MASSIVE CREATURE IN THE WOODS OF ILLINOIS | UNEXPLAINED ENCOUNTER

SASQUATCH THEORY

In this episode, I interview Quentin Smith from Marshall, Illinois—an area not commonly associated with Bigfoot activity, yet his experience tells a different story. What began as a routine trip to a makeshift shooting range in the woods quickly turned into a terrifying encounter. Quentin and his friend were suddenly overwhelmed by powerful vocalizations echoing through the forest—deep, aggressive, and unlike anything they had ever heard before. Moments later, something massive began moving through the woods around them.

They could hear trees and limbs snapping, heavy footfalls hitting the ground with force, and low growls and grunts that seemed to circle their position. Quentin describes the movement as calculated, almost as if the creature was repositioning itself around them. The sheer weight and power behind each step made it feel like the ground itself was reacting. After the encounter, both men began researching what they experienced—and everything pointed toward a Sasquatch.

What makes this even more unsettling is that Quentin’s neighbor claims his wife has seen a Bigfoot in the same area—twice. Quentin has also had other unexplained experiences in his life, including sightings of orbs, paranormal encounters, and even episodes of missing time in the woods. Was this creature reacting to the gunfire? Defending territory? Or is there something deeper going on in this region of Illinois?

<v Speaker 1>Hey guys, and welcome to another Sasquatch Theory podcast. Tonight,
<v Speaker 1>we're heading into the woods of Illinois, an area most
<v Speaker 1>people would never think twice about bigfoot activity. But what
<v Speaker 1>happened to Quentin Smith out there changes everything. What started
<v Speaker 1>as a simple trip to a shooting range turned into
<v Speaker 1>something far more intense, something powerful, aggressive, and impossible to ignore.
<v Speaker 1>The sounds, the movement, the sheer force of whatever was
<v Speaker 1>in the woods. It left a lasting mark on Quentin.
<v Speaker 1>Have you ever had a bigfoot encounter before and would
<v Speaker 1>you like to share your story here on Sasquatch Theory sometime.
<v Speaker 1>Feel free to reach out at Sasquatch Theory at outlook

<v Speaker 1>you guys want to help with the research. But yeah,
<v Speaker 1>with all that being said, let's dive into our next
<v Speaker 1>Bigfoot report from the state of Illinois. All right, Quentin,
<v Speaker 1>welcome to Sasquatch Theory. How are you doing today?
<v Speaker 2>I'm doing good.
<v Speaker 3>Thanks for having me.
<v Speaker 1>Absolutely, it's a pleasure to have you on the show.
<v Speaker 1>If you would tell me a little bit about yourself,
<v Speaker 1>where you're from, and your experiences from the very beginning. Please.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah.
<v Speaker 4>My name's Quentin Smith and I'm from Marshall, Illinois. I'm
<v Speaker 4>forty seven years old and I work for the City
<v Speaker 4>of Marshall in the guests department and had me a
<v Speaker 4>little experience. I just thought i'd reach out to you
<v Speaker 4>about it. I had a an encounter, I believe, I
<v Speaker 4>never laid eyes on it. But my brother in law,
<v Speaker 4>he's real big into it and knows more than I do,
<v Speaker 4>and he kept sending me videos and then we or
<v Speaker 4>talked talking with me about stuff. And then he sent
<v Speaker 4>me one of your videos and you asked for experiences,
<v Speaker 4>and I thought that was kind of like him giving
<v Speaker 4>me the cue to tell somebody. Because I've been kind
<v Speaker 4>of quiet about it. I won't tell too many people
<v Speaker 4>because of the obvious reasons. You know, the ridicule of
<v Speaker 4>the looks you get from time to time from people,
<v Speaker 4>you know that look at disbelief or his a little smirk.
<v Speaker 3>It drives me nuts.
<v Speaker 4>You know, when had they been there to experience what
<v Speaker 4>I did, they would be seeing a different tune.
<v Speaker 3>But anyway, the story goes.
<v Speaker 4>We have summer help kids come every summer to help
<v Speaker 4>out down there at the garage, and a lot of
<v Speaker 4>them are real good kids. And we have one particular one.
<v Speaker 4>This was back in like twenty twelve, twenty thirteen. He
<v Speaker 4>was getting ready to go into the Marine Corps. And
<v Speaker 4>I remember asking him one time towards the end of
<v Speaker 4>his run there at the city if he was nervous
<v Speaker 4>or anything, or what he was looking forward to or
<v Speaker 4>nervous about, and he said he was solid, except for
<v Speaker 4>he had never shot guns or anything like that and
<v Speaker 4>had a little apprehension as far as those went. And
<v Speaker 4>so I offered to take him shooting and get a
<v Speaker 4>little practice, you know, so he could say he's done it.
<v Speaker 4>And he accepted the offer, and we loaded up went
<v Speaker 4>out there to my grandparents' land out west of town,
<v Speaker 4>and there's.
<v Speaker 3>A nice little place right off the road where you can.
<v Speaker 4>Just kind of shoot down this path that's into a hillside,
<v Speaker 4>so you don't have worry about straight shots or anything.
<v Speaker 4>And we went out there and we got to shooting,
<v Speaker 4>and you know, I had a real good time, just
<v Speaker 4>kind of joining ourselves, you know, just having guy talk
<v Speaker 4>and whatnot. And we probably put about four five hundred
<v Speaker 4>rounds maybe down range, so to speak.
<v Speaker 3>And then.
<v Speaker 4>While we were talking, I had been telling him about
<v Speaker 4>how at the top of the one of these hills,
<v Speaker 4>my grandparents had a cabin up there.
<v Speaker 2>And it had burnt down.
<v Speaker 4>But when I was younger, I used to hang out
<v Speaker 4>up there a lot as a youngster and do youngster things,
<v Speaker 4>you know, be rambunctious, have camp outs, party, all that stuff.
<v Speaker 4>And anyway, I told him I'd take him up there
<v Speaker 4>to see it if he wanted to, and uh, he
<v Speaker 4>accepted that offer. And so it was turning dark about
<v Speaker 4>this time, and I remember telling him, I said, Hey,
<v Speaker 4>would you like to carry a handgun? I said, anytime
<v Speaker 4>I'm in the woods, you know, it just makes me
<v Speaker 4>feel better, you know, carry one. And he declined, said
<v Speaker 4>he still didn't feel comfortable enough doing it, and you know,
<v Speaker 4>I thought that was pretty cool that he, you know,
<v Speaker 4>didn't want to risk any kind of mishapp er accident,
<v Speaker 4>or just was honest with me.
<v Speaker 3>So anyway, we it's about a fifty minute walk.
<v Speaker 4>You got to you got to go down this trail
<v Speaker 4>and then you know, go south a little bit around
<v Speaker 4>the bottoms of the hills, then you head up the
<v Speaker 4>third one right by the creek to.
<v Speaker 3>To get there. And we were walking up to him.
<v Speaker 4>We're just kind of chatting freely about this, and I'm
<v Speaker 4>kind of telling how the pond's over here as we're
<v Speaker 4>going over the crest of the hill and we made
<v Speaker 4>a little ways and then.
<v Speaker 3>There was this.
<v Speaker 4>It was like a hillacious, roaring kind of scream that
<v Speaker 4>just kind of belted out like almost in front of us.
<v Speaker 4>It felt like it was probably I don't know, maybe
<v Speaker 4>fifty seventy.
<v Speaker 3>Five yards away. I'm not real good at distances dark.
<v Speaker 4>And when that blast from that roar hit me, I
<v Speaker 4>mean I felt.
<v Speaker 3>It in my guts.
<v Speaker 4>It like reverberated inside me, and I just remember it
<v Speaker 4>was like a lightning bolt of fear kind of going
<v Speaker 4>through my body as I looked that way, and he
<v Speaker 4>was to my left and slightly behind me when it hit,
<v Speaker 4>and I'm looking at it and I'm kind of like
<v Speaker 4>just like.
<v Speaker 2>Sucking in air.
<v Speaker 4>I'm just like because they've taught me by such big surprise,
<v Speaker 4>And then all of a sudden, I just heard like
<v Speaker 4>a bursting of brush like I'd never heard. I mean,
<v Speaker 4>whatever was disrupting that. I mean, it was large lends breaking.
<v Speaker 4>And as I started hearing this grunting, growling, kind of
<v Speaker 4>guitorial sound, and I look over my shoulder and I'm
<v Speaker 4>trying to say his name. I look over my shoulder
<v Speaker 4>at him, and his eyes were like saucers, just you know, fear,
<v Speaker 4>abject fear on both of our faces. I'm sure, but
<v Speaker 4>I mean, his eyes were like saucers. And I remember saying,
<v Speaker 4>I can't believe this is happening. And it just kept
<v Speaker 4>doing it, and it would kept but it kind of
<v Speaker 4>seemed like it.
<v Speaker 3>Was switching spots.
<v Speaker 4>One minute, it would kind of feel like it was
<v Speaker 4>at my three o'clock, and then you know, it would
<v Speaker 4>be like.
<v Speaker 3>At nine, you know, just kind of.
<v Speaker 4>So I just I remember looking at him and saying,
<v Speaker 4>I can't believe this is happening. And I pulled my
<v Speaker 4>pistol out and aimed it in the general direction where
<v Speaker 4>I thought the sounds was coming from, because it just
<v Speaker 4>kept happening, just in rapid succession. And he reached down
<v Speaker 4>and picked up the biggest limb he could find, and
<v Speaker 4>it kind of gave me little confidence. I the words
<v Speaker 4>I brought him out there, and I thought, damn, something
<v Speaker 4>happens to us, you know, it's gonna be my fault.
<v Speaker 4>I felt, you know, responsible, and I said, we're get
<v Speaker 4>the hell out of here, and and then my voice
<v Speaker 4>is shaken talking about it now. But I said, we're
<v Speaker 4>leaving here, and we're leaving facing it. We're not going
<v Speaker 4>to turn our backs on it. And I had the gun.
<v Speaker 4>We don't have no light either, no flashlight, so kind
<v Speaker 4>of let me face and we were like back to back,
<v Speaker 4>half shoulder shoulder turning all these little incremental turns as
<v Speaker 4>these different sounds and bursting a brush and growling and
<v Speaker 4>guitorial sounds were occurring all the way down the hill,
<v Speaker 4>and I'd say, about oh, maybe the last five minutes
<v Speaker 4>of the walk, we finally quit hearing it, but we
<v Speaker 4>never let our guard down and we moved slowly.
<v Speaker 3>I felt like.
<v Speaker 4>Something was being territorial, is what it felt like to
<v Speaker 4>me at first, because I thought, well, whatever this was huge,
<v Speaker 4>and if it wanted to do a you know, just
<v Speaker 4>burst upon us and do whatever it could have did
<v Speaker 4>it real easy, And I mean.
<v Speaker 3>We were just like dumbstruck.
<v Speaker 2>I mean I remember when we got into.
<v Speaker 4>The my jeep to leave. We didn't really say a
<v Speaker 4>whole lot. I mean, we were like, man, what the
<v Speaker 4>hell was that? And just we're just kind of both
<v Speaker 4>in disbelief and shock, I think, And you know, I
<v Speaker 4>took him back to his house and he apologized for
<v Speaker 4>the scare and everything, and I remember him giving me
<v Speaker 4>some money for AMMO because he's a good young man.
<v Speaker 4>He's like, here, I know, AMMO costs money. And anyway,
<v Speaker 4>I come home and I you know, got in my
<v Speaker 4>fridge and cracked up on a couple of beers and
<v Speaker 4>got on YouTube.
<v Speaker 3>Started one.
<v Speaker 4>I wanted to find out what that sound was, because
<v Speaker 4>it's nothing like I'd ever heard in my life. And
<v Speaker 4>so I'm out there and I'm looking and and my
<v Speaker 4>search is turning up nothing. You know, I'm checking out
<v Speaker 4>all these sounds to everything. I'm starting narrow, you know,
<v Speaker 4>here in this area in the Midwest, everything in the US,
<v Speaker 4>to even animals that you know are not on this continent,
<v Speaker 4>and not finding nothing. I start seeing in the suggestion
<v Speaker 4>bar off to the right, bigfoot vocalizations and sounds, and
<v Speaker 4>I kept kind of avoiding it for a while, and
<v Speaker 4>then finally was like, you know what, heck, you know,
<v Speaker 4>let's see what it sounds like. And I mean the
<v Speaker 4>hair on the back of my neck stood up. I
<v Speaker 4>can't remember what number it was in these vocalizations.
