- The Phillies’ chances to sign Bichette, including the Phils’ top competition.

00:00:03 Speaker 1: Hi, this is Jace Mute. Welcome to the Philly. 00:00:05 Speaker 2: Show, Rubin Tomorrow, Junior, Jim Salisbury, Todd Zolekki. 00:00:12 Speaker 3: It's the Philly Show. 00:00:13 Speaker 2: It's Monday, January twelfth, twenty twenty six. 00:00:16 Speaker 3: Hope everybody is well. 00:00:19 Speaker 2: There's only one man right now that can save the Delaware Valley and that's probably Bobashett. 00:00:28 Speaker 3: That is Boba sheet. 00:00:31 Speaker 2: Let's just jump right into this, guys. I hope you're doing well. Bobachhett and the Phillies are going to have a virtual meeting on Monday. Matt Gelb and Ken Rosenthal from The Athletic broke the news on Thursday that they're going to get together. Phillies have been well, we've been talking about Boba Schett for a very long time on the show, but the Phillies. 00:00:55 Speaker 3: As JT. 00:00:56 Speaker 2: Real Muto's free agency has lingered and his Bobashett has remained available, they said, hmmm, maybe we investigate this. So investigated they will, and it is a real thing that could happen. 00:01:11 Speaker 1: What do you guys think, Rubin, why don't you lead this one off? 00:01:17 Speaker 4: Well? 00:01:17 Speaker 5: I do think that there's great interest in them. Obviously, wouldn't be having a meeting. Otherwise, Dave Dombrowski doesn't do things for show. There are some teams who do that to try to, you know, take teams off the trail or to move the market, but that's not you know, Dave Dombrowski's not a game player, and you know it's fairly obvious that a addition to the lineup like a guy like Bobashett would be a strong one for them. 00:01:44 Speaker 6: Without question. I would certainly change things up quite a bit. 00:01:48 Speaker 5: It would put it would make things a little discombobulated in the infield for the Phillies. But I think it's it's gotten so momentum, there's no question about it. I don't know what the percentage of the chances of it happening, but I think they'd'll be over fifty percent, especially since the Phillies are and Dave Dombrowski's pretty sincere when he shows his hand and has interest. 00:02:13 Speaker 6: So let's see what happens exactly. 00:02:17 Speaker 1: What do you think, Well, we've, like you said, we've been talking about this guy since early November. How much sense he makes. There were just six three hundred hitters in Major League Baseball in twenty twenty five. That's crazy. But there were just six of them. He was one of them. Trey Turner was one of them. You know, you can I know there's a lot of other ways to measure offensive impact other than batting average, but this is a guy who can you know, he was second in the American League and hits and he missed three and a half weeks. So to bring a hitter like that, especially from the right side, into your lineup would be great. 00:02:58 Speaker 2: Uh. 00:02:58 Speaker 1: That said, who catches if this meeting supposed they have this meeting on Monday later today, and it's a nice meeting, But Bashet's not ready to pull the trigger because he wants to hear what Boston is gonna say. He wants to hear what the Dodgers. I wouldn't count them out. The Yankees, And in the interim, what happens if JT puts his hand up and says, I'm going to take that offer. Let's get it going. You know, I would think they would probably jump on that because as interested as I think they probably have been in Bobaschett all off season and how much sense he makes resigning real MUDA has been a priority, and I don't think they're going to walk away from the priority even though he hasn't signed quick enough for their liking clearly as they've you know, kind of reframed their off season and now making a run up of sheet. So I would love it if they could figure out a way to do both of them. I don't see that happening, but we'll stay tuned. This is going to be a fascinating I think it's gonna be a fascinating