00:00:10
Speaker 2: I'm a counselor.

00:00:10
Speaker 3: You should have said that. You should You're not a counselor.

00:00:14
Speaker 2: You're on accounts.

00:00:49
Speaker 4: You want to take in the conversations we have.

00:00:51
Speaker 1: This is not a mega star.

00:00:53
Speaker 5: Let's argue. Wait, bleep that so we don't get demonetized.

00:00:58
Speaker 2: Don't put your hat down.

00:01:00
Speaker 3: Huh oh, I didn't know we started my bad.

00:01:01
Speaker 2: No, we're here.

00:01:02
Speaker 1: You and demeris ten minutes ago. We're going at it for a smooth half hour.

00:01:06
Speaker 6: So and while she got on Mary J. Bloche, I don't want to rob no more glasses because she was wrong and.

00:01:11
Speaker 3: He was killing on the internet for the last forty eight hours.

00:01:14
Speaker 5: The first thing Maul says when we walk in is are you guys here to apologize?

00:01:20
Speaker 2: And I am not here to apologize.

00:01:21
Speaker 3: I am here too, double leon.

00:01:23
Speaker 2: That asked you that?

00:01:24
Speaker 1: Okay he to apologize. Yeah, I asked you.

00:01:26
Speaker 6: I said, oh, y'all gonna double down, And he was like, yeah, you know, you put your hands on you hip yeah, I'm going to double down.

00:01:31
Speaker 5: And first of all, I tried to forget that that was Julian that asked that question. Talk about throwing a rock and hiding your hands.

00:01:35
Speaker 4: Oh his hands hate this.

00:01:37
Speaker 5: Wait, Me and Demeras need to apologize. If we need to apologize, you need to apologize as well. But we'll get to that.

00:01:42
Speaker 6: Like you, you yelled yeah, you and DeMars with vomanazing over there with everything, Rory was the.

00:01:46
Speaker 1: Best thing about this is the big libs. The clip came like you know, usually when people clip things and it's out of context in it, but it's like someone else that clips it. The clip came from us.

00:01:56
Speaker 2: So oh for sure, like the clip came from Peach, So it's peace fault. Like love and hip hop. They can only edit and clip what you say, but shout out.

00:02:05
Speaker 1: Page because I didn't look bad in the clip. So for that, you and Demaris need to defend yourself.

00:02:11
Speaker 3: No, but you was you was yeah, yeah, you right, yeah yeah, because I'm not.

00:02:17
Speaker 7: On their side still all right, was barely getting killed. They were on my ass.

00:02:22
Speaker 6: Well it was because of this the boys sweet sixteen bar that you got off at the end.

00:02:26
Speaker 2: And we'll get to then let's get it. Then you was like, I was.

00:02:28
Speaker 6: Like, based off of what you was like, well, the migos are bigger in name and recognition than Chris I think people.

00:02:34
Speaker 2: Was like, no, that's wrong.

00:02:35
Speaker 5: Too, Let's get people some context because that clip sure didn't Was it our Patreon episode or was our Patreon episode suscribed to our Patreon right now?

00:02:45
Speaker 1: You want to see the actual full conversation? Is there?

00:02:47
Speaker 5: Forward slash new Roy Maure We were having a conversation about Chris Brown and Quavo being at the Rude Fashion Show and there being a possible TIF between the two of them. They had to sit next to each other. Then we argued who would have to get up if they didn't want to sit next to each other, which put us down an entire Quavo versus Chris Brown rabbit hole. It was clipped by our beloved Peage that made it seem like we were arguing Quavo in Chris Brown, who is more relevant?

00:03:15
Speaker 2: Music wise?

00:03:17
Speaker 5: Left out that Damaris and I were making a point that Quavo to gen Z Fashion World is status is just as relevant as Chris Brown's right, Rude Rude.

00:03:29
Speaker 7: FA and I want to bring up that again, we're not talking about Gucci. We're not talking We're talking about rude.

00:03:35
Speaker 1: It's funny because my friend in fashion said Quavo's also more favored in Gucci and Louis Vuittan as well.

00:03:41
Speaker 5: So now do we think Quavo and Chris Brown should even be in the same sentence as far as music goes, No, absolutely not. But for some reason we still argue before we got on this microphone, and I'm still here to stand on every last point that I say, and Dumars getting killed for the sweet sixteen thing, I still think somebody that has a sweet sixteen and twenty twenty.

00:04:02
Speaker 7: Let's take sweet sweet is driving them all fucking crazy. So let's just say sixteen.

00:04:07
Speaker 6: You said that, you said boys have You said boys have sweet? You said you know what I'm going about what you said, you said boys have sweet.

00:04:16
Speaker 4: Sixte Okay, So if I take the sweet.

00:04:17
Speaker 6: Out of it, every every boy that's seventeen has had a sixteenth birthday party.

00:04:21
Speaker 3: We know that that's how numbers go. You said boys have sweets.

00:04:25
Speaker 6: There is a whole type of fucking difference between sweet sixteen and sixteenth birthday party.

00:04:31
Speaker 1: Well, I had a sixteenth birthday party. I don't have a sweete.

00:04:33
Speaker 2: Let's say a boys Kin Sierra that's definitely fifteen fifteen somewhere.

00:04:37
Speaker 5: Okay about Mitzvah, do you think they want to have Quavo or Chris Browner boys?

00:04:45
Speaker 2: Huh, never mind, Yeah.

00:04:48
Speaker 6: Can't see as a thing. But yeah, Aweso, I'm right again. I'm writing Spanish.

00:04:54
Speaker 2: What do you know, I'm writing Latin.

00:04:57
Speaker 5: Cuevo's name sounds Spanish, though, So I think I'm right on that one.

00:05:09
Speaker 3: That's hold of this. Thanks for that, young it's quabo.

00:05:13
Speaker 2: Do you have to pause if I say past the cuabo?

00:05:16
Speaker 3: It depends on what It depends on what you're asking him the past.

00:05:20
Speaker 5: But I loved our screaming match that we had off camera. I just don't know if Damaris Damaris, I'm here to stand Tantant's with you. If Maul wants to bring his points up, I argue your side. I'm all right, so lemmit to Damaris's point.

00:05:35
Speaker 6: But Rude the fashion, the kids at that weird rule, whatever that means, I don't know what that means.

00:05:39
Speaker 3: But so you think that if Rude had if.

00:05:42
Speaker 6: Rud was doing the next campaign for their spring line, and they reached out to Chris Brown and Quavo, and then Chris Brown caught when that Quavo was going to be a part of the new campaign. If Chris Brown hits Ruigi and says, yo, I am not going to be a part of that campaign if Quava's a part of it, you think Ruigi would not say, okay, cool, We'll take Quaidle out of it to have Chris Brown, who is the bigger star.

00:06:06
Speaker 5: No, I don't well one, I don't think he would reach out to both of them knowing that they have beasts together. But let's go with the hypothetical. Even when Chris Brown was at his peak. And I hate that this has just made me someone that is shitting on a legend.

00:06:19
Speaker 2: None of this.

00:06:20
Speaker 5: When has anyone ever tried to dress like Chris Brown? And this is called I'm not a fashion guy. I'm wearing a yellow T shirt with my daughter's name on it and corduroys. I know I'm not the fashion guy and I shouldn't really be, but it's not a one people like these kids try to dress like the migos.

00:06:35
Speaker 2: But this is what I'm saying. They have a.

00:06:36
Speaker 5: Fashion part of their brand where Chris Brown is not a bad dresser, but no one's been like yo, Chris was the style icon.

00:06:43
Speaker 7: Now it was in my inbox saying Chris put that ship on, so you know, Okay.

00:06:47
Speaker 5: So I had on a big button up at the same time, but that was because of whole That wasn't ok brow.

00:06:52
Speaker 3: But what you're missing is I was singing yo, okay.

00:06:55
Speaker 6: But what you're missing is if you have a fashion line and you are trying to out a campaign, naturally you would want the bigger star a part of your camp.

00:07:05
Speaker 5: I would rather have someone that's a little bit lower of a star, lower of a star, because Quavid was lower as a star.

00:07:12
Speaker 2: You said a little bit in the world. I changed, Okay, I.

00:07:15
Speaker 5: Stopped myself, how mu, because we're talking about the whole world, not just the fashion world. I would rather take someone that is a lower star that is known for fashion and is in the fashion world and can touch the younger kids.

00:07:29
Speaker 1: Pause.

00:07:30
Speaker 5: Then I would just a superstar that has no ties to fashion whatsoever.

00:07:34
Speaker 6: But but that doesn't make sense because you're selling fashion to the world.

00:07:39
Speaker 5: So yeah, so let me go with the person that's that's known for dressing to the kids.

00:07:42
Speaker 6: Right now, you're selling fashion to the world. You don't want just kids buying your clothes. You want the world to buy it when kids.

00:07:50
Speaker 2: I don't want just children.

00:07:51
Speaker 5: I mean I mean people in their twenties two I'm a kid, to the worldly thirties, to the world.

00:07:56
Speaker 6: You create clothes, you want to sell it to the world. Adults buy clothes, adult spot clothes for younger children, whatever. Plus, what I'm saying is you would want the bigger star, that's a biggert start to the world to push your product versus somebody.

00:08:12
Speaker 7: It's just cooler in certain every fashion house has a target audience.

00:08:18
Speaker 4: They all have target audiences.

00:08:20
Speaker 5: All right, you actually beat me to it, you know, if they were doing a target.

00:08:24
Speaker 2: Clothing or J. C. Penny.

00:08:25
Speaker 5: And it's not me shitting on Chris Brown as far as how he dresses. But if you were doing a target ad campaign, Chris Brown, yes, would be your go to because he is a star amongst the world. He's a recognizable face. He would look good in the clothes. Rude is a huge company, but it's of the culture.

00:08:42
Speaker 1: Yeah, they're selling six hundred dollars basketball short Yeah, this isn't.

00:08:45
Speaker 2: That's where you would maybe want to lean more to the Quavo side.

00:08:49
Speaker 8: Do you do you realize that this show was in Paris. Yes, and also walked.

00:08:55
Speaker 1: At the Louis show in twenty twenty one, so there's that too, and any Queva like the point is more integrated in that scene.

00:09:03
Speaker 2: It's harder to sell rude if you're doing a backflip instead of walking. You can't see the clothes.

00:09:09
Speaker 7: Like Kuavo ever did a back up front flip the March Mad and it's on b I said, y'all, don't get the fuck out in my inbox.

00:09:14
Speaker 5: Bro so and we don't have to, like, you know, continue this conversation too much further because it is on Patreon.

00:09:21
Speaker 3: And yeah, I'm not giving this topic normal energy.

00:09:23
Speaker 1: Y'all are wrong.

00:09:24
Speaker 2: Y'all were wrong.

00:09:25
Speaker 6: Y'all are wrong now. But it is what it is, y'all. I am not making no sense. Chris Brown is a bigger star. He's a super at that star, you would want your product on a superstar because they have more eyes on the superstar than a guy that's just famous and popular.

00:09:42
Speaker 3: In certain circles of the industry.

00:09:44
Speaker 7: Like the circles of the circles of the industry, like the circles that are wearing rude clothing.

00:09:48
Speaker 3: They were both invited to the show the marriage.

00:09:50
Speaker 6: They were both sitting in front rowact which means this proves your point. No, no, it doesn't, because my initial point was if Chris Brown had that much of an issue with Quavo and he didn't want Quavo sitting here, I can promise you and one thousand percent guarantee you that Ruigi himself would have came out and asked Kuavo to move to another side if Chris was If that meant Chris was going to walk out of that show, I guarantee y'all that Ruigi would have asked Quavo, Yo, bro, I don't want no issues, can you just move over here? If Chris Brown requested. Because Chris Brown is the biggest star, and he wants Chris Brown at his.

00:10:24
Speaker 4: Show, and he wants Quavo there too, that's why he does.

00:10:27
Speaker 6: He was so obviously, But if it meant that Chris Brown was gonna turn and walk out of that door if they if he asked to move Quavo and they didn't, I guarantee you Ruigi would have stopped everything he was doing and went to Quevo personally and asked him to move guaranteed.

00:10:41
Speaker 3: And that's all I was saying.

00:10:42
Speaker 6: And only a superstar or a star that is bigger than Quavo can request that and do that.

00:10:47
Speaker 5: If I was trying to try to sell hockey geared, is Chris Brown gonna be my best option to sell it as a model?

00:10:54
Speaker 2: No, he's a star, but that's not his worlds Like, I don't understand what your Your point was that you should always go with the bigger star, the more recognizable person if you're trying to sell something. And I'm saying not that rude is niche per.

00:11:06
Speaker 5: Se, but it is a specific type of fashion in a specific culture. Doesn't mean you should just go with the biggest superstar. If I'm trying to sell hockey gear, that's a specific culture. You don't just grab the recognizable star.

00:11:19
Speaker 2: You want someone that's right, but when that's close to your consumer and what they also want to do. Right.

00:11:23
Speaker 6: But as you know, with any campaign, they always go with a star, a superstar. We see campaigns Calvin Klan all up and down Fifth Avenue, Madison Avenue. They're not getting somebody that's just like they're gonna aim for the biggest star they can get at the moment. That's all I'm saying. Now, Quavo was invited, Wahlberg whoever, Quavo was invited, and Chris was invited. All I was saying was if Chris had a real issue and didn't want to sit next to Quavo and he requested that they moved Quavo, Ruigi personally would have moved Quavo or asked him yo, because I don't want to make a se like it was like, we'll get the fuck out of it.

00:12:01
Speaker 3: We don't want to be distracful. That's Quavo.

00:12:03
Speaker 6: But Ruigi would have asked, Yo, Quavo, do me a favor, bro, just sit on this side, because I don't want it to be, you know, any issue.

00:12:10
Speaker 2: That's all I'm saying.

00:12:10
Speaker 6: And only a superstar or a star bigger than Quavo to request that, That's all I was saying.

00:12:15
Speaker 5: Well, Amar's first actual birthday couldn't have came at a better time. I was completely off my phone for this entire exchange. I checked my mentions sort of last night. Can you guys fill me in on what happens on the internet.

00:12:31
Speaker 3: Regard in regards to what this going viral.

00:12:34
Speaker 5: No I understand, Quavo replied, I got a bunch of understand Chris Brown replied.

00:12:38
Speaker 6: I got a bunch of calls from people that work in the industry asking if the conversation was real. They thought it was like something we were just doing just for clicks and shit like that, and I was like, no, it was a real conversation.

00:12:47
Speaker 1: There's so much more context to it and nuance to it, which we're not going to get into here, because the actual conversation was had on Patreon. Go find it and if you want it there. But yeah, the clip wasn't addressing what we were actually talking at all at all. But I think it just you're defensing those comments and you coming in here and like coming and be like I told him, it doesn't apply because it wasn't what we were no idea what we were talking about.

00:13:08
Speaker 6: Well, I think based on the slips, if you say that Chris Brown, as you said, the Migos is a bigger name than Chris Brown, people don't care what the context is.

00:13:17
Speaker 2: They're not.

00:13:18
Speaker 4: But that wasn't the argument.

00:13:19
Speaker 1: It wasn't the argument, but.

00:13:20
Speaker 6: That was something that was said, and people are responding to what they saw that was said.

00:13:24
Speaker 4: Okay, but that doesn't make them.

00:13:25
Speaker 6: That was for our argument, But that was full The Migos is not a bigger name in Chris Brown had not.

00:13:31
Speaker 1: They had to run more recent than Chris.

00:13:34
Speaker 6: You told about to run. That doesn't mean you're a big Chris Brown. I'm never gonna take that away from Chris Brown. But that just wasn't the argument.

00:13:41
Speaker 7: So people in my inbox yelling at me talking about front flips, the march madness on beat. That has nothing to do with the nuance of the conversation that we were having.

00:13:48
Speaker 4: So the ship went viral.