<v Speaker 2>I can't even I can't even find the video anymore.
<v Speaker 4>But I've looked really hard, and my brother in law
<v Speaker 4>sent me one that had a scream that was very
<v Speaker 4>similar to the opening scream that we heard, like letting
<v Speaker 4>us know what was there. But anyway, I heard it
<v Speaker 4>and I was like, oh my God, that sounds so
<v Speaker 4>much like it, and just to kind of mess with God,
<v Speaker 4>damn you.
<v Speaker 3>Say his name.
<v Speaker 4>I call him and I'm like, hey, h before I
<v Speaker 4>can even say anything, I'm sorry. Before I can even say.
<v Speaker 3>Anything, he answers the phone and.
<v Speaker 4>Says, let me guess Bigfoot, right, And I said, why
<v Speaker 4>would you say that?
<v Speaker 3>And he said, because that's all I could find on
<v Speaker 3>my search.
<v Speaker 4>And my mother she lived in like a heavily wooded
<v Speaker 4>area over in Indiana, and she had an experience when
<v Speaker 4>she was younger, and that's what they had attributed it to.
<v Speaker 3>So that's kind how that story went.
<v Speaker 4>I mean, I can remember going to work talking to
<v Speaker 4>guys that knew the outdoors better than me, and I
<v Speaker 4>would play some of those sounds for them and ask
<v Speaker 4>them what what animal they thought.
<v Speaker 3>That might be.
<v Speaker 4>And I can never get a good you know, everybody's like,
<v Speaker 4>I have no idea, of course, none of them.
<v Speaker 3>You know.
<v Speaker 4>I never let him know what they were listening to.
<v Speaker 4>I never let him see what was on the screen
<v Speaker 4>of the phone or anything. So that's my story pretty much.
<v Speaker 3>I mean, I've.
<v Speaker 4>Part of you know, I haven't seen him in a
<v Speaker 4>long time. He used to come and visit, and I've
<v Speaker 4>I've often wanted to ask him. I thought about what
<v Speaker 4>he would think about it this many years later, if
<v Speaker 4>he's you know, kind of buried it or doesn't want
<v Speaker 4>to talk about it, or has you know, had to
<v Speaker 4>change a thought. But he uttered the words bigfoot before
<v Speaker 4>I did, you.
<v Speaker 3>Know when I when I called him, and I would
<v Speaker 3>love to run into him again.
<v Speaker 4>Ever since I've got to talking about with my brother
<v Speaker 4>in law, I've been really itching to find him kind
<v Speaker 4>of it. I don't have Facebook, and I think his
<v Speaker 4>folks moved out of town, and you know, he's off
<v Speaker 4>doing hopefully, get things with his life.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, hopefully he's doing well. And I appreciate you for
<v Speaker 1>sharing that experience. With me, and it sounds terrifying. I've
<v Speaker 1>had similar experiences myself. And yeah, when you hear this scream,
<v Speaker 1>it'll just rumble your insides and you know immediately that
<v Speaker 1>this is no normal situation, no natural animal in the woods,
<v Speaker 1>and you know that something's off. So you could hear
<v Speaker 1>it charging through the brush and it was like grunting
<v Speaker 1>and huffing. Is that correct?
<v Speaker 3>Yes, Yeah, and I forgot that too.
<v Speaker 4>There was times that I remember feeling like almost like
<v Speaker 4>I could hear like a stomping or like a beating
<v Speaker 4>of its feet, like off the ground, like something large
<v Speaker 4>hitting the ground even And yeah, and like the crunches
<v Speaker 4>I heard. You know, we pick, we cut a lot
<v Speaker 4>of trees, fell a lot of tree you know, do
<v Speaker 4>a lot of work like that, so I know when
<v Speaker 4>big limbs are broken and cracked and stuff. And it was,
<v Speaker 4>and it's really thick up there, So just to go
<v Speaker 4>through anything, you're gonna get cut the heck up. There's
<v Speaker 4>briers and thorn bushes and just everything up there. It
<v Speaker 4>can be pretty thick, and especially in the area it
<v Speaker 4>was coming from. And yeah, I mean it was just
<v Speaker 4>bursting through it like it was nothing. And the sounds
<v Speaker 4>that made I mean, it just it was heart stopping
<v Speaker 4>for sure.
<v Speaker 3>I mean I was like, I don't know, almost like a.
<v Speaker 4>Like a piece of grass in the wind, just like waving,
<v Speaker 4>you know, for that brief segm when that initial yell came,
<v Speaker 4>I was just like I remember like sucking.
<v Speaker 3>In air and just being like, what in the hell
<v Speaker 3>is that?
<v Speaker 2>You know?
<v Speaker 4>And then when the grunting and you know, the brush
<v Speaker 4>started bursting and they kept getting closer.
<v Speaker 3>It was kind of working this way closer.
<v Speaker 4>But like I said, I couldn't endpoint, and I didn't
<v Speaker 4>have a flashlight and the gun I had just you know,
<v Speaker 4>I had like seventeen shots, you know, and it just
<v Speaker 4>felt like I had now it would be insufficient for
<v Speaker 4>whatever was out there. I remember thinking that too. I mean,
<v Speaker 4>it's better than nothing, I guess.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, absolutely, it sounds like a spooky situation. And what
<v Speaker 1>part of Illinois was this?
<v Speaker 4>Then we're right by the Indana border, like about fifty
<v Speaker 4>miles from de North Tarot, Indiana. Is that it would
<v Speaker 4>be it's west of Marshall, kind of between Martinsville and
<v Speaker 4>Marshall closer to Martinsville, Illinois.
<v Speaker 1>Okay, so on the east side of the state, yes, okay.
<v Speaker 1>Is there a major waterway that goes through the area.
<v Speaker 4>There is a big cricket that people frequent side by sides,
<v Speaker 4>and there's a I found out later this is another
<v Speaker 4>interesting tidbit. This is and this is fairly recent, but
<v Speaker 4>we were dealing with some shenanigans going on out there
<v Speaker 4>around the property and the cops had to get involved.
<v Speaker 4>And it ended up with me talking with a neighbor
<v Speaker 4>guy who lived near the land that my grandparents owned
<v Speaker 4>and that my mother, you know, they since passed. My
<v Speaker 4>mother owns it and I spent a few buildings out
<v Speaker 4>there and stuff. And we were out there while the
<v Speaker 4>police pretending to their business, and so me and him
<v Speaker 4>are making small talk, just waiting to see what was
<v Speaker 4>gonna come of this situation. And he started talking to
<v Speaker 4>me and telling me, you know, about how he had
<v Speaker 4>seen these giant cats back there, that people don't believe them,
<v Speaker 4>how big they are, and he was giving me descriptions,
<v Speaker 4>and he said, I'm bound determined, you.
<v Speaker 3>Know, I'm going to get a photo of it one day.
<v Speaker 4>You know, I'm letting him do most of the talking
<v Speaker 4>because he knows the area, and I'm just trying to
<v Speaker 4>absorb anything he knows about the area, you know, learn
<v Speaker 4>from him. And he's telling me about that and some
<v Speaker 4>other stuff and the weird noises, and I said about
<v Speaker 4>how many owls and stuff there are out there, which
<v Speaker 4>I didn't know was a thing till recently but could.
<v Speaker 2>Be a thing.
<v Speaker 4>But anyway, there towards the end of him telling me
<v Speaker 4>about that, he he kind of paused for a second,
<v Speaker 4>like almost like he was questioning whether it's saying thing
<v Speaker 4>or not. And he said, well, he's like my wife's
<v Speaker 4>wears up and down. She's seen a big footback here
<v Speaker 4>twice and I haven't seen it, and but she swear
<v Speaker 4>she has. And that was my opening, and I said, well,
<v Speaker 4>let me tell you a story. And I just laid
<v Speaker 4>on what I told you, and uh, I just watched
<v Speaker 4>his demeanor and face change from like kind of like
<v Speaker 4>a smiling, nodding, you know, facial features to kind of
<v Speaker 4>like a dropped face and mouth kind of half open.
<v Speaker 3>And he didn't really say a whole lot after that.
<v Speaker 4>And then his wife actually ended up showing up shortly
<v Speaker 4>after I told him that story, but he never said
<v Speaker 4>anything to her to my knowledge.
<v Speaker 3>But I wanted to run into him, but.
<v Speaker 4>Sent you know, since then to kind of ask him
<v Speaker 4>more questions or see if I could speak to her
<v Speaker 4>about it. But given that situation, and he was dealing
<v Speaker 4>with some some healthy shoes at the time, but he
<v Speaker 4>seemed to be doing much better.
<v Speaker 3>So I thought that was interesting that she had said that,
<v Speaker 3>and I didn't.
<v Speaker 4>I offered nothing, you know, I was just I was
<v Speaker 4>just listening to him tell stories and things that he
<v Speaker 4>had solved.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, and the fact that you guys both came up
<v Speaker 1>with the same conclusion that it was probably bigfoot, that
<v Speaker 1>says a lot because you both researched it and that
<v Speaker 1>was the only thing you can come up with. And
<v Speaker 1>I don't know any other animal, especially in that area,
<v Speaker 1>that can just charge through the brush like that. The
<v Speaker 1>thumping sound that you heard, did it sound like somebody
<v Speaker 1>picked up like a giant sandbag or a giant log
<v Speaker 1>and just dropped it on the ground like a boom.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, it could be.
<v Speaker 4>I mean I at one point, you know, if you're
<v Speaker 4>you could be standing twenty thirty feet away from a
<v Speaker 4>big log.
<v Speaker 3>That hits the ground when you're cutting down a tree.
<v Speaker 4>And you can almost feel it, you know, or kind
<v Speaker 4>of like when you're born in something underground. It's almost
<v Speaker 4>felt like I could feel underneath my feet. I don't
<v Speaker 4>know if that's my imagination or not. Yeah, there was
<v Speaker 4>definitely the fump of something hid in the ground, and
<v Speaker 4>sometimes it'd be thump thumped, and in my mind I
<v Speaker 4>was equated to somethings like posturing up or it's like
<v Speaker 4>it's just making as much noise, you know, and whatever
<v Speaker 4>to get.
<v Speaker 2>Made the hell out out of there, because I felt.
<v Speaker 4>Like I must have disrupted something that that land hadn't
<v Speaker 4>been in.
<v Speaker 3>Use a whole lot up to that point.
<v Speaker 4>It wasn't being leased out and I don't think anybody
<v Speaker 4>was mushroom untament except for me on the occasion. And yeah,
<v Speaker 4>just in one of the things that guy said too,
<v Speaker 4>it was telling me about his wife seeing it, and
<v Speaker 4>he said, he said, I I wouldn't be surprised about
<v Speaker 4>anything dating backer, because he said there's a.
<v Speaker 3>Bunch of caves and stuff back there too.
<v Speaker 4>It's I've never really rode the creek or anything like that,
<v Speaker 4>but I guess there's lots of little, good, little hiding places.
<v Speaker 3>And I'd also add too.
<v Speaker 4>That like I've kind of been gaining a lot of
<v Speaker 4>knowledge watching your stuff and I was watching one video
<v Speaker 4>where you were walking through the woods with a fella,
<v Speaker 4>and you guys were pointing out stuff that I felt
<v Speaker 4>like I've seen in my woods, but I just didn't
<v Speaker 4>equate it to that.
<v Speaker 3>If you know what I mean. I've never really dived
<v Speaker 3>into the subject.
<v Speaker 4>That hardcore, but I mean there's I remember just being
<v Speaker 4>out there, like, man, there are trees down everywhere, and
<v Speaker 4>then there's these weird archways, like the way some of
<v Speaker 4>these trees were bent. I remember thinking it looked a
<v Speaker 4>natural and so my heart was kind of kicking up
<v Speaker 4>a little bit as you were walking through the woods
<v Speaker 4>with this one fella and pointing out certain things, like
<v Speaker 4>I need to go back and see make sure it's
<v Speaker 4>not my mind playing tricks on me.
<v Speaker 3>But there's stuff back there. It seems to me very
<v Speaker 3>similar to what you were finding.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, it seems like once you're aware of these creatures
<v Speaker 1>being out there, all of a sudden, you start finding
<v Speaker 1>things here and there. It does sound like the Sasquatch
<v Speaker 1>was being territorial for sure. Do you think that was
<v Speaker 1>because you guys had a firearm, because you guys were
<v Speaker 1>shooting that day.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, that's kind of what I equated it to in
<v Speaker 2>my head.