week because I think it's got to pick up here. 00:04:12 Speaker 5: Well, we talked about the fascination of this offseason anyway, and it could get down to some nitty gritty here. One of the things I will might also say Todd before I ask you what you your thoughts on it, is that you know those arbitration numbers popped and now everybody knows exactly what these players are making. When I say that, I'm talking about the Alec Bohms of the world, I'm talking about knowing their payroll now, understanding exactly what it's going to take and what the dollars mean for everyone, because it's just one big piece of the pie. 00:04:44 Speaker 6: Knowing how much Bryson Stott makes and either one of. 00:04:48 Speaker 5: Those players could be more or less attractive with teams already knowing what those dollars are. The teams that might be interested in if they do get Bobashet might be interested and then know exactly what they'll be paying for that guy, and that may affect what kind of prospects you know you can get for it and what kind of trade you can make. 00:05:09 Speaker 1: Maybe, Like I think, though those guys, the numbers that Bowman Star are getting were pretty close to the projections, close very close. People knew Bom was going to be like ten million. There's a lot of moving parts in Boba sheet, including what you'd have to trade in the infield. 00:05:26 Speaker 2: Right, Yeah, well yeah, maybe obviously you'd you'd have to trade Bomb. 00:05:32 Speaker 1: You know. 00:05:32 Speaker 2: My understanding is they can't can't re sign JT and get Boba Schett unless you could find somebody to take on Nick Castianis's whole contract. 00:05:43 Speaker 3: And you know that ain't gonna happen. 00:05:45 Speaker 2: So Taiwan Walker's Tiwan Walker's contract, and that probably you know that. 00:05:49 Speaker 6: Would be and that'd be dangerous too because it would hurt there. 00:05:52 Speaker 5: Even though Taiwan wasn't super effective, he did helped them quite a bit last year, and it would cut into their depth. 00:05:59 Speaker 3: And that space what you need to do. So it's anither either or thing. 00:06:02 Speaker 2: And you know what's interesting about this is we've been talking all off season about Boba Sheet but also JT and why he is so valuable. 00:06:09 Speaker 3: So you wonder, and. 00:06:11 Speaker 2: It's you can't prove anything right now, Like if you lose JT, how is that going to affect the pitching staff? Well, you would like to think that, uh, you know, Christopher Sanchez and Jesus Sizarda would continue to get guys out and Joan Duran, but you know how much of an impact would that have on the pitching staff because we talk all the time about pitching and defense and the importance of it. So you lose JT, you go forth or with Marshawn or Stubbs. Maybe you assigned Victor Quarantini, the free agent to a one year deal. You know what does that mean behind the plate? What does it mean to the pitching staff? But Boba Sheet, obviously is is super exciting. And man, I tell you what, We've been talking also a lot this winter about you know, hitting clean up and we I think we mostly said like Boom right would be the guy Boom but Man, because the content, But Man, Boba Schett, he's he's more, he's a more dangerous hitter. He's a more accomplished hitter than Alec Bohma has been in his career. So, Man, that would be such a huge jump, and it would give. 00:07:12 Speaker 3: A little bit of juice. 00:07:14 Speaker 2: It would give a little bit of juice to the team and in the organization and the fan base, or kind of like. 00:07:21 Speaker 1: When he's healthy. When he's healthy, he's like forty doubles, he's twenty five home runs in this ballpark, He's you know, one hundred and ninety to two hundred and five hits. I mean, it's a it's a good it's a good bat, it's a really good What do you think he would cost because there's some relevance in that with Bregman getting thirty five times five thirty five million AAV. I know this is deferral, but his AAV's thirty five million from the Cubs, I'm not sure. I don't think Bregman Baschett is there. But I also think you know, the you know, the high tide rises all votes and Bishett is gonna benefit from that. And I'm not ruling out he could get something that starts with US three in AAV and can the Phillies go there another thirty million dollar player. 