<v Speaker 6>idea how after watching that, you guys have an appetite

<v Speaker 1>I did bring Dennis because I wanted to make sure
<v Speaker 1>we had somebody who was a full grown adult when
<v Speaker 1>this came on. So, you know, Dennis is Dennis is
<v Speaker 1>really old. He's you know, what are you now, like sixty?
<v Speaker 7>Didn't you just have a birthday? And what was it?
<v Speaker 1>Yeah it was earlier than yours.
<v Speaker 2>Okay, so how old are you.
<v Speaker 4>I'm forty two.
<v Speaker 2>Okay, so you're the youngest. No, No, forty five. John's forty.

<v Speaker 3>Yeah, John, you're forty Dennis held are you forty nine?
<v Speaker 2>That's okay, I'm forty seven. I'm forty five, so I'm
<v Speaker 2>square in the middle of you, guys. I just we
<v Speaker 2>were trying to remember what we really remember about watching
<v Speaker 2>the Star Wars Holiday special. Dennis, did you see this
<v Speaker 2>in the original? Yeah?
<v Speaker 7>Actually we did. We saw it on TV the actual run.
<v Speaker 6>The only thing that I actually remember back then was
<v Speaker 6>I remember the big like kind of like, I have
<v Speaker 6>a big memory of the treehouse, the Stormtroopers up there,
<v Speaker 6>and I remember like Han Solo rushing in, and I
<v Speaker 6>do remember Luke being on there and looking different than
<v Speaker 6>he did in the movie.
<v Speaker 3>We were just talking, So I definitely am old enough
<v Speaker 3>to remember going to see Star Wars in the theaters,
<v Speaker 3>but so I was born in seventy three, so seventy
<v Speaker 3>seven I would be four. But it was released several times,
<v Speaker 3>so it was released in seventy seven, it was re
<v Speaker 3>released in seventy eight and seventy nine, so I'm not
<v Speaker 3>sure which. I remember having a C threebo figure in
<v Speaker 3>my hand when I went, so it couldn't have been
<v Speaker 3>the original run.
<v Speaker 2>I don't know. It's tough trying to put together those memories.
<v Speaker 2>But Star Wars was a hugely important thing in my
<v Speaker 2>life still is really, so.
<v Speaker 7>Yeah, the original the actual Star Wars I did see
<v Speaker 7>in the theater.
<v Speaker 6>I mean I had because I had four older brothers,
<v Speaker 6>so I was in that situation where I was going
<v Speaker 6>to get dragged along to the theater with them. So
<v Speaker 6>I saw a lot of movies when I was relative.
<v Speaker 6>I look back now and I'm like, wow, I saw
<v Speaker 6>that when I was like five or six or seven,
<v Speaker 6>and you kind of remember. But I do remember having
<v Speaker 6>like nightmare dreams a little bit over the original Star Wars,
<v Speaker 6>just about stormtroopers chasing me through Kmart like it.
<v Speaker 4>It was more for me.
<v Speaker 1>The original original Star Wars I saw in eighty one.
<v Speaker 1>I would have been like one or two years old.
<v Speaker 1>But I know this for a fact because and I
<v Speaker 1>saw it at home, didn't see in the theater, because
<v Speaker 1>I was born in eighty My dad and I remember
<v Speaker 1>him telling this. He must have lorded this over us
<v Speaker 1>for a while. He must have spent something like eight
<v Speaker 1>hundred dollars nine hundred dollars on a VCR back in
<v Speaker 1>eighty one, and he only had enough money left over
<v Speaker 1>to by one VHS tape because they were about eighty
<v Speaker 1>or ninety bucks apiece at the time, and so he
<v Speaker 1>bought the original Star Wars. I still have that VHS
<v Speaker 1>tape sitting somewhere in a box I will. I won't
<v Speaker 1>play it because it'll get ripped to shreds if I do.
<v Speaker 1>But yeah, I still have that. And that was. So
<v Speaker 1>that was like my babysitter for a while, because my
<v Speaker 1>parents realized if they stuck me in front of the
<v Speaker 1>TV and put that on, I'm not crawling away. I'm
<v Speaker 1>not going anywhere. I'm locked in. So that was that
<v Speaker 1>was the start of my Star Wars life affair.
<v Speaker 2>Okay, so on a scale of one to ten, with
<v Speaker 2>ten being the most nerdy Star Wars fan that you
<v Speaker 2>can be and one being you saw one of the movies.
<v Speaker 2>Where do you get where do you guys from this?
<v Speaker 1>This one goes to eleven? Okay, now that's for me. Yeah,
<v Speaker 1>for me, it's I'm I'm a ten. If there's something
<v Speaker 1>higher than ten, sure, like I'm the one I bo
