I break down everything I've had done in detail, discuss what was most and least worth it, talk cost, recovery, how it affects my confidence, and what my motivations were. I also answer a lot of questions that you asked me on instagram. My goal for this episode is to be open and transparent about a subject that is so taboo and that so many people lie about.