00:08:25 Speaker 2: We'll tell you what if I'm his agent and I'm going, hey, you know, the cub just gave Bregman five was it one seventy five with the Frals whatever, But my guy's four years younger. Yeah, they add on some extra years. Man, he got five years. My guy's twenty eight. It's gonna be twenty eight in March, you know. So I'm wondering, so uh, but. 00:08:46 Speaker 1: You mentioned so. 00:08:47 Speaker 2: Yes, there are a lot of places do roster contract projections. ESPN last month gave him five. 00:08:56 Speaker 3: One fifty for Bobashett. 00:08:58 Speaker 2: Early in the offseason, before everything got started, MLB trade rumors had Bobashet at eight two o eight that's a twenty six AAV. The Athletics Tim Britton he does one and that was eight to twelve, a twenty six point five AAV. So do you think the av's probably gone going to be up north of that? 00:09:16 Speaker 1: So the first year you're saying. 00:09:18 Speaker 5: It depends on the years, I think the years are going to be six or seven, depending on a team that wants too. 00:09:26 Speaker 4: I mean you're looking at sort of a. 00:09:27 Speaker 5: Uh, what was Swanson's deal when he went to the Cubs, A seven year deal somewhere around a two hundred or one hundred and ninety. It may be something end up being something in that range, a seven year one eighty to one ninety, because you want to spread out that number. 00:09:46 Speaker 6: And make that aav maybe a little bit lower for the Phillies. 00:09:50 Speaker 5: I'm not sure exactly what that number was for for uh Swanson, but that that type of a deal based on what happened with Bregman. Now, I do think the Bregman's power, the fact that he's had more success and you know, more success in the playoffs, he's got rings Bo doesn't. 00:10:12 Speaker 3: Have one of those rights. 00:10:14 Speaker 5: Those factors little, but it certainly dragged his number north. And the question is do the Phillies want to jump in again even though he's twenty eight with another really really big number. 00:10:27 Speaker 1: And the tax bill would be on the first year would be monstrous. So I think it was. Hayman reported that Phillies players have been texting Boba shit. J JT is one of the most beloved guys in that club. Poles has everybody's back. I can't believe that sits well with him hearing that. 00:10:50 Speaker 3: No, I don't know if. 00:10:51 Speaker 5: The players really understand that it's an either or thing. Necessarily. They don't care about that. They they think that there's a good player out there to get they're trying to go get it. I don't think that that's a decision for them, and I don't think that they really think about that. I know that is when I was a GM I want to play player, just wanted more players to play with. They have a better team, and I don't know that they knew. They know like all the ins and outs, and it doesn't necessarily. 00:11:18 Speaker 6: Does it preclude That's the real big question. 00:11:21 Speaker 5: If they get something done with them, does it preclude them signing JT? And that's like the bazillion dollar question literally pun intended, because that's. 00:11:33 Speaker 4: Gonna blow a lot of numbers out of. 00:11:34 Speaker 6: The water for the Phillies as far as their payroll is concerned. 00:11:38 Speaker 2: We're going to talk about I'm want to ask you guys about some of the other teams that are competing for Boba Schett. 00:11:44 Speaker 3: We got to talk more about JT right after these words. 00:11:47 Speaker 7: Hey, make good eats at home part of your twenty twenty six New Year's Resolution. Oh the shit, we're talking. 