<v Speaker 1>was on here, he would tell you don't play Star
<v Speaker 1>Wars trivial pursuit with me. I had a buddy that
<v Speaker 1>I went to a I wanted to go to a
<v Speaker 1>Star Wars trivia at a bar that's that's up in
<v Speaker 1>one of the towns up here. And I didn't want
<v Speaker 1>to be the lonely dork sitting there by myself doing
<v Speaker 1>Star Wars trivia. So a friend of mine went with me,
<v Speaker 1>and he's like, I like Star Wars, but I'm not
<v Speaker 1>gonna be able to answer any of these questions. And
<v Speaker 1>so I single handedly answered every single question right and
<v Speaker 1>I won. I mean I was in a room of
<v Speaker 1>like eighty other people. I won just by myself versus
<v Speaker 1>these teams of like eight to ten people. So and
<v Speaker 1>I dressed my family up, like we go to the
<v Speaker 1>comic book conventions here in Chicago, and my kids are
<v Speaker 1>dressed up. My daughter was the Mandalorian, my wife was
<v Speaker 1>Casta knew that the Jedi Library in the last time
<v Speaker 1>we went. You know, I've done Luke Skywalker all the no.
<v Speaker 1>If you yeah, I go to eleven. We'll put it
<v Speaker 1>that way.
<v Speaker 2>Okay, what about you?
<v Speaker 5>Well, if John is a ten like I, I've never
<v Speaker 5>been on a bench, Okay, John's eleven.
<v Speaker 4>I mean I don't know.
<v Speaker 5>I would I would definitely say like an eight or
<v Speaker 5>nine the last like a ten.
<v Speaker 4>I mean, how much do I love Star Wars? I
<v Speaker 4>would say a ten.
<v Speaker 5>As far as like just having that knowledge, I think
<v Speaker 5>it would kind of be an insult to John if
<v Speaker 5>I kind of ranked myself in his category of just
<v Speaker 5>having that knowledge. So that's that's the only thing that
<v Speaker 5>I knocked myself down a little bit on.
<v Speaker 4>But how much do I love Star Wars? Oh?
<v Speaker 5>Yeah, because I mean I remember, you know, like some
<v Speaker 5>of my earliest members playing with the neighbor, and like
<v Speaker 5>I had a friend and she would come over and
<v Speaker 5>I had I had dark hair, so I was Han Solo.
<v Speaker 5>My friend was blonde, so he was Luke Skywalker. And
<v Speaker 5>then I had a friend that would come over and
<v Speaker 5>she'd be Princess Leah. I mean from the earliest memories,
<v Speaker 5>I remember having the toys, playing with the toys, grabbing
<v Speaker 5>dowel rods, or breaking the broom part off a broom
<v Speaker 5>handle and then taping it up to make a lightsaber.
<v Speaker 5>And I mean doing all those things and just like
<v Speaker 5>like super early memories. It's Star Wars was always a
<v Speaker 5>part of it. I in fact, like one of my
<v Speaker 5>earliest I remember Empire Strikes Back because I was too
<v Speaker 5>when Empire came out, and I remember being taken to
<v Speaker 5>the theater to see it, and my parents deny that
<v Speaker 5>up and down. But like I remember getting freaked out
<v Speaker 5>with the Imperial Walkers scene.
<v Speaker 4>I mean in that scene.
<v Speaker 5>Still I watch it and it it activates something in
<v Speaker 5>the reptilian brain.
<v Speaker 1>You know.
<v Speaker 4>I'm just like you know, drawn to that. But I
<v Speaker 4>remember getting like.
<v Speaker 5>A shoebox like you'd buy shoes, and the shoe box
<v Speaker 5>you could it up and it had some little like
<v Speaker 5>pieces you could play with and it was like a
<v Speaker 5>little your shoe box became this place set that looked
<v Speaker 5>like hath like it had a little picture of the
<v Speaker 5>Millennium falcon and you know. So I mean all these
<v Speaker 5>like super early memories of being a kid and playing
<v Speaker 5>with that and all that and I mean it was
<v Speaker 5>like Star Wars was always there, you know, you as
<v Speaker 5>soon as the book started coming out, before when there
<v Speaker 5>were only three movies, picking up all the books, reading
<v Speaker 5>all the books, talking about it with friends, you know,
<v Speaker 5>the idea that.
<v Speaker 4>There's going to be a prequel series. What no, really? Well, yeah,
<v Speaker 4>look at it, dude. It says episode four.
<v Speaker 5>That means there's one two it like just I just
<v Speaker 5>remember spending hours talking about that, and so anyways, I
<v Speaker 5>won't get too long winded, but I would definitely say
<v Speaker 5>eight or nine. I mean i'd say ten, but I