00:13:49
Speaker 7: It was out all the blogs and everybody's giving their opinions and calling me and Roy all types of dumb fucks. That's fine, but for a lot of people who got the actual conversation, it was like, oh, I get what y'all talking about. There were plenty of people who weren't backing us up, but there were all I had the carbs whatever, Uh, the male barbs are the carbs like they were in my fuck?

00:14:09
Speaker 2: I thought that was crazy when you texted that.

00:14:11
Speaker 4: No, the carbs, they're fucking like.

00:14:13
Speaker 7: I don't know what it is about Chris Brown's fan base up because it wasn't women.

00:14:17
Speaker 4: The crazy shit was.

00:14:18
Speaker 7: I expected it to be women in between the ages of like twenty five and like thirty five, right, that's who I thought. No, it was thirty something year old men that were on my ass and I was like, oh, like, these are breezy fans, Like the fucking can you.

00:14:33
Speaker 6: Speak to the fact that the math that you did with the with the social media follow because I thought that was funny.

00:14:39
Speaker 2: That was in the episode.

00:14:40
Speaker 4: This in the episode, it's not just want to.

00:14:42
Speaker 6: Talk about that, bring it up because Jamara said, Nah, those are people that subscribed that followed Chris in two thousand and eight and they don't even have their accounts.

00:14:49
Speaker 7: No, that was a that was a very obvious joke though in the episode you could tell that it was a joke.

00:14:55
Speaker 2: They rolled over from Facebook. Yeah, it's fun Yeah. Also, for he had his Instagram longer, I ain't even do that matter.

00:15:02
Speaker 7: He's also been a star for for what fucking fifteen years, longer than the fucking ego.

00:15:07
Speaker 2: I ain't do that math either.

00:15:08
Speaker 4: Yes, he's gonna have more followers.

00:15:09
Speaker 5: Do you think there's a world where someone can be hotter but not greater than an artist at the moment.

00:15:16
Speaker 6: Of course, there's a little bit. There's a lot of rappers hotter than jay Z right now, none of them are greatest.

00:15:20
Speaker 4: Ice Spice is hotter than everybody right now.

00:15:22
Speaker 5: And do you think at certain events, especially for younger people, that could play a role in what is happening?

00:15:29
Speaker 6: I think but hot, but hot only means that Seker's hot is if you're if you're if you're more, if you're seeing more, like if you're out more, you're more accessible, you have more events, you're more doing. That means you're hot. You got features that are currently in the market space. But Chris Brown has one of the biggest songs out right now with Davy though Da Vido think no disrepect. So I'm saying, like, so what does it mean when y'all say that it's like Chris Brown's record right now is hotter than any record quable happened.

00:15:53
Speaker 5: Also, we were trying and explain in the full conversation the times we're in now, and we've had this combo separately.

00:16:00
Speaker 2: Music isn't what makes you the most relevant now.

00:16:04
Speaker 5: Sometimes it's just brand recognition, who you're dating, what you're doing online, like yeah.

00:16:10
Speaker 3: That's bells and whistles, though that's how you dress it up.

00:16:11
Speaker 2: We always got to.

00:16:12
Speaker 5: Access, and hotter doesn't have much value compared to greatness.

00:16:16
Speaker 2: Because we were arguing too that there.

00:16:18
Speaker 5: Was a time when Migo's run music wise was significantly hotter than Chris Brown. At one point, Fetti Walk was hotter than everybody. But Chris Brown's been a lot like around for twenty years, so that's what speaks to greatness. Our point was based off who was hot at the moment, and that changes things. If Ice Spice would have walked into that rude fashion show, she would be royalty. She'd take precedent, because that's just how marketing in the world works right now with face recognition.

00:16:48
Speaker 2: But I don't even do with a younger generation.

00:16:49
Speaker 3: As hot as Ice Spice is.

00:16:50
Speaker 6: I don't think that if she walks into a fashion event in Paris right now, she still is a hotter or a bigger conversation than if Chris Brown, only because Chris Brown is not seen at these events like that. So if he decides to come out and goes to these events, just like, oh shit, Chris is here.

00:17:06
Speaker 5: And also I don't want to put that on rudes as a brand's jacket. They have much more integrity as far as that goes. But there is plenty of huge brands that do not care. As long as that person is famous that week they are going to.

00:17:21
Speaker 1: Come on in.

00:17:21
Speaker 2: Yeah, but it's a difference.

00:17:22
Speaker 5: Look at the people that now get invited to the met Gala out of nowhere.

00:17:26
Speaker 4: Influencers who like who is it?

00:17:27
Speaker 2: Cardi B? Bringing up like how long it took her to get there? And then now people, yeah, you could be hot that week and Anna Winter's like come on in?

00:17:33
Speaker 1: Didn't Ana winor take ice Pice to the neck out? Yes, that's crazy, which is like, that's what we were saying.

00:17:39
Speaker 2: What speaks to.

00:17:41
Speaker 5: What's happening right now? Sometimes it does not matter how great you are. It matters are you relevant this week? Which is fucked up, But that's the world we live in.

00:17:50
Speaker 6: Yeah, but that's why I said. It always goes back to the product though the music, like cool, you could have us going on to us, So sure, I'm saying too, just in period, that's what matters. It's like cool, you can be hot and have a viral moment and have this going on, but like, okay, what is it that you do.

00:18:05
Speaker 3: You're an artist, what is your music sounding like? What is your impact in that world?

00:18:10
Speaker 6: If your impact in that world is subpar, then it's like, Okay, you may get invited to an event here and then, but it's like when a person that is like a legend in that field in there, in their craft walks into a room, there's gonna be a bigger talk about that person because that is a solidified, certified legend standard right there. That's not just somebody that's hot. That is somebody that is a legend. Legends cool off and just disappear and go live life. And doing that doesn't mean that when they decide to come out, that's not still a legend that's standing there.

00:18:40
Speaker 2: And to us, I agree with you.

00:18:42
Speaker 5: But right now, the environment we live in hot is more relevant than legend.

00:18:48
Speaker 4: That's just what it is.

00:18:49
Speaker 8: Like.

00:18:49
Speaker 7: I don't like I don't support it. I don't like that as but that is what it is.

00:18:54
Speaker 2: Not in the long run. Really, I'm saying, for short term, who's.

00:18:57
Speaker 4: Gonna get more shared? That's what it's about.

00:18:59
Speaker 6: I think it was fun though. I think it was fun for the Internet to have fun with the clip and laugh about it and people to curse people out in the comments and things like that, but they do think that y'all have some stupid motherfuckers.

00:19:10
Speaker 2: I just want to let you all know that right. Wouldn't be the first time I was called that me either.

00:19:13
Speaker 7: Nobody under the age of twenty five was calling me stupid, So I don't care.

00:19:16
Speaker 4: But anyway, I can go the when we pick our clips, we pick our clips till you know, do their thing.

00:19:21
Speaker 7: We never know which one is gonna really really do it's thing, and we deal with the aftermath it would come. So if people want to laugh and call it stupid, that's perfectly fine.

00:19:29
Speaker 6: But before we get off of the store and you're heart of hearts, like right here and it caught us song, you really feel like sixty year old girls would rather wa Chris Brown. Seriously though, you really start throwing in your heart. You feel like sixteen year old girls would rather see kwave O than Chris Brown.

00:19:46
Speaker 1: Seriously.

00:19:47
Speaker 2: We just saw some white girls.

00:19:48
Speaker 6: Say she would suck and fuck Chris every day she was eighteen.

00:19:51
Speaker 3: Chris was like, y're on flattered, you're too young. It's eighteen.

00:19:56
Speaker 2: Yeah, but what platform.

00:19:57
Speaker 1: Was she on? Twitch?

00:19:59
Speaker 2: Had some No, it's not a. She was a platform.

00:20:02
Speaker 6: Aiden Ross and Chris Brown had a stream and she didn't think it was real. She thought it was pre recorded, and then when she saw that they were really like on camera with her, she just decided to get her ship off and she said, I'm dead series. I was sucking fuck you every day. Chris was like, WHOA, like flattered, but you're too young.

00:20:17
Speaker 5: But but you telling me that a woman would want to suck and fuck Chris Brown, like.

00:20:21
Speaker 4: Does surprise me?

00:20:22
Speaker 2: No, I'm just saying that he's not a young girl that blew me away.

00:20:26
Speaker 1: No.

00:20:26
Speaker 6: But to what Damaris is saying, young girls would like to see the light skinned, handsome guy that can sing and dance before the rapper that's gonna.

00:20:34
Speaker 2: Come to the party, wars would anybody that's saying there.

00:20:37
Speaker 8: Who WHOA, I'm not calling you, I'm not calling them. I'm just saying younger. If you get on any generation.

00:20:43
Speaker 2: Say I'll suck and you you're a horn training and you need to.

00:20:47
Speaker 6: But I'm saying, Rory, say it privately. What I'm saying, Rory like a real hoe. What I'm saying is or just young girls or just sucking fucking just do it No, we're not promoting that. What I'm saying is young girls would rather see a guy that can sing and dance. Any generation. When a guy can sing, If you was a guy in school that could rap, it was like, oh that's school he could rap. If you could sing and dance, every girl in the school would one to date you.

00:21:13
Speaker 4: And Mom, this is where I want to bring up your age.

00:21:16
Speaker 6: And I just said any generation, any generation generation, singing and dancing is more attractive than rapping with jewelry on.

00:21:24
Speaker 4: And that's what she don't understand.

00:21:26
Speaker 6: Yea generation is more attractive to singing and dancing.

00:21:30
Speaker 1: That thing.

00:21:30
Speaker 3: It takes more skills to sing and dance.

00:21:32
Speaker 1: Okay, okay, let the Maria speak for younger generation.

00:21:36
Speaker 4: What I'm trying to she can't speak.

00:21:37
Speaker 2: She's thirty, she's not thirty.

00:21:39
Speaker 4: Not thirty.

00:21:40
Speaker 7: Hold twenty nine, okay, she's twenty nine. What I'm saying, I'm not even speaking for myself. What I'm saying is I don't understand how you can't see the difference in how rap has really really taken up. Rap was always has It's always been big. Rap has gotten bigger since you were in high school. Are you seeing what I'm saying, these young girls now love rappers, singers.

00:22:01
Speaker 4: They were saying for so long that R and B was fucking dead.

00:22:04
Speaker 7: That's not for no reason, there's that's literally they're not saying that A has taken over the rap star taking over marriage.

00:22:14
Speaker 6: Chris Brown is not just an R and B C, but he's a pop star. Brown, I'm not even exactly what we're talking about. You're talking.

00:22:22
Speaker 7: I said, take their names out of it, because I don't even want to make this about them anymore.

00:22:25
Speaker 3: Okay, so a pop star a pop star?

00:22:28
Speaker 7: He's not a pop star. Oh my god, Chris Brown's got a pop star?

00:22:33
Speaker 1: What are you?

00:22:35
Speaker 2: What are you talking about?

00:22:36
Speaker 4: What makes Chris Brown a pop star? Quickly, chriss Chris.

00:22:40
Speaker 2: Chris Brown is not a pop star?

00:22:41
Speaker 1: Chris?

00:22:42
Speaker 6: What makes what are you star? What are you talking about? What are you talking about? No?

00:22:48
Speaker 4: I'm asking you what you think?

00:22:49
Speaker 2: Chris Brown is not a pop star?

00:22:51
Speaker 4: What makes him a pop star? What makes him a pop star? What makes him?

00:22:55
Speaker 2: You got it? You speak for all sixteen year olds. Bro.

00:22:58
Speaker 6: You just sat here, you just said here said Chris Brown is not a pop star.

00:23:02
Speaker 4: Can you tell me what makes him a pop star? You can't.

00:23:05
Speaker 3: Can I get some help on this or you used to? Don't like let her get a ship off?

00:23:07
Speaker 1: Well? What makes?

00:23:08
Speaker 2: If you guys are yelling, I didn't want to interrupt.

00:23:10
Speaker 3: It's Chris Brown a pop star.

00:23:11
Speaker 2: I think he is.

00:23:12
Speaker 3: It's Chris Brown a popstar.

00:23:13
Speaker 1: Julie, But it is Chris Brown a pop star?

00:23:16
Speaker 5: What makes That's the only time I've disagreed with Themarican a pop star?

00:23:20
Speaker 6: What the fuck are you asking me? I'm asking a question. It's Chris brownie popstar? Kind of I agree that Chris Brown makes pop. I agree that Chris Brown makes pop?

00:23:32
Speaker 2: What are you talking about?

00:23:33
Speaker 5: Chris Brown is a pop star? But you did glide over an amazing point that she made and changed the subject.

00:23:38
Speaker 2: That was a little gas lady. These girls listen to moody R and B. No R and B, but they love that they dance. They don't dance, they don't really even sing. I like it.

00:23:48
Speaker 3: But actually, direct question is Chris brownie popstar?

00:23:51
Speaker 2: But before that said you changed the subject, changed the subject. But it's what I'm saying question though, and you said, no, he's not a pop star. But okay, you deflected off a great point.

00:24:00
Speaker 7: She mean, what was the point you made conversation we were having where you said that young girls these days are in high school would rather see what what are more attracted to a guy that can sing a dance than a rapper? And I'm telling you that that's an outdated concept because R and B has become outdated.

00:24:16
Speaker 4: That's what I'm trying to out.

00:24:17
Speaker 2: Right cool, that type of cool.

00:24:19
Speaker 6: I heard that point and then I said, Chris Brown is not just R and B. He's a pop star.

00:24:23
Speaker 7: That's what I said, right, Okay, now let me let me say what I'm saying.

00:24:27
Speaker 4: So let's clarify this.

00:24:28
Speaker 2: Pop stars don't dance it and Chris Brown.

00:24:30
Speaker 7: Makes pop music and good pop music. Yes, I do not think that Chris Brown is considered a pop star. I also think that Beyonce makes pop music. Does Beyonce get awarded Pop fucking Grammys or does she get awarded R and B Grammys? Does Chris Brown get nominated for Pop Grammys? Or does he get nominated for R and B Grammys. We have had this fucking argument the same way that they kept saying that Doja Cat was rapped when she back, when she was popped, not this last album but before that, Doja Cat was popped.

00:24:59
Speaker 4: She he was not rap.

00:25:01
Speaker 7: But us as black artists do not get classified as pop stars, even when we make pop music. So when you're asking me, it's Chris Brown a pop star? To me, yes, but no, he is not an Ariana.

00:25:12
Speaker 6: Grande favorite favorite, pop favorite, pop rock mal artists.

00:25:16
Speaker 2: He won that of two thousand and eight.

00:25:18
Speaker 4: Uh okay, keep scrolling because that was two thousand and eight.

00:25:22
Speaker 3: That was what Favid sol R and B Artist one Artist of the Year.

00:25:27
Speaker 1: He won one award that has popping in one out of all his awards.

00:25:31
Speaker 4: He's not considered a pop star. I don't say that. I love Chris Brown's music. He makes pop music, but he is not considered a pop star. I'm not fucking crazy for saying that.

00:25:38
Speaker 3: Who's a pop star? In your opinion, pop stars.

00:25:40
Speaker 4: Are people like, uh, let me think, let me think, white women, thank you.

00:25:47
Speaker 7: They're the only ones that get labeled as pop That's what I'm saying.

00:25:53
Speaker 2: But Beyonce is a pop star.

00:25:54
Speaker 4: Beyonce is a pop star, but she's not considered.

00:25:56
Speaker 5: That to this day. I think to this consider her. Her last two albums were extremely R and B.

00:26:03
Speaker 2: But she's a pop star.

00:26:05
Speaker 4: Yes, but she was she will never be.

00:26:06
Speaker 5: And Chris Brown is one of those that his single is usually pop and then he has a lot of R and B on the album.

00:26:11
Speaker 7: I agree, white people, it's like like little when you say pop, it's little team white people. That's what's considered pop. So, yes, he makes pop music. Yes, I enjoyed pop music. Yes, he's a superstar. He'll never be labeled a pop star.

