and that music's all online on YouTube and watch part. <v Speaker 1>It's a paid app because you need to have the <v Speaker 1>Nintendo Switch Online subscription, which, by the way, this is weird. <v Speaker 1>You need a Nintendo Switch on line subscription an app <v Speaker 1>for a mobile app. I know, it's a little weird. Also, yeah, <v Speaker 1>as you said, weird that that's even a thing because <v Speaker 1>you can just, you know, go on YouTube playlists and <v Speaker 1>get all of that. <v Speaker 2>Oh some notice that. Can you run it back to <v Speaker 2>the girl at the end. They made her look like <v Speaker 2>the Lofi girl. <v Speaker 1>Music now, But it's funny because that part she's listening <v Speaker 1>to Lo Fi as well. That was very intentional. Someone <v Speaker 1>tweeted at me, and I feel bad not showing their tweet. <v Speaker 1>M oh here it is. I did put it in <v Speaker 1>the someone tweeted at me this m please please go <v Speaker 1>in depth about Nintendo not crediting the musicians. So somebody <v Speaker 1>retweeted or tweeted at Nintendo with hey, I fixed Nintendo <v Speaker 1>music and they put in the composers of the songs. <v Speaker 1>So I haven't used the app, but I'm guessing this <v Speaker 1>means that the composers of the songs listed, which, yeah, <v Speaker 1>that is a little Yeah, I would say that's pretty crappy. <v Speaker 1>And it would also just be nice to have them <v Speaker 1>listed because then if you do like the music, you <v Speaker 1>can go see what else they did or what other <v Speaker 1>games they might have worked on. Yeah, it's a bit <v Speaker 1>weird not to list the artists. <v Speaker 2>So you have room, there's a space right there you <v Speaker 2>could put it. <v Speaker 1>I definitely think they should. I mean, this person said, <v Speaker 1>can you go in depth? I don't really have much <v Speaker 1>else to say, but I agree. I think that think <v Speaker 1>it's crappy, but it's a little crappy. I don't know <v Speaker 1>what I mean. I'm assuming all it actually would say <v Speaker 1>is music from somebody. Yeah, I think you can see <v Speaker 1>it here opening theme Animal Crossing. It doesn't say who <v Speaker 1>made that. <v Speaker 2>Yeah. <v Speaker 1>That is weird, isn't it. It's almost like they they're <v Speaker 1>just trying to keep it super streamlined Nintendo and official, <v Speaker 1>and it's just this is the game, this is the music, <v Speaker 1>and maybe they didn't want to give it any other <v Speaker 1>vibe than that, but yeah, I mean, why not why <v Speaker 1>not put the artist name. <v Speaker 2>Yeah, it's weird. <v Speaker 1>Something I wanted to mention too that I found this. <v Speaker 1>This is so the app itself. I don't care. It's <v Speaker 1>an option for people. Some people might use it. I'm <v Speaker 1>already paying for the that I switch on lanes, or <v Speaker 1>technically I could just get this. I don't care. Do <v Speaker 1>what you want, Nintendo. You're doing some weird stuff. It <v Speaker 1>doesn't matter to me. Here's where I get pissed off. <v Speaker 1>You stole my logo. No, no, here's what I get. <v Speaker 1>I get pissy. They put the Wii Shop music as <v Speaker 1>the first song when he's going shopping. So you're telling me, <v Speaker 1>Nintendo that you know that shopping to the Wii music <v Speaker 1>shop theme would be enjoyable. You're telling me this right here. <v Speaker 1>I mean, look at this guy. He's having the time <v Speaker 1>of his life. You know that would be me if <v Speaker 1>the switch had the Wei shop music or just any <v Speaker 1>kind of shop music. <v Speaker 2>I didn't know I didn't have shopping. <v Speaker 1>It doesn't. It's dead quiet. It's so bizarre to me <v Speaker 1>that they're acknowledging here literally that they put they created <v Speaker 1>a setting where this guy is shopping, and they put <v Speaker 1>in the we shop music because they know it sounds good, <v Speaker 1>and it's good