<v Speaker 5>can't compare to John's level of Star Wars intelligence and dedication,
<v Speaker 5>So I wouldn't want to put myself in his class
<v Speaker 5>of that. But love for Star Wars, Yeah, I definitely
<v Speaker 5>put it up there, all right, Danish.
<v Speaker 6>Your next Yeah, I mean I would very much echoing
<v Speaker 6>a lot of what Pat says, especially when John says
<v Speaker 6>at ten or eleven.
<v Speaker 7>Now, I would say during.
<v Speaker 6>When I was younger, when you know, from New Hope
<v Speaker 6>to Empire Strikes Back, when those all originally came out
<v Speaker 6>as a kid, I'd be up there with eleven with John.
<v Speaker 7>I mean, we had everything, we were involved.
<v Speaker 6>I mean it was it was like, yeah, you were,
<v Speaker 6>you were just you were all in with that and
<v Speaker 6>just waiting to do whatever you had to do to
<v Speaker 6>get there to see that movie on opening day we saw.
<v Speaker 6>I remember seeing Empire Strikes back when it first came out,
<v Speaker 6>like first day, opening day, waiting in line.
<v Speaker 7>And then the same thing with Jedi. It was like
<v Speaker 7>we had to see those.
<v Speaker 6>Now that you know elderly, it's like, now you get
<v Speaker 6>to the point where with all the other movies, I
<v Speaker 6>would say, similar thing with Pat, where there's people who
<v Speaker 6>are still so very die hard about that all the
<v Speaker 6>way up to whatever comes out. While I love it
<v Speaker 6>at a ten, my knowledge and probably fan qualifications, we'd
<v Speaker 6>probably closer to like the eighth.
<v Speaker 7>So I'd put it probably like around an eight. That
<v Speaker 7>would be fair.
<v Speaker 6>Otherwise, like you said, like Pat perfectly said, it's kind
<v Speaker 6>of an insult to anybody who's a ten.
<v Speaker 7>If you're gonna set ten as.
<v Speaker 6>The benchmark and John is an eleven, I gotta go
<v Speaker 6>down to about eight, maybe eight and a half, you know.
<v Speaker 3>So you got George Lucas and John as a ten,
<v Speaker 3>and then we've dropping down just a little bit lower
<v Speaker 3>than that.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, John, maybe above George. I don't know that he
<v Speaker 2>cares as much about his George Lucas, John Jon Favreau.
<v Speaker 2>Where are you Okay? So I'm glad to be here
<v Speaker 2>with you guys, because I know that Jason rinks far
<v Speaker 2>above me as well. He's gonna put himself in the
<v Speaker 2>same area that you guys are at. So I watched
<v Speaker 2>all of the movies, and I can tell you things
<v Speaker 2>about all of the movies. And when I was a kid,
<v Speaker 2>I had Star Wars sheets in my bed, and I
<v Speaker 2>played with the figurines, but I was not action figures,
<v Speaker 2>figurines whatever. I played with those a little bit, probably
<v Speaker 2>as much as I played with the Ga Joe guys,
<v Speaker 2>but it was I don't have I don't have the
<v Speaker 2>nerd knowledge base on this one. I obviously have it
<v Speaker 2>on a whole lot of other things. Plenty of nerdness
<v Speaker 2>over here, but Star Wars is not my wheelhouse. So
<v Speaker 2>I would say I'm probably a five, okay, all right?
<v Speaker 3>For me, I would say for the original trilogy, I
<v Speaker 3>would say I'm a ten, But I dropped. I started
<v Speaker 3>dropping after that. So the prequels was very I was
<v Speaker 3>Opening day guy, and you know, very interested in those.
<v Speaker 3>I was a little bit let down, and you know
<v Speaker 3>the books and the comics, I kind of fade.
<v Speaker 2>But four, five, and six for me, I'm top of
<v Speaker 2>the heat.
<v Speaker 3>Probably so very very meaningful movies to me change my life.
<v Speaker 2>So I said, we should probably break up the conversations
<v Speaker 2>that we'll have from time to time by doing a
<v Speaker 2>little bit of trivia. And my intention was to bring
<v Speaker 2>some Star Wars trivia. And Jason actually has the Star
<v Speaker 2>Wars trivial pursuit, but I forgot mine. But I happened
<v Speaker 2>to have eighties and nineties trivia cards in my call are,
<v Speaker 2>So I said to Jason, I'm like, this is actually
<v Speaker 2>good because I would just fail miserably at the Star
<v Speaker 2>Wars trivia. But we will break it up from time
<v Speaker 2>to time with some Star Wars trivia and see see
<v Speaker 2>if you guys have accurately. Are you ready ranked yourself? Yeah,