00:12:53 Speaker 2: JT Realmuto, Alex Bregman Saturday Night five year, one hundred and seventy five million dollar deal with the Hubs deferrals. Uh. Interestingly, I don't know what if, what if this means anything, you guys. 00:13:06 Speaker 3: I was told the Phillies were not in on Bregmant at all. That he was. 00:13:09 Speaker 2: It was not like we're looking at Bashett now at this point because JT's taken so long and we're also looking at Bregmant. 00:13:14 Speaker 3: It was like, no, we're not, We're not in on Bregmant. 00:13:17 Speaker 9: Is that. 00:13:19 Speaker 1: The youth, the youth, the four it's an age issue for them. 00:13:22 Speaker 4: They can't keep adding on mid mid thirties. 00:13:25 Speaker 3: Guys. 00:13:26 Speaker 4: You know I didn't benefit from doing that. 00:13:29 Speaker 1: So they got to get younger. 00:13:31 Speaker 5: They definitely the legs, the legs have to get younger. 00:13:35 Speaker 3: Got it? Got it? 00:13:36 Speaker 2: So? 00:13:36 Speaker 1: Okay? 00:13:36 Speaker 3: So the Red Sox now they Phillies are. 00:13:39 Speaker 1: The Phillies are almost as old as the Indiana University football team. 00:13:47 Speaker 3: Hey, now. 00:13:50 Speaker 1: They have rivalry here. I like I like Miami, I like the uh. I like the quarterback. I like his enthusiasm. I like the energy he plays with. And I wonder if he's ever been on a Pitcher's mount because he's six' five and he's got a hose and he's got a. 00:14:06 Speaker 4: Poise, BOY i love. 00:14:07 Speaker 1: It he's got a lot of. Poise sorry for the, tangent but. 00:14:10 Speaker 4: It's fun to watch what they've done up there In miami with that coach. There he's changed. There he's changed their culture as. 00:14:16 Speaker 6: Well it's been pretty cool. 00:14:17 Speaker 1: Anyway that's gonna be a great. 00:14:19 Speaker 2: Game i'm looking forward to both of those. Games so, okay so let's talk about the. Teams they are now reportedly in the hunt For. Bobasheed who do you think worries you the? Most you got The Red. Sox of, course they lost down On. 00:14:33 Speaker 3: Bregman they wanted a back. 00:14:35 Speaker 2: REPORT i think it Was Chris caatello uh said that The Red sox offered five one sixty five. 00:14:43 Speaker 3: To, bregman and obviously that was about ten million. 00:14:45 Speaker 2: Short you had The Blue, jays who supposedly are monitoring of, course, right you monitor all your old players if you're. 00:14:54 Speaker 3: Interested BUT I, i. 00:14:55 Speaker 2: You, know my mind are standing there is they'd have to go. Cheaper it'd have to be a short term. Deal kenne that that you, know signs really don't point to. That then he had The yankees and The. 00:15:04 Speaker 1: Dodgers, dodgers you, know they are very they're very stealthy when they do. Business you. KNOW i guess they could go short, term high salary and put him at second base and Put Tommy edmond in the. Outfield that wouldn't surprise, me because they had some sputtering offense last year throughout the even in the. Postseason heck against The phillies, especially they wouldn't surprise me to be in. IT i, Mean Red Red Sox, nation whatever you call. It they're they're all ticked off up, there yelling and screaming that they didn't get, bragmant so they want to see some. Action they haven't signed a free agent. Yet hell has no fury like A New englander. Scorned SO i would, UH i would, watch uh watch them a little. Bit AND i watched The. Phillies who, KNOWS i. 00:15:58 Speaker 4: THINK i think It's boston And. PHILLIES i really that's that's That that to. 00:16:02 Speaker 5: Me what better way For boston to uh to sort of break left after not Getting bregman and to, uh you, know to sort of hurt The Toronto Blue jays also in that, division than to make a really strong. Run it's an, addition a subtraction in a lot of ways For, boston and they haven't made a. SPLASH i can't imagine that they won't walk away soon with one big boy at. LEAST i don't know if they're even in on The tuckers of the world and The bellingers of the. 00:16:36 Speaker 4: World who, knows BUT i got. 00:16:38 Speaker 5: To believe that they're probably more app to try to make a really really strong heavy run on Uh on On boba shit at this time since between those. 