for when you're going shopping. Then, Yet <v Speaker 1>when I'm shopping on the E Shop and I'm having <v Speaker 1>a scroll past all the hend Eye games and the <v Speaker 1>shovel where that's uploaded every single day, I can't get <v Speaker 1>any sort of brief relaxation, at least from the fact <v Speaker 1>that it plays a nice, soothing, We Shop sound. <v Speaker 2>Yeah, it's weird. I didn't know it didn't have music, <v Speaker 2>so I always have it muted. <v Speaker 1>So I'm not that upset about it. <v Speaker 2>It's funny, Yes, it is funny. <v Speaker 1>It's funny that they're acknowledging the We Shop music all <v Speaker 1>these years later, but they still there's just no music <v Speaker 1>like it would be good to get, like an updated <v Speaker 1>version or like a Nintendo E Shop version of like <v Speaker 1>the Wi song. Doesn't have to sound like it, but <v Speaker 1>have that same vibe that music, that Wei music, that <v Speaker 1>We Shop music, Kim. It is so good. It is <v Speaker 1>unbelievably good. I don't know who composed that, and I <v Speaker 1>won't know if I use it. I'd love to actually <v Speaker 1>know who composed it. I'd have to google it later <v Speaker 1>because Nintenda wouldn't tell me. I don't know who composed it, <v Speaker 1>but they are a genius. So that music gets stuck <v Speaker 1>in my head daily weekly, Every Wednesday, I get the <v Speaker 1>I don't know who did the skit of the donkey <v Speaker 1>Kume three Dana Mari Luigi, like the the song to it. <v Speaker 1>I get that stuck in my head all the time. <v Speaker 1>You see, like like Drake songs get overlaid with the <v Speaker 1>w Shop song and it works so perfectly. You'll see <v Speaker 1>the Wise Shop music just it melds into everything, but <v Speaker 1>just Baseline on its own, Kim, Baseline on its own. <v Speaker 1>DNA DNA, DNA, DNA, Dana, Dana, Dana, Dana. It makes <v Speaker 1>me want to spend money. It makes me want to <v Speaker 1>put money into the shop. I have a lot of <v Speaker 1>You have a lot of feelings or anger today. It <v Speaker 1>could be because this mask is smashing my nose. <v Speaker 2>Yeah, mine is too. It's plastic and it's hurting my face, <v Speaker 2>be honest. <v Speaker 1>Uh yeah, Kim looked at my notes Halloween. I just <v Speaker 1>I was scrolling a Twitter today and I saw this. <v Speaker 2>That's cool. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, it's very cute. It's uh sorry, audio listeners, it's <v Speaker 1>Halloween decort at in front of somebody's house or maybe back, <v Speaker 1>but it's all the hands from Tears of the Kingdom <v Speaker 1>of like the Gannon Hands coming out of the ground. <v Speaker 2>I always think about making cool stuff like that, and <v Speaker 2>then I just never do it. <v Speaker 1>I'd love if there was a thread. I would love <v Speaker 1>a thread of Nintendo themed Yeah, Halloween decorations. Yeah, Max <v Speaker 1>did shoot over a ten list. We could do Okay, <v Speaker 1>if you're interested it. Let me just make sure I've <v Speaker 1>hit everything else here. I did my sponsor barely. It <v Speaker 1>was supposed to be right at the start. Uh oh, <v Speaker 1>I had this. This has nothing like no link. I <v Speaker 1>just wrote where is the Switch? Too? Because I wanted <v Speaker 1>to talk about that. You were here, we were talking <v Speaker 1>about all those rumors of like, oh, the Switch is <v Speaker 1>definitely going to get revealed between the twenty fifth and <v Speaker 1>the twenty eighth of September, and if not, then it <v Speaker 1>was the first week of October. Yeah, we're at October <v Speaker 1>thirty first. Right now. <v Speaker 2>I think you and Taylor Swift fans. <v Speaker 1>Have a lot in common right now, now, what does <v Speaker 1>that mean? <v Speaker 2>It's clowning yourselves about when the new thing he's getting <v Speaker 2>released now. <v Speaker 1>I don't know how I feel about that. I don't <v Speaker 1>know if I appreciate