<v Speaker 3>Okay, So, like we said, this was released on November seventeenth,
<v Speaker 3>nineteen seventy eight. The budget was about a million bucks.

<v Speaker 7>Already charged that much million.
<v Speaker 3>Dollars, one million bucks in nineteen seventy eight. I mean,
<v Speaker 3>what was Star Wars' budget? I mean it wasn't tons.
<v Speaker 5>You know, well, anything that resembled a special effect was
<v Speaker 5>all like a like a like a grab from the movie.
<v Speaker 4>So I don't know what they spent.
<v Speaker 3>They stole a lot of stuff, you know, footage from
<v Speaker 3>the original Star Wars.
<v Speaker 1>On this, clearly yeah, the original the budget the budget
<v Speaker 1>for the original Star Wars movie is eleven million, eleven
<v Speaker 1>million bucks.
<v Speaker 2>Okay, this is at least his tenth a good ten good.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah, if Star Wars is a ten, then this is
<v Speaker 3>a one right right by the.
<v Speaker 2>Way, this is the worst score I've ever seen on IMDb.
<v Speaker 2>It ranks two point one on IMDb out of ten.
<v Speaker 2>I have never seen a score that bad in my life. Wow. Wow,

<v Speaker 1>a few days ago when that YouTube video popped up
<v Speaker 1>and it actually starts before the special starts, and it's
<v Speaker 1>like the Incredible Hulk will not be shown tonight. And
<v Speaker 1>I'm sitting there going, oh, man, Incredible Hulk. I'd much
<v Speaker 1>rather watch that.
<v Speaker 2>You put me on the on the Incredible Hulk Nerd scale,
<v Speaker 2>and I'm a ten solid ten on the Incredible I
<v Speaker 2>had When my brother would go get baseball cards, I
<v Speaker 2>would only get Incredible Hulk cards. I obsessed over Luf Rigno.
<v Speaker 2>I watched every movie he was in, even the ones
<v Speaker 2>that were well, they were all bad. But yeah, But.
<v Speaker 1>The question, the question is, when you walk out of
<v Speaker 1>a room, do you have the Lonely Man theme queued
<v Speaker 1>up on your phone to play?
<v Speaker 2>I put my head down and then I think you
<v Speaker 2>pull it up and roar.
<v Speaker 4>Do people not want to make you angry?