00:26:26
Speaker 4: That just is what it is.

00:26:27
Speaker 5: I didn't create, okay, But right to Jamaris's point though, like I'm looking here, if Adele was black, she would not be considered pop, but I consider her pop.

00:26:35
Speaker 2: How what do you mean if she was black?

00:26:37
Speaker 5: If if Adele was black and made the last four albums, they would call.

00:26:41
Speaker 2: It R and B. Yes, and that's that's just how they moved the gold.

00:26:44
Speaker 4: You've been complaining about that on this exact.

00:26:46
Speaker 5: Adel to me is a pop star and makes incredible R and B. She's one of my favorite artists. But that's where race does.

00:26:53
Speaker 3: Rihanna, those are black woman on the pop star.

00:26:56
Speaker 1: Well, that was just a general Google search.

00:26:58
Speaker 2: I think siss A recently became a yell pop star. Control. That was a straight up R and B album and it went pops.

00:27:06
Speaker 7: Since I had to fight? Does it have to fight to be considered a pop star? But you know, Rihanna has never really made R and B. She hasn't made R and B in years.

00:27:13
Speaker 6: All right, But you you agree that Chris Brown is a pop star? I do, Julie, do you agree that Chris buns a pop star?

00:27:18
Speaker 1: Demerius made I agree with Demarra said in terms of he makes music that is pop a categorically he's.

00:27:23
Speaker 3: Not abou So you don't think that Chris Brown is a pop star.

00:27:26
Speaker 1: He has records that are popular that.

00:27:28
Speaker 2: I won't answer the question do you think Chris Brown is a pop star?

00:27:30
Speaker 1: I think there's nuance to it. There's a nuance to it, which is what Demeras said. I don't want to repeat her whole point, but I like what she said.

00:27:39
Speaker 2: What do you think the song I can transform you?

00:27:42
Speaker 1: But that's the pop like someone that you can Drake makes pop music. He's not a pop star. All of our favorite artists can make pop music, but also do others.

00:27:51
Speaker 5: Drake is normally because he's in every genre, and that's not fair. I think people that tease the line of pop and R and B and have the numbers in the icon sets are allowed to be called pop stars.

00:28:01
Speaker 2: Chris Brown is one of those.

00:28:02
Speaker 6: Chris Brown is a pop How is this and this is what the internet is saying, How is this a real conversation? I actually direct I asked you a direct question. Is Chris Brown a pop star? And you can't even that The answer.

00:28:13
Speaker 2: Is yes, answers yes, The answer is yes.

00:28:16
Speaker 7: Chris Brown is a and nobody dispute Chris Brown is at the argument that star Chris Brown is a pop dispute what I start?

00:28:25
Speaker 6: It's no conversation and it's okay, that's not a knock. It's actually like yo, that he's a popular star. He's a pop star, he makes popular music. How is this a fucking argument?

00:28:37
Speaker 5: Like how would you consider prince of pop star or rock and roll star that?

00:28:42
Speaker 4: But see that goes into a whole different thing.

00:28:44
Speaker 2: But I think I'm not comparing persons and Chris. I want to make that very clear.

00:28:48
Speaker 5: But somebody that teetered the line and the music that they made you could really consider as rock and roll, but it was it was pop.

00:28:56
Speaker 2: Michael, in my opinion, had a few R.

00:28:57
Speaker 5: And B records, but he defined what a popped that's pop popular fucking music. That's pop chords, it's pop writing, it's pop.

00:29:05
Speaker 6: I'm gonna just go out I think it's a good example of that though. I'm gonna just go out on their limp and say that if you're on a white guys stream and an eighteen year old white girl says she would sucking fuck you, it's probably because you're a pop star. So it's blue it's blue face a pop star, not not not because not because.

00:29:20
Speaker 2: You're putting way too much on eighteen year old on.

00:29:22
Speaker 6: I'm just saying, because white girls love pop stars, white girls like rich people.

00:29:27
Speaker 4: White girls like black men. What the heck are we talking about? What are we talking about? Bro? That's a good like.

00:29:33
Speaker 3: Yeah, But she's not saying she wants to.

00:29:35
Speaker 7: Black man that would have been on there there to offer the sucking fun.

00:29:38
Speaker 6: That's that's not that's not true. I'm not saying that. I'm not saying. I'm not I'm not I'm not saying. I'm not saying she wouldn't have. But nine times out of ten, little young white girls are attracted to pop stars. They only know about these gentlemen because they're pop stars. They're popular stars. They make popular music.

00:29:58
Speaker 7: How is this you can make popular our music that's not pop? And like, why are we acting? Why are we all acting?

00:30:03
Speaker 2: Dense? Y know? They they literally what I'm saying. There was young white girls at Gunners show.

00:30:09
Speaker 6: I'm not I'm not I'm not. I'm not saying they can't be. But I'm just saying, man, I'm not saying they can't be at a rap show. I'm not saying that. I'm just saying this kid, Chris not kid. This Chris Brown, since his inception into the industry, has been compared to the King of Pop. He's been compared to Michael Jackson since we've known about him.

00:30:31
Speaker 5: Trying not to say negative things about Chris Brown, but I have feel now that that was an awful take.

00:30:39
Speaker 3: Feel how you want to feel? Was it not a thing? Not a real thing.

00:30:42
Speaker 5: I liked that conversation people were having who was more talented. I know a lot of people thought that was blasphemis. I thought that was a fair conversation who was more talented? If you see what Chris can do art wise, everything, he should never be in a sentence with Michael Jackson, as far as the pop star.

00:30:57
Speaker 2: It's not.

00:30:58
Speaker 6: But it's not that he's in this. I think what people are saying was because he was so young, so talented and dance, can sing, can perform at the level that he can perform one of the greatest. We may not have seen somebody do that at at such a young age and demand an audience and captivate an audience from with their performance as Michael Jackson. There's nobody that you can compare to Michael Jackson. Nobody. Michael Jackson is the bar. He's the one that if you're compared to him, that means you're fucking great.

00:31:31
Speaker 3: He's the bar. So I'm not saying.

00:31:34
Speaker 5: Artists in the beginning that just got the the nod of oh, this is the next Michael.

00:31:38
Speaker 4: Because I sure the next Michael too.

00:31:40
Speaker 2: For a while when My Way came out, that was another legend. Oh for sure.

00:31:44
Speaker 5: But you see that they're both icons, but drastically different careers in how they even perform or make music like it shouldn't even be in the same Michael is Michael like Mike is Mike. I agree with you, And guess what I listened to Usher more than I listened to Michael, but Mike is over here.

00:32:02
Speaker 6: We know that that's not even I'm just saying, when you're compared to a Michael Jackson, it's not because you're just a R and B Like who's.

00:32:12
Speaker 2: Star did Quincy like? Who didn't?

00:32:15
Speaker 4: I don't.

00:32:16
Speaker 2: I'm just saying that was the general consensus I remember. So that's all I'm saying.

00:32:20
Speaker 6: I don't know, I can't name the names of exactly who was saying it, but we all know that they was compared.

00:32:25
Speaker 3: Anytime it was a tribute to Michael Jackson who was.

00:32:27
Speaker 6: Performing, well, we didn't get the one we wanted. I'm just saying, when there was a tribute, it should be it should be Chris Brown. This is what I'm saying, And it's a reason for that. There's a reason for them. I think that that's it's his talent left. It's attributed a lot because of how well he can dance, not only how well he can dance performing A lot of people can dance. Can you perform?

00:32:48
Speaker 1: Though, yes, also weren't arguing.

00:32:50
Speaker 6: I'm just saying there there's a reason that he is in these conversations because of his talent level.

00:32:56
Speaker 5: They similar Barrytown and see That's why it makes so much sense because there's back to the Prince point. Who's the one they always say should do the Prince Tribute? Why am I Blanket other than her?

00:33:11
Speaker 4: Somebody else?

00:33:12
Speaker 2: It was someone else.

00:33:12
Speaker 5: But either way, it's not always like somebody that's comparable to them or even the best at the current moment or their era. It's someone that just kind of mirrors what their abilities were. He Chris Brownet tribute. Yeah, like they're not comparable, but we know Sierra could smoke all Janet choreography, could sing to the best of her ability to perform that tribute. That's why that's the comparison. It's not like they should be in the same sentence.

00:33:40
Speaker 2: And that's not not because I don't think anyone on earth should be compared to my day.

00:33:43
Speaker 7: If they're if they're giving a tribute to Mariah, they're not gonna go get Adele who can sing, right, They're gonna go get Arian Grande.

00:33:49
Speaker 4: Like it's a mirroring thing.

00:33:50
Speaker 7: It has nothing to do with you being as good as that artist or even being the next from that artist. But again, I want to move off of this because it's sounds you're making it not like we're shit on Chris Brown, and I really don't like that.

00:34:01
Speaker 2: Should give Chris no just listening.

00:34:05
Speaker 3: I've never said that.

00:34:05
Speaker 6: I was asking his his his flowers that he deserves for his artistries.

00:34:11
Speaker 2: You're gonna have to protect from That's all I'm saying. No, you're good. He's like one of the few big artists I run into every time in the.

00:34:21
Speaker 1: Way, are you every time? You never seen him?

00:34:25
Speaker 2: Oh? And it was always love before.

00:34:28
Speaker 5: It's just like two times he's commented and both times has been me saying something.

00:34:32
Speaker 2: Oh, he commented on something before when we were talking about the selling out an arena thing.

00:34:36
Speaker 4: Oh, I didn't know that.

00:34:38
Speaker 2: Ya said he needed little baby to sell. That's not what we said either. All right, anyways, did anybody now you want to get over it? Like, don't do that, stand on business, stand on a big We already had the convo. It's available. You needed a little baby. You were talking about support, that's all.

00:34:54
Speaker 7: Yeah, you'll to Bruno Mars. Let's not leave that out. But okay, there's.

00:34:58
Speaker 1: So much more.

00:35:00
Speaker 2: Did anyone see that we are the world duck?

00:35:02
Speaker 5: Before we get into some more messy shit, I do want to take I want to cleanse with we are the world dot before we get.

00:35:07
Speaker 2: To fuck that.

00:35:10
Speaker 6: We standing on business this shit, we ain't moving on. Stay what y'all said the whole year? We're doing Chris Brown exactly.

00:35:18
Speaker 1: Did you guys hear any of the nicky spaces uh where she was talking about Meg?

00:35:24
Speaker 4: I heard some.

00:35:24
Speaker 5: Yeah, I did not see the full what I think was a thirty minute conversation, but I did see the moments.

00:35:31
Speaker 2: Uh.

00:35:32
Speaker 1: The biggest takeaway I saw from it was she specifically said with Meg sitting down with Gail, she was looking for her Rihanna moment, and that seemed to be the snippet that people were running with most. It was a lot of her denying coke and then saying she has more records and all that, but the biggest piece regarding this was her making this job and including Rihanna into the thing.

00:35:55
Speaker 3: So she said that Meg was looking for a Rihanna moment after being shot.

00:35:58
Speaker 7: Well, she cried on Gail, she was looking for her Rihanna moment because domestic violence is just like, yeah, you should get a moment.

00:36:06
Speaker 4: That's what's.

00:36:09
Speaker 1: It was.

00:36:09
Speaker 4: Listen.

00:36:11
Speaker 5: It was a little distasteful, a little a little and I was on the side. Even though I didn't like Bigfoot. I was on the side of Nicki is allowed to say whatever she wants to Meg, but like Rihanna is mine in her business with two kids, why are you bringing me up? And Nicki knows her power, she's a star as well, Like you can't just don't bring me into this.

00:36:36
Speaker 2: What the fuck? Like, I've moved on, I'm married with kids, Leave me alone.

00:36:44
Speaker 1: It was weird.

00:36:45
Speaker 5: It was fucking weird. And I don't want to continue to ship on Nicki either. But it's just been a weird week to say the least.

00:36:53
Speaker 4: It's just shaming somebody for abuse. Wow.

00:36:59
Speaker 1: Okay.

00:37:00
Speaker 5: On the wrap side of it, though, I did see there was a leak of the original beat to Bigfoot. Can we look up who produced the real Bigfoot? Like, actually, little jew I'm sorry what it's and if the.

00:37:15
Speaker 7: Beat live you know little jew made it? Megan's producer.

00:37:18
Speaker 5: The words sometimes that you have to use little Jewish defensive.

00:37:26
Speaker 2: No, you just made it offensive.

00:37:28
Speaker 1: Okay, sorry.

00:37:30
Speaker 2: Anyways, he's the real he's the culprit here.

00:37:34
Speaker 5: Bigfoot was not as bad when I heard it on the other beat he made he made one of the worst This records of all time based off the beat that he did and whoever mixed it, because it wasn't that bad.

00:37:44
Speaker 2: On the on the new beat, it.

00:37:45
Speaker 3: Was not great, just a new beat.

00:37:47
Speaker 7: You're missing, you're missing, okay, So mal let me give you some backstory. Meg's producer and her friend and let you hear her her like her. His drop is literally and if the beat live, you know low Jew made it. It says it all the time. That's literally her producer from when she was coming up. He made a beat six years ago, or however many years ago. Nicki has had that beat. Nicki attempted to do her Meghan Dish track on that beat.

00:38:15
Speaker 4: You wasn't clear to beat.

00:38:16
Speaker 7: That's my my homie, like that's my lot of artists said, yeah, like that's my wouldn't clear it.

00:38:26
Speaker 2: You just wouldn't clear it. Okay, you can say that.

00:38:32
Speaker 1: Legal is always the toughest part to get through all every single time.

00:38:36
Speaker 2: Copyright no my question. I know he produced the original.

00:38:39
Speaker 4: Catching them all up, That's what I'm telling you.

00:38:42
Speaker 1: Catch up.

00:38:42
Speaker 4: So yes, Jory is just.

00:38:43
Speaker 3: Trying to make awkward jokes right now.

00:38:46
Speaker 2: I know. No, I'm really I'm really not.

00:38:47
Speaker 5: I'm trying to get to who produced the one that we heard on streaming that I don't know, That's what I was asking. I know the backstory that he didn't clear it. And then NICKI was on live saying that's the guy. Party was saying, you were fucking for a beat.

00:38:59
Speaker 2: If you want to, you could fuck roll.

00:39:00
Speaker 1: I get it.

00:39:02
Speaker 2: Whoever produced the one we heard first is who I think we should direct our anger at.

00:39:07
Speaker 7: Why would you direct your anger to him? She just picked another beat that she had. She picked another beat and put her bars on that new beat. That ain't the fucking producer's fault.

00:39:17
Speaker 5: No, I would see a world where she just sent him the a cappella and he made the beat around it.

00:39:22
Speaker 2: No, that's the only world.

00:39:23
Speaker 7: I obviously that didn't happen. She picked another beat that she had in the stash. That's what happened.

00:39:27
Speaker 2: It's the same flow.

00:39:29
Speaker 5: You're just listening to the mix and the awful beat, like, yeah, I think they he just did a shitty job of taking an a cappella. I think Nikki sent that appella out to a bunch of producers and that was the one she chose, which is just a shitty, shitty beat.

00:39:43
Speaker 2: But if you hear the original, it's not great, but it would have hit way fucking different, like way differently. She wouldn't had to post the lyrics. She wouldn't like.

00:39:56
Speaker 5: It was just bad. So that's I don't want to on Nikki too much. I'll give her some Well, let me not give her any bail there because you put that out, you.

00:40:04
Speaker 2: Picked that beat, and you approve the mix. So all right, all that, where do we think this is going from here?

00:40:13
Speaker 4: So?

00:40:14
Speaker 2: Does she release the five records?

00:40:16
Speaker 1: She put out eight versions of Bigfoot.

00:40:20
Speaker 2: Got ten versions of Pink Friday.

00:40:21
Speaker 1: She just put out uh what was it the last one that came out to shorten loaded?