what you're saying too. Like, I <v Speaker 1>do like your comparing me to something that involves Taylor Swift. <v Speaker 1>I do like that. I appreciate that you're seeing me girl. <v Speaker 2>Would you have gone to the aerostour? <v Speaker 1>Yeah, we were, We were kind of there. <v Speaker 2>We were there the day we were then Bob. <v Speaker 1>It was the closest I've been to tea swizz. Yeah, <v Speaker 1>And I felt my heart a flutter. Why what are <v Speaker 1>we doing. <v Speaker 2>Talking about the switch too being announced? <v Speaker 1>Oh yeah. So when those rumors were leaking, they all <v Speaker 1>looked pretty credible from the places they were coming from. <v Speaker 1>But I did. I want to stress that. I messaged <v Speaker 1>and I'm gonna call them out right now live on <v Speaker 1>this show, because one of them stole my logo. I <v Speaker 1>messaged RGT and spawn Wave and some other people that <v Speaker 1>like those guys always get inside knowledge from people always, <v Speaker 1>and before I talk about rumors like that and I <v Speaker 1>go hard on, like actually going down the rabbit hole <v Speaker 1>of like let's let's try and believe it and see <v Speaker 1>where we end up. I messaged them and I'm like, <v Speaker 1>what are we thinking on these ones? And they were like, yeah, yeah, <v Speaker 1>this is going to be a thing. And then even <v Speaker 1>like last week, I heard all all no the week <v Speaker 1>before last week, I heard next week being last week <v Speaker 1>or this week. I'm confused. Last week I heard all <v Speaker 1>week about this week. They were like middle of middle <v Speaker 1>of this week, it might happen. It's going to happen. <v Speaker 1>Before October is going to happen. And like, I think <v Speaker 1>why were crossed because we ended up getting like Xeno <v Speaker 1>Blade and we ended up getting an app and then <v Speaker 1>they dropped Banjo Tuey and they dropped shadow Man and <v Speaker 1>all that, and I think where the wires were crossed <v Speaker 1>on this last week is I feel like there could <v Speaker 1>have been a direct almost like there could have been <v Speaker 1>like something was working back there internally, but they were like, oh, <v Speaker 1>I feel like sometimes they think to themselves, we don't <v Speaker 1>have quite enough for a direct exactly, so let's just <v Speaker 1>tweet some stuff out. <v Speaker 2>But also, somebody else pointed this out in the chat, <v Speaker 2>wouldn't revealing it early, like if they revealed it this <v Speaker 2>year before came out, wouldn't that hurt their holiday sales <v Speaker 2>for the switch that is currently So we. <v Speaker 1>We've talked about that in length, I feel, but we're <v Speaker 1>getting really close to that being an issue. <v Speaker 2>Yeah, that's what I'm saying. <v Speaker 1>But what we talked about is if they did reveal <v Speaker 1>it beforehand, doing a price cut on the switch by <v Speaker 1>like fifty bucks or something for like a. <v Speaker 2>Holiday under during Black Friday anyway. <v Speaker 1>No, they what they usually do is they pack in <v Speaker 1>a game if you're lucky, but it's a full price. <v Speaker 1>They never price cut. They've never they did. Nope. I <v Speaker 1>mean I could be wrong, but I don't. <v Speaker 2>I could think like Target or Walmart had something where <v Speaker 2>it was like less. <v Speaker 1>I mean, I don't know about like Costco. Sometimes you <v Speaker 1>get things cheaper because you pay for a membership. <v Speaker 2>Costco's crazy. They'll do anything. <v Speaker 1>Nintendo themselves across the board. They've never priced cut the switch, <v Speaker 1>So doing like a big holiday bundle or something where <v Speaker 1>they price cut it could could push out some extra sales. <v Speaker 2>I think at this point they should if it's coming <v Speaker 2>out soonish next. <v Speaker 1>Year, you know, But yeah, who knows, because who knows <v Speaker 1>when