<v Speaker 3>When his eyes turned tail blue, just run for the hill,
<v Speaker 3>all right. So this was broadcast on a Friday, right
<v Speaker 3>around Thanksgiving. Like we said, November seventeen, thirteen million people
<v Speaker 3>watch this. It finished second behind the Love Boat.
<v Speaker 2>Let's be specific. Thirteen million people watched about the first
<v Speaker 2>hour of this, and then there was a unanimous click
<v Speaker 2>heard around the world as people turned their TV dial
<v Speaker 2>to some other channel besides CBS.
<v Speaker 1>It's as if it's as if a million voices suddenly
<v Speaker 1>cried out in error silenced.
<v Speaker 2>I got that reference, I got it. This one started
<v Speaker 2>off it was a pitch by CBS to Lucas and
<v Speaker 2>they wanted to do it, and Lucas saw this as
<v Speaker 2>an opportunity to make more money with the action figures
<v Speaker 2>and other merchandise and so. But their plan was to
<v Speaker 2>do a like a combination of star Wars and a
<v Speaker 2>variety show, because in the seventies, variety shows were the thing,
<v Speaker 2>right you had the Carol Burnett Show, and you had
<v Speaker 2>like there were a bunch of the Mandrel Sisters. Yeah, yeah,

<v Speaker 2>ended up with Pat Proft, who he wrote Hot Shots,
<v Speaker 2>Scary Movie, Real Genius. And then Bruce Flanch who he
<v Speaker 2>you know who he is, Yes, Hollywood Squares all the time.
<v Speaker 2>He was a part of the Adam Sandler Johan thing
<v Speaker 2>and he would write for Comic Relief and the Oscar shows.
<v Speaker 2>So with those guys, Intel you'd think, hey, this is
<v Speaker 2>going to be a well written thing.
<v Speaker 3>With Mark Hamill, Harrison Ford and George Luke is kind
<v Speaker 3>of kind of doing the story.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, and you get Art Carney, who is a comedic actor.

<v Speaker 1>he's talking to her and he has like the worst
<v Speaker 1>possible secret code ever? Was that what he's trying to
<v Speaker 1>explain that? Yeah, that you know that shaggy carpet that
<v Speaker 1>you ordered, I know what you're calling. It's it's on
<v Speaker 1>its way. It's gonna rive at your house. You know,
<v Speaker 1>there was this little woman like four planets away. She
<v Speaker 1>did it by herself. In fact, you might say she
<v Speaker 1>did it by han so low, which is why.

<v Speaker 1>head was Rizzo, the rat from Muppets Take Manhattan Go.

<v Speaker 2>could respond in such a way that you knew what
<v Speaker 2>he said. Nine and a half minutes of them running
<v Speaker 2>around the house. And here's the thing, here's what we
<v Speaker 2>found out. This thing was supposed to only be an
<v Speaker 2>hour long, but when the when advertisers found out it
<v Speaker 2>was coming out, there were so many people begging to
<v Speaker 2>be on board. They decided to stretch it to basically
<v Speaker 2>a two hour special. And that's why you have so
<v Speaker 2>much time that you're just at the screen going what
<v Speaker 2>what in the world? Why would anybody want to watch this?
<v Speaker 2>Who thought this was a good idea?
<v Speaker 1>And I remember reading that they told George Lucas at
<v Speaker 1>the time that because it was his idea to focus
<v Speaker 1>it around Chewbacca's family, And I remember reading something somewhere
<v Speaker 1>that they're like, Okay, George, this Wookie's talking for extended periods.
<v Speaker 1>It's not going to work. It's like, yes, Chewbacca can
<v Speaker 1>do it without without subtitles, but that's because Chewbacca is
<v Speaker 1>not standing there giving like Mark Anthony's speech from Julius Caesar.