00:16:50 Speaker 2: Two so, hey real, quick if you haven't hit subscribe on the on YouTube for The Philly, show make sure you go do, that and of, course as always go to The philly showshop dot com. 00:16:58 Speaker 3: To get Your philly. Ship who are you going on? 00:17:15 Speaker 3: IT i Got Dave, preston Dom Don. 00:17:22 Speaker 2: Maddingly of, course you know they they got a good. 00:17:26 Speaker 3: Relationship from What. 00:17:27 Speaker 1: Bobby dickerson because he's going to change, Positions. 00:17:29 Speaker 2: Bobby, Dickerson Kevin. LONG i would think maybe a little guest appearance from Uh Bryce. Harper MAYBE i don't. Know he's he's been on some forget. 00:17:38 Speaker 5: Your, manager don't forget your manager rop Tops Cal. 00:17:42 Speaker 3: Schwarber. Yeah. 00:17:44 Speaker 5: Good and because he does like to stay a little, involved you might see jam There John. 00:17:50 Speaker 4: Middleton if they're. 00:17:53 Speaker 5: Truly serious about, it to the point where this is something that are definitely interested in. Doing that may that meeting might happen with the next. One but as, possible you might See John, middleton uh. 00:18:09 Speaker 1: Involved they could come in. 00:18:11 Speaker 5: WAVES i don't know, that BUT i think it's it's possible they. 00:18:15 Speaker 4: Might he might be in the next. 00:18:17 Speaker 1: One they could come in waves and like change on the, fly. 00:18:23 Speaker 4: Slide on in here to this, zoom my, friend. 00:18:25 Speaker 1: He'll be in the waiting. 00:18:26 Speaker 4: Room maybe in the waiting. 00:18:29 Speaker 3: Room great, POINT i me. 00:18:30 Speaker 9: Know. 00:18:30 Speaker 5: Obviously then it's the thing to think about because we didn't do those sorts of things back in the. 00:18:35 Speaker 4: Day it didn't have that. 00:18:36 Speaker 5: Ability you had, it you, know phone conferences and stuff like, that but certainly not zooms as. 00:18:43 Speaker 4: Much it wasn't something that you. DID i try to do it face to. 00:18:48 Speaker 5: FACE i like to do a lot of face to, face but in this day and age a little difficult to get everybody in the right. 00:18:54 Speaker 4: Spot. 00:18:55 Speaker 3: Yeah plus you know he just got. Married maybe he's going on his honeymoon. 00:18:58 Speaker 1: Next in a few. 00:18:59 Speaker 3: Days oh that's. Right at this thing locked? 00:19:02 Speaker 2: Down maybe, Busy, yeah so how about? This, Okay so so the meetings On, monday whenever it wraps, up you, know someone's gonna some reports are going to start coming, out and it's going to be uh. 00:19:13 Speaker 3: Productive it's going to be a produccessful and successful. 00:19:16 Speaker 2: Meeting Uh obashett more intrigued than. Ever, Phillies phillies were fraud foaming at the mouth at the prospects that it's going to be a lot of that, stuff, right and so that you KNOW. Jt Real muto's camp is going to catch wind of. 00:19:32 Speaker 3: That and So i'm. 00:19:34 Speaker 2: Wondering i'm, wondering and this is this is a serious, question And RUBIN I i'll ask you, know both of you guys and, answers BUT i love your. 00:19:41 Speaker 3: Perspective so hypothetically it comes out that this meeting went. Great phillies Love. 00:19:47 Speaker 2: Bobashett The, PHILLIES i want to point, out have not put any deadline ON. 00:19:52 Speaker 3: Jt Real. Muto there is no. Deadline you gotta. Know we we have to know By january fifteenth or. Whatever there's no. 00:19:57 Speaker 1: Death we. 00:19:58 Speaker 4: Don't we don't think. 00:19:58 Speaker 3: THERE i, mean my understanding is there is no. 00:20:01 Speaker 2: Deadline so, yeah maybe that's that's, changed but but say there maybe there. Is but, regardless he calls Up, TOMORROW jt calls Up Dave tomorrow, Goes i'll take what you offered. 