My brotha @vicmensa pulls up to the house and it's about as random and intentional as you could imagine! 

Vic talks about the hard lessons he learned to arrive at this time in his life. Sobriety, religion, sex, self love, the music industry, being locked up - nothing was off limits.  He also shares a pretty simple, yet powerful, gratitude practice that he says shifts his perspective in the moments he needs to refocus his mind most.

What's up, Neighbors?!

@omarion pulled up and it felt like a visit from a cousin! This one was nonstop laughs from the jump, the kind of episode where we barely got through a question without cackling.

We got into the growth of B2K, how those brothers went from kids on stage together to grown men who genuinely root for each other's solo moves. The love between them now is real, and you can hear it when he talks about the new B2K music on the way.

He also opened up about being a father, and it's clear that role means everything to him. We talked about how he approaches romantic relationships too, and he dropped some gems on that couch.

His new album, O2 – Part 1, is out now, and we got into where his head was making it and what this new chapter sounds like.