<v Speaker 1>he talks and Han responds or somebody else or C
<v Speaker 1>three po translates or And from my understanding, like that
<v Speaker 1>was that was almost the extent of George Lucas's participation
<v Speaker 1>was to basically say, okay, fine do this thing, and hey,
<v Speaker 1>I think you should do it using Chewbacca's family as
<v Speaker 1>the focal point, and that's just yeah, it's and it's
<v Speaker 1>it's painful. It's painful in it, and it bothered me
<v Speaker 1>so much when I read. I was like, when I
<v Speaker 1>watched this for the first time, I didn't really look
<v Speaker 1>up to see who, like the producers were, and the
<v Speaker 1>and the costume design and everything else. And then when
<v Speaker 1>I did finally look that up, and I was like, good,
<v Speaker 1>these Wookie costumes they look terrible, like Itchy just looks
<v Speaker 1>like Archie Bunker version of Chewbacca. And the sounds are
<v Speaker 1>just terrible in this. I mean it sounds lumpy every
<v Speaker 1>once in a while, sounds like you know when when
<v Speaker 1>et is kind of chittering and running around and doing
<v Speaker 1>that kind of stuff. And then I looked it up
<v Speaker 1>and it's it's Stan Winston did the creature designs, and
<v Speaker 1>it was Ben Burt did the sound, you know, from
<v Speaker 1>the Star Wars movies. And I'm sitting there going, what
<v Speaker 1>happened to you guys?

<v Speaker 2>guy that went to USC with him. It was a

<v Speaker 2>of shooting he was like, I can't forget this crap. Yeah,
<v Speaker 2>this is terrible. I can't get along with the producers,
<v Speaker 2>and so they brought in this guy named Steve Binder.
<v Speaker 2>Now Steve Binder had done a couple of really big
<v Speaker 2>like he did the Petula Clark TV special which was
<v Speaker 2>in nineteen sixty eight, which was a huge deal because
<v Speaker 2>it was like she was singing a duet with Harry
<v Speaker 2>Belafonte and touches his arm. It's part of the singing.
<v Speaker 2>Well in nineteen sixty eight, apparently that was a huge
<v Speaker 2>deal and people were like executives were like, we can't
<v Speaker 2>show this in the South. People will lose their minds
<v Speaker 2>a white woman touching the arm of a black man,
<v Speaker 2>And basically they did it anyway, and so it was
<v Speaker 2>a bit. He was a big part of that, and
<v Speaker 2>then he was also part of the Elvis Presley sixty
<v Speaker 2>eight Comeback special, which was huge because nobody knew who
<v Speaker 2>the crap? I mean, I said, I didn't recognize Elvis anymore.
<v Speaker 2>Sixty eight, he had lost all his fame and that
<v Speaker 2>really was a big comeback special for him. But the
<v Speaker 2>only information that he got from George Lucas was the
<v Speaker 2>Wookie Bible.