<v Speaker 4>I just I thought, boy, you know, I mean, we
<v Speaker 4>never heard nothing until we get top of the hill,
<v Speaker 4>and you know, we put quite a few down there,
<v Speaker 4>and yeah, I just thought, boy, we must have.
<v Speaker 3>Really, you know, we were shooting in its general direction.
<v Speaker 4>I mean, it was south west of us, but we
<v Speaker 4>were shooting west, but it was more you know, on
<v Speaker 4>the south side of the property. But we were definitely
<v Speaker 4>shooting in kind of its general direction and making a
<v Speaker 4>heck of a lot of noise and bad timing on
<v Speaker 4>the going up there as it turned dark. You know,
<v Speaker 4>I should have we should have put him up sooner
<v Speaker 4>and walked up there. But it just kind of entered
<v Speaker 4>my mind there a thing. It's like, oh, yeah, hey,
<v Speaker 4>by the way, would you like to go up there and.
<v Speaker 2>And see that?
<v Speaker 4>And he's, oh, absolutely, And so we walked up there
<v Speaker 4>with you know, we might have our phones on us.
<v Speaker 3>I can't remember. I don't carry my phone on me
<v Speaker 3>a whole lot.
<v Speaker 4>If I'm you know, doing stuff like that, typically I'll
<v Speaker 4>leave it in the vehicle or but.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, it was.
<v Speaker 3>It was terrifying.
<v Speaker 4>It stuck with me, and it's it's a I've seen
<v Speaker 4>another video which this guy summed up how I was feeling.
<v Speaker 4>I was literally filming this as I watched a video
<v Speaker 4>of he had like a territorial encounter, a very scary one.
<v Speaker 3>It sounded much worse than mine.
<v Speaker 4>And he was talking about all these good experiences that
<v Speaker 4>he saw, you know, on some of these videos.
<v Speaker 3>I remember feeling the same way.
<v Speaker 4>I was feeling the same way because I was like, man,
<v Speaker 4>so make people have good ones, you know what I mean,
<v Speaker 4>whether they're peaceful and seeing kind of good. But I'm
<v Speaker 4>also finding out that there's lots of people who have
<v Speaker 4>had experiences like mine where it's pretty terrifying.
<v Speaker 3>You know.
<v Speaker 4>I couldn't imagine like seeing one face to face or
<v Speaker 4>bearing its teeth or anything like that.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, for sure, I'm not sure like if it's good
<v Speaker 1>ones and bad ones, or if it's the same ones
<v Speaker 1>that are interacting with people and then later on they
<v Speaker 1>turn and then they're pretty territorial. But I don't know.
<v Speaker 1>I hear that a lot with chimps, like they're peaceful,
<v Speaker 1>you know, they're all interacting, doing their own thing, and
<v Speaker 1>those same chimps in Africa would just go you know,
<v Speaker 1>like berserk and just completely turn on people or on
<v Speaker 1>their own group, and I think the same thing's going
<v Speaker 1>on in Sasquatch. I think they'll interact and then later
<v Speaker 1>on they get like pissed off.
<v Speaker 4>Right, You kind of wonder, do you think too, Maybe
<v Speaker 4>there's it's kind of like people, there's there's good ones
<v Speaker 4>and there's bad ones, or there's nice ones and there's
<v Speaker 4>mean ones.
<v Speaker 1>Maybe or oh yeah, for sure. And I mean we
<v Speaker 1>see that with people, and it's just a scary thought.
<v Speaker 1>Even the nicest person, you know, can get ticked off.
<v Speaker 3>So yeah, sure, Well I did go.
<v Speaker 4>We got a I got a cabin out there I
<v Speaker 4>stay at now, but it's on the other side of
<v Speaker 4>the creek and it's closer to a field, more wide
<v Speaker 4>open area, but it's tucked back in this little nook.
<v Speaker 4>And I was sitting out on the porch before I
<v Speaker 4>went to went into for bed one night, and you know,
<v Speaker 4>it might've been my mind just getting away from it,
<v Speaker 4>but I mean I started hearing some noises there that
<v Speaker 4>just didn't seem seem right. It was just like so
<v Speaker 4>many owls and sounds being made. Like at first, I
<v Speaker 4>wasn't too nervous about it. I was like, you know,
<v Speaker 4>God will protect me, And I was you know, feeling
<v Speaker 4>strong about it, but I could tell you there it
<v Speaker 4>changed like right before I went in, all of a sudden,
<v Speaker 4>it kind of got real quiet. Then I started hearing
<v Speaker 4>like it didn't sound like anything on all fours moving around.
<v Speaker 4>I started hearing some movement again, and I felt like
<v Speaker 4>a sense of dread kind of wash over me, and
<v Speaker 4>I was like, yeah, it's it's time to go in.
<v Speaker 4>So I went in and locked the door, and you know,
<v Speaker 4>I have my shotgun there with me just in case,
<v Speaker 4>but covered up all the windows and nothing could see
<v Speaker 4>in at me, and just tried to, you know, find
<v Speaker 4>peace while I was out there, because I went out
<v Speaker 4>there to kind of relax and collect my thoughts, and
<v Speaker 4>it was kind of like a you know, that sense
<v Speaker 4>of something.
<v Speaker 3>Something was kind of like watching me or something.
<v Speaker 4>And then I you know, it was my mind playing
<v Speaker 4>tricks or not, you know, because I've watched more Bigfoot stuff,
<v Speaker 4>you know, recently than ever. But I'm sitting there thinking, man,
<v Speaker 4>that just seemed like an unnatural amount of alcoholing and stuff.
<v Speaker 4>And then something was moving closer and I'm shining my
<v Speaker 4>light every which way trying to catch something that it
<v Speaker 4>was so thick back there couldn't really see much, and
<v Speaker 4>and the switch from feeling safe to feeling scared happened. Really,
<v Speaker 4>it was like all of a sudden, like, yeah, time
<v Speaker 4>to go, you know, time to go in.
<v Speaker 3>And I wasted no time, just got in there, locked
<v Speaker 3>the door and tried to calm down.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, you never know, it could have been that same
<v Speaker 1>group that came back to check on you and possibly
<v Speaker 1>they're trying to freak you out. Was this after that incident?
<v Speaker 4>Yes, Actually this was like about a month ago, believe
<v Speaker 4>it or not.
<v Speaker 3>I was out there for three.
<v Speaker 4>Days, and only that happened the first night or the
<v Speaker 4>second night. The first night, you know, I was just
<v Speaker 4>I kind of got a late start getting.
<v Speaker 2>Settled in, so I didn't really hang around.
<v Speaker 4>On the porch much that evening, and it was just
<v Speaker 4>kind of getting everything set up the way I wanted
<v Speaker 4>it and everything. And then the first full day I
<v Speaker 4>was there, that night was when that happened. So the
<v Speaker 4>third night I didn't even linger at night, you know,
<v Speaker 4>once I put everything away, I just went in and
<v Speaker 4>hung out inside the cabin. It's like the nights is
<v Speaker 4>I'm not gonna I'm gonna argue on that or.
<v Speaker 1>Fight on that yeah, absolutely. And do you ever go
<v Speaker 1>out searching for answers like trying to find these creatures?
<v Speaker 1>Have you went back to that same area that you
<v Speaker 1>had the experience at?
<v Speaker 3>I have, yeah, And I lost I lost my phone.
<v Speaker 4>It was weird, A bunch of moisture got into it
<v Speaker 4>and I lost everything because I'm I'm like not a
<v Speaker 4>tech guy at all.
<v Speaker 3>I don't, you know, do all that stuff.
<v Speaker 4>So I lost a bunch of photos of footprints that
<v Speaker 4>I had been collecting, like very weird footprints. And again
<v Speaker 4>it's like the type of stuff. It starts off with
<v Speaker 4>me looking, can't find nothing, and some of them, some
<v Speaker 4>of them were like abnormal, almost like three prong I
<v Speaker 4>don't know how to describe, like a turkey track, but different, bigger.
<v Speaker 3>I mean, you know, I couldn't find nothing on the internet, and.
<v Speaker 4>None of the hunters and guys I work with anybody
<v Speaker 4>I showed you could tell me what the heck it was.
<v Speaker 4>And I had pictures with my hand down there by
<v Speaker 4>it for size and the gap between it and everything.
<v Speaker 3>And I recently ran across some.
<v Speaker 4>Barefoot prints like or not bare, but like a barefoot
<v Speaker 4>of like a human, like really long, but it's kind
<v Speaker 4>of narrow. I'd say probably fifteen inches or better. I
<v Speaker 4>had a couple with my foot down there bye our
<v Speaker 4>worseize twelves, and it was a good ways past my toes,
<v Speaker 4>but it was very narrow footing, but the heel was
<v Speaker 4>really dropped down low.
<v Speaker 3>And all the prints, but I could never find where
<v Speaker 3>the tracks would lead.
<v Speaker 4>I'd find a few and then I couldn't find anymore,
<v Speaker 4>and it would make no sense because the area I'm
<v Speaker 4>in is just so wet. Anything walking through there's going
<v Speaker 4>to leave a print. Yeah, my nephew, he's had it.
<v Speaker 4>He tried to stay out there. There's a matter of fact,
<v Speaker 4>there's still a hammock out there from where he went
<v Speaker 4>to go stay. He will not go back and get
<v Speaker 4>it because he got ran out of the woods. He
<v Speaker 4>left a bunch of throwing axes and his hammock and
<v Speaker 4>some other stuff.
<v Speaker 3>I had to go back and get it for him, and.
<v Speaker 4>It was kind of terrifying too, But I can't remember
<v Speaker 4>what exactly what the sounds were like. He said his
<v Speaker 4>was kind of like more like a.
<v Speaker 3>Childlike giggling or something or something like that.
<v Speaker 4>It was just funny because I had never told him
<v Speaker 4>the stories I didn't want to be scared to go
<v Speaker 4>out there, you know, or anything. And I didn't know
<v Speaker 4>he was camping out there though when he went in camp.
<v Speaker 3>It just I found out later.
<v Speaker 4>I was up there on my side by side with
<v Speaker 4>my nephew, my other nephew, and I look. I was like, well, well
<v Speaker 4>there's a red hammock. And when we look down we
<v Speaker 4>find all this other stuff. And so I call and
<v Speaker 4>I'm like, hey, what's up with all this? Way'd you
<v Speaker 4>leave this stuff out there? And he's like, oh, I
<v Speaker 4>didn't tell you something around me out of the woods.
<v Speaker 4>And he's like, I just left the ship, didn't look
<v Speaker 4>over my shoulder.
<v Speaker 3>Got on my bike, and you know, got the heck
<v Speaker 3>out of there.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, that sounds like sasquatch. How long ago was your experience?
<v Speaker 4>The big one where I was with the young guy
<v Speaker 4>for going into the Marines, that was like twenty twelve,
<v Speaker 4>twenty thirteen, Okay, somewhere in there.
<v Speaker 1>That was a while ago. What about the guy that
<v Speaker 1>got ran out of the woods.
<v Speaker 3>My nephew, that was a couple of years ago.
<v Speaker 1>Okay, so it sounds like they're still in the area.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah, And like I said, I'm gonna go back and
<v Speaker 4>get some pictures of some of the stuff. Now, he says,
<v Speaker 4>I'm getting a lot of education, like watching your channel
<v Speaker 4>and a lot of others.
<v Speaker 3>And I remember, like saying it to myself or whatever,
<v Speaker 3>was like, this is weird. Look at the way.
<v Speaker 4>This is bent almost like an archway that you could
<v Speaker 4>walk under, and then the way there's a lot of
<v Speaker 4>like ones that just land where they're standing up, like
<v Speaker 4>like I saw one of your videos, and then just
<v Speaker 4>tons of trees pushed down.
<v Speaker 3>I mean there was one tree that like the main path.
<v Speaker 4>Up to where my event happened, this huge tree that
<v Speaker 4>had all kinds of green leaves on it just looked healthy,
<v Speaker 4>had just fell over out of the blue and blocked
<v Speaker 4>the pathway. So the lands being leased now to a fella,
<v Speaker 4>and he chopped it up, but I mean it was
<v Speaker 4>right in the way like where Yeah, it's like a
<v Speaker 4>footpath for deer and everything, and they're real heavy through there,
<v Speaker 4>and he's got trail cans, and you know, I keep
<v Speaker 4>waiting to hopefully hear the he catches something on there, you.