00:40:25
Speaker 7: She has the rap, the wrap, only the clean. But Megan is doing the same thing. Megan has a chopping screw for his They do that to try to chart because it's for some people who already listen to the original record to go listen to the new version and it's all chart games.

00:40:38
Speaker 1: Well at the point Tomal's point, does magant.

00:40:40
Speaker 3: All games with beef records is hilarious?

00:40:43
Speaker 1: Does Megan respond?

00:40:44
Speaker 2: Especially when Ben Shapiro outcharted both that's a sick game they played right there?

00:40:51
Speaker 1: Does Megan respond. I don't think Megican respond, not even after the Twitter face.

00:40:56
Speaker 6: No, it's just yo, man, I'm telling you man, it's just we got We're gonna have to study this type of ship like being shot. And I know people like she didn't get shot bullet fragmented, that's still considered being shot.

00:41:07
Speaker 4: Now there's people that said she wasn't shot at all.

00:41:09
Speaker 6: Well, those don't we know that. People still think, you know whatever they want. They think tupackets and Cuba.

00:41:14
Speaker 2: We know that.

00:41:14
Speaker 6: What I'm saying is, if somebody fires a weapon and bullet fragments hit you, you were shot.

00:41:21
Speaker 2: Oh I can tell you guys.

00:41:22
Speaker 5: Now, if bullet fragments hit me, I'm coming in here on this microphone and bragging about how.

00:41:26
Speaker 2: It was shot.

00:41:27
Speaker 5: I mean, but you and I would continually tell everyone, even out of context, no conversation, like listen, you don't even know what it's like to get shot.

00:41:33
Speaker 2: Though, Yeah, Like I would be that. But if I just got hit by a little fragment, it's just a little.

00:41:38
Speaker 6: Bit, and you would be and you would be in your right to say that a mosquito didn't bite you.

00:41:41
Speaker 3: I'd be I would fucking bullet fragment hit you, I'd be a.

00:41:43
Speaker 2: Ludlow like, yo, yeah you see this little scar? Yeah exactly, they kick yours. I just don't know. I was trying to shoot at a girl.

00:41:51
Speaker 8: It's just suck how many people are fragmented, Like next year, what Saint Roy would have a bullet hole next to like his ten.

00:42:03
Speaker 2: Listen, I'll get shot before I.

00:42:08
Speaker 4: You know what? Anyway, I don't want to. I don't know. I don't everybody.

00:42:14
Speaker 7: Every time I talk, they say I'm keeping for Meg, but I just I just think you should be able to just get shot and actually have sympathy.

00:42:22
Speaker 2: But you know, in conclusion, if no one really replies after this, this was just a cool moment for a few days. That's going to pass. I thought this was gonna be a bigger deal. It was forty eight hours.

00:42:35
Speaker 6: Nobody cares. Things don't have the shelf life that they used to. People move on soon as they click, refreshed, like we don't care. That's why I get I made a statement to y'all a few months ago. I said, bro, if we was to see president former president Trump killed, people would talk about it for forty eight hours and move right the fuck on that's just the world we live in now.

00:42:52
Speaker 3: People don't give a fuck about anything anymore.

00:42:55
Speaker 2: Now.

00:42:55
Speaker 5: If they went back and forth and Nikki had five records on ice and Meg replied to one, yeah, this would go for another two weeks, which in two weeks and internet times.

00:43:06
Speaker 2: Like, I don't even think it would go two weeks.

00:43:08
Speaker 3: It wouldn't last if both of these records came out today, which is basically Friday, right, I don't think we're talking about this past Tuesday.

00:43:17
Speaker 2: All right.

00:43:17
Speaker 5: My last point to Meg has to reply. She's put out two singles, she's shedding the snake skin or whatever, and his.

00:43:26
Speaker 4: Not a bite any one bite.

00:43:28
Speaker 2: No, that's two back to back singles. This is a rollout.

00:43:31
Speaker 4: Oh no, her album's coming.

00:43:32
Speaker 2: I don't even think she.

00:43:33
Speaker 5: Was really anticipating that Nicky was going to reply or drag it the way she did. I think this was a rollout that the label and her were putting together already. She's gonna have to show face and answer to shit, so she doesn't reply to NICKI are we about to say, Meg the Stallion doesn't need to.

00:43:49
Speaker 4: She does, she has an album coming out.

00:43:53
Speaker 6: She's not gonna reply because the one thing y'all are mission. She never said nobody's name.

00:43:59
Speaker 1: Please come on, come on.

00:44:01
Speaker 3: That's what she's gonna stand by. She's gonna stand behind it. She didn't say no name.

00:44:03
Speaker 4: She is she she already said that, though she said hit dogs gon holla.

00:44:06
Speaker 3: Yeah, she didn't say no names.

00:44:08
Speaker 6: This is Takeover in Ether, even though Jay said names, but it was like it was a song.

00:44:13
Speaker 2: On his hook on Ether was fuck jay Z, you bet on my dick love my style?

00:44:18
Speaker 6: No, no, no, no, no no, you're missing what I'm saying.

00:44:21
Speaker 2: The first the first bar.

00:44:23
Speaker 3: You're missing what I'm saying. Takeover was on an album.

00:44:26
Speaker 1: Yeah.

00:44:26
Speaker 6: Ether was a record that that NAS just put together and throughout. In response to that record, he's wait, First of all, Jay said names on tape. No, you know what I'm saying, But this version is Meg has an album cut. This is an album cut. Niggi's response is just a response to that. She's I don't think she's She's not putting that on that project.

00:44:45
Speaker 5: I consider Meg an MC and a rapper, and she would look super funny in the light the same way any other MC a rapper would if you put out his Someone directly replied back to you. Then you went on a press run and your response to Charlemagne and Envy was, I didn't say any names, but why not you Look, she didn't say he would call any real rapper pussy, Like, let's get gender out of it. But what I'm saying is she did not say any names.

00:45:08
Speaker 2: Though hit dogs, don't throw a stone out of your hands. Whoever, whoever.

00:45:12
Speaker 6: Yeah, but whoever you decide to attach those bars to, that's on you, because you can totally be wrong about that. Like a lot of things that the marsh was saying, this ball was about that person.

00:45:22
Speaker 2: She could be wrong in a lot of that. She could be wrong in a lot of that.

00:45:26
Speaker 6: I think it's safe to assume that the Megan's Law bar is directed at Nikki. I think that's a very safe assumption. But at the end of the day, she didn't make She didn't say anybody's name, is what I'm saying.

00:45:36
Speaker 3: So to go on a.

00:45:37
Speaker 6: Press run and be sitting there grilled about Nicki, Nicki, Nicki, I could see a world where she's absolutely like, Okay, yeah, that's what you Okay, But if you think that's what I was talking about, I didn't say anybody's name, and.

00:45:48
Speaker 1: We don't have to.

00:45:50
Speaker 5: I'm saying, if she does a press run and her response to the nicky stuff, if she does not reply to the disc is I didn't say any names, she is going to look nuts and that's not going to be a good press friend.

00:46:02
Speaker 6: She's gonna look so And I think I think female female rappers have.

00:46:07
Speaker 5: If she does that, I think Nikki puts out four disses in a row if she gets on any publications like I didn't say any names.

00:46:14
Speaker 2: If I'm nicky, I'm putting off four out.

00:46:15
Speaker 7: I know Meg's gonna come out and say hit dogs, holler and brush it off. And I don't blame her for that. I don't blame her for that because I think her ship is I put I said, I said the funk. I was gonna say, like she said in the disc, I don't really know what the problem is, but like, go ahead, jealous jealousy for opposition, like I don't. I don't know what your problem is.

00:46:34
Speaker 6: But go ahead, and in the same way the opposite way, I don't. Nikki didn't say her name and her.

00:46:38
Speaker 3: Dish either, did she She just like ma, did she?

00:46:42
Speaker 1: I mean, come on, no, she said I'm.

00:46:45
Speaker 3: Asking you, come on.

00:46:46
Speaker 6: I'm not saying she wasn't talking about I'm saying she said her government name. But like, did Drake say Niek's name in back back? He's say push his name in Duffy freestyle.

00:46:53
Speaker 2: No, I'm not.

00:46:54
Speaker 6: I'm not saying that. I'm just asking Push. I'm asking because this is going on her album. So she's great to go on, she's great to do. Yeah, album media to support this, this album. So I'm saying if she goes up there and says, oh, I didn't say nobody's name, She's going to be absolutely right in saying that she didn't say anybody's name. She never mentioned Nikki at all. She didn't mention Drake or whoever else people are saying bars are attached to, and she didn't mention nobody's name.

00:47:18
Speaker 5: Even though that's true. My point in response to that is she will look insane. Nah, I don't think she should hold.

00:47:23
Speaker 6: I think female mc is getting pass in that now. Men I don't think they get a passing that women. I think they have the luxury of saying I didn't say no names. I think women female mcs have that luxury. It's just a difference what's the difference females have. The luxury is saying I didn't say nobody's name, whoever I think I'm talking about.

00:47:39
Speaker 3: I believe you can't say a woman is pussy. You can't say that.

00:47:42
Speaker 1: Oho jay Z.

00:47:43
Speaker 5: Again, I'm not talking to anybody in it. But she was definitely talking about mad people. He Oh jay Z states that I'm not talking to anybody in particularly, he was talking to everybody. We knew every single person he was talking about.

00:47:54
Speaker 1: But that was a bar.

00:47:55
Speaker 6: I mean, not you know whatever, but he said names though on other records, just not that particular well record. He came out of said names after that. Yeah, sure, so, I mean Nicki Meg has that luxury. I think if she wants to go on president, I'm not taught to you whoever I think I'm talking to. I'm not making this press run about anybody else other than Meghan the Stallion and my album that's out now whatever whatever, I could totally see her doing.

00:48:20
Speaker 5: And if and we're gonna move on right after this, I promise, And if whoever she sits with lets her get away with that, you are now going to see me siding with Nicki in that everyone is in on destroying her. If any interviewer lets Meg get that line off and moves on to, well, tell me about the producers on the project, I'm with Nicki saying, Lo, I am with Nicki Minaj on this entire thing. This industry is focused on getting me the fuck out of here, because no one would let Nicki get that off or any other rapper periods.

00:48:55
Speaker 2: Yes, Yes, rock Nation is the boogie. Rock Nation is the Boogeyman. If Meg can get that off off in an interview that.

00:49:02
Speaker 7: Doesn't correlate, and second of all, they let her get that off, They let her get that if you're not no, if you have somebody First of all, we've had people on our show, and it's certain ship. If a motherfucker say they're not talking about something, they're not talking about it, either you're gonna lose the interview because you're insistent I'm making them talk about something that their pr rep told you that they don't want to talk about.

00:49:20
Speaker 4: Or are you going to sit down and stick to the questions?

00:49:23
Speaker 5: But where not the slatious podcast? Whereas Meg needs to go two platforms that are based off solationship.

00:49:32
Speaker 7: Why do you think that Meg needs to go to the platforms that are based off relationship.

00:49:36
Speaker 4: I'm asking, I'm looking at you, why you.

00:49:38
Speaker 5: Don't think Meg the Stallion needs to go to platforms that are based off relationship.

00:49:41
Speaker 4: Why does she need to go what I'm what I'm saying, so she.

00:49:45
Speaker 2: Should just go do rap? Genius in us.

00:49:47
Speaker 4: Know what I'm saying.

00:49:48
Speaker 2: Everyone else.

00:49:50
Speaker 4: What I'm saying is and.

00:49:53
Speaker 7: Meg's what met from what I see, from what Meg is trying to do with her career and trying to go towards the pop community. That's what I've been seeing her career going to.

00:50:02
Speaker 2: She's trying to.

00:50:03
Speaker 7: Go to the pop Okay, I didn't say that she was. What I'm saying is she's trying to go towards the pop community. She just did a fucking song with Renee Rap. One of her other songs was with a pop star. She's been doing fucking songs with K pop artists. Mega's trying to go towards the pop scene because the young white girls love meta.

00:50:20
Speaker 2: That can be true, but that's not where she is. So she needs to go to cultural.

00:50:24
Speaker 4: Why would she go to the culture. She needs to go see Jason Lee when the Cultural The Cultural podcast.

00:50:29
Speaker 6: The podcast y'all do know there's a world where she can do all of that. She can't, of course, But.

00:50:33
Speaker 7: What I'm saying is she doesn't have He's saying it like she has to do that for her career. No, she hasn't, because she's gonna be going to all the fucking publications that have been kicking her fucking back in through that whole entire trial. You think she don't got she don't feel a certain way about that. Oh, and she has every right not to go what's publication on her?

00:50:49
Speaker 1: Oh?

00:50:49
Speaker 6: Yeah, well of course. But I think I think she can go do Hollywood and locked. I think she can go do something with was ain't low.

00:50:56
Speaker 2: I think she can reckface club is based on club. I think she can do.

00:50:58
Speaker 1: Yeah. But to combat your point, Rory, even if it's those types of like salacious platforms, you still can have your publicists go in there and say we're not talking about these three things, shut the fuck up.

00:51:09
Speaker 2: Yeah, And I'm saying that's going to make her look crazy. I don't think not.

00:51:13
Speaker 1: If it's not brought off, then it's not even I'm.

00:51:15
Speaker 3: Telling you there's a difference. I think female artists they get.

00:51:18
Speaker 1: That pass and you're like, don't bring up certain ship, and they won't bring it up, and then it'll go out on YouTube and people like, huh, they didn't talk about it.

00:51:25
Speaker 2: But it's different.

00:51:26
Speaker 6: And for fucking a male MC comes in here and he's he made a record like that where we know who he's talking about, and I'm like, yo, so what about that bar? He's like, you know, nah, like I wasn't talking to nobody, and it's like, no, said, she ain't talking. I'm not pushing an issue. I'm like, okay, then let me mind my fucking business then.

00:51:43
Speaker 5: And we're also not that pod that wants and goes after all salacious ship like. But then again, when in our world, when Benny and Gibbs were going at it, we consider Benny an associate. We went directly at Benny and disagree with him about a lot of shit that was going on with that entire thing and wanted to resolve it. But that's different because bast Club taking a meg interview and not asking about this makes everybody look no, no, no, no no.

00:52:06
Speaker 2: But it's different.

00:52:06
Speaker 6: Though it's different because fred Bennie and Freddy the situation turned physical, it.

00:52:12
Speaker 2: Turned people had we didn't avoid so at that point.

00:52:16
Speaker 6: At that point, clearly they have a you understand what I'm saying this whole Nikki and Meg shit? Do we think there's something there? Obviously, but it's not physical. Meg didn't say nobody's name in this record. So there's things that she could hide behind, Like whoever you'll think I'm talking about, that's on y'all.

00:52:32
Speaker 3: She can definitely stand on that. She can hide behind that.

00:52:35
Speaker 6: Now, whether or not you think it's it makes her look good or bad, that's objective, but she can definitely get away with that.

00:52:42
Speaker 5: I guess are we going to more of rap beef? Because I really want to get to UMG and to talk. You can get through this.

00:52:47
Speaker 4: So so much beef. We're putting so many people against each other.

00:52:51
Speaker 3: And his Black History Month? What are we doing? Martin had a dream?

00:52:56
Speaker 2: Had dream?

00:52:57
Speaker 3: This is not Martin's dream?

00:52:59
Speaker 4: Were your great? Why ain't I beefing? What the fuck Jack Carlow doing?

00:53:02
Speaker 2: Yeah? Did see how I killed JFK? What are you talking about?

00:53:05
Speaker 1: Sounds like one hundred years ago?

00:53:07
Speaker 2: Yeah, y'all do for a new one? A white white being murdered?

00:53:10
Speaker 1: Yeah. Jeffrey Epstein, he was one of their goats. You really break it down to a lot of people, Epstein was him. Yeah, to a lot of people that have money and influence, he was the one.

00:53:23
Speaker 3: Yeah, he wasn't the Kennedy though.

