This series of talks unfolds the highest truths of Vedanta through the study of "The song of God". 🔆Bhagavad Gita: Chapter 4, Verse 29: अपाने जुह्वति प्राणं प्राणेऽपानं तथापरे | प्राणापानगती रुद्ध्वा प्राणायामपरायणा: || 29|| apāne juhvati prāṇaṁ prāṇe ’pānaṁ tathāpare prāṇāpāna-gatī ruddhvā prāṇāyāma-parāyaṇāḥ 🔴Some intent on breath-control, blocking the movement of the in-breath and out-breath, sacrifice the in-breath in the out-breath, and similarly, sacrifice the out-breath in the in-breath. 🔆Bhagavad Gita: Chapter 4, Verse 30: अपरे नियताहारा: प्राणान्प्राणेषु जुह्वति | सर्वेऽप्येते यज्ञविदो यज्ञक्षपितकल्मषा: || 30|| apare niyatāhārāḥ prāṇān prāṇeṣhu juhvati sarve ’pyete yajña-vido yajña-kṣhapita-kalmaṣhāḥ 🔴Yet others, with strictly regulated diet, sacrifice vital breaths in vital breaths.