<v Speaker 3>Know what I mean, because I know we're sorry he's
<v Speaker 3>got a couple up there.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, that'd be really cool. If he caught a photo
<v Speaker 1>of these things, that'd be awesome. Do you plan on
<v Speaker 1>going back there to camp?
<v Speaker 4>If I do, I will probably go to the cabin.
<v Speaker 4>I'll admit, I don't think I got the courage to
<v Speaker 4>go where my nephew Aiden went where he's got his hand,
<v Speaker 4>because that's up there by the pond where my grandparents
<v Speaker 4>had a house. And I don't know after what I've
<v Speaker 4>had happened, if I would, if I'd had the courage
<v Speaker 4>or not.
<v Speaker 3>You know, yeah, quite honestly.
<v Speaker 1>The thought of that would be in your mind the
<v Speaker 1>whole time you were camping out there, especially at night
<v Speaker 1>time when you're trying to go to sleep.
<v Speaker 4>Yes, absolutely, And I've seen too many where people like
<v Speaker 4>you know, the last thing I want to do shoot.
<v Speaker 2>Something like that.
<v Speaker 3>I wouldn't self defense.
<v Speaker 4>Because it seems like they're not really hurting them. I'm
<v Speaker 4>carrying heavy loads though, But I'll stay in the cabin
<v Speaker 4>when I go out there.
<v Speaker 3>And like I said, that's a little safe.
<v Speaker 4>You're more by a closer to a road to get
<v Speaker 4>out of there, right on the edge of the woods,
<v Speaker 4>and closer to the neighbor that I was telling about
<v Speaker 4>that I spoke to who has seen some weird stuff
<v Speaker 4>out there in his time living out there.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, and you never fired off a shot when this
<v Speaker 1>thing was charging through the brush.
<v Speaker 4>I did not, because I did know that there would
<v Speaker 4>be some houses that I just was afraid. On that end,
<v Speaker 4>I just thought it was so dark I wanted it
<v Speaker 4>to get close. I didn't have a light on the
<v Speaker 4>gun or anything, which now I have a light on
<v Speaker 4>my pistol that I take out there and on my.
<v Speaker 3>Shotgun, and I got into lights after that event.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, what else have you experienced throughout your life? Have
<v Speaker 1>you ever had like a UFO sighting or any paranormal experiences?
<v Speaker 3>Yeah, you know, that's that's what's weird.
<v Speaker 4>I was just asking a budding long ago about if
<v Speaker 4>I'm weird because I've I feel like I've had a
<v Speaker 4>lot of odd stuff happen that I don't And I
<v Speaker 4>asked him if is it just me?
<v Speaker 2>Or is it happened to a lot of people and.
<v Speaker 4>They just don't you know, they don't have the courage
<v Speaker 4>to say it, or you know what I mean?
<v Speaker 3>And he kind of leaned towards the ladder.
<v Speaker 4>But I have had some paranormal experiences with ghost I
<v Speaker 4>had one when I was a little kid, and it's
<v Speaker 4>actually happened out where I'm living now. I live right
<v Speaker 4>next door to my grandparents' house. They built a retirement
<v Speaker 4>home right by where they lived, and that's what I
<v Speaker 4>moved into. And we were sitting and me and my
<v Speaker 4>little sister were sitting in the driveway waiting on mom
<v Speaker 4>and Dad to come out. Is Christmas eve, and I
<v Speaker 4>looked off to the north there where a little houses
<v Speaker 4>there now, and I seen a glowing green figure. It
<v Speaker 4>just looked like it was weird. It almost like pulsating
<v Speaker 4>that I could make out enough that it looked like
<v Speaker 4>it was wearing like a hat from the eighteen hundreds
<v Speaker 4>and suspenders and you know, almost remind you like an
<v Speaker 4>Abraham Lincoln type guard. And he was digging and just
<v Speaker 4>this motion of digging, just kept taking stabs into the
<v Speaker 4>ground and throwing dirt over his shoulder. And there was
<v Speaker 4>a lady and a daughter standing there holding hands, watching
<v Speaker 4>this man.
<v Speaker 2>Work and dig.
<v Speaker 4>And I remember rubbing my eyes and thinking, man, that sure,
<v Speaker 4>you know that, sure looks like somebody's out there doing something,
<v Speaker 4>but they're glowing green. Couldn't figure out what it was,
<v Speaker 4>and I asked my sister to if she saw it,
<v Speaker 4>and she saw it, and she kind of start having
<v Speaker 4>a panic moment, and I ran in, ran in and
<v Speaker 4>got by my dad finally to come out there, and
<v Speaker 4>of course it was gone by.
<v Speaker 3>Then couldn't see it, and.
<v Speaker 4>He was able to kind of calm me down, still
<v Speaker 4>be very understanding about it. I had a good father.
<v Speaker 3>In that way. And anyway, I moved out here.
<v Speaker 4>When I was like thirty three, I think thirty two
<v Speaker 4>thirty three, and I remember my sister saying, well, quinn A,
<v Speaker 4>you sure you want to be out there with all
<v Speaker 4>them goes. I said, oh, Mage, that's that's fine. I said,
<v Speaker 4>maybe that was just a figment of our imagination. She
<v Speaker 4>wasn't so sure. Well, fast forward a couple of years
<v Speaker 4>past after I moved in, and I was my son.
<v Speaker 4>He's very high functioning, autistic, just a beautiful soul, very
<v Speaker 4>childlike and very intelligent.
<v Speaker 2>And I was teaching him how to.
<v Speaker 3>Grill cook out on the grill, and we had walked
<v Speaker 3>in to.
<v Speaker 4>Get some of the seasonings and the plates and some
<v Speaker 4>of the utensils we need, and we were talking and
<v Speaker 4>we were walking to the front door, and he looked
<v Speaker 4>out the window of the front door, and he just
<v Speaker 4>stopped dead in his tracks, and I ran into the
<v Speaker 4>back of him, actually, and I said.
<v Speaker 3>Hey, buddy, what are you doing?
<v Speaker 4>He said, Dad, he said, there's a there's a man
<v Speaker 4>out there in our shed.
<v Speaker 3>And I said, what do you mean. He said, yeah,
<v Speaker 3>he said he's glowing green.
<v Speaker 4>He said he's wearing a hat, and he's got red
<v Speaker 4>eyes and a beard, and he smiled at me. And
<v Speaker 4>I mean, I just the hair on the back of
<v Speaker 4>my neck stod up, and I immediately look over his
<v Speaker 4>shoulder and I can't see nothing, but I just, you know,
<v Speaker 4>in my mind, I'm wondering. Sometimes it's the purity of
<v Speaker 4>the person, Like when you're a kid, maybe you're more
<v Speaker 4>susceptible to seeing things like that.
<v Speaker 3>And I think because he was, he's so pure that
<v Speaker 3>he could see it.
<v Speaker 4>Maybe I was immediately calling my sister, my parents, everybody
<v Speaker 4>that I know told we had told the story too,
<v Speaker 4>that didn't believe us, or that hey, my son just
<v Speaker 4>saw what we saw thirty years ago, or you know,
<v Speaker 4>I think I was ten when I saw it.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, I've heard that same description. I recently talked to
<v Speaker 1>a guy from Virginia and he was talking about this
<v Speaker 1>green figure. I haven't posted it up on the channel yet.
<v Speaker 1>I didn't know what to make of it. But when
<v Speaker 1>you said that, it kind of struck a chord and realized, Yeah,
<v Speaker 1>I was like, whoa, what is that?
<v Speaker 3>That's crazy?
<v Speaker 4>Yeah, it was like a pale green And for me,
<v Speaker 4>I mean, my shed's much closer than where me and
<v Speaker 4>my sister viewed it all those years ago. We were
<v Speaker 4>a great distance away then in comparison to my son
<v Speaker 4>looking out the front door and in my shed, which
<v Speaker 4>my shed would be about fifteen yards away. So I mean,
<v Speaker 4>he said he's seen it just like walk through. And
<v Speaker 4>I didn't think to ask, now that I'm telling the story.
<v Speaker 4>The door was shut, so he must have like just
<v Speaker 4>walked right through.
<v Speaker 2>It, you know what I mean, like phase through it
<v Speaker 2>or something.
<v Speaker 4>But he said he looked right at my son and smiled.
<v Speaker 4>And for a long time after my son didn't want
<v Speaker 4>to talkbout because I tried to get more details out
<v Speaker 4>of him. I actually didn't know he smiled until a
<v Speaker 4>couple of years later. Because he would be kind of weird,
<v Speaker 4>not weird, but just different about that. He wouldn't want
<v Speaker 4>to talk about it.
<v Speaker 2>And finally he was having.
<v Speaker 3>A really good day when we were on a golf
<v Speaker 3>cart ride and I said, hey, remember that guy said?
<v Speaker 3>He said, you saw him? And he said yeah, And
<v Speaker 3>I said, well did he?
<v Speaker 2>What was he doing?
<v Speaker 3>You know?
<v Speaker 4>Was he because I just remembered to me, it looked like,
<v Speaker 4>as I researched it later, like maybe he was going
<v Speaker 4>through what do they call that where it's almost like
<v Speaker 4>they're going through like they're like an act of something
<v Speaker 4>that was traumatic in their life.
<v Speaker 3>It was like on a loop or something.
<v Speaker 2>You know, That's what maybe I thought I saw.
<v Speaker 4>But he finally said, well he smiled at me, Dad
<v Speaker 4>and turned and walked away. I thought, wow, so it's
<v Speaker 4>like it's almost like that that ghost or whatever acknowledged him.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah. And was it wearing clothes?
<v Speaker 3>Yeah? Yeah, it was like I said, it was kind
<v Speaker 3>of like.
<v Speaker 4>Have you ever seen there will be Blood with Daniel
<v Speaker 4>d lewis m kind of like that, you know, like
<v Speaker 4>what he's always wearing kind of suspenders, you know, just
<v Speaker 4>heavily dressed the way they dressed in the eighteen hundreds.
<v Speaker 4>You know, it could be hotter and sent out and
<v Speaker 4>there out there and you know, full pants and suspenders
<v Speaker 4>and that when they all wear them top hat things.
<v Speaker 4>And I mean I could tell him from the distance
<v Speaker 4>that he had a beard, just because he was like
<v Speaker 4>a pulsating pale green is what it what it looked
<v Speaker 4>like when I saw it. But I could tell, like
<v Speaker 4>the change of color around his face that he.
<v Speaker 3>Had a beard. So but I didn't I didn't know
<v Speaker 3>anything about the red eyes. I couldn't make that out.
<v Speaker 4>And there they said there was like a woman and
<v Speaker 4>a daughter and they like they're wearing like the bonnet
<v Speaker 4>dresses from like Little House in the Prairie type dresses.
<v Speaker 4>And they were just standing there, motionless, just watching this
<v Speaker 4>man work, is what I saw, holding hands and it
<v Speaker 4>looked like maybe, I don't know, bearing something or somebody.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, that's creepy to think about. Hopefully you don't run
<v Speaker 1>into that again.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah, yeah, for sure.
<v Speaker 1>Okay, And what do you think these sasquatch creatures are?
<v Speaker 1>What do you think they're here?
<v Speaker 4>The more I researched, I almost feel like they're almost
<v Speaker 4>like a there's something spiritual to them to some degree.
<v Speaker 4>I feel like, I don't know if it's some form
<v Speaker 4>of like a watcher or something, or some last remnant
<v Speaker 4>of you know, an old age that I feel like
<v Speaker 4>they do serve a purpose of mankind.
<v Speaker 3>I just don't know what it is. I just I don't.
<v Speaker 4>I don't chalk it up to like it's just all,
<v Speaker 4>you know, a primate or something like that walking around
<v Speaker 4>or like giganic, gigantic epithecus or whatever it's called. It
<v Speaker 4>seems like they serve a purpose and break to be
<v Speaker 4>able to send emotions through people like it can do
<v Speaker 4>you know what, I mean, to put some people at ease,
<v Speaker 4>or to put some people with fear, and just maybe
<v Speaker 4>they're here to deserve how we're treating the planet and people.
<v Speaker 3>And I don't know. I mean I kind of go
<v Speaker 3>back and forth on that. What about you?