00:53:25
Speaker 2: Y'all are sick for bringing up Jack Harlow, like you want harm to happen.

00:53:29
Speaker 1: Who's y'all?

00:53:31
Speaker 2: Hebody wants to happen to anybody.

00:53:33
Speaker 5: I did not expect y'all seen Bay to get on Instagram and discuss the strake thing.

00:53:38
Speaker 2: But what what is he doing? More press for y'all? See, Yeah, this is press.

00:53:44
Speaker 5: Him sitting on a lot compared to doing no press or getting on Instagram for twenty years.

00:53:50
Speaker 2: Yeah, I would say so. After putting out an amazing I think the Star album, No, he few years ago, he sat any press.

00:53:56
Speaker 3: No, he sat down is he the Quality podcast?

00:53:58
Speaker 6: He sat down on a podcast and he made the comment about one of the biggest recording artists in the world. And I think that he started receiving some backlash for it and starting to see his name be attached to some things, and he felt like what he said was like taken out of context. Maybe, so he wanted to add more context to it and then letting people know he reached out to Drake Uh via dm UH, via Dave Chappelle and other people that probably have access and communication with Drake to basically clear up.

00:54:28
Speaker 3: And make sure that you know.

00:54:30
Speaker 6: He didn't want to seem like he was disrespecting Drake's talent or Drake's craft. And I understand that because sometimes you say things somewhere and it grows legs and you're like, WHOA, that's not what I was. Kind of like what you was saying about Chris Brown, right, same shit, but this was a little more direct and personal. So I think that this is like that most most of when you say things and it goes viral and it was taken out of context, and now is it?

00:54:54
Speaker 1: Now is it? See what I'm saying?

00:54:56
Speaker 6: And now you have a Now you think that the artist may have an issue with what you said and and feels a way about what you said. So this is most like like, not hold up, I want to clear this up. I don't want it to seem like I'm discrediting Drake and saying he's not talented and he's not dope. I just think that I, well, what he said is he requires more to say. Somebody is hip hop he need requires.

00:55:17
Speaker 2: You to walk it all the way that. Yeah, he didn't walk up.

00:55:19
Speaker 6: He was just trying to give more context to what he was saying, like certain substance during certain times of the world, things that are going on.

00:55:26
Speaker 3: Hip hop is a voice of the people.

00:55:28
Speaker 6: You should address certain things culturally, certain things politically, and things like that that are going on that are happening, which is what he was saying he would like to see Drake do more of.

00:55:37
Speaker 5: And this is another one of those part in my face moments while I speak. I did disagree a bit with y'all seen on that, like if Drake's not that guy, should he force certain type of substance or speak for a certain community.

00:55:55
Speaker 6: I would rather not because if you're not that guy, you're not from that, don't speak.

00:55:58
Speaker 1: On it same way.

00:56:01
Speaker 2: And I'm not comparing the two situations.

00:56:03
Speaker 5: I've come on here and said really dumb political points like I shouldn't. I shouldn't be the one to do that, Like sometimes I should do more research before I spew shit, But sometimes that comes from a place of I feel pressure. If we have a platform, things should be talked about. I just don't know if I'm the guy all the time after I've even tried to be that guy.

00:56:24
Speaker 1: Yeah, so respect that.

00:56:25
Speaker 5: I feel what I feel, what I seems saying. But if Drake is not that guy, he has a lot of substance and the shit he knows about.

00:56:32
Speaker 1: Yeah, keep it there.

00:56:33
Speaker 6: You can't force him to want to talk about things that he probably is not well informed on, or you know, things that he doesn't really feel passionate about, and things like that. Like, I respect that, I respect if an artists like I don't touch that because it's kind of like when in the Jordan documentary when the people were mad when Mike didn't support the local official that was running for some type of position and they were like, damn, well, why you didn't support him or why you're not like backing him and MJ said, yo, I don't.

00:57:03
Speaker 1: I don't get involved in that, and people were mad.

00:57:05
Speaker 6: But he's saying like, yo, I don't because I don't know much about that. I don't know what his policies are, what he's doing. I don't, so I'd rather just stay away from it. I'm not going to support it, and and and and you know, and give them my blessings and things like that.

00:57:17
Speaker 3: If I don't even I'm not into that. I don't. That's not what I do. I'm into this, this is what I do.

00:57:21
Speaker 6: So sometimes people yeah, but that's because people of that caliber are expected because they're putting such a high position.

00:57:29
Speaker 1: Because influence that you can have the amount of influence you can.

00:57:32
Speaker 6: But but what Jordan said was I don't want to use my influence in that way because I don't really know about that. Yeah, I don't, so I'm not going to use my influence there. So I think that, you know, you just got to look at what people's passions are and what they're into and things like that, and it's like, okay, so you can't expect this artist to create art based around the things that you're passionate about because they have a bigger platform and you would love to see them talk about it. But if that person's not into that, then they're totally in their right to not speak on that.

00:57:57
Speaker 1: And sometimes it's about the money, because Jordan even said, and I believe in that doc as well, he's like Republicans buy shoes too. When people are like, why aren't you more vocal about politics, and he's like, some people just want to build wealth and to play both parties and to not be associated in one way or another, because just basically a side, pick aside and split your audience, you lose money. And if you're really trying to build an empire, in Drake's case, I think he's about his money, you shut up and just play the good guy.

00:58:26
Speaker 3: I want Republicans, Democrats and whoever else to support my music if they like it, to buy my sneakers if they like it. So I'm not picking a side because I'm not into politics. There's nothing wrong with that. And everybody's not into politics.

00:58:39
Speaker 5: We know that Drake studies the landscape constantly. He saw Ja Cole put out a freestyle of saying, hey, I don't know everything. I'd love to learn more, and then all of the internet said, shut the fuck up, he misogynists, piece of shit. That was like, Jake hole, I'm never going to say a word. Then that looks at fucking cold crazy.

00:59:03
Speaker 6: I saw something the other day on Instagram. They asked Snoop something about Trump and he said, yo, Trump ain't never did nothing to me. And I was like, oh, they're about to try to cancel Snoop.

00:59:14
Speaker 7: Now, they're not about to try to cancel him. He just sounds stupid, but they Yeah.

00:59:19
Speaker 5: Because even in the same breadth of what we're saying, you can also just flat out say I don't know. Speaking of canceling artists, though, TikTok just had all of the Universal Music Group artists canceled for possibly eternity.

00:59:34
Speaker 6: A right that means nothing to me because I'm not on TikTok, But I do recognize that is a big deal because most TikTok videos, if not all, have music in them.

00:59:42
Speaker 5: To me, this is I like music industry wise, the biggest thing to happen since Spotify introduced streaming on a mass level.

00:59:52
Speaker 8: Yeah, it's crazy. This effects this, This affects over ninety percent of ticks, I think.

01:00:00
Speaker 2: For those that don't know.

01:00:01
Speaker 5: As of Wednesday, January thirty first UMG Universal Music Group, all of their artists, catalog songs and for the foreseeable future cannot participate in the biggest tech company known to man right now.

01:00:19
Speaker 3: And this hurts nobody but the artists.

01:00:22
Speaker 5: So TikTok proposed paying artists and songwriters a rate that is a fraction of the rate that they similarly similarly see I can even similarly close enough situated major social platforms, UMG said. TikTok accused UMG of putting their own greed above the interests of their artists and songwriters. UMG then replied to TikTok in the press that TikTok only accounts for one percent of its advertising revenue, which to me kind of like prove TikTok's point. But this is fucking nuts. Did you guys ever see these Spotify TV series, like just about the creation of Spotify.

01:01:06
Speaker 1: I think it was on Hulu, Yeah it was, you mentioned it before. I never got it.

01:01:10
Speaker 2: It's a really good series.

01:01:11
Speaker 5: If you haven't seen it, it's up there, like with the Uber series. It's just one of those if you're into this type of shit, you need to go see it. So in the series, which is pretty accurate, that's a good representation if you want to get a back history of how tech companies and the music industry have combined. So Spotify had this great idea, created all these routers and all this shit that made it capable to stream all music from a computer. But they needed the music, so naturally they went to the major labels, which all laughed in their fucking faces because they own all the back catalogs of every fucking artist ever, and it's like, why would we move to the beat of your drum and what you want and license this shit when we own what you need to even create. This entire thing was a back and forth. Looked like Spotify was never going to exist. The result was the three majors all have ownership with in Spotify. That was the only conclusion that they could all come to, which to me is a fair one. At the end of the day, Spotify is a tech company, but they revolutionized how the masses can get music with their phones and their computers, but also why the majors are so important, whether we like it or not, own all the music that we listen to. If I'm a major, I'm definitely telling Spotify no, I'm just not licensing some shit to.

01:02:25
Speaker 1: You for a fee.

01:02:27
Speaker 5: I need to be a part of your tech company, which to me is completely fair. Spotify had no leverage because they were the first. I mean, there was other streaming sites, but this was one that obviously changed everything.

01:02:40
Speaker 2: They had no leverage.

01:02:42
Speaker 5: TikTok now being who they are and who they're backed by, has a little bit more leverage than the average tech company. So them going in to negotiate with say a Universal Warner or whatever is not looking at it the same way as Spotify. But the Majors, and as arrogant as they've always been and as late to the party as they've always been, still thinks the whole world needs to beat to their drum because they have the catalog right And TikTok did not budge and said, fuck it cool, we won't need to use your catalog. And the majors have never been treated that way in their entire existence, whether it be movies, because they went through this with you know, Universal is not just you and Universal Music Group.

01:03:26
Speaker 2: They owned movies.

01:03:27
Speaker 5: We've seen it with Disney buying up every last other streaming site. They've never been treated this way or ever met their match before. I appreciate them not budging, but I think they're in a lose lose situation if they budge. Now whatever the next tech company. Of course, TikTok is here to stay. No one's trying to argue that. But inevitably, like the world turns because it's flat, there will always be a new tech company that's going to need music. And UMG has never feared that because they always had the leverage if they cave to TikTok. Now we're now, we're in a situation where our negotiations aren't the same as they were with Spotify, with Apple, with everybody else. But if you don't cave, and you stand on your business as arrogant as the majors are, and TikTok continues to move the fuck on, and your artists are affected, now you've lost all leverage that you've ever had because clearly you're not needed for these tech companies anymore when it comes to back catalog or future relationships with artists.

01:04:35
Speaker 3: How does this How does this help?

01:04:38
Speaker 2: The only people that suffer in this entire thing are artists.

01:04:40
Speaker 3: But how does this help independent artists?

01:04:46
Speaker 2: I think in a good way. I mean, if you take away I mean.

01:04:49
Speaker 3: Umg, we don't even ness everybody.

01:04:51
Speaker 5: We don't need to say Taylor, Swift, Drake, et cetera like they have almost everybody. I think it helps independent artists. I think it takes some leverage away from the majors too with doing deals with other artists. If I'm looking to sign and I'm the hottest thing moving right now on YouTube or whatever, and you take away my music being able to be promoted on TikTok.

01:05:17
Speaker 2: Do you think I'd ever fucking sign with you? Right?

01:05:19
Speaker 1: And I'm also thinking from like a younger artist perspective, where younger artists are being discovered is on TikTok. So say, yeah, I'm a young artist that has a following, I blow up on TikTok as most are doing now, and then I sign to Universal. Universal and their legal team before the inks dry will own your back catalog. So immediately you're telling me, is the day I signed with you, You're going to now have the right to my back catalog and then rip it off a platform that I got my name from. And then what I'm pretty much starting from square zero because say I have a million on TikTok, but my Instagram as like one hundred thousand. My following's over here. Now we're isolating, we're depriving my audience that got me to this point, and now I have to do this on Instagram and Twitter or wherever now.

01:06:07
Speaker 3: So it's basically like creating another I have to go to this label.

01:06:10
Speaker 1: You're just robbing artists of it is the real losers of the artists.

01:06:14
Speaker 5: I mean to the point, because now we're losing all promotion, like no matter what to some degree. And I'm not I've been on record not being a fuck majors type of person. I think with certain artists, majors are actually great for you. I think it's awesome, and I think independence are great for other artists. But if you rob me not only of my masters and probably the fair share of profit outside of what you put up for.

01:06:41
Speaker 2: Me, it is what it is.

01:06:44
Speaker 5: That's the industry standard. It sucks, but that's cool. Now you're robbing me of my promotion. Now I can't even promote my record to get the pennies off the dollar that I'm getting. Now tell me now, you're legitimately.

01:06:58
Speaker 2: A bank of America.

01:06:59
Speaker 5: Yeah, you're not even in a company as far as promoting my music. Like you go to a major because they can help make you a star, and whether we like it or not, TikTok is a huge fucking part of that.

01:07:10
Speaker 2: Now, Julie, you take that out. It's like there was a Pharrell.

01:07:13
Speaker 6: Just did an interview where he was saying that if you could find it, he was sitting down with a podcast, I believe, or he did an interview somewhere he was saying that he doesn't feel like artists have to sign to labels anymore more than ever now, Like there's no need for the artists to uh to sign a major recording deal.

01:07:33
Speaker 5: And I think that was a premature statement based off the major's relationship with Spotify, i e. Being part owners and with TikTok, and with platforms like Instagram. If you erase that, then at this point find a drug dealer to financial dreams like.

01:07:53
Speaker 2: What do we do? What are we doing it?

01:07:54
Speaker 1: What's happened before?

01:07:56
Speaker 2: I know?

01:07:57
Speaker 5: But it's different when taking so many resources. And on top of that, we just watched Universal Warner all these reports that they're laying off half their staff. Right now, the music industry is laying off more people than any other industry at all. So now I don't have a staff, I don't have access to the biggest platform. Okay, you're going to give me one hundred grand to record an album that I don't own that You're gonna give me pennies off the dollar?

01:08:23
Speaker 1: Why?

01:08:24
Speaker 7: Yeah, what I'm seeing So I'm seeing some financial people who are talking about that. So basically, TikTok paid UMG one hundred and ten million. They're paying them around one hundred and ten million dollars per year. TikTok is comparable to Facebook Meta, with whom UMG had a multi year deal with in twenty twenty two, who they're paying I think three times as much. They're paying two hundred to three hundred million per year to license the content, so doubling damn their tripling what TikTok is paying.

01:08:57
Speaker 1: Right.

01:08:58
Speaker 7: However, they're not gonna you can advertise on Meta in Facebook and Instagram, all of that, it's never gonna get the type of coverage that it's gonna get on TikTok. So I don't blame TikTok for not wanting to pay as much, but that is a big difference.

01:09:13
Speaker 2: I don't think this is my personal opinion.

01:09:15
Speaker 5: I read all the articles and I have no inside information.

01:09:20
Speaker 2: I think UMG went in for.

01:09:24
Speaker 5: An actual percentage of TikTok the same way they have done with every other tech company, how they've dealt with YouTube, how they've dealt with everyone, and they were needed. TikTok is a platform that of course we know Taylor Swift Records go crazy on there. We know there's dances with every artist they don't live and die by a back catalog or future music.

01:09:47
Speaker 2: They just don't.

01:09:48
Speaker 5: People are going to generate videos because they love TikTok and like making tiktoks. They'll dance to anything. That's actually kind of the beauty of TikTok where they almost treat it like SoundCloud of a rabbit hole, where those sounds and that shit, like, even if you don't have a huge following, your shit can pop on TikTok. So if you take that away where the kids are not focused on trying to dance to what the hottest song is right now, or have a back catalog, yeah, some random fucking DJ could just make a beat and if it has the right dance, it's out of here. We've seen it a million times with TikTok. I think Universal finally met their match because they have every right to deal with Vivo and YouTube that way, every single right to deal with Spotify, Apple Music in that capacity because when we use those things, we need back catalog and we need future catalog because those are strictly sort of music platforms, their tech companies.

01:10:44
Speaker 2: But it's music TikTok is that's just a portion.

01:10:47
Speaker 5: Sure, they don't they find Universal finally met their fucking match, and I think Universal, I don't think it's caving. I know you've been big brother forever. But adjust with the times, Adjust with the fuck That's.