00:20:15 Speaker 1: Me stop the. 00:20:16 Speaker 5: Zoom, WELL i, think you, KNOW i think we'll have to have an emergency pod BECAUSE i think what's gonna end up, happening or Emergency todd, pod just BECAUSE i don't think that they're gonna renig on a on an offer that's sitting out. 00:20:30 Speaker 6: There there's no way they could do. That and if they and if he. 00:20:35 Speaker 5: Does take, it he will be he will end up being a signed player. 00:20:40 Speaker 4: Almost. 00:20:41 Speaker 6: Immediately and then and. 00:20:44 Speaker 4: Then and then does the rubber hit the road after? That what happens after? 00:20:50 Speaker 5: That because does that make them and preclude them from the Bow, baschett and how does that affect the fan? Base and really changing the lineup won't really really do much to change the lineup other than sitting there with a new center fielder who could be a rookie and a new right. 00:21:07 Speaker 6: Fielder who a lot of question marks they have on. 00:21:11 Speaker 1: Him even with all This bashette, STUFF i still THINK jt might be their priority because of the importance of the position and what he brings to that pitching. Staff and then you, know they get him, done maybe they think, of, hey here's a special. Opportunity maybe we can push it forward and Do bashett as. Well. 00:21:32 Speaker 5: Well it's interesting to hearing about this the fan base sort of it's. Shifting, yeah it seems, like, hey you know, What JT's waiting around this, Long let's just go get bobaschet and we'll go With. Marshawn and may live to regret that, Comment but you, KNOW i think that people are thinking either or right, now And i'm not sure if that's necessarily the. 00:21:56 Speaker 6: Case maybe it. Is it's likely based. 00:21:59 Speaker 5: On their pay role and what they have to, do all the machinations that have to happen if they do Get. Bo, Hey i'm all for. Change i'm good with. It go ahead and make a. Move i'll Take Bo. Baschett nothing AGAINST. Jt you love, them love to have. Him i'll take that young, man and'll you'll make it more a more dynamic. 00:22:20 Speaker 4: Lineup there's no question about. 00:22:21 Speaker 1: That it would be. 00:22:22 Speaker 2: Good so right, now The phillies projected payroll according To coott's, contracts it's three hundred and two. Million that's two million dollars below the fourth luxury. Tax uh and just some some you, know Save bashett signs a, contract THE aav is twenty seven and a. 00:22:38 Speaker 3: Half, AGAIN i just threw that number out. 00:22:40 Speaker 4: There that's some of the that's a realistic number. 00:22:42 Speaker 2: Though so twenty seven and a half they Trade Alec boum cut down ten point, two and NOW i need to find a backup. Catcher and there was a projection out there For Victor carratinia THE aav was seven point. 00:22:54 Speaker 3: FIVE i think it's gonna be lower than. 00:22:56 Speaker 1: That probably looked at Jonah heim could be. 00:22:59 Speaker 3: Something like that as. 00:23:00 Speaker 4: Well so maybe a, million four, million six. 00:23:02 Speaker 2: Million so for argument's, sake BECAUSE i can't do the math that quickly in my. 00:23:05 Speaker 3: Head let's let's stick with the seven and a. 00:23:08 Speaker 2: Half but this will give you the idea that would run The phillies payroll to almost three hundred and twenty eight million. Dollars their luxury tax penalties then would be around sixty five million dollars at that, number you. 00:23:22 Speaker 3: Know take take, off take off two and. 00:23:23 Speaker 2: A half million in luxury tax penalties if you Get kerotenia or a him or something like that for five. Million but that just kind of gives you an idea of where they are and why and why they have to clear some. Payroll and it would likely it's a likely either or scenario Between bushett and Real. Muto but again Maybe John milton after maybe it'll get so close to both that he'll have a change of. 00:23:49 Speaker 3: Heart but let's asking a. 00:23:51 Speaker 6: Lot it's asking a lot of the ownership. 