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, I definitely feel like they're flesh and blood some
<v Speaker 1>type of humanoid primate. I mean, humans are primates. But
<v Speaker 1>I also feel like there's something spiritual behind it. And
<v Speaker 1>a lot of people talk about the nephilim giants. I
<v Speaker 1>feel like it's something from that time, like a pre world,
<v Speaker 1>like something ancient. I've heard people say that too when
<v Speaker 1>they experience this activity. It just it feels ancient, right, Yeah.
<v Speaker 2>I would deal with that too on how I feel.
<v Speaker 4>And my brother in law, he's big, and I had
<v Speaker 4>there might be simbility to this. I say, he was
<v Speaker 4>kind of educate me on this and just encouraging me
<v Speaker 4>to tell the stories because I told him about it
<v Speaker 4>a couple of years ago.
<v Speaker 3>And he thinks that they're kind.
<v Speaker 4>Of like interdimensional or something like they can kind of
<v Speaker 4>like leave our viewpoint or shape shift or something. And
<v Speaker 4>that's why it's so easy to why you can't just
<v Speaker 4>find like a long track of or you know, a
<v Speaker 4>long trail of bigfoot tracks. You know where it's walking,
<v Speaker 4>and that kind of makes sense. I've heard many people
<v Speaker 4>say that you know it's there one minute and gone
<v Speaker 4>the next, you know, things like that.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah.
<v Speaker 1>Absolutely, and I definitely feel like there's something else going on,
<v Speaker 1>something big that people just don't understand you. And it's
<v Speaker 1>also something ancient that's been going on for a long time.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah, I agree, I'd go with that.
<v Speaker 4>I can't put it to words like at the moment,
<v Speaker 4>neet a lot running through my head and going through
<v Speaker 4>the interview with you and everything.
<v Speaker 3>But.
<v Speaker 1>Absolutely I'm not sure what they are, honestly, and I'm
<v Speaker 1>learning something new every day, and it also seems like
<v Speaker 1>the more I learn, the less I know. So it's
<v Speaker 1>it's a difficult thing.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah, I agree with that. It's a true statement.
<v Speaker 4>Like I would experience some temperature drops from time to
<v Speaker 4>time in the house. I'd find myself walking around trying
<v Speaker 4>to figure out if i'd let the window open or whatever,
<v Speaker 4>because I'd just get this brist chill and it'd only
<v Speaker 4>be like right by where I was sitting.
<v Speaker 3>As soon as i'd move from that general area where
<v Speaker 3>I was at, the air.
<v Speaker 4>Would be different. Things like that, And sometimes we hear
<v Speaker 4>some noises. My sister couldn't.
<v Speaker 2>Believe that I was going to move out here when I.
<v Speaker 4>Told her I was buying the place. So I can't
<v Speaker 4>believe you want to go back out there where the
<v Speaker 4>ghosts were. But I kind of chalked it up to
<v Speaker 4>me is our imagination or maybe they were gone or whatever.
<v Speaker 1>But yeah, absolutely, And I've had similar experiences as far
<v Speaker 1>as like strange temperature variations. Especially one time me and
<v Speaker 1>my friend Adam were camping out at his place where
<v Speaker 1>they've had bigfoot activity, and it was like thirty degrees
<v Speaker 1>out there. It was cold and at nighttime, and all
<v Speaker 1>of a sudden we got hit with like this intense heat.
<v Speaker 1>It just seemed like somebody opened up the stove right
<v Speaker 1>in front of us, and you could even see like
<v Speaker 1>the leaves curling up, and we all felt at him
<v Speaker 1>and his wife and everybody else that was standing next
<v Speaker 1>to us. It was strange. I don't know what happened there.
<v Speaker 3>Wow.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, So you also had this experience where you and
<v Speaker 1>a friend had missing time or you guys ended up
<v Speaker 1>somewhere else. Can you tell me a little bit more
<v Speaker 1>about that.
<v Speaker 3>Sure.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah.
<v Speaker 4>One time, me and my nephews who it was, we
<v Speaker 4>were walking through the woods and on my grandparents land
<v Speaker 4>where the possible big Foot encounter happened, and we were
<v Speaker 4>doing like a early check for mushrooms in April, and
<v Speaker 4>we'd entered the land for the land from the south side,
<v Speaker 4>which meant we had to cross the creek that divides
<v Speaker 4>the property. And I remember we walked down and the
<v Speaker 4>banks are kind of hard to climb on it, and
<v Speaker 4>we were looking for the best place to cross over,
<v Speaker 4>and you know, we talked about it for a little
<v Speaker 4>bit and we're like, yeah, we'll just we'll cut over
<v Speaker 4>here and it'll be.
<v Speaker 3>A straight shot into the bottom of the hill.
<v Speaker 4>And we knew where there was a couple of stumps
<v Speaker 4>from trees that had been cut a long time ago,
<v Speaker 4>and it had been logged in the you know, kind
<v Speaker 4>of catch our breath and talk about which way we
<v Speaker 4>want to go and this and that, and it was
<v Speaker 4>pretty simple, straightforward approach we had, and we both were
<v Speaker 4>on the same page. And so we walked across the
<v Speaker 4>creek and you know where it was not gonna walk,
<v Speaker 4>it wasn't gonna get in our boots, and where we
<v Speaker 4>could climb the bank without getting too muddy and too
<v Speaker 4>much strain. I wasn't feeling particularly good that day anyway,
<v Speaker 4>it was a little under the weather. But anyway, we
<v Speaker 4>did all that and we took off walking and it
<v Speaker 4>was just weird because it was like, I don't know
<v Speaker 4>how to describe it. It was almost like things went
<v Speaker 4>slow mo kind of for me, at least. It's been
<v Speaker 4>a long time since I talk him about it. But
<v Speaker 4>as we're walking, I remember just thinking something just seemed off.
<v Speaker 4>And I can't even really begin to tell you.
<v Speaker 3>What it was. Other things seemed slow motion to me.
<v Speaker 4>And we walked and we come up on a stump,
<v Speaker 4>a couple of stumps, and we sat down and we're
<v Speaker 4>kind of looking around and talking a little bit, and
<v Speaker 4>it's at that point where I kind of.
<v Speaker 3>Started looking around and I'm like, we're not where we're
<v Speaker 3>supposed to be, and I'm trying to figure out where
<v Speaker 3>the hell we are.
<v Speaker 4>And I looked behind us a little bit to this
<v Speaker 4>other hill behind us, and we thought we were.
<v Speaker 3>At the first hill. There's like three hills there.
<v Speaker 4>And I looked behind me and then there's this we
<v Speaker 4>got like a bar bar fence, like property divider fence.
<v Speaker 3>It's kind of half up, half down some spots.
<v Speaker 4>And I looked and I seen that, and I thought, well,
<v Speaker 4>how on the hell did we get here? But I'm
<v Speaker 4>so used to weird stuff happening at this point, and I,
<v Speaker 4>you know, I told him all these stories, and he
<v Speaker 4>always I don't know whether you believe me or not.
<v Speaker 4>Per se, I don't think he I don't think he
<v Speaker 4>knew I believe what I saw in instances like this,
<v Speaker 4>because he says he's had a few experiences of his own.
<v Speaker 4>But anyway, I finally told him, I said, dude, I said,
<v Speaker 4>I think we're on the far side of the property.
<v Speaker 4>We're on like the north end, and the roads to
<v Speaker 4>our east, the entry road. And he said, now, it
<v Speaker 4>couldn't be that, and he said.
<v Speaker 2>What I already knew.
<v Speaker 3>I'd already thought about this. He's like, we would have
<v Speaker 3>had to have.
<v Speaker 4>Gone up and down them hills, and you know, up
<v Speaker 4>the hill and down the holler and up the hill
<v Speaker 4>and down the holler.
<v Speaker 3>And I said, I know, but I said, I'm telling you.
<v Speaker 4>I said, where we're at, I said, I recognize, you know,
<v Speaker 4>I've walked this fence rip line before and remember about
<v Speaker 4>all the spots where it was down. And about that time,
<v Speaker 4>we started hearing pop and gravel and we looked to
<v Speaker 4>the east and you know, to our left, and that
<v Speaker 4>we can see the hood of a white vehicle go by,
<v Speaker 4>you know, and I just watched the wheels turn and
<v Speaker 4>I'm kind of grinning because I'm like, you know, another
<v Speaker 4>weird event.
<v Speaker 3>In my life.
<v Speaker 4>And he's just and he just kind of starts throwing
<v Speaker 4>out what are about the best logical conclusions you can
<v Speaker 4>come up with at.
<v Speaker 3>The time, and trying to do a good job. But
<v Speaker 3>finally he gave up me just he just kind of
<v Speaker 3>looked at me.
<v Speaker 4>He said, God, damn, uncle Quinn, I'm not going anywhere
<v Speaker 4>with you anymore. Because we could not figure out what happened,
<v Speaker 4>we ended up a good.
<v Speaker 3>I don't know.
<v Speaker 4>I'd say probably close to four hundred yards from where
<v Speaker 4>maybe further from where our intended spot was. And it
<v Speaker 4>did not seem like that the time had passed and
<v Speaker 4>we did not go up and down the hills and hollers.
<v Speaker 4>It was really, really strange and it still bugs me
<v Speaker 4>to this day. And we went back and we've tried
<v Speaker 4>to rewalk the path. The bank's a little different now,
<v Speaker 4>but we've i know, we've entered, you know, around the
<v Speaker 4>same area several times and walk to that spot and
<v Speaker 4>we've never had that experience again.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, that is strange, and I've had people tell me
<v Speaker 1>similar experiences as well. It makes me wonder if it's
<v Speaker 1>like some sort of portal or missing time, and if
<v Speaker 1>it has anything to do with the Bigfoot subject, because
<v Speaker 1>a lot of people have mentioned that they're interdimensional and
<v Speaker 1>it seems like they just show up and then like
<v Speaker 1>they can just disappear, and people have talked about like
<v Speaker 1>the cloaking as well, and the orbs, So it makes
<v Speaker 1>me wonder. You know, people find tracks and they just disappear.
<v Speaker 1>People can't find a body, and there's got to be
<v Speaker 1>a logical explanation to it or an unexplained mystery that's
<v Speaker 1>tied in with this.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah, I had never even thought about that line of
<v Speaker 4>approach until my brother in law, who's more study than this,
<v Speaker 4>it kind of said the exact same thing you did.
<v Speaker 4>He's like, well, when he said, they're probably because they're
<v Speaker 4>interdimensional beings and you might have like slipped through something
<v Speaker 4>or you know what he kind of deduced. And I
<v Speaker 4>was like, well, I never thought about it, like that's yeah,
<v Speaker 4>it was definitely.
<v Speaker 3>Weird, you know.
<v Speaker 1>I interviewed a lady from Tennessee and she said when
<v Speaker 1>she was a little girl, she was walking with her
<v Speaker 1>family on a trail out in the forest and I
<v Speaker 1>guess when her dad looked back, she was gone. And
<v Speaker 1>she was missing for like six hours or so. And
<v Speaker 1>she said she like reappeared somewhere else and she saw
<v Speaker 1>this bear walking on two legs and she's like, I
<v Speaker 1>don't think it was a bear now, and her her
<v Speaker 1>family ended up finding her obviously, but yeah, it's definitely strange.
<v Speaker 1>I also interviewed another lady from Georgia and she's a
<v Speaker 1>bigfoot researcher, and she said one of the guys saw
<v Speaker 1>an orb and like, when he saw this orb, he
<v Speaker 1>reappeared somewhere like somewhere else in the forest. It was
<v Speaker 1>like a mile away.
<v Speaker 3>Wow, that was wild.
<v Speaker 2>I have I've actually i've had a I've.
<v Speaker 4>Heard some of those stories like you just what you
<v Speaker 4>just said about, like kids going missing and being found
<v Speaker 4>like miles away and fairly clean and all that, like
<v Speaker 4>nothing made sense about it. But I have seen like
<v Speaker 4>one orb one time. I didn't even think about this one,
<v Speaker 4>but I didn't know what to make of It was
<v Speaker 4>just a very simple story of I was we had
<v Speaker 4>an outside contractor there working on something for us, and
<v Speaker 4>I was leaning with my back to the building, just
<v Speaker 4>you know, him do his thing, and you know, I
<v Speaker 4>was just there to kind of let him in and hand.
<v Speaker 2>Him anything if he needed.