01:11:00
Speaker 2: What I was gonna say.

01:11:00
Speaker 6: I think it's just time for the big brother to just adjust to the new times and the things that are going on. The way people discover music, the way people share music, the way people fall in love with artists, and things like that.

01:11:11
Speaker 3: It's a more organic way of doing it.

01:11:13
Speaker 6: With TikTok, people post videos, people like the video, the video goes viral, people like damn, that song is dope. I like that song with songs that I've done it, I've seen the clips and things like that.

01:11:23
Speaker 3: I'm like, yo, what songs that? So it's just a sign of the time's changing.

01:11:27
Speaker 6: And I think Universe was still trying to stand there ground and say we're the most dominant figure on the block. That may be true, but there are other ways that artists are spreading their music and growing their music now that I think you want to be a part of and help to grow it in that direction as well.

01:11:43
Speaker 5: But straight up too, before you go to Maris, do Universal not straight up say not even cryptically, we do not give a single fuck about music. Their response was, TikTok is one percent of our fucking revenue. We don't care about that. So one percent of your revenue is coming from TikTok and music.

01:12:05
Speaker 2: Cool. I get that.

01:12:07
Speaker 5: So now you're going to take away the biggest promotional thing ever for your music division. You are saying we do not give a single fuck about music. It means nothing to us. It means nothing at all. We're telling you it's one percent of revenue over here, it's biggest promotional shit.

01:12:21
Speaker 2: So fuck y'all. Well that's saying that's saying fuck music. The music, Yes, saying fuck you to music.

01:12:26
Speaker 1: It is you're speaking shareholder language because that you're looking at it because they want Yeah, but I'm saying it's not obviously I would imagine that the label. The people at the label are like, well, shit, now what are we going to do?

01:12:39
Speaker 4: Yeah?

01:12:39
Speaker 1: But yeah, if you're looking at it holistically, if you're looking at a pie chart and you see one percent, you're like, fuck it, we'll eat that.

01:12:45
Speaker 2: If I'm losing, I'm looking like, yo, y'all, y'all just said fuck me for real?

01:12:50
Speaker 1: Yeah, you said fuck me.

01:12:52
Speaker 5: And everything that I've brought to this company. Yeah, and even though it is one percent whatever, back to perception as well, Like you guys had to start three to sixty deal because we know where you can leverage celebrity. Taylor Swift changed the economy. It was based off of music. Everyone's saying, fuck music. Now, fuck our artists, fuck their promotion. It's barely a penny.

01:13:18
Speaker 1: To do us.

01:13:19
Speaker 2: Fuck y'all.

01:13:20
Speaker 4: But I don't. I mean, that's like, that's.

01:13:23
Speaker 5: To me admitting we are eventually and have been planning on dissolving this entire thing.

01:13:27
Speaker 2: Okay, this is a fun hobby.

01:13:28
Speaker 4: I think I think you're going really far with that.

01:13:31
Speaker 7: I think you're taken to what they when they said TikTok pays one percent.

01:13:35
Speaker 4: I think you're taking that.

01:13:36
Speaker 5: I'm not saying that. I know it's one percent of their revenue. What they get paid out by TikTok one.

01:13:40
Speaker 2: Hundred million dollars is which makes so much sense to get rid of.

01:13:44
Speaker 5: But if the future is going into tech companies, and TikTok is the biggest one that was the only one that was gonna make them budget, stood on their fucking business and they decided to say fuck you to TikTok. To me, that's saying fuck you to the future of music because no matter what music is gonna be with tech companies, no matter what, I think, they're gonna have to do these deals again and when they say no here, it's just gonna get worse the next time.

01:14:06
Speaker 2: And they're saying fuck this music department.

01:14:09
Speaker 4: But I think it's this is the thing with I think they're they're not saying fuck.

01:14:13
Speaker 2: They didn't say fuck there.

01:14:14
Speaker 4: No, I think they're standing on their business.

01:14:17
Speaker 7: And this is why because out of everything that TikTok pays to the labels, TikTok paid last year to the labels around four hundred to five hundred million dollars. TikTok made eighteen billion dollars. Are you seeing what I'm saying? So to them, it's like, I take up about my my catalog is about thirty percent of the music that's being used on this app that is majority majority based on music. And you're gonna tell me that you're only paying me one hundred and ten million dollars a year that I have to you have to stand out all around on that.

01:14:51
Speaker 2: You have to. I agree with you.

01:14:52
Speaker 5: That's why I started with saying UMG is in a situation there's no win for losing, Like either way, you're losing all your leverage. You finally met your match. I think I think UMG is worth more than one hundred million dollars from TikTok.

01:15:07
Speaker 2: You crazy. Of course, I believe that they should definitely go.

01:15:10
Speaker 5: They should ask for somewhat of a stake, even if it's a point zero zero one percent.

01:15:14
Speaker 2: We bring a.

01:15:14
Speaker 5: Lot of shit here, but TikTok in China is looking at this ship like these kids making their own sounds and they're going viral.

01:15:22
Speaker 2: We don't need your ship. Yeah, but if I'm an artist, I think it feels like a fuck you.

01:15:27
Speaker 3: Isn't TikTok bandage China?

01:15:29
Speaker 6: No TikTok is banned somewhere in one of those countries over there in North Korea.

01:15:34
Speaker 1: Well, nothing's allowed there.

01:15:36
Speaker 2: I'm you sure TikTok has banned.

01:15:39
Speaker 1: Some Chinese own company.

01:15:40
Speaker 2: Definitely Chinese own company.

01:15:42
Speaker 1: H full bands on TikTok. Afghanistan damn it, India, Iran, Krazikstan, Nepal and Somalia damn. The pirates can't scroll on there.

01:15:53
Speaker 7: Just to give you crazy and just to give you that instead of giving you like percentages, just for the listeners to make this a little bit east here. So there's a UMG has a recording they have recording music, and they have publishing rights music. So from today, the recording music, which is three million over around three million songs have disappeared. The publishing music is an additional four million songs. So like there is, these are sick. I want to give you all numbers instead of just percentages. This is a lot of music, like a lot of music.

01:16:25
Speaker 1: So and TikTok won't suffer, doesn't need that shit. Yeah, So this is my question, like, if you're a universal rory, if.

01:16:32
Speaker 5: It's one, if it's one percent of your revenue, yeah, I'm saying for future business and for the overall big picture.

01:16:40
Speaker 2: You should cave.

01:16:42
Speaker 1: Yes, one hundred percent, you should cave.

01:16:44
Speaker 3: Yeah, But that's easy to say when you're not I'm Monday morning quarterback.

01:16:47
Speaker 1: I don't know, no, but this is also going to hurt their bottom line, Like now I've never won.

01:16:50
Speaker 2: To the public.

01:16:51
Speaker 1: The initial conversation, it's like.

01:16:52
Speaker 6: Well, why do you think they didn't cave though, because, like you said, if you cave. Now you're gonna have to cave to.

01:16:56
Speaker 1: Oh you made they're the big brother. They were like, fuck it, We've never had to been the knee before. Why would we start now?

01:17:02
Speaker 5: And I'm saying quietly they could have just done it because to me, this back and forth QUSS.

01:17:07
Speaker 2: Shit is an ego thing. Yeah, for sure, if you would have quietly caved.

01:17:12
Speaker 5: And you're also now saying, which you're snitching on yourself to me and listen, I'm just a dumb guy in a yellow T shirt oneeron. You don't have to laugh on me. One percent of your revenue comes from TikTok Okay, So for the betterment, if I believe in UMG and music and my artists and want people to continue to sign in my label and continue to care about music, I have Sir Lucian Grange over here, I may cave and come to a compromise based off one percent of my revenue. Yes, for the future of UMG, I will cave to some degree with TikTok. Now, if there's real politics, because it's China and there's some other shit that is way deeper than we know about, then I should shut the fuck up because they they made all of the NBA show up when they said the word China.

01:18:01
Speaker 2: So I don't really know.

01:18:02
Speaker 6: I mean we we do know this though, in this type of business situation, if if one side doesn't kind of adhere a cave, like you said, it's really just all ego based. Yeah, I think because they have to they have this, you have to. Well that's a negotiation. We're gonna see who caves caves.

01:18:21
Speaker 1: First, need to care, it's gonna have to be youll hold on with the.

01:18:26
Speaker 2: Position they've never been in the Spotify had the cave.

01:18:28
Speaker 4: I'm going to name some eu MG artists.

01:18:32
Speaker 2: You don't even have to.

01:18:33
Speaker 6: You don't have to what I'm saying, just just we can we know we know that too, Just to just name two.

01:18:39
Speaker 4: Of them, Taylor Swift and Bad Buddy.

01:18:41
Speaker 2: There you go.

01:18:41
Speaker 3: You don't even have to name the thing.

01:18:44
Speaker 1: You don't have to.

01:18:45
Speaker 6: You have to go there this Harry styles Like we're saying names that to TikTok don't mean ship who gives a fun TikTok doesn't need these people.

01:18:54
Speaker 5: And I could see UMG being arrogant enough to say, like Taylor Swift moves the economy without TikTok. I'm saying, ruins the future opportunity to have the next superstars if you're eliminating the biggest promotional.

01:19:07
Speaker 3: Tool on the next generation.

01:19:09
Speaker 5: Drake is not going to suffer. Taylor's not going to suffer. A lot of artists aren't going to suffer. You're closing, And I also think UMG really focuses the most on them. But do you think this company is gonna die with Taylor, Swift and Drake? Like Universe has been around for how long? Do you not see a future in this that could be something too? Same way everyone's selling their catalogs. There's probably a lot going on that we're Monday morning quarterback like, we don't know what the fuck is happening. We're going based off what we see here. But that could Universal could think they had the they made the best decision they ever could have because the music industry as we see it is over, So why the fuck would we cave there.

01:19:45
Speaker 7: I know you guys are saying that this doesn't affect TikTok. TikTok is unaffected by this, right, And I get where you're coming from with that, because TikTok, I get where you're coming from with that.

01:19:53
Speaker 4: But what I will also say is okay.

01:19:55
Speaker 7: For example, Drake, Drake's album dropped, every TikTok on the timeline I'll speak for American adult TikTok was Drake songs with dances and other stuff. Whatever you do on TikTok with the Drake plan in the background. If Drake's album drops and you can't do TikTok's to Drake's music, that will force people to go to reels like people will make.

01:20:19
Speaker 2: Real people will still be addicted to TikTok.

01:20:22
Speaker 5: The same way if Drake, Taylor Swift all the huge artists were talking about came together and boycotted and was like, Yo, fuck TikTok. All our fans delete that shit because we can't use our catalog on this, then I could see an effect happen. Yeah, these kids don't care. If Lucian Grange was like, oh man, they don't even know who that is. And I'm telling you now, Drake Taylor Swift, none of them are ever going to say a bad word about TikTok. The kids are just gonna be like, well, I can't do a Drake song. I guess I'll move on to the next.

01:20:52
Speaker 1: Sound, to the next one. Yeah, but what if they.

01:20:55
Speaker 5: All came in solidarity and Taylor Swift was at the Super Bowl in the fucking the and like had a sign like the way Prince had slave over his mouth and was like fuck TikTok. Because Taylor Swift and Prints are the same. Mm hmm, then maybe you could have some effect, a tiny effect on what's going on with TikTok. Taylor Swift and Drake are just as afraid of China as Joe Biden, so they're gonna shut up.

01:21:18
Speaker 7: But what I'm what I'm saying is you're saying, Okay, onto the next song, onto the next sound, saying so much of the market share, so who's the next?

01:21:26
Speaker 4: Are you seeing what I'm saying?

01:21:27
Speaker 2: Like Drake and tailoring on the gallows? No, I'm talking about why would they go to bat for you?

01:21:32
Speaker 3: And what happens with TikTok? What happens when TikTok decides to become a label.

01:21:37
Speaker 1: They should have been signing artists, but they don't need to.

01:21:40
Speaker 5: That's what you like that to them, that's ass backwards, Like kids.

01:21:45
Speaker 6: I'm not label, they don't need they don't need to do. But now what if TikTok says, you know what in response to this, like we're going to create an artist division, like we're gonna we're gonna become a label. It was to find these kids that they TikTok's going crazy, sign them to deals, give them.

01:22:03
Speaker 1: That approach made sense to what we argued in the past about what SoundCloud should have done. Yeah, because that was a more so take a page out of that book. But this is TikTok is so self sufficient that it doesn't like it. To Roy's point, it's peanuts to them. What is an artist making music to them?

01:22:19
Speaker 2: I don't have the answer to your question.

01:22:21
Speaker 5: I have a question to your question, same reason why Apple Music never did it, same reason why Spotify has never done it.

01:22:30
Speaker 2: What would be the point to them the.

01:22:32
Speaker 5: Way I watched Apple Music do that exclusive deal with Chance and a few other rappers and then stop, and then Spotify never signing a single artist ever, because like imagine, I mean what we've been exclusively signed there, But imagine signing to Spotify and they're guaranteeing me the front page everything a major does. I could sign directly to the tech company that owns the hardware. Of course, I will, but the tech company is looking like, why would I do this? Is you're an advertisement. You're an advertisement, so someone can buy this to listen to your ship. You don't care about that, Like, why would I? Why would I do a label?

01:23:07
Speaker 8: Sounds like somebody has a monopoly on the game. Well, Chinese, what if this is the only question? Because Okay, so Universal they tried.

01:23:16
Speaker 1: They this doesn't look good to them, at least from our perspective. Maybe you're right, Maybe they have another play that they can leverage. What if Warner, like what if all the majors? What if Universal goes shit, goes to the other majors and goes, hey, take I don't know what your deals are, but if we can all agree to take all of our artists down, do you think then something like TikTok would have to better?

01:23:38
Speaker 5: Or something tiktoks that are An article I read suggested that all the other majors have already resigned and came to a fair negotiation.

01:23:46
Speaker 1: Oh that's hilarious, Well Universals fucked themselves.

01:23:48
Speaker 5: Yeah, and also at the same time, like back to this, Ego and big Brother Shit, Warner, Sony and Universal are all arguing about Disney plus right now Netflix, Like shit, that's way bigger than Drake albums. Like they're not gonna come together for the art of music.

01:24:16
Speaker 2: At all.

01:24:17
Speaker 5: Like their fight is with owning streaming and monetizing their back catalogs and using that as leverage to continue to own the tech. And they all look at each other as competitors. They're not coming together. They're competitors with ego. That shit would never happen. They don't even let artists. Sometimes shit doesn't get cleared because you have a feature from a Sony artist in your own universal right, and they will legitimately block what would help you, which internally helps them. They would block it because they don't fuck with Sony. See it happened a bunch of times that feature is not getting clear. We don't have a relationship with them.

01:24:53
Speaker 2: Fuck them. They're a competitor. Why would you work with somebody like that? Well, I don't know. I thought it help all of us. Nah, we don't work that way, bro.

01:25:00
Speaker 7: I watched How to Watch the what Disney did to the Hulk just because they couldn't get the rights to his solo movie, and the way that they destroyed an entire character and his entire character arc made him so unlikable because they could not get the rights to his solo movie.

01:25:16
Speaker 5: You know, it's the same reason Fox News fired Tucker Carlson. Nobody's bigger than the program. Like, I don't care that you're the number one TV guy. We have been around forever. You're just the hottest thing moving right now. We don't give a fuck. And in UMG world, I think that's how they've been viewing music at this point. How do we own everything that an artist does outside of music so we can leverage their celebrity where the real money is.

01:25:47
Speaker 6: So let's asks the real questions the marriage. How scared are you now? But you can't use some of your favorite hardest music on TikTok.

01:25:53
Speaker 7: I don't use artists. I don't really use music on TikTok. I talk on TikTok a lot. Oh, that's that's the point. Yeah, that's actually what gets pushed the most now is people talking on TikTok.