Nintendo? Who knows. <v Speaker 2>I don't want to get rid of these switches, don't you. <v Speaker 1>Their sales have been pretty low, lower than expected for <v Speaker 1>switch I think the last like half half of this year. <v Speaker 2>Well that's not surprising, No, it's not surpriss that are out. <v Speaker 1>They expected low and I think it's even lower. <v Speaker 2>Well, then they need to cut something. <v Speaker 1>And I heard that on like a spawn spawn wave <v Speaker 1>or something, so don't quote me on it, but I'm <v Speaker 1>pretty sure I heard that. <v Speaker 2>Well, that's not surprising, that's probably true. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, I know. At this point, my point was I'm <v Speaker 1>so sick of these industry insiders leaking things or giving <v Speaker 1>us dates and then us not getting anywhere. And I <v Speaker 1>try really hard not to actually give any of them <v Speaker 1>too much time on the podcast unless I feel like <v Speaker 1>we're going somewhere with it, and for me personally, on <v Speaker 1>top of them being industry insiders, I was like, this <v Speaker 1>feels right, This feels like the time you do it, <v Speaker 1>because now we're getting into November is like the last month. <v Speaker 1>I don't know if you announced it in December, well. <v Speaker 2>No, I wouldn't. I just don't feel like you would <v Speaker 2>announce it the year before it comes out. I feel <v Speaker 2>like you need to announce it, like maybe a month <v Speaker 2>or two out because otherwise you are gonna people are <v Speaker 2>gonna stop caring, they're gonna forget well. <v Speaker 1>I mean again, you never know, and I don't want <v Speaker 1>to be like now, and then I end up being <v Speaker 1>right because Nintendo always surprises us, but that's typically never. <v Speaker 1>That's never how it's been for companies like PlayStation, Xbox <v Speaker 1>and Nintendo. They've always revealed things like minimum like four <v Speaker 1>months out. <v Speaker 2>Well four is fine, Yeah, but I feel like this <v Speaker 2>is too soon, like I believe. <v Speaker 1>I hate saying I believe because I ended up being wrong, <v Speaker 1>but I believe the Switch was five months. I think <v Speaker 1>they revealed it in October and then it released in March. <v Speaker 2>Well, to be fair, though, with that, the WU had <v Speaker 2>already stopped selling, so it wasn't hurting the WU sales. <v Speaker 2>Let's be realistic, you know, that's true. So I think <v Speaker 2>with the Switch, they still want this console to do well, <v Speaker 2>and they still have a lot of them, and they're <v Speaker 2>still trying to keep it going. <v Speaker 1>So I still think it's going to release early next year. <v Speaker 1>But funny enough, getting like Xeno Blade X announcements for <v Speaker 1>twenty twenty five for the Switch. <v Speaker 2>Yeah, that's that says to me. <v Speaker 1>That almost makes me feel like there's a chance that <v Speaker 1>we could be looking at holiday next year. That's Nintendo late. <v Speaker 1>Nintendo could break the tradition and push it. I mean <v Speaker 1>it all it depends on how things are going for them. <v Speaker 1>But I don't know. <v Speaker 2>I don't think it's going to be that far out. <v Speaker 2>I think we're looking at either spring or September. <v Speaker 1>That's that's your prediction. Those are the two I would <v Speaker 1>I'm still I'm still pagan from March or April. <v Speaker 2>I think March would be good, but yeah, I don't. <v Speaker 1>I don't know by getting real close for March though, <v Speaker 1>because I feel like they would have. <v Speaker 2>Already from Maybe maybe they wait till January to review. <v Speaker 2>I don't know. <v Speaker 1>At this point, it's almost confirmed April in my mind, <v Speaker 1>not confirmed April, but earliest April in my mind. Yeah, <v Speaker 1>we got it. We got to get out of that. <v Speaker 1>If you want to do