<v Speaker 3>It'd be an extra set of hands.
<v Speaker 4>And he was in there working a way, and I
<v Speaker 4>happened to look up and I seen it's.
<v Speaker 3>Probably about the size of a basketball.
<v Speaker 4>And it was kind of like a to the best
<v Speaker 4>way I could describe it as like almost like a
<v Speaker 4>smoky orange, like a rust colored orange gray kind of color.
<v Speaker 4>And it just went over and just silent as can be.
<v Speaker 4>And it's just a perfectly straight line. And I didn't
<v Speaker 4>get excited I actually felt really calm when it went over,
<v Speaker 4>and I wasn't freaking out any and tried to pull
<v Speaker 4>my phone out quick.
<v Speaker 2>I mean, I would have.
<v Speaker 3>Ever been able to get a picture of it anyway.
<v Speaker 3>It was gone so fast.
<v Speaker 4>I mean, it seemed to me like it was maybe
<v Speaker 4>moving about fifty sixty miles an iron. I mean, before
<v Speaker 4>I knew it, it was, you know, across the field,
<v Speaker 4>across the interstate and.
<v Speaker 2>Was out of sight. But I was like, Oh, what
<v Speaker 2>the heck is that?
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, that is strange, and it sounds like you've had
<v Speaker 1>a lot of strange experiences throughout your life. And what
<v Speaker 1>do you think about all that? Like why do you
<v Speaker 1>think you've saw this? Do you feel like it's connected
<v Speaker 1>or you're just like a magnet for a strange activity.
<v Speaker 4>That's what I've been asking and pondering that question a lot.
<v Speaker 4>Some of the people I feel comfortable with that believe
<v Speaker 4>me or at least know that I'm being on, you know,
<v Speaker 4>trying to be honest about everything I feel like I've experienced.
<v Speaker 3>You know, if they don't believe me and.
<v Speaker 4>They're kind of like I've asked them, I was like, Hey,
<v Speaker 4>am I crazy? Or are certain people magnets for it,
<v Speaker 4>or just more people vocal about it, And he kind
<v Speaker 4>of tended to lean to the side that happens to
<v Speaker 4>more people they just don't talk about it. But I've
<v Speaker 4>also had a couple others that they think is just
<v Speaker 4>some people are more open to it, or they're they're
<v Speaker 4>drawn to the unseen world or can see it more sometimes,
<v Speaker 4>or something.
<v Speaker 2>I don't know.
<v Speaker 4>I mean, I just it does seem weird though, for sure,
<v Speaker 4>and it's you know, kind of had me worried a
<v Speaker 4>few times about like why am I seeing all this stuff?
<v Speaker 4>And then how crazy does it make you look when
<v Speaker 4>you try to tell people about it, because then they're like, oh,
<v Speaker 4>but didn't you think you got right out that was
<v Speaker 4>by a big foot too, you know, and you've seen
<v Speaker 4>a ghost and you know, and you this and that,
<v Speaker 4>and it's like, well, I'm just I don't I don't
<v Speaker 4>tell this stuff to get ridiculed, you know what I mean.
<v Speaker 4>I tell it because it's the truth and something I experienced,
<v Speaker 4>and I try to go to the most rational explanation possible.
<v Speaker 4>I try to bury it and rationalize it the best
<v Speaker 4>I can, you know, before I finally declare that yes,
<v Speaker 4>that's what I saw, you know, and I try to
<v Speaker 4>ask opinions of others, what do you tend to think
<v Speaker 4>on that?
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, I feel like it's definitely connected or some people
<v Speaker 1>are just magnets for strange activity. And it's certainly a
<v Speaker 1>difficult thing because you tell yourself, I'm not going to
<v Speaker 1>tell anyone that doesn't help, and then when you do
<v Speaker 1>open up and you start talking to people, that doesn't
<v Speaker 1>seem to help either. Of course, you do find people
<v Speaker 1>that are open minded, but for the most part, you know,
<v Speaker 1>you get the whole How many bigfoots do you see today?
<v Speaker 1>You know? Why have you seen ghosts? Bigfoot and all this?
<v Speaker 1>And I've never seen anything, you know, And they just
<v Speaker 1>right they got the eyebrow raised, looking at you.
<v Speaker 4>Like, yeah, it's that condescending smirk. I just wanted to
<v Speaker 4>be like, man, you know, you know, as they're like
<v Speaker 4>trying to tell me what it probably was that night
<v Speaker 4>out in the woods.
<v Speaker 3>I'm like, I just want to say, if it was you,
<v Speaker 3>you'd have been shipping your pants just like I was.
<v Speaker 4>Buddy, I guarantee it. There ain't ain't no two ways
<v Speaker 4>about it. I don't know anybody that brave, and I
<v Speaker 4>know there's some brave people, a lot braver than me.
<v Speaker 3>But yeah, it's yeah, it's weird.
<v Speaker 4>And I've tried to connect those dots myself many times
<v Speaker 4>too as to like why am I a magnet or
<v Speaker 4>And I think it may be like a like a
<v Speaker 4>familial thing though, too, because I got quite a few
<v Speaker 4>of my family that have had experiences not as wide
<v Speaker 4>ranging as mine, but they've all had seen stuff in
<v Speaker 4>the sky, had ghosts experiences, and we're a pretty open family,
<v Speaker 4>and you know, we believe in God and stuff, and.
<v Speaker 3>We're opening our spirituality and everything too, So I don't know,
<v Speaker 3>maybe that has something to do with it.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, absolutely, And you're not alone because I wonder all
<v Speaker 1>the time, like, man, why have I had so many
<v Speaker 1>bigfoot encounters and experiences? And like why have I seen
<v Speaker 1>so many paranormal things in my life?
<v Speaker 4>Yeah, but I'm not the only one. I mean, I
<v Speaker 4>hope all people like us can get closure or you know,
<v Speaker 4>be at.
<v Speaker 3>Peace with it. And that's what I'm trying to find
<v Speaker 3>and what you're helping me do.
<v Speaker 2>And I appreciate it, you know.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, absolutely, And that's the reason why I talk about
<v Speaker 1>it on the channel and allow people to share other experiences,
<v Speaker 1>even if it's not connected with Bigfoot, because I feel
<v Speaker 1>like personally, like, Okay, I've had all these experiences with
<v Speaker 1>the Sasquatch and then I've had all these other paranormal experiences.
<v Speaker 1>That's just not normal, Like it's got to be connected.
<v Speaker 1>But at the same time, maybe it's not. But I've
<v Speaker 1>experienced rare things. Maybe some people just you know, hit
<v Speaker 1>the lottery more than once, or we talked about it
<v Speaker 1>last time, that maybe it's a blessing or maybe it's
<v Speaker 1>a curse.
<v Speaker 3>True, Yeah, get view both ways.
<v Speaker 1>No, Yeah, absolutely. I mean when you experience something like this,
<v Speaker 1>you're like, dang, that's cool. I got to experience something
<v Speaker 1>that most people don't. But then you have to live
<v Speaker 1>with it, and you're like, oh, that kind of sucks.
<v Speaker 3>You know.
<v Speaker 1>People don't believe me. I don't have any answers for it.
<v Speaker 1>Nobody really knows what's going on, so it goes back
<v Speaker 1>and forth.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah, I mean I always kind of likened it too
<v Speaker 4>to like whenever I kind of found my way back
<v Speaker 4>into God's presence, you know, because he never leaves, it's
<v Speaker 4>always us to walk away. And I remember when I
<v Speaker 4>got my way back in there.
<v Speaker 3>How anxious. I was to kind of like kind of
<v Speaker 3>tell people, you know, about the.
<v Speaker 4>Experience and stuff like that, and I found myself just
<v Speaker 4>trying to draw me because it was so special and
<v Speaker 4>I wanted to know about it. I think it's kind
<v Speaker 4>of similar in these events. It's like I want them
<v Speaker 4>to know that, like, hey, there is something in the
<v Speaker 4>woods that.
<v Speaker 3>Can be quite scary.
<v Speaker 4>I mean, I know some people have great experiences with
<v Speaker 4>the mine was not that that way, but you know,
<v Speaker 4>or there.
<v Speaker 3>Are ghosts and maybe believe your eyes.
<v Speaker 4>Sometimes I don't think we tend to believe our eyes,
<v Speaker 4>you know, what we're really saying. We just and I've
<v Speaker 4>been guilty of that too, like nope, that's I'm not
<v Speaker 4>seeing what I'm seeing.
<v Speaker 3>You know. I try to push it out, but.
<v Speaker 2>Then it comes.
<v Speaker 4>It just comes back to what I know is true
<v Speaker 4>and what I saw and just admit it and deal
<v Speaker 4>with it.
<v Speaker 3>You know.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, for sure, a lot of times when this stuff
<v Speaker 1>is happening, it almost doesn't feel real, like you have
<v Speaker 1>to convince yourself that that's actually happening.
<v Speaker 4>And even afterwards, Yeah, yeah, it's almost like out of body.
<v Speaker 4>You're like you're out of your body for a second
<v Speaker 4>or not like a dream like state. It's or at
<v Speaker 4>least that's the way it's been for me, So the
<v Speaker 4>way I would describe it sometimes, oh yeah, like the
<v Speaker 4>way times slowed down while you're walking through those woods.
<v Speaker 4>It's almost like I had an inkland something's going to happen.
<v Speaker 4>But I thought, na, Quinn's just because you're not feeling
<v Speaker 4>the best, you know, And then when that happened, I
<v Speaker 4>was like, well, damn, that explains that.
<v Speaker 3>And then we still chuckle about my nephew's reaction.
<v Speaker 4>Like sometimes we'll be packing up to go someplace or
<v Speaker 4>go someplace together and his mom my sister will be like,
<v Speaker 4>I didn't think he was going to hang out with
<v Speaker 4>uncle Quinton anymore, you know.
<v Speaker 3>But we had a lot of fun.
<v Speaker 4>He's a good dude, and he's had some of his
<v Speaker 4>own experiences since then.
<v Speaker 3>He's run into a good young man. Yeah.
<v Speaker 1>Absolutely, I feel like you'll have more experiences throughout your
<v Speaker 1>life and you'll just have to be ready for it.
<v Speaker 4>This was just I'll try to be quick with a
<v Speaker 4>ton of details, but no, no, you're fine. It happened
<v Speaker 4>on the December twenty first, twenty twenty. I believe it
<v Speaker 4>was the day it was the first time that the
<v Speaker 4>Star Bethlehem was going to be visible in like eight
<v Speaker 4>hundred years or something like that, and it was kind
<v Speaker 4>of excited about because we had a lot of stuff
<v Speaker 4>going on in the family at the time. My dad
<v Speaker 4>had just been diagnosed with cancer and was going had
<v Speaker 4>just started treatments, and my grandfather I bought the house
<v Speaker 4>off of was he had Alzheimer's and we were keeping
<v Speaker 4>him out of nursing home tak care of him and
<v Speaker 4>dad and I had an aunt it was in and
<v Speaker 4>out of a nursing home who's you know, I was
<v Speaker 4>very close to. And it was just a multitude of
<v Speaker 4>things going on. So we were looking for something kind of.
<v Speaker 2>Uplifting to do together and we thought, you know, that
<v Speaker 2>would be.
<v Speaker 3>Pretty neat, and so we kind.
<v Speaker 4>Of piled into vehicles and had like a caravan about
<v Speaker 4>six or seven vehicles that we had a big family with,
<v Speaker 4>you know, several of the adults and their kids, and
<v Speaker 4>we load went out to the country in the same
<v Speaker 4>general area where our land is to escape the city
<v Speaker 4>lights so we could view it. And so we were
<v Speaker 4>out there and things were going good and having good conversation,
<v Speaker 4>just enjoying what we were seeing in the.
<v Speaker 3>Sky that wasn't a cloud in the sky. It was beautiful.
<v Speaker 4>And as it kind of wore on, it was kind
<v Speaker 4>of chilly obviously around that time here in Illinois, but
<v Speaker 4>people just kind of started phasing out, you know. Kids
<v Speaker 4>were getting anxious and they wanted to get them home
<v Speaker 4>and get them to bed in some cases.
<v Speaker 3>And Dad was tired. And my brother in law, who
<v Speaker 3>I referred.
<v Speaker 4>To on a lot of things, he had these bathroom
<v Speaker 4>really bad he I found out later he knew something
<v Speaker 4>was going to happen from some of his research that
<v Speaker 4>he had been doing.
