Arjuna is stuck viewing the war from his emotional lens, thinking what would happen to his reputation if he won against his family. Krishna comes down to his level and reminds him that with fame, responsibility to maintain the capability that brought fame arises!
Swamiji explains that when we don’t live up to the fame gained from performing our duty, we incur sin by moving away from our swadharma.