01:26:02
Speaker 4: I can't remember the last time I used the song on TikTok.

01:26:04
Speaker 5: And to be quite honest, tiktok'st a better promotion for artists when they do the dances and those songs than it is for TikTok. It's more lucrative for the artists from a promotional Yeah, absolutely, Like TikTok will just have somebody, you know, mouse this sound, just talk real quick.

01:26:23
Speaker 2: That's what's lucrative for that. How to have us talking to our phones.

01:26:25
Speaker 5: I was like, I don't know, like, how much money do you think TikTok made off Meg's sassy dance?

01:26:32
Speaker 2: Hold on? Okay? Now, wait a contempared to what TikTok makes. No obviously compared to what I don't even think it. I don't even think it made it to But that management.

01:26:40
Speaker 7: What made no, you're bugging That's what made a lot of people join TikTok. That's what made a lot of kids join TikTok is when that danced with viral. So I'm not gonna I'm not gonna take that from you. It's a lot, really really big moment people.

01:26:53
Speaker 2: Yeah, but at the time, but this is a lot to a lot to me.

01:26:58
Speaker 7: That is when that happened, That happened during the pandemic. TikTok was nowhere nearest busies it is now when that happened. So for them, that was a moment me personally, That's what I think. But now it has turned because that was back when TikTok was a dancing app.

01:27:12
Speaker 4: Remember when TikTok first came out, it was TikTok.

01:27:15
Speaker 2: Drake.

01:27:15
Speaker 5: Drake conformed to TikTok. During the pandemic. TikTok did not conform to Drake.

01:27:20
Speaker 2: TikTok.

01:27:20
Speaker 5: He was in his He was tootsy sliding in his fucking living room.

01:27:23
Speaker 7: Y'all do know that TikTok was originally originally the musically app, right do you guys remember musically? Okay, so you can't sit it there and say yes, TikTok has always been no, no, no, TikTok was a music app.

01:27:35
Speaker 4: It started as a music app, right sure, so.

01:27:38
Speaker 7: Where people can mouth other mouth over songs and things like that and different artists. It got the reputation for a dancing app because music dancing obviously goes together. It has grown over recent years into a whole different monster, but that is still where where its roots were. So yes, back in those days.

01:27:56
Speaker 5: A bashing woman website now and now now and now owns my thoughts.

01:28:03
Speaker 2: Like things change.

01:28:05
Speaker 3: Those are the days back all my life.

01:28:08
Speaker 2: Like I feel you, I feel you.

01:28:09
Speaker 5: But things change so drastic once you get to fucking San Francisco and it becomes backed by billion dollar investors.

01:28:18
Speaker 4: Yes, of course, I see, we see. You can build a community, We.

01:28:21
Speaker 2: Can own that community. Yeah, things change drastically.

01:28:24
Speaker 8: You have the software five or by you and any own that will buy, and anyone that uses that we own them.

01:28:33
Speaker 2: Now sick, where are we living?

01:28:36
Speaker 1: Plays some voicemails?

01:28:38
Speaker 2: You've got mail?

01:28:39
Speaker 3: Oh ship, I forgot we have voicemails. Just give us a voicemail?

01:28:42
Speaker 1: All right? Pivot into uh a sexual one man.

01:28:46
Speaker 2: Winning in court is crazy knowing everybody quaw from you know how much?

01:28:54
Speaker 1: Love to y'all.

01:28:56
Speaker 9: But I had a question and it's uhbody year but mostly Ferora because you know we let's say we have a similar past. You know what I'm saying, which I ain't gona traumba, don't any of that, but which led to issues hypersexuality and things in that nature. And I just want to know, you know, how did you get past that? You know what I'm saying, Like, obviously now I have a problem getting women, meeting women, you know what I'm saying talking to women whatever. It's just that most of my relationships with women are sexual, you know what I'm saying. And very recently I met somebody, a young woman who I wanted to be more with, like you know what I'm saying, like more than just you want my own lady type shit. And I feel like my over sexuality kind of messed that, kind of fucked that up a little bit.

01:29:53
Speaker 1: So I kind of just want to know, like this's therapists.

01:29:57
Speaker 9: Obviously obvious intent was likely, but how did you how did you get over that? Like you know what I'm saying, Like I feel like when I told a physical touches my love language, he kind of like that turned off crazy, Like you know what I'm saying, I appreciate the help.

01:30:11
Speaker 2: You know what I'm saying.

01:30:12
Speaker 4: Love y'all, love what y'all do.

01:30:13
Speaker 1: But listen for a minute.

01:30:16
Speaker 2: Physical touch can be a love language, right, It is a love language.

01:30:20
Speaker 1: Yeah, if I'm But.

01:30:21
Speaker 6: He's trying to say, since you're such a honey devil, No, he's a hony del.

01:30:24
Speaker 2: He's saying he's been molested before.

01:30:26
Speaker 5: Yeah, hyper sexual, and he has trouble having real relationships because he's focused just on physical because he has a hyper sexual brain. Because he was introduced to sex way before he should have been introduced to sex. And when you have a mind that is mush and is developing and someone introduces something that should come way later in your life, it takes over most of your brain, which can fuck up all relationships. I understand what he's trying to say. I don't want to give the Clee Shade answer because he already brought up like I understand therapy. I will say for me what worked was talking about it in therapy and understanding the root of it and making yourself more aware of it and seeing the behavior you have and where it's caused makes you more conscious of it, which allows you to change it a bit. You become more patient with stuff. You don't view things the same way once you understand the root of it. But I mean he's he's made somewhat progress already of understanding is hyper sexuality based off what happened to him when he was young. It takes the work on changing that because once you realize it, that doesn't make anything you do.

01:31:28
Speaker 2: Okay, I'm still on that side.

01:31:31
Speaker 5: I understand if you've been abused before, it is unfortunately your job as an adult to make sure you don't not to say he's gonna abuse anyone, but that you do the work to change yourself, and that takes some time and you should get some grace through that. But you have to do the work if you don't want it to affect the rest of your life, because once you're forty years old and you've been through sexual abuse, nobody is going to look at that as an excuse if you are lashing out or treating people poorly, Like, we'll get where it comes from.

01:32:07
Speaker 2: But you're in a don't know it's.

01:32:10
Speaker 5: It's time to change, and that sucks because it's like damn like you have that feeling of like, oh, well, no one protected me or cared about me at that time. Now it's my job to fucking pick up the pieces and not be a shitty person unfortunately.

01:32:23
Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, and.

01:32:25
Speaker 5: I know it's like the tough love version of it, but you will just continue to have awful relationships that will affect you in a terrible way at the end of the day.

01:32:33
Speaker 2: It's a selfish act as well.

01:32:35
Speaker 5: If you want to have a real connection with somebody, you have to do the work and realize where your actions are coming from and disconnect yourself from that experience the best you can so you can have a healthy relationship with people and understand it wasn't your fault, but you are now in control for the first time. That's the beauty of it when you look at it. You were never in control at that time. Now I'm in control, and it was fucked up, but I can control now how I can work with people.

01:33:04
Speaker 2: Right, So that's my advice. Is that good? I think you got it? And if these are sensitive topics, so I don't know.

01:33:10
Speaker 4: If you did a very good job, I agree with you.

01:33:14
Speaker 7: The only thing I'll add is as far as her getting turned off by physical touch. You can have physical touches your love language, but that doesn't always mean sex. So if you didn't make that clear to her, because a lot of times, a lot of men's love language they think it's physical touch because they think sexual wise, right, when a lot of them they don't know that their love language is actually words of affirmation and a whole bunch of other shit, So they will mostly will say physical touch. So that's why it turns a lot of women off. But yours probably is physical touch because of what you've been through. But you need to learn how to channel that physical touch into other ways, because when physical touches your love language, it doesn't mean that you like sex. We all like sex. It means that you like handholding, you like hugs, you like cuddling, So that's physical touches your love language. You being hypersexual is not physical touch being your love language, because there's actually no love involved in that. But I do hope that you get the help you need. I was just giving you some insights into why she was probably turned off by that.

01:34:11
Speaker 3: I like cuddling too, until it gets too hot.

01:34:14
Speaker 4: You look like you get hot when you sleep.

01:34:15
Speaker 6: Yeah, you do hot, sleep naked. I got to I can't sleep with clothes on. I wake up shirt soaking wet. Everything is wet m my dream or just so not just hot, just you know.

01:34:28
Speaker 7: My most comfortable relationship as long as our feet like our.

01:34:31
Speaker 2: Sold You never had a wet dream.

01:34:33
Speaker 1: I never was that having to soak shirt from a wet dreams?

01:34:37
Speaker 2: Were were you in your dream?

01:34:39
Speaker 6: He was a dawnty park and that means you had no bottom zon in the shirt or miss be nasty wrangler, ooh, miss be nasty, shout out to be nasty.

01:34:48
Speaker 2: I want to shout out every episode.

01:34:50
Speaker 5: But also I think it's brave that you called into a podcast to have that conversation, especially this one.

01:34:55
Speaker 2: Yeah, those are tough things to have conversations about. But well, I mean, you know, he feels like he shared that with you. Yeah, it's just something that's you're able to get over.

01:35:04
Speaker 1: How often, Rory, do you feel you guys bring it up every day? So yeah, not us obviously. Well we're doing it as a PSA, so people like this gentleman can call in and share and feel comfortable. But how often do you like feel d ms or or you know, messages from people about that stuff?

01:35:22
Speaker 3: But they think Rory is like lying about it most of the time, so joking about it.

01:35:26
Speaker 2: But yeah, well joking, but they just make jokes because y'all make jokes. Well, I think sometimes that's like, what is that.

01:35:34
Speaker 4: Mechanism coping mechanism of affirmation?

01:35:38
Speaker 1: No, making fun of him being touched? I think that's a word of affirmation.

01:35:43
Speaker 7: Yeah, well, actually, can you and Irish household? Yeah, the love languages for me? Can you give me a demonstration, like an example of the love languages? I would love to see what you think showing love and it if I show.

01:35:53
Speaker 3: You physical touch, we might get canceled. I'm not gonna do that.

01:35:56
Speaker 4: Okay, we cannot do that. What are words of affirmation?

01:35:59
Speaker 2: You are beautiful, you are powerful, you are confident. You know what I mean? Like I support you, things like that.

01:36:05
Speaker 4: Okay, what there's nothing you can't do that's not yes, but in love, like.

01:36:11
Speaker 2: Like whatever their stuff you can in love? Shut up, you can't cook. I'm affirming that you cannot cook.

01:36:16
Speaker 7: Affirm that nobody maybe, But and love, it's more like and love. Words in relationships, words of affirmation are more like, I love you, I appreciate you you.

01:36:28
Speaker 4: Yeah, thank you for making my life easier through all of that.

01:36:32
Speaker 3: Like when they give you a head, I'm like, that is good.

01:36:34
Speaker 2: You're doing a great job. Keep doing it. No more of that spit.

01:36:37
Speaker 1: No, that's a two fir because that's physical touch and exactly and acts of service quality time.

01:36:42
Speaker 3: If you're paying for it, I'm knocked over.

01:36:45
Speaker 1: You're receiving a gift.

01:36:46
Speaker 8: That's all five of the come on, I'm not a legend over here. Head is the ultimately marriage acts for one I gave all.

01:36:54
Speaker 1: I think it is the ultimate love language. That is the ultimate.

01:36:57
Speaker 2: So many words of affirmation in physical Oh my god, when I was talking, that's quality.

01:37:02
Speaker 3: Time, quality times, acts of service is everything you have said.

01:37:06
Speaker 2: That's the best gift you can. We got to stop letting women think head is a gift. Well I'll take it.

01:37:12
Speaker 4: Did you have it before? If you didn't have it before, it's a gift.

01:37:14
Speaker 1: I love that gift. That's a gift.

01:37:15
Speaker 5: You wouldn't say, Roy, what gifts do you expect from? From what I'm saying? Like, if it's my birthday, don't give me head and that's the gift. You are more than Just give me head on arbor Day? Yeah, that should be What is arbor Day?

01:37:27
Speaker 2: Rory? When the trees?

01:37:29
Speaker 4: Uh no, when is it though?

01:37:30
Speaker 2: What date in the spring?

01:37:32
Speaker 1: Yeah, April twenty six.

01:37:33
Speaker 2: Everyone knows that.

01:37:34
Speaker 1: Yeah.

01:37:35
Speaker 2: I didn't think I needed to say that because everyone.

01:37:37
Speaker 3: Knows because everyone gets special head on Arbor Day.

01:37:44
Speaker 2: My seed sprouts every Arbor Day.

01:37:48
Speaker 3: Head is a gift and I want it every day. Keep giving me that gift, please.

01:37:52
Speaker 5: Isn't love kind of like all five of these though? Outside of receiving gifts.

01:37:55
Speaker 1: Well, that's why it's called love languages.

01:37:57
Speaker 7: It's way, there's ways. Shouldn't love and not always to show love. There how you receive love best. Your love language is how you receive love best. For example, you could go buy me you well, now I won't say me. Some girls you can buy them a burkin. Right, some girls you can buy them a burkin. But if you don't tell them that you love them, they will not believe that you love them.

01:38:17
Speaker 5: That's why I said receiving gifts was the one I was taking out. The rest of these, though, I think should all be part of love.

01:38:23
Speaker 4: No, it's not.

01:38:25
Speaker 7: Yes, yes, a good relationship encompasses all of the love languages, of course, But some people receive love different, and you know differently, like you will prefer acts of service over words of affirmation, correct people Showing people doing things to make your life easier is how you would prefer to receive your love over somebody just saying I love you.

01:38:46
Speaker 2: Okay, But isn't love a compromise to some degree? Rory?

01:38:50
Speaker 5: Is it?

01:38:50
Speaker 2: Not?

01:38:50
Speaker 4: Philosopher with a fucking ten hat.

01:38:51
Speaker 2: On every should love is a compromise?

01:38:55
Speaker 1: Right?

01:38:55
Speaker 7: No, love is not a Relationships are compromises. Love is not a compromise. Relationships are compromises.

01:39:01
Speaker 2: Now you're the philosopher.

01:39:03
Speaker 5: If somebody's not great at giving words of affirmation, and that's the best way I receive love, but I love this person, I'm not going to be mad at them for that.

01:39:11
Speaker 2: They're just not good at words of affirmation.

01:39:14
Speaker 4: No, but that might not be the person. Okay, but that might not be the person for you.

01:39:17
Speaker 7: That's that's the purpose, and that's the reason why people do these relationship tests, because you're supposed to a relationship is not just about I love you and you love me.

01:39:26
Speaker 4: That won't keep a relationship going.

01:39:28
Speaker 7: When it comes to relationships, our puzzle pieces have to fit and we have to understand each other and be able to gel well. So if I am a person who needs to hear I love you, and you're not comfortable saying I love you, but you'll buy me every gift and touch me and spend quality time, none of that will matter to me if I never hear you say the words, So we are not a good fit.

01:39:47
Speaker 2: Alce, I want to say I love you?

01:39:48
Speaker 5: Is that means my love language is words of affirmation. It's like one on one shit, not saying I love you. You know, I'm not really trying to debate.

01:39:57
Speaker 2: I'm trying to understand.

01:39:57
Speaker 7: Okay, not just and I'm not I don't want to use I love you, but it's a good example not Some people don't say, you know how I tell y'all I love y'all all the time?

01:40:05
Speaker 4: Like all the time, I tell y'all love it.

01:40:07
Speaker 2: You say you love everybody, so we don't. It doesn't much. It doesn't.

01:40:11
Speaker 4: At the end of the day.

01:40:12
Speaker 7: Some people are not comfortable saying how they feel period, and let's not just say I love you. They're more comfortable showing you how I feel. You're dating y'all, don't date man, I datement. You'll hear the lot. Well, I didn't What do you mean I didn't tell you that I appreciate you? Or what do you mean I didn't tell you I love you.

01:40:27
Speaker 4: I did this for you. I did this for you.