the taer list, Yeah, we're <v Speaker 1>already pasted an hour. Yeah, so Max actually set this <v Speaker 1>up for us, if you guys don't, I haven't said <v Speaker 1>this a lot. Max, our wonderful friend from Brooklyn, still <v Speaker 1>is part of the show. He does all of the <v Speaker 1>tiktoks and he watches every episode, and he also sends <v Speaker 1>over a lot of these lists for us and he <v Speaker 1>comes up with Max is always sharing things in the <v Speaker 1>discord every week for like top for the podcast. I <v Speaker 1>really appreciate his input. I'm trying to get him to <v Speaker 1>come down for an episode at some point. But whenever <v Speaker 1>we do these ten lists, he usually prepares them for us, <v Speaker 1>and he sent it over to Ham. Access denied, Max. <v Speaker 1>I don't have access to the to the thing you made. <v Speaker 1>I don't know if you're watching. I don't have access. <v Speaker 2>I don't know if in the chat. <v Speaker 1>But Ham's not here, so I'm gonna have to be <v Speaker 1>the be the guy. <v Speaker 2>I don't know how you're gonna get that document. <v Speaker 1>He might be in the chat. We'll give him a <v Speaker 1>couple of seconds. If he's not, we'll do it in <v Speaker 1>the bonus. I wanted to do the scariest Nintendo like <v Speaker 1>games or characters for Halloween, for Spooky. I'm sweating in <v Speaker 1>this mask. <v Speaker 2>Yeah, it's covering your entire head. <v Speaker 1>So I'm going to request access to this doc. I <v Speaker 1>have requested access. <v Speaker 2>I think I think he said I'll fix it. <v Speaker 1>He just typed I fixed it in discord, b bu <v Speaker 1>bu bu bu. I got it, bing bing bing bing <v Speaker 1>bing bing bing bing. <v Speaker 2>Okay, starting strong, Max? <v Speaker 1>Damn oh, I can oh you put pictures in here? <v Speaker 2>Nice? <v Speaker 1>We can show this is great. Let's show the list, <v Speaker 1>all right. Let me I gotta type out I gotta <v Speaker 1>type it out. I'm going to do this really archaic. <v Speaker 2>All right, good luck to you. <v Speaker 1>Sorry, sorry about this? Uh ten no, here, I'll just <v Speaker 1>show you what I'm doing. Wait, should I because you'll <v Speaker 1>see the you'll see the U R L. <v Speaker 2>Yeah, that's not good. Can you blow it up bigger? <v Speaker 1>Can I blow it up bigger? I can certainly try. <v Speaker 1>Can you see? Can you see you? <v Speaker 2>Yeah? So you're fine? Perfect? <v Speaker 1>Ten? Nine eight sounds like we're counting down a. <v Speaker 2>Hell lowest countdown. <v Speaker 1>I'm wearing I'm wearing these really annoying gloves. Sorry about that. <v Speaker 2>Hey you go, you got it? <v Speaker 1>Okay, all right, this is scariest Nintendo characters, and we're <v Speaker 1>not gonna cheat. We're gonna do it the way that <v Speaker 1>we do the other list, where we place them and <v Speaker 1>then we move on and we can't change it. So <v Speaker 1>first we have Coco, who I've never seen in my life, <v Speaker 1>but clearly from Animal crossing. <v Speaker 2>I got a deep seated hatred for Cocoa, and I'll <v Speaker 2>tell you for why. <v Speaker 1>Why you know why? <v Speaker 2>Because she's she's modeled after a coconut. <v Speaker 1>Oh yeah, you hate coconuts. <v Speaker 2>I had a fear of Childe's such a. <v Speaker 1>Funny thing to say. Yeah you hate coconuts, why they look. <v Speaker 2>Like scary monkey faces? I don't. I'm fine now as. <v Speaker 1>An adult going on, because we will go to the <v Speaker 1>grocery store and you will avoid the coconut aisle. <v Speaker 2>I still listen. <v Speaker 1>So that's not fine. Now that's traumatized. <v Speaker 2>Listen. I don't like them. <v Speaker 1>I'm good to put this pretty high on the list. <v Speaker 2>I mean, she'd be she'd be my two or three <v Speaker 2>for sure, because she scared to piss out. I mean <v Speaker 2>when you pulled up the list. <v Speaker 1>So all right, well I've gone and done this backwards, <v Speaker 1>so we're going to do ten is the scariest. Okay, <v Speaker 1>so wait wait so two or three so. <v Speaker 2>You could do you could do eight, it's fine. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, so this is everybody. This is backwards. So ten <v Speaker 1>is actually the scariest. Yeah, can you can? I? Oh no, <v Speaker 1>I can kind of do it. You can see. There <v Speaker 1>we go, my little fingies. <v Speaker 2>We're all blind. <v Speaker 1>You know what I'll even do. I'll even bold it <v Speaker 1>for you guys. All right? Next, Oh god, it gets worse. Yeah, <v Speaker 1>mad piano from Mario sixty four. Wow, I've never seen <v Speaker 1>this before in my life. Huh, that's fine, I feel <v Speaker 1>like I could still I could still play this. Piano's <v Speaker 1>kind of cool. It's good decour for Halloween. <v Speaker 2>Yeah, that's good. <v Speaker 1>Hallow, that's awesome. Like, yeah, that's not scary, but I <v Speaker 1>met one. Yeah that's just a fun piano. <v Speaker 2>Ops by spidy. <v Speaker 1>Now I don't want to talk about it. Spidy fingies <v Speaker 1>uh king boolise. Here's my problem. <v Speaker 2>I like all of the like creepy, halloweeny looking characters. <v Speaker 2>I think they're neat. <v Speaker 1>What about what about this question? What that tongue do? <v Speaker 1>What that tongue do? <v Speaker 2>Though currently it is being vacuumed, so you. <v Speaker 1>Can't really see him now that I zoomed in, Yeah, <v Speaker 1>what's what's all this? What's all this? Document? Tap? Can <v Speaker 1>I close this? <v Speaker 2>I don't think you should be messing with things? <v Speaker 1>High? Tap, there we go. I like, oops, sir, I <v Speaker 1>like the tongue. He's not that scary. Five or like <v Speaker 1>higher because he's really not that scary. <v Speaker 2>Yeah you do like a three? <v Speaker 1>You can you can literally. <v Speaker 2>Put it more scary. <v Speaker 1>No, that's it's backwards. We've already talked about this. Wait, no, <v Speaker 1>you're right, you're right, you're right, you're can We've already <v Speaker 1>talked about this. I'm an idiot that was dropped on <v Speaker 1>my head. <v Speaker 2>Yeah, you hit him in like three or sorry about that. <v Speaker 1>M Yeah, he's not that scary. Also, you can just <v Speaker 1>shine a light in his face and he like freezes. <v Speaker 1>That's like his whole thing, right, like the ghosts. <v Speaker 2>Yeah, like little hat. <v Speaker 1>Oh, these these things are terrifying. The red red redeads <v Speaker 1>from Zeuda coconuty. So these guys cam I don't know <v Speaker 1>if you know. These guys, they walk really slow like this, <v Speaker 1>They walk really slow, but then they go like this, <v Speaker 1>and when they do that, sorry, sorry all your listeners. <v Speaker 1>When they do that, you can't move. You're like stuck <v Speaker 1>in place. And now keep slowly walking over to you. <v Speaker 1>And when they get to you, they wrap their hands <v Speaker 1>and little leggies around you and they just kind of <v Speaker 1>hump and they go likes and you take down much <v Speaker 1>the whole time. You don't like being humped. <v Speaker 2>I don't care for them. A creepy coconut men. <v Speaker 1>Good, it's pretty bad. It's pretty scary. The scream is <v Speaker 1>pretty scary. Not being able to move too, is it <v Speaker 1>scary than cocoa? <v Speaker 2>You described it as more menacing than an animal crossing <v Speaker 2>villager that just wants to live in your town. <v Speaker 1>All right, Oh so you look at that little feet, <v Speaker 1>look at that long to tell me, those long toys, <v Speaker 1>it's like. <v Speaker 2>A dishwashing glove guy. <v Speaker 1>Cute. Yeah, that's cute. Even this like cosplay is cute. Yeah, <v Speaker 1>that's adorable. Yeah, number two, uh shy, No, what else <v Speaker 1>we got? Rock? <v Speaker 2>Oh shit? Oh oh those used to terrify me when <v Speaker 2>I would play that game when I was little. <v Speaker 1>Oh my god, you