<v Speaker 6>I mean, I'm honestly like I started watching it prior,
<v Speaker 6>like a couple of days ago, like a few days ago,
<v Speaker 6>on my own, and then when it got to the
<v Speaker 6>weird bits and pieces, I was just like, whoa this?
<v Speaker 6>I like, I'm not but I still for the podcast.
<v Speaker 6>I need to watch the thing. I was like, all right,
<v Speaker 6>So it was put on hold. And then when Hunters
<v Speaker 6>sitting there watching it my son, it was we're eating
<v Speaker 6>kind of dinner and.
<v Speaker 7>Watching this and as it's going is just looking at
<v Speaker 7>his reactions.
<v Speaker 6>I mean, I knew what the expect already, like a
<v Speaker 6>lot of it, because I was like He's like, no,
<v Speaker 6>this is weird, Like it gets weird, and it was
<v Speaker 6>getting weirder and weirder. I will be honest, I can't
<v Speaker 6>see that. I saw the whole entire version this time,
<v Speaker 6>because as this went on to keep him watching, I
<v Speaker 6>had to fast forward through any of the musical numbers
<v Speaker 6>get the head a little bit. I was like, all right,
<v Speaker 6>people are singing and dancing, skip ahead a little bit.
<v Speaker 6>All right, we're back with what that number is done.
<v Speaker 6>And then we go into the so anytime it kind
<v Speaker 6>of kicked into a musical number, we kind of like
<v Speaker 6>we skipped a little bit ahead, but I did get
<v Speaker 6>enough of the weird you know that weird vibe too,
<v Speaker 6>but okay, yeah, and then the b Arthur song just yeah,
<v Speaker 6>I was just like, once we're out of that, that
<v Speaker 6>felt like a total Muppet song skit, Like I don't know.
<v Speaker 6>That was bizarre and a little creepy with uh with
<v Speaker 6>Harvey Corman coming in, I'm like, they really got Harvey
<v Speaker 6>Corman to like play as many parts as they could
<v Speaker 6>in this they like, I think he was the bulk
<v Speaker 6>of that million dollar budget.
<v Speaker 4>There, and.
<v Speaker 2>He was he was on just for who anybody who
<v Speaker 2>doesn't know, Harvey Corman was on the Carrollbournett Show, which
<v Speaker 2>was one of those variety shows, and he was he
<v Speaker 2>was the fourth funniest person on that show out of
<v Speaker 2>a cast of five or six. Yeah. Yeah, he was
<v Speaker 2>good in blazing saddles. Yeah, but my what I'd heard
<v Speaker 2>is he was kind of a prima donna on that show,
<v Speaker 2>and so this was probably a Hey, I'm in the
<v Speaker 2>New Star Wars special, Hahn, I'm pouring drinks in the
<v Speaker 2>top of my head and be a forearmed cook.
<v Speaker 6>One of the funny one of the funny things that
<v Speaker 6>we were saying, Like, as we're watching it, my son's like, so,
<v Speaker 6>is this the first one? Is this the first one?
<v Speaker 6>Like he was like thinking, was this before the And
<v Speaker 6>I go, what do you mean the first one? He goes,
<v Speaker 6>He goes, you know, the one was this before? Did
<v Speaker 6>this come before New Hope? And I'm like, this was
<v Speaker 6>the first one. If this was the first one, there
<v Speaker 6>wouldn't be a second one.
<v Speaker 2>So yeah, right, right, absolutely.
<v Speaker 6>There's no way anybody would have I think people I
<v Speaker 6>will say that I would be interesting to see how
<v Speaker 6>many people did stick with it for the whole time,
<v Speaker 6>because when he said that a lot of people would
<v Speaker 6>have clicked off. I actually don't think so, because there's
<v Speaker 6>enough clips of like the live action, and then when
<v Speaker 6>you see Luke and you're you're just it kind of
<v Speaker 6>keeps you just enough to where you're about to turn
<v Speaker 6>it off. But you're hoping that this is going to
<v Speaker 6>get better and it's going to make sense. They give
<v Speaker 6>you enough of a little bit of Oh, Han solos
<v Speaker 6>and it so he has we haven't seen him or
<v Speaker 6>you know, like you're thinking someone else is gonna come
<v Speaker 6>in and make this better and it's all of a
<v Speaker 6>sudden going to take off, Like that's what you kind
<v Speaker 6>of keep thinking.
<v Speaker 1>Well, and you say, you say, Han Solo is in it.
<v Speaker 1>But every time I saw Harrison Ford on screen, I
<v Speaker 1>looked at his face. I'm like, I know that look.
<v Speaker 1>I know that's the look my thirteen year old has
<v Speaker 1>when we have to sit on the couch and do
<v Speaker 1>the family zoom once a week. Be there, That's what
<v Speaker 1>that look is.
<v Speaker 6>I was thinking, you know, how you want to be
<v Speaker 6>killed off? I think this is the reason you wanted
<v Speaker 6>to be character like this. Probably did it Like at.
<v Speaker 1>This point, look, look George, I'm George. I'm really excited