01:40:29
Speaker 7: This proves my love to you. And it's like, okay, but that's not my love language. I need to hear you say these words. I need to hear you say that you think I'm beautiful. I need to hear you say that you need me and that you appreciate me, or else I won't feel it no matter how else you do it.

01:40:42
Speaker 1: That's why.

01:40:42
Speaker 7: I just think that people should if you want to be with somebody and you want that relationship to last and have that passion and that heat and that happiness throughout. I personally think you have to learn to show love in your partner's love language period.

01:40:56
Speaker 2: Okay again, I wasn't trying to, Yeah, but that's.

01:40:59
Speaker 7: Yeah, it's just you know, it's it is as far as showing those like, Yes, a relationship is a compromise, and you do need to learn how to love your partner the way that your partner that receives love or else the relationship is not going to last that long.

01:41:13
Speaker 1: Yeah, I agree, we know.

01:41:16
Speaker 3: I mean had on ourbor day also Man April twenty six, I can't wait.

01:41:20
Speaker 5: Yeah, to answer your earlier question, Julian, people that dm me. I stole about depression on the old pod, and people dm me all the time, and I reply, it was making me more depressed and making me more anxious, and like people would dump their problems and I, you know, I would reply because I felt some type of way and they were saying, yo, you made me feel seen, and like podcasting doesn't talk about this shit.

01:41:44
Speaker 2: It was before Charlotte Mane.

01:41:47
Speaker 5: So I enjoyed it until like it became a not a burden because that's a bad thing. I don't like doing that anymore because it's going to affect my life, like I'll lose leap thinking about a stranger that DM me that I replied to of how they're doing it put me in a bad place. So I'm cool with like voicemails and having this conversation because it's here. But if I'm on the on my phone and like I see a notification and then I see that unread shit and I was having a conversation about depression and some other shit, I don't want to be this stranger's call. Yeah, like and then what if something happens and like, yeah, I just don't need that in my life.

01:42:26
Speaker 6: We talked about that a lot, like sometimes that these Lives shows you meet people and they say, oh, you know, you saved my life. I was contemplating suicide and this that that's that's heavy, man, that's heavy to just throw on somebody because it's like whoa, Like you were thinking about suicide, but I'm the person that was like the voice of reason in your head and you were looking forward to like listening to me every week, like, that's that's heavy. People don't understand how heavy that is. But that's like a really really heavy thing to tell somebody, because I know me, I'm not well I am, But.

01:42:58
Speaker 7: Do you tell people to kill themselves every other day? So I don't know why they will ever want to listen to you to keep you.

01:43:02
Speaker 1: Probably tell people you have a mental illness.

01:43:07
Speaker 2: Me.

01:43:07
Speaker 1: Yeah, that's true, probably more accurate.

01:43:08
Speaker 2: Well they do, that's true and most e fact.

01:43:11
Speaker 5: I mean, I've watched people say that tomorrow and I think it's cool when not cool, but I think I appreciate it when people say it at live shows and meet and Greece and everything. To what Julian's question was, though, I had to stop with the d M ship because then I started feeling responsible.

01:43:25
Speaker 1: For Yeah, you started wearing people's trying Yeah.

01:43:29
Speaker 2: Like what the fuck?

01:43:30
Speaker 5: And now I'm like unread messages and they're like about possible suicide and then it's like, all right, what I can't attach this to my life.

01:43:39
Speaker 3: I took a page out of it turn in the book when Time with a God told me if you die, I kill you.

01:43:45
Speaker 4: He was looking at me like, you know, yeah, but this they're a great black hope for That's that's why.

01:43:54
Speaker 2: And they love me. They love me. Oh yeah, they love you.

01:43:58
Speaker 1: They do blackhead through mind.

01:44:00
Speaker 6: Shout out the black history, you know. Shout out the Rabbit movers. Shout out to my guy Anthony and his uh his partner Mercedes. They helped me move my stuff yesterday.

01:44:55
Speaker 6: They helped pack some of the stuff, but like you know, because I knew I was moving, so I've been taking like a couple of days out of the week the past two three months to just kind of sort sort of start packing it up.

01:45:04
Speaker 4: But you better than me. They packed my whole closet and everything.

01:45:08

Speaker 1: What the fuck are you doing? It's not a real character.

01:47:02
Speaker 2: The scene.

01:47:03
Speaker 7: The gifts I always buy for like, so I keep this rule period for like new married couples, so wedding gifts and house swimming gifts. I bring something that I'm going to use when I go to your house. So I always buy people like really nice crystal wine glasses or crystal champagne glasses, like things that I'm gonna use. I don't know why I've always done that. I mean, they need them still, and they're still nice gifts.

01:47:24
Speaker 5: But it was like the time I told you guys that my dad got my mom a Belgium waffle maker for Christmas, and then he never spent another Christmas there again.

01:47:32
Speaker 3: Fire, that's hard with your dad.

01:47:35
Speaker 2: Yea.

01:47:35
Speaker 1: I always get people plants.

01:47:37
Speaker 2: Yeah, that's that.

01:47:38
Speaker 3: Big ass, dumb ass plant you got sitting out in.

01:47:40
Speaker 1: The reception area. Get that out of it.

01:47:43
Speaker 3: Looks like something that ship is so fucking big and obnoxious. Put you dig it out.

01:47:50
Speaker 1: Yeah. I wasn't gonna not was he needed.

01:47:52
Speaker 3: I think that belongs downstairs in the lobby.

01:47:55

01:47:58
Speaker 2: I hate it.

01:47:59
Speaker 3: I mean it's the obvious, bigger than that space over.

01:48:01
Speaker 1: There for sure.

01:48:02
Speaker 2: Yeah, we didn't really think it through.

01:48:04
Speaker 6: Yeah, that was just an obnoxious, big ass plant for no reason. Well, that plant belongs like in the wild.

01:48:10
Speaker 5: It was.

01:48:11
Speaker 3: Yeah, that's why you need to leave it there like glows.

01:48:16
Speaker 2: Yeah, we dug it out.

01:48:19
Speaker 4: I'll have a perfect place for it in my house though, I'll take it in the house.

01:48:24
Speaker 8: Movers are going to take it live with the White house. How big is your house? That's a big ass fucking plant.

01:48:30
Speaker 5: If you want to take it in the meantime, yet it's it's too much here. Yeah, rabbit moovers dot com.

01:48:36
Speaker 1: I like it. Do you want to do another voicemail?

01:48:40
Speaker 2: Sure do we.

01:48:42
Speaker 1: Let's see. Oh this is actually fun. This is so we have the Iraq collar calling uh the guy that was crazy. He has a name. What was his name, Rory?

01:48:51
Speaker 2: I don't know, but he I don't think of it as the Iraq collar.

01:48:54
Speaker 1: I just think, well, that's how we said we have two listeners out there. He's one of them, so people know who we're frigging. So he did the quick recap his girl wasn't sure if she wanted to commit to doing the program in the States. It's too difficult. So he's like, what do I do. Do I stay with her and go somewhere else, or do I leave her and come to the States. We have a caller, another guy from Iraq who did that, and he's here currently doing what this guy's doing. So he's calling to give him advice.

01:49:18
Speaker 2: Spoken to two of two already.

01:49:20
Speaker 10: Julian, my name is Taha. I'm just leaving a voicemail or I don't know if it's just a message. I don't want to DM you or anything. So regarding you, you played a voicemail on the pod about this Iraqi guy that's a resident, that's a doctor that wants to so AnyWho.

01:49:42
Speaker 1: So I have some.

01:49:44
Speaker 10: Tools, I have some information. I'm actually a resident as well. I go to U A MS and I'm Iraqi as well. I was just over there not too long ago. So I just wanted to get in touch with that guy. I might have some resources to help him, because the know there's just something I would like to do. So if you can get me in touch or contact information or something with him, maybe his email or whatever, I really appreciate it. But yeah, I just I just want to see if I can help or anything like that in terms of his medical residency here in the US and his papers and stuff like that. So yeah, just please if you can just sit me back through my email or something, that would be great.

01:50:26
Speaker 2: Thanks. That was cool. Julian misheard. I think he's from left Rack City. Yeah, I Rack. I know that it's from the same Iraq that nor he's from.

01:50:34
Speaker 3: Yeah, he's so sour in the weakness.

01:50:38
Speaker 1: On the weekend, so well, yeah, I wanted to play that on a him. So if the other guy hears that, he can also maybe leave a voicemail, leave a phe number and we can make the connection. But I thought that was cool. Yeah, that was cool, beautiful and something to help him get through his process. That ship has got to be brutal, Yeah, without moving I.

01:50:56
Speaker 3: Mean it's not more brutal than living over there.

01:50:59
Speaker 2: You know what, I don't ever win yo A Rabbit Movers International.

01:51:19
Speaker 4: Please stop say.

01:51:21
Speaker 2: Yeah, we still haven't moved troops out.

01:51:22
Speaker 1: Of there, h ship. Speaking of conspiracy, this is definitely where we should transition. But the Jordan troops.

01:51:31
Speaker 2: Oh, we can talk about that on patroon ye America's back.

01:51:35
Speaker 7: Do you want to make Patreon the politics POD's politics and religion because we owe them the rest of that conversation too.

01:51:42
Speaker 2: Oh yeah, I forgot about that question.

01:51:44
Speaker 1: That's happening. We're doing it all.

01:51:46
Speaker 3: You got more context to your answer.

01:51:49
Speaker 1: I sent you guys a pod to listen to. I know no one listened to it.

01:51:52
Speaker 2: Well, I was moving. I had had an excuse not to listen.

01:51:54
Speaker 7: That's actually an actual birthday, y, Yeah, it was a what did you guys do for her actual birthday?

01:52:00
Speaker 4: I called you. You ignored me. It's fine.

01:52:02
Speaker 5: We went to the aquarium and then we went to lunch, and then we ate dinner, and then I prayed for all the family to leave.

01:52:10
Speaker 2: Yes, you know, a birthday, a birthday. Everyone get the fuck out please. Yeah, it's tough, it's okay.

01:52:18
Speaker 1: Ready for next year?

01:52:21
Speaker 2: I mean, is everyone invited? Is everyone invited?

01:52:24
Speaker 1: Again?

01:52:25
Speaker 2: I gave in to all the family for the first birthday?

01:52:28
Speaker 3: Yeah, next year, you can skip.

01:52:29
Speaker 2: I can send the cards.

01:52:30
Speaker 6: Yeah, next year you can skip the first birthday is the one, and then like maybe do it again around five.

01:52:36
Speaker 7: No, don't have her next birthday party. And so she's old enough to ask and say, I want a birthday party.

01:52:41
Speaker 5: I actually want to make it the next birthday about Amara instead of the entire fucking family. It was ever, it was everyone else's ship that I had to deal with. We're not even here to you guys buy your fifty dollars aquarium tickets, Like me and Kiya and Amara would have went to the aquarium without Joe and I gotta now everyone has to come. Yeah, yeah, which next year is about Amara? It's not about everybody else? Fuck there was It wasn't even a cool aquerium fifty fucking bucks. I didn't see one dolphins.

01:53:09
Speaker 1: Where was the aquarium at uh?

01:53:12
Speaker 4: Mad as fuck?

01:53:14
Speaker 3: Or thought he was gonna see dolphins with fifty dollars in New York City?

01:53:17
Speaker 2: So so, oh my god.

01:53:21
Speaker 5: First of all, at the Atlanta Aquarium that I've been to twice, they have a full dolphins show.

01:53:27
Speaker 2: Yeah, because thank yous.

01:53:28
Speaker 1: Aquariums in the world that.

01:53:30
Speaker 3: Is not an aquarium the world. Atlanta has the best it's a prison.

01:53:34
Speaker 1: It is a praglay in the country.

01:53:36
Speaker 6: Fucking prison, guys, it's a water prison. But I used to pay for the Q to rikers three three the guys three, the guys three. Why would I want to three them three to dolphins? I want them to get out of prison.

01:53:50
Speaker 2: Fu man. They had like nothing.

01:53:53
Speaker 5: There was that American dream, you know, the mall that's like, yeah, I know, I've been worth negative eight hundred dollars. No, was actually an article I read that whole mall is in the biggest debt. And the one in Jersey, Yeah, the one next to the MetLife yea, which is like, I mean, it was a nice aquarium, but I don't know, it's just it wasn't Atlanta. Yeah, And I took a took them to the aquarium in Seattle, and you guys know, I'm obsessed with otters. The entire thing was otters and like actual real fucking water life like this was I saw a seahorse. None of those sharks were there.

01:54:33
Speaker 1: But yeah, so Georgia, the Atlanta aquariums on all the top aquariums in the country. It's one of the best. So I wouldn't think New Jersey is going to compete.

01:54:45
Speaker 2: Definitely not.

01:54:47
Speaker 5: I mean, I'm not here to defend New Jersey, but it's like one of the biggest ports in the United States. They can't get a shark there, but they get one to Atlanta.

01:54:53
Speaker 7: They probably don't have the the You just said that the mall is in debt. I don't think they can afford sharky.

01:54:59
Speaker 5: There debt because they put that mall is incredible. I'm not here to shoot on the mall. It's insane, Like it's actually insane, but there's like four people there.

01:55:08
Speaker 2: Like no one goes to it. They put so much money into it.

01:55:10
Speaker 5: And there's like real roller coasters in that ship the real water park ski resort all inside.

01:55:17
Speaker 2: They couldn't get a fucking bluke a whale there. No, they got a ski lift. Yeah, actual roller coaster inside.

01:55:25
Speaker 3: I think I'm gonna go to the Bronx soon. I haven't been in so I've never been.

01:55:28
Speaker 2: Can you take me. We can do that. Actually, let's do that. I haven't been there since I lost my virginity in two thousand and four. You should go back to the same spot you were. I know I didn't fucking animal, but like.

01:55:38
Speaker 4: Like your actual virginity or like your molestation virginity.

01:55:42
Speaker 2: See there's two different virginities you got. If you were to get molested, it might happen to this.

01:55:51
Speaker 1: That sounds like a movie. That's like a Curious George book.

01:55:56
Speaker 4: You're sick, You're actually you're at the Bronx. That was dark, Julian.

01:56:02
Speaker 2: Did you just call him sick and dark? After what you just asked me to my face?

01:56:06
Speaker 4: Because I really wanted to know you said, did you.

01:56:08
Speaker 1: Lose your dressed like Curious George too? Today?

01:56:13
Speaker 2: A man in the yellow hut? This is a mark. We made t shirts for her birthday.

01:56:18
Speaker 6: See not as cool. See that's a cool shirt. I'm a counselor you should have said that. You should You're not a counselor.

01:56:33
Speaker 2: Not at not at I just wanted to see otters.

01:56:43
Speaker 3: You know that is fucking wild?

01:56:46
Speaker 2: Bro, Holy ship, No Damarus.

01:56:48
Speaker 5: When I lost my actual virginity, we went on a field trip to the Bronx Zoo and then afterwards.

01:56:58
Speaker 2: Same day. No, yeah, no, I didn't know and that wasn't he wasn't molested the Bronx Zoo day. Okay, Bro, who was the guy that called in help? How you lost your.

01:57:14
Speaker 3: Hey, tah, help Rory. He's gonna hit you back and you help him.

01:57:21
Speaker 2: No, the first time I had consensual sex was the day you left the Bronx were on a field trip. Then afterwards got you.

01:57:31
Speaker 1: Great day.

01:57:32
Speaker 4: I'm sorry, Rory, I love you and I'm sorry that you went through that.

01:57:35
Speaker 1: No, you're not. No, that was the good all right, well let's finish the snacker.

01:57:39
Speaker 2: I lost my virginity to a Lloyd Banks mixtape, so it wasn't that.

01:57:43
Speaker 1: That is fucking crazy.

01:57:48
Speaker 6: Now how that makes sense now on the actual fact, Now, I understand your affinity for Lloyd Bank before that.

01:57:54