00:23:53 Speaker 4: Group there's no question about. 00:23:55 Speaker 3: It yeah they, should you, know so, well it. 00:23:59 Speaker 1: Just makes the dead money on the roster is just so. 00:24:02 Speaker 5: Galling, yeah The, nick but The casiano's twenty, million and you can't say dead money On Taiwan. Walker but it's a it's a healthy ticket and they're gonna have to deal with. 00:24:15 Speaker 2: It, yeah it's it's, yeah The Nick castiano's. THING i, mean at some point there are thirty nine guys in the, rosters so you know that decision is gonna be coming soon on, him and they're just not gonna be able to have any have anybody eat any of that, money probably just gonna have to release the. 00:24:35 Speaker 3: GUY i think. So but it's exciting. Though boba possibility has people kind of. Excited he's he said it, great in a really nice career so. 00:24:45 Speaker 1: Far the folks are gonna need. 00:24:48 Speaker 5: Something some of the things THAT i really love About boba Shit i've, Heard i've WHEN i briefly during the, PANDEMIC i was consulting a little bit with The Toronto Blue, jays had opportunity to be around the young. Man and the thing about him is that he makes adjustments per pitch. Count so if he's up in the count two, oh, one, oh he's gonna he's gonna. 00:25:13 Speaker 4: Try to turn and burn on. 00:25:14 Speaker 5: One if he's getting into a two strike, Count i'll try to put the ball in play and hit the ball the other. 00:25:19 Speaker 1: Way if he sees. 00:25:20 Speaker 5: There's an opening between first and second and as a man on first, base he might try to hit that ball to the right side and move. Rudder he's been taught by his, Dad. Dante they work very hard. TOGETHER i think he's one of those guys that really studies the, game has great energy as a student of the, game and wants to win and, uh you, know you'd love to have as many guys as you can pile up in your roster who have that sort of mentality and that ability, selfless, intelligent. 00:25:56 Speaker 4: Uh and gamer type. 00:25:59 Speaker 5: Player you try to get as many of those guys as you possibly. 00:26:03 Speaker 4: Can are you his? 00:26:04 Speaker 5: Agent, WELL i Mean i've seen, him AND i love the way he. PLAYS i don't necessarily think he's a above average shortstop. Defender maybe he's better at second. BASE i didn't see him enough at. Second he's a good stick. 00:26:21 Speaker 4: You don't really played third, base but he's. 00:26:23 Speaker 5: Instinctive he knows how to, play and he'll figure out how to play second or third. 00:26:28 Speaker 4: Base i'm not worried about. 00:26:31 Speaker 1: That he's a good stick, man and that would and it's the right handed stick what this team has been begging. 00:26:37 Speaker 2: For, yes, yes and then if you get anything out Of, garcia now you Have, yeah now you have. 00:26:43 Speaker 1: Something now you've Got garcia, down you, know less. 00:26:47 Speaker 2: Pressure, yeah he just needs to go out and hit like twenty twenty five home. 00:26:51 Speaker 3: RUNS i think he's gonna hit. 00:26:53 Speaker 1: One on Opening. Day, yeah, yeah, Maybe. 00:26:56 Speaker 4: JIM i love that bold. Prediction why don't you have that for the? 00:26:59 Speaker 3: Bold he had the one in the. World CAN i do? 00:27:04 Speaker 1: THAT i, mean you, know you show me. 00:27:07 Speaker 5: More if you if you drop that Dollas garcia on first you Know Opening, Day. 00:27:12 Speaker 1: Jack he's gonna hit. One it's gonna be about it's gonna be about one hund forty two degrees and the wind is gonna be howling out to the left and he's gonna loft. 00:27:22 Speaker 3: One against his former, team The Texas. Rangers, oh he's. 00:27:26 Speaker 4: Gonna want to show. 00:27:27 Speaker 5: Him you can book, that all. 00:27:30 Speaker 3: Right, Guys well we will be back for sure this.