don't like him, big red eyes, <v Speaker 1>the scary. <v Speaker 2>They run so fast, they're so fast, they. <v Speaker 1>Don't really bother me. I never real even thought about them. <v Speaker 1>There's just another enemy you just jump over. <v Speaker 2>Just very nerve wrecking when you're a child playing that game, <v Speaker 2>because you're not very good at getting the barrels quickly. <v Speaker 1>All right, where are you putting them? <v Speaker 2>Put them at like a seven? Yeah, we're saving ten. <v Speaker 2>I don't know if anything is going to be scarier <v Speaker 2>than a coconut. <v Speaker 1>Rock, croc rock around the croc tonight. <v Speaker 2>Oh yeah, that was nerve wrecking as well. <v Speaker 1>Fantos and Super Mario. <v Speaker 2>Two man, that thing would chase you when you had <v Speaker 2>to get It's. <v Speaker 1>Not like it's not like scary and like the bo. <v Speaker 1>It's the scary and like they are just a pain <v Speaker 1>that's pain, and you get scared running away from them. <v Speaker 2>It's the same level of like stress as when the <v Speaker 2>sun is chasing you in the Mario. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, it's stressful. If you can't picture this, you don't <v Speaker 1>know what it is audio listeners that. I don't blame you. <v Speaker 1>I wouldn't get it by the name either. It's that <v Speaker 1>thing in Mario two that's like a face that's half <v Speaker 1>white and half red that chases you like the sun <v Speaker 1>and Mario three. I'm not scared of it, though I. <v Speaker 2>Annoyed you while you have the key and you have <v Speaker 2>to hurry up and get the key into the door. <v Speaker 1>I think that's a five. Yeah, it stresses me out, <v Speaker 1>but it's not scary. <v Speaker 2>I don't know it had a name. <v Speaker 1>Everything has a name, I know. <v Speaker 2>I never think about it though. <v Speaker 1>Everything the guy from the Mario universe, every character has <v Speaker 1>a name. And I swear as like a Nintendo gamer. <v Speaker 1>Often in my career, someone will be like the fantost <v Speaker 1>or whatever, and I'm like the what yeah, and then <v Speaker 1>they'll they'll be like, how do you not know that <v Speaker 1>you're a Nintendo YouTube. <v Speaker 2>I'm like I don't know his name. <v Speaker 1>I do not know the name of I think any <v Speaker 1>Mario bad guy out of Gumba and Cooper. Yeah, I <v Speaker 1>could shy Guy burto Berto. <v Speaker 2>A couple other. <v Speaker 1>Ones, the brick what's the brick swamp? Yeah, bum, I <v Speaker 1>can get a couple, I guess. Yeah, but ones like this, <v Speaker 1>I'm sorry, I'm out. <v Speaker 2>Yeah, Oh. <v Speaker 1>That's nasty. The water Wraith. Oh this was in Pickman. <v Speaker 1>This isn't Pickman four as well. I thought this thing <v Speaker 1>in the new one. He's like a water guy that's <v Speaker 1>a steam roller and he squishes. <v Speaker 2>All your guys, very house moving castle. <v Speaker 1>He chases after you and in hallways. It's not I <v Speaker 1>wasn't really scared of it though, no more or no <v Speaker 1>less than any other creature in Pickman. That would kill <v Speaker 1>my little my little guys. <v Speaker 2>Yeah. <v Speaker 1>Um, he's also kind of cool looking, if I'm being honest. <v Speaker 2>That's what I'm saying. He's very Yeah, you can put <v Speaker 2>him my leg a four. <v Speaker 1>Yeah. What's he called? <v Speaker 2>Water Wraith? <v Speaker 1>Waterth good enough for me. Water Wraith. Nintenna doesn't really <v Speaker 1>have a lot of like real scary characters. It depends <v Speaker 1>majora boss in Majurea's Masspy it is creepy again. Even <v Speaker 1>as a kid, I was never scared of MAJORA or <v Speaker 1>the mask, or the Majora's kid or anything around Majora. <v Speaker 1>I'm trying to think if there was anything even I <v Speaker 1>think the only thing in Majora's mask as a kid <v Speaker 1>that made me feel like legitimately uncomfortable is when Link <v Speaker 