<v Speaker 2>That he didn't tell me.
<v Speaker 3>He was just waiting for it to happen, I guess.
<v Speaker 4>But anyway, I was standing out there and it had
<v Speaker 4>come down to just me and my same nephew, Zach,
<v Speaker 4>and we were his wife and three kids, and we
<v Speaker 4>were standing out there and I kind of turned my
<v Speaker 4>attention to the east because we've been watching it from
<v Speaker 4>the west and where we were positioned, and I seen
<v Speaker 4>this star that was just brighter than any of the
<v Speaker 4>stars in the sky at the moment, and I was
<v Speaker 4>just like, wow, that is extremely bright. And I was
<v Speaker 4>pointing at it, and we were.
<v Speaker 3>Looking at it and talking about it, and about the
<v Speaker 3>time all of our attention.
<v Speaker 4>Got on it, it was almost as if that bright
<v Speaker 4>light it stayed there. But it's almost like it was
<v Speaker 4>like giving birth the lights in about every three to
<v Speaker 4>four seconds, a new light just like it was coming
<v Speaker 4>out befull in the sky or something, and it was
<v Speaker 4>just like blink, blink, blink, all like coming out of
<v Speaker 4>this one bright star that looked us like.
<v Speaker 3>And we were just in awe, you know, We're like,
<v Speaker 3>what is that? Wasn't the heck?
<v Speaker 4>And I mean it was the perfect same brightness from
<v Speaker 4>where it was birth, the foll that was coming out of,
<v Speaker 4>perfectly leveled, perfectly distanced apart. I've researched since then, you know,
<v Speaker 4>because a lot of people immediately go to starlink. And
<v Speaker 4>I have seen starlink with my own two eyes and
<v Speaker 4>went over my niece's wedding that we had out there
<v Speaker 4>on the property, and I watched many videos on and
<v Speaker 4>this was way too high and way too perfect, and
<v Speaker 4>way too many lights for it have been starlink. Because
<v Speaker 4>we were such all we didn't count in the beginning.
<v Speaker 2>How many had went out.
<v Speaker 3>And I kind of remember asking Zach and Whitney and say, hey,
<v Speaker 3>how many think guys went by?
<v Speaker 4>And they throughout their number and I started counting, and
<v Speaker 4>by the time we were done, we estimated there's probably
<v Speaker 4>close to one hundred lights, you know, eighty to one
<v Speaker 4>hundred lights that went by.
<v Speaker 3>And is as far as.
<v Speaker 2>The eye could see.
<v Speaker 3>And it was hard to count because.
<v Speaker 4>The kids started kind of freaking out when they kind
<v Speaker 4>of realized what the adults were really talking about, and
<v Speaker 4>they were like, oh, my god, is it Is it
<v Speaker 4>an alien invasion? And we're gonna die, and kind of
<v Speaker 4>freaking out. And we watched it in its entirety until
<v Speaker 4>the lights quit coming out of that fold and until
<v Speaker 4>they disappeared, you know, off in the horizon. So many
<v Speaker 4>of them we had to turn our you know, turned
<v Speaker 4>completely just to see where they were going. It was
<v Speaker 4>pretty amazing. And it was about a couple of years later.
<v Speaker 4>I was talking to a friend who was telling me
<v Speaker 4>about something. He was very reluctant in the beginning. We
<v Speaker 4>somehow we started talking about drones and UFOs and stuff,
<v Speaker 4>and it led into him, hesitant, hesitantly telling me that
<v Speaker 4>he had seen something and he started describing exactly what
<v Speaker 4>I just told you, and I let him go for
<v Speaker 4>a little bit and then I said, hey, let me,
<v Speaker 4>let me let me guess is that this, this, and.
<v Speaker 2>This, And I kind of finished it and he.
<v Speaker 3>Was shocked and he's like, well, how the hell did
<v Speaker 3>you know?
<v Speaker 2>Do you see it that night?
<v Speaker 3>You?
<v Speaker 4>I said no, I said I seen it two years earlier,
<v Speaker 4>same thing. And he's like, well, I can tell you
<v Speaker 4>it wasn't starlink. It was It couldn't have been man
<v Speaker 4>made if it was one structure. It was massive because
<v Speaker 4>it was just too perfect. And he was willing to
<v Speaker 4>talk about it and tell people, and his brother was
<v Speaker 4>there with him, and his brother since passed away, but
<v Speaker 4>he told me. I said, well, what did him think
<v Speaker 4>about it? And he said, Jens, as soon as it
<v Speaker 4>was done. I looked at him. He said, if you're
<v Speaker 4>tell anybody about this, I'm going to deny it. So
<v Speaker 4>that kind of opened me up, opened my mind up
<v Speaker 4>a little bit to how some people, you know, view it,
<v Speaker 4>and maybe we'll bury it kind of like my buddy said,
<v Speaker 4>there's probably a lot of people that experienced stuff like that,
<v Speaker 4>but it freaks them out, or they don't know how
<v Speaker 4>to process it, or it messes with the reality to
<v Speaker 4>the point where they just wanted to go away. So
<v Speaker 4>I just thought the reaction, the stark differences in the
<v Speaker 4>way they reacted was intriguing to me. You know, the
<v Speaker 4>one was willing to talk about it and I want
<v Speaker 4>to know if anybody else had seen.
<v Speaker 3>Something like it, and then the other one just wanted
<v Speaker 3>it to go away, so to speak.
<v Speaker 1>No, Yeah, I definitely know what you're talking about. I've
<v Speaker 1>seen the same thing in the past several times actually,
<v Speaker 1>and I was telling you about it last time that
<v Speaker 1>I was out there doing bigfoot research with my friend Bill,
<v Speaker 1>who was having bigfoot activity in the Mark Twain Forrest,
<v Speaker 1>and we were sitting there time and we were just
<v Speaker 1>talking about bigfoot and I was like, Bill, I got
<v Speaker 1>something to tell you. He's like, what is it. I
<v Speaker 1>was like, I've been seeing a lot of UFOs, like
<v Speaker 1>a strange amount of UFOs. And right then, like we
<v Speaker 1>look up and we just see like, I don't know,
<v Speaker 1>it had been hundreds of stars and they were all
<v Speaker 1>like I don't know, like chained together. It was not starlink,
<v Speaker 1>and it seemed like they were coming out of nowhere
<v Speaker 1>and going into nowhere, and it was just like a
<v Speaker 1>huge amount of them. And he was just we were
<v Speaker 1>both blown away. I tried to film it with my camera.
<v Speaker 1>He's looking up. It was just like this strange moment
<v Speaker 1>and time. But yeah, I definitely know what you're talking about.
<v Speaker 3>Isn't that strange too.
<v Speaker 4>It's like about the time you were talking about it,
<v Speaker 4>or as soon as we took notice of the bright
<v Speaker 4>star that had happened, almost like it wanted to be
<v Speaker 4>viewed or something. That's that's crazy.
<v Speaker 1>I think it was like I think it was like
<v Speaker 1>two years ago in the wintertime. When did this happened
<v Speaker 1>to you?
<v Speaker 4>Mine was December twenty first, twenty twenty, I'd say exactly
<v Speaker 4>when it was mine. The guy Bill that saw his
<v Speaker 4>it was in the winter too. I want to say
<v Speaker 4>his was in or late fall. It might have been
<v Speaker 4>his might have been in November of twenty twenty three
<v Speaker 4>when he saw it. Yeah, but I can but I
<v Speaker 4>can remember when the starlink went over my niece's wedding
<v Speaker 4>because it was like kind of like an outdoor event
<v Speaker 4>when they had theirs, and I mean that he was
<v Speaker 4>like literally almost jogging to me.
<v Speaker 3>He's like quintin He's like pointing up.
<v Speaker 4>But then I could see like the air go out
<v Speaker 4>of the sails because I looked up and knew immediately.
<v Speaker 4>But upon first glance, he was hoping it was the
<v Speaker 4>same thing, but then he realized it's too low, you know,
<v Speaker 4>not near perfection like what we saw that one night.
<v Speaker 4>You know, the distance was different and everything still was
<v Speaker 4>neat to see.
<v Speaker 1>But yeah, it is cool to see the first time
<v Speaker 1>I witnessed a I called my brother and he lives
<v Speaker 1>like five minutes in town. I was like, go outside
<v Speaker 1>and look to the south, and he looked, and you
<v Speaker 1>can hear he's telling his friends to come outside and
<v Speaker 1>he's blown away. And then later on he's just like
<v Speaker 1>it was just starlink. He's like, dude, that was not starlink,
<v Speaker 1>Like I've seen starlink before, but this was different. This,
<v Speaker 1>I don't know. This was just strange.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah, absolutely, And I wish I could remember so I
<v Speaker 4>could tell him what my brother in law said.
<v Speaker 2>Well, I mean he literally like when I was telling
<v Speaker 2>him about it, he's like, damn it.
<v Speaker 3>He's like I had to poop.
<v Speaker 2>I couldn't hold it. And he's like, I knew something
<v Speaker 2>was going.
<v Speaker 4>To happen, and he said, dide, it look like it
<v Speaker 4>was coming.
<v Speaker 3>Out of a folding the sky. So before I get
<v Speaker 3>finished it, you.
<v Speaker 2>Know, I just started telling the story.
<v Speaker 3>I said, yeah I did.
<v Speaker 2>I was like, how the hell do you know that
<v Speaker 2>if you didn't see it?
<v Speaker 3>And He's like, they said that some dimension or something
<v Speaker 3>was open.
<v Speaker 4>Like I said, he really researches this stuff a lot
<v Speaker 4>and has got some pretty neat opinions and has been right.
<v Speaker 3>On quite a few occasions.
<v Speaker 1>No, yeah, it is neat. I've had so many people
<v Speaker 1>tell me they're just satellites or starlink that I started
<v Speaker 1>believing it until one day I seen this triangle spaceship
<v Speaker 1>just over my house. I mean it was huge, and
<v Speaker 1>then I was like, nope, nope, I knew it. I've
<v Speaker 1>been seeing strange things because one time there was this
<v Speaker 1>huge star that came out of the woods and it
<v Speaker 1>was just floating above the trees, and then it floated
<v Speaker 1>up and then like this actually happened several times, but
<v Speaker 1>one of the times it was floating into the sky
<v Speaker 1>and it was like way up there, and then it
<v Speaker 1>splitted and it split like into two and it looked
<v Speaker 1>like sparklers, like the fireworks, and they like streaked across
<v Speaker 1>the sky in opposite directions. It's just wild that one
<v Speaker 1>light or objects split into two and then went super
<v Speaker 1>fast in opposite directions, Like that is not a satellite.
<v Speaker 3>No, that's insane.
<v Speaker 2>M that would be neat to see.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, it was, and it doesn't happen anymore. But every
<v Speaker 1>now and then I'll see something strange that I'm like,
<v Speaker 1>maybe that's satellite, Maybe it's those things that are back.
<v Speaker 1>But whatever was going on at that point in time
<v Speaker 1>was definitely strange. And it's in the same area where
<v Speaker 1>I've had my Bigfoot encounters. Is it connected? Maybe not,
<v Speaker 1>Maybe it is, but I just think there's a connection
<v Speaker 1>because it's like, Okay, there's a lot of strange things
<v Speaker 1>happening here.
<v Speaker 3>It's not just big for That's kind of the way
<v Speaker 3>I've been feeling.
<v Speaker 4>It's like my location for most of that stuff that
<v Speaker 4>I just I've been talking with you about is in
<v Speaker 4>the same general area. It's like too much high strangeness
<v Speaker 4>for one area, you know what I mean. There's just
<v Speaker 4>something gotta be something to it.
<v Speaker 2>But what it is I don't know.
<v Speaker 4>But I just made me hungry to kind of go
<v Speaker 4>investigate more and stuff.
<v Speaker 3>And after I talked to.
<v Speaker 4>You on my last one, I I literally when I
<v Speaker 4>was texting you later, I'd been in the woods and
<v Speaker 4>I was wanting to get some pictures of some of
<v Speaker 4>the stuff I was telling you about that I'm where
<v Speaker 4>I didn't know before that you know, this might be
<v Speaker 4>signs of a big foot in the area, the broken
<v Speaker 4>trees and the way the lens can be positioned, and
<v Speaker 4>the arches that could be made out of, you know, small.
<v Speaker 3>Trees and stuff.
