 It's leaked further and further into you know whether you're right or left and drowning out whatever side you you are in a

 Isn't really the intent of these platforms and it doesn't inform anyone if all you're doing is consuming media that constantly supports
 That's right. So he wants to open it up and be truly a free speech platform
 It'll be interesting if he actually gets purchased. I thought this was like kind of funny on the tail end

 And this this kind of goes with some overall NFT in FT news. NFTs are like down incredibly this year

 You know, we get cynical, but I thought some of these were pretty interesting. So meta i.e. Facebook is testing
 Modernization tools for creators on its VR platform the loudest creators to make money by selling
 Digital assets and experiences within as virtual reality platform
 Yes, this is real money, right? Yeah, the modernization tools will initially be available to a hand-picked set of users who are creating virtual classes games
 And fashion accessories within the platform and then expanding from there
 So you put on the goggles
 The meta Facebook Oculus goggles whatever you'll hope they got something named out
 And you get into their meta their you know
 somewhat limited VR space right now um
 And then essentially you could sell stuff in there so the people are there so you can sell
 virtual classes
 That's kind of cool games and fashion accessories
 So the fashion accessories is a little bit of a disconnect from everything else right kind of get the classes in the games
 And I understand I guess the fashion accessories are for your avatar while you're taking class
 You want to be the best looking kid in that virtual class? Hell yeah, you do

 It was such a like thing like when it first came out of it limited people joining
 I got on there and I'm like how this is a time suck. It was really interesting and there's still a lot of great knowledge on the platform
 But Jesus it is like
 You have to get on it
 It's it was so different to me because like the great thing about podcasting is the ability to do what he calls place and time shift
 Which means you listen to it on your own time right like any of this this podcast here, which we know you listen to at least six or seven times
 like
 The uh, but you do it on your own terms right clubhouses
 You it was all there. They don't even don't we weren't recorded
 I think they've now started recording. Yeah, but you had to come on at that exact time to get the information

 You get to know each other barely. It's not an app but like you don't talk them out

 There was there there's an app called like babble or something that you just
 Ask questions back and forth. Yeah, but the app generates them. It's kind of fun
 To start a game in clubhouse you have to click the plus rooms button and then select the games options
 You're then be dropped in a social room where you can invite friends to play with you
 Once everyone is in the room you can click start game to begin play
 That's fun
 Kind of games. Is it like connects for or
 It's a series of questions designed to spark conversation
 So I mean your mind can go a lot of places. It does feel a little bit like a dating app
 But I do say
 Have you been on clubhouse enough that some of the rooms like
 Can get a little monologue dry pretty quick like someone talking and it's like anything that maybe gets other people
 Actively engaged in it maybe sure. We'll see
 Still feels like a baby dating app to me
 Um, but there's a lot of knowledge on clubhouse. I haven't talked about a channel the show
 But we even thought about putting the radcast on it when it first came out and then it's like
 How do we do that because like
 Pre-recorded yeah, you know like
 It was there were so many people on that thing at first and then their numbers have kind of died off
 But it's still you know has a pretty I don't know the loyal following right

 Interestingly enough. This is kind of back to our same term we're just talking about is you know
 You go live essentially. So your audio can go live
 I think this is really cool because I think even you know
 We've seen a regression and

 Like they still want that experience. So I think it's super smart super. It could also be cool for
 We were talking earlier about variations of the radcast that we might do
 If you did a daily show and you go live you have a live daily audio show
 There you go. We didn't have videos well too. So yeah, but live audio. I mean some other tv station
 I mean it's another I mean you know like we talk about these things and they go wow
 It's different. It wasn't that isn't it. It's just the new form of
 I wish so much of like a post covid world has informed these decisions because there was that drastic loss of connection
 And doing something at the same time as other people even if you are in separate places still gives you
 More of a feeling of connection than just like we all watch the same show
 But we watch it differently and then talk about it at separate times. Yeah, I think that's right. You know just an interesting
 That is
 I think we were headed there the covid is like
 Yeah, it's interesting though because it's just another channel
 You know again back to like don't overcomplicated, but thinking about
 It does bring up the question and we've talked a little bit about it
 You know live content versus pre-recorded
 You know and this show the Friday episode is topical. Yeah, so it's intended it very much suits itself to live
 You know a live format it dates itself quickly. Yeah, it does
 I mean we like to think it's humorous and fun no matter when you listen to it, but
 Right, but it uh it can date quickly if you don't catch it within I don't know week
 Yeah, and then our Tuesdays are super evergreen like these the interviews we do
 Yeah, timeless. Yeah, so
 It does venture in like if you're starting a podcast or you're in business you're doing things you got to think about that component of
 Live versus evergreen, right? I think that's probably the way to be thinking about it, but spotify live app
 Sounds cool to me. I think we might try it out. I think next week we're gonna do Instagram live
 We're in a vertical video, so next week's episode to be on lookout for that

 For words. I love the best push notifications bring people to the conversations. They care about on Twitter
 But irrelevant notifications are a distraction
 Those people visiting Twitter be in notifications every day. We want to be timely
 relevant and engaging and I can tell you I do get notifications and half of them. I have no interest in so they do need some improvement