1>would put the masks on, because he would like freak <v Speaker 1>out every time he would transform into like a gorn <v Speaker 1>or a coral kid or something by putting on a mask. <v Speaker 1>And every time he would be like ah, and it <v Speaker 1>would like zoom in scar Yeah, it would zoom in <v Speaker 1>on his face and it would be like, oh, dramatic, <v Speaker 1>and he would be like screaming in anguish because I <v Speaker 1>chose to transform into one of those kids, And every <v Speaker 1>time I felt so bad, I felt so bad. It <v Speaker 1>made me feel uncomfortable. <v Speaker 2>The only thing that scared me in the Zelda things <v Speaker 2>was the moon. <v Speaker 1>The moon honestly was scarier. <v Speaker 2>I didn't like the moon. <v Speaker 1>If this was the moon, I'd probably put it pretty high. <v Speaker 1>But for some reason, this guy never really scared me. <v Speaker 1>He is scared, are we looking though? I'm gonna put <v Speaker 1>him six? <v Speaker 2>Six is good? All right? We got one left. Let's <v Speaker 2>see who's last. <v Speaker 1>The Durer's mask. I feel like that should be high, <v Speaker 1>but we can't change it can be one because this <v Speaker 1>is one mother brain from Samus. That's not scary at all. Actually, <v Speaker 1>I don't know if I'm supposed to be scared by that. <v Speaker 2>I don't. <v Speaker 1>I don't know. I in in Metroid games, they're just <v Speaker 1>kind of fun action games. <v Speaker 2>You get to consider some people have mechanophobia, you know. <v Speaker 1>I didn't, and I did not consider that. I did <v Speaker 1>not think of the mechanical phobia phobes. Yeah, I mean <v Speaker 1>it has to be. One has to be because that's <v Speaker 1>the all we got left. <v Speaker 2>How we get left? <v Speaker 1>Yeah, In in in Samu's games, I don't, I know, <v Speaker 1>like they technically they're aliens and you're isolated. I would <v Speaker 1>honestly say I was way more scared of Emmy in <v Speaker 1>Metroid Dread because in those parts you get locked all <v Speaker 1>of a sudden out of nowhere. You'll go like into rooms, <v Speaker 1>and you'll go into a room and then the door <v Speaker 1>will shut down and you'll hear the Emmy sound and <v Speaker 1>it's faster than you, and it just starts racing around <v Speaker 1>the room, and you got to try and get out, <v Speaker 1>and it's terrifying. <v Speaker 2>I tell you who the scariest character in any video <v Speaker 2>game is for me? Oh no, no, who the guy <v Speaker 2>from Resident Evil with the big trench coat. Oh yeah, <v Speaker 2>Oh my god. <v Speaker 1>I hated the guy in Resident Evil with the chainsaw, the. <v Speaker 2>Trench coat guy, just like the way the floor shook <v Speaker 2>what he was coming for. He was like, oh my. <v Speaker 1>God, you mean Nemesis. Yeah, the big guy. Yeah, I <v Speaker 1>hated him. But more than that, I hated in like <v Speaker 1>even in Resident Evil five, which wasn't necessarily scary, trying <v Speaker 1>to play it through on hard when that chainsaw guy <v Speaker 1>started running after you and you were just trying to <v Speaker 1>stay alive. It's one of the most terrifying things in <v Speaker 1>a video game. Okay, everybody, I think we we we <v Speaker 1>crossed it. We nailed it, We did it. It's been like two weeks. <v Speaker 1>Even better, my queen, you crushed it. I'm so prid. Trophy, Ah, <v Speaker 1>your trophy will probably be this entire sixty five piece <v Speaker 1>bag because we barely ever get any trickle treaters and <v Speaker 1>I think you knew that when you bought the band. <v Speaker 2>No, I just wanted to make sure we had candy <v Speaker 2>because it's not going to rain this year. <v Speaker 1>Nike last year, so it did rain last year. Yeah, guys, <v Speaker 1>we love you all. Thank you so much. From Spider Man, <v Speaker 1>give him, give him a flex cap, give him one <v Speaker 1>of these the can't bag my arms in this jacket <v Speaker 1>very well, all right bye,