<v Speaker 4>And it was weird though, because I walked down there
<v Speaker 4>and and it might be because I was watching a
<v Speaker 4>lot of stuff and overthinking it, but I felt like
<v Speaker 4>aired immediately, and I don't usually feel like me. I'm
<v Speaker 4>mushroom hunted all this spring, and I've been out there
<v Speaker 4>a lot this year, but I felt immediately kind of
<v Speaker 4>scared when I got out there, and I don't know
<v Speaker 4>if I was overthinking it or what. And I made
<v Speaker 4>it around the bend around the corner from where we
<v Speaker 4>were shooting that one time, and made it about I
<v Speaker 4>don't know, fifty seventy five yards and I heard something
<v Speaker 4>and got excited because I've seen something brown stand over there,
<v Speaker 4>and it was just this giant deer that was just
<v Speaker 4>staring at me, and it let me walk towards it
<v Speaker 4>for a while. I just thought that was weird, but
<v Speaker 4>the overall feeling of fear that I had, for some reason,
<v Speaker 4>thought now, I'm going to come back later. So and
<v Speaker 4>the foliage is up obviously around this time of year,
<v Speaker 4>it's really thick back there, like it was whenever I
<v Speaker 4>had that encounter, and I thought I might just wait
<v Speaker 4>until it's a little thinner, or I got somebody else
<v Speaker 4>with me or something, or I'm just in a better,
<v Speaker 4>you know, frame of mind. I think I might have
<v Speaker 4>been overthinking, but and you never.
<v Speaker 1>Know, Yeah, you never know. I like to think of
<v Speaker 1>this the skin Walker Ranch like a lot of activity
<v Speaker 1>kind of mirrors what happened there, and they're having like
<v Speaker 1>paranormal experiences, cryptive creatures showing up and strange lights and
<v Speaker 1>crafts floating over the ranch. I think it's the same.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah, yeah, I think it could be right. My you know,
<v Speaker 4>I haven't watched that show.
<v Speaker 3>I need to. My brother keeps telling me he loves
<v Speaker 3>that show, the that I should watch it and stuff.
<v Speaker 3>I did have a I've had a.
<v Speaker 4>Lot of videos that I've lost on my other phone,
<v Speaker 4>and I do have one, and there might be nothing cold.
<v Speaker 4>I'm trying to examine it more. For I even showed
<v Speaker 4>too many people. But I was viewing an owl when
<v Speaker 4>I was out there. Musta might not too long ago.
<v Speaker 4>It was one of those deals where I didn't realize
<v Speaker 4>until later. I was videotaping it because it was so
<v Speaker 4>big and it was just right. There was me sitting
<v Speaker 4>there all quiet, and I videotaped it for a little whie.
<v Speaker 4>She got this little snippet, and I didn't realize it
<v Speaker 4>till later as I was watching it that down on
<v Speaker 4>the ground is up on a branch, maybe thirty feet
<v Speaker 4>up in the air, and there was like no limbs
<v Speaker 4>or anything moving, and then all of a sudden, about
<v Speaker 4>I don't know, eight to ten feet for some reason,
<v Speaker 4>some branches moved for no reason on their own, like
<v Speaker 4>nothing else is everything still as can be, And it
<v Speaker 4>almost like something invisible walk by it or something and
<v Speaker 4>moved a.
<v Speaker 2>Couple of them. And there might be a.
<v Speaker 3>Perfectly good explanation for it, but we were looking at it.
<v Speaker 4>I was just showing it to people and they're like,
<v Speaker 4>you know, me and my brother and were like, oh shit,
<v Speaker 4>look at the lens movement.
<v Speaker 3>Maybe that was, you know something, Maybe.
<v Speaker 4>They were cloaked and that's why, because Out was just
<v Speaker 4>fixated on some and maybe it was just his next meal,
<v Speaker 4>but it was still wouldn't move even with me that
<v Speaker 4>close to it.
<v Speaker 1>So yeah, that is some high strangeness. And I actually
<v Speaker 1>interviewed a guy from he was from Hayward, Wisconsin the
<v Speaker 1>other day, and he was talking about that, like all
<v Speaker 1>the reads on shore like started bending over, and he
<v Speaker 1>said he saw like a giant black hole like a portal,
<v Speaker 1>and he was with another guy that saw it too. Yeah,
<v Speaker 1>it's that same thing where just like the brush starts
<v Speaker 1>moving on its own.
<v Speaker 3>Mh.
<v Speaker 4>This was just real quick. You just see a couple
<v Speaker 4>of limbs of the move, just like something just walk by.
<v Speaker 3>Just kind of strain. I mean I could send it
<v Speaker 3>to you and you could look at it, but I.
<v Speaker 2>Mean I don't know what to make.
<v Speaker 3>Of it, and the videos uh so short. It's hard
<v Speaker 3>to tell.
<v Speaker 4>I wish I would have kept the longer version of
<v Speaker 4>it because I I think I trimmed it for some
<v Speaker 4>reason because my phone was having trouble downloading it or something.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah. Absolutely, because eventually it ends up taking off.
<v Speaker 4>But it's almost like it was just super steel and
<v Speaker 4>you know, yeah, Out during the broad daylight and everything.
<v Speaker 4>There's just there's just.
<v Speaker 3>Tons of eye activity in those woods.
<v Speaker 4>I mean I'm always hearing them, and then I see
<v Speaker 4>some from time to time, and you gets you thinking
<v Speaker 4>about the shape shift and aspect of things too, like,
<v Speaker 4>you know, if they can do that, well, if it's
<v Speaker 4>you know, disguises that deer that was viewing me and
<v Speaker 4>I was feeling when I was feeling scared or was
<v Speaker 4>that all or something?
<v Speaker 3>I don't know.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, it makes you wonder, that's for sure.
<v Speaker 3>Yes, it does.
<v Speaker 1>Okay, do you have anything else that you'd like to share?
<v Speaker 3>No, I mean nothing, No.
<v Speaker 4>I mean I've had other little things, but there's nothing
<v Speaker 4>that I would feel so strongly about to talk about.
<v Speaker 3>You know.
<v Speaker 1>Okay, Yeah, that's fair enough. And I do appreciate you
<v Speaker 1>for taking the time today to speak with me about
<v Speaker 1>these experiences. And I feel like it was important to
<v Speaker 1>add that to the podcast because I keep hearing that
<v Speaker 1>from other people and it's like, whoa, whoa, this is
<v Speaker 1>this is important stuff here.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah. Well, I thought that was kind of cool and
<v Speaker 4>interesting that you way as we talked after we were
<v Speaker 4>done and you asked me that, and then I start
<v Speaker 4>telling them and you want to kind of continue it,
<v Speaker 4>and I was like, Okay, that's that's cool because I
<v Speaker 4>didn't get to tell those those much either.
<v Speaker 3>And I appreciate you getting me the opportunity to do it. Man.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, absolutely, and yeah, just thank you. I appreciate it.
<v Speaker 1>Like I said, I haven't been getting too many calls lately,
<v Speaker 1>so it definitely helps out the channel.
<v Speaker 4>Well, I'm gonna be doing more investigating the more I,
<v Speaker 4>you know, examined the subject and learn from guys like
<v Speaker 4>you that know more than me. And if I come
<v Speaker 4>across anything or anything cool, I will be sure to contact.
<v Speaker 3>You and discuss it with you. Send it your way
<v Speaker 3>so you can see what you think.
<v Speaker 1>Okay, yeah, absolutely, and keep it in mind that maybe
<v Speaker 1>we can meet up in the future and we can
<v Speaker 1>do something.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah. Oh yeah, I forgot. I never did finish up
<v Speaker 3>because we got cut off.
<v Speaker 2>Jim.
<v Speaker 4>I haven't had a chance to talk to him where
<v Speaker 4>he was. He was telling me how his wife had
<v Speaker 4>was sure that there was ape like creatures she had
<v Speaker 4>heard that. I thought that maybe she had said that
<v Speaker 4>she had saw one, but now that I'm rethinking, and
<v Speaker 4>she might have just said that she knew family members
<v Speaker 4>that had swore.
<v Speaker 3>That and that was when I laid.
<v Speaker 4>My story on him after he opened because we weren't
<v Speaker 4>even talking about.
<v Speaker 2>The subject, and he kind of opened the.
<v Speaker 4>Door, and I was like, well, let me tell you
<v Speaker 4>the story, Jim, And you know, I watched his whole
<v Speaker 4>face drop and everything as I told him.
<v Speaker 3>I said, your wife or whoever.
<v Speaker 4>Told her that might be honest them, because something chased
<v Speaker 4>me the hell out of the woods and all that.
<v Speaker 2>So anyway, but.
<v Speaker 3>I won't keep you. I'll let you get back to
<v Speaker 3>what you're doing and get it back to work or whatever.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, I just got one more phone call. I'm sure
<v Speaker 1>it's going to be a few hours, but it is
<v Speaker 1>what it is, right, all right, man. Well you enjoy
<v Speaker 1>your weekend, and it was a pleasure speaking with you.
<v Speaker 1>If you run into anything else in the future, definitely
<v Speaker 1>keeping contact. If for some reason my number changes, like
<v Speaker 1>way in the future something, just email me. If you
<v Speaker 1>don't hear back, Okay.
<v Speaker 3>Sure we'll do bud.
<v Speaker 1>Okay, Well you take care man, and you'd be safe.
<v Speaker 3>All right, Yeah, all right, I'll see.
<v Speaker 1>But Quentin's experience as a reminder that even the quiet
<v Speaker 1>forest of Illinois can hold something unexplained, whether it was
<v Speaker 1>reacting to their presence or something deeper tied to the
<v Speaker 1>land itself. One thing is clear, whatever was out there
<v Speaker 1>knew exactly where they were. This is definitely a classic
<v Speaker 1>Bigfoot activity. They were out there target practicing and it
<v Speaker 1>upset these creatures. The thing, I believe bluff charged them.
<v Speaker 1>It was breaking trees, branches, huffing, grunting, growling, and it
<v Speaker 1>sounds like there were multiple creatures because he said it
<v Speaker 1>seems like it would switch position, So the thing was
<v Speaker 1>either moving silently after it was being loud and would
<v Speaker 1>reposition itself, or there were multiple creatures in the area.
<v Speaker 1>I've wondered that myself when I would go out target practicing,
<v Speaker 1>and maybe it's possible that I accidentally hit one of
<v Speaker 1>these things. You never know, maybe Quintin accidentally hit one
<v Speaker 1>of these creatures out in the woods and it upset
<v Speaker 1>them to the point of confrontation. What are your guys' thoughts.
<v Speaker 1>I think it was honestly just a loud sound, their
<v Speaker 1>presence in the woods. They were disrupting nature and whatever
<v Speaker 1>these things were up to. It also doesn't surprise me
<v Speaker 1>that Quinson experienced supernatural activity throughout his life. I hear
<v Speaker 1>that often with people who experience cryptid activity, and it's
<v Speaker 1>not something that you will see in traditional Bigfoot reports.
<v Speaker 1>I think a lot of Bigfoot researchers will shy away
<v Speaker 1>from that. They don't want to hear about that. They
<v Speaker 1>just want to hear about Bigfoot. But I feel like
<v Speaker 1>it's important to share to gain a better understanding of
<v Speaker 1>what people have experienced in their life. If you disagree,
<v Speaker 1>let me know down in the comments and why. I'm
<v Speaker 1>not saying it's connected to Bigfoot activity, but I do
<v Speaker 1>feel like it's important to note that people who experience
<v Speaker 1>cryptids also experience other unexplained mysteries. If you made it
<v Speaker 1>this far in the podcast, definitely pat yourself on the back.
<v Speaker 1>I don't think a lot of people are listening anymore,
<v Speaker 1>and the people that do don't listen to the entire report.
<v Speaker 1>So yeah, definitely pat yourself on the back because you
<v Speaker 1>have a long attention span and you have the patience
<v Speaker 1>to hear people out and better understand what people are
<v Speaker 1>experiencing and going through in their life. So thank you
<v Speaker 1>guys for making it this far. It really helped support
<v Speaker 1>the channel when you guys watch the videos, and yeah,
<v Speaker 1>I mean all this work that I do has a purpose,
<v Speaker 1>so you guys are part of that purpose and I
<v Speaker 1>just appreciate everyone's support. Anyways, until the next podcast or
<v Speaker 1>research video, you guys be